It was a nice peaceful day in another land a lion with yellow fur, a red mane with orange streaks, blue eyes and nice silver claws was playing with his cubs while watching the sunset when all of a sudden a bird flew toward him at full speed screaming, "SIRE, SIRE A STRANGE GROUP OF LIONS ARE APPR-" all of a sudden a ball of strange purple energy killed the bird, "COTTON, AMARI SUNNY RUN!" the Lion said as he jumped up on his paws ready to fight. A loud voice boomed from the shadows, "Ah yes King sunrise I see you are aware of my um Visit" said the voice, soon King Sunrise was in fighting stance watching as his cubs ran off in fear.
A black Lion with a gray mane with purple eyes walks out laughing, "I AM ALKA RU BRINGER OF DEATH!" the Lion said as he charged forwards at King sunrise and they engaged in battle, blood splashed everywhere it was a bloody nightmare, King sunrise landed on his paws all bloody and cuts all over him, he looked over to see other lions killing his pride slowly horrified he charged back towards Alka ru, "DIE YOU MONSTER" the angry king yelled as he zoomed towards him his claws out a storm happened and lightning struck the area causing a fire, Alka u slashed his claws up into King sunrise's flesh screaming and roaring was heard, King sunrise rolled back charging forwards only to get headbutted down and knocked into the fire burning his coat of fur leaving marks all over him, "P-Please I have cubs" King sunrise pleaded with the little air he had left, "And I have land to conquer life aint fair* he then extended his claws deeper into King sunrise a loud scream was heard and Alka ru was gone.
"MOM, MOM" Sunny screamed as he ran his sisters behind him, 'Babies we need to find your father and leave NOW!" said Ilana the Queen of the land and the Mate of King Sunrise, "Mom daddy h-he-" Cotton stammered as she was horrified at what she just saw, "What is it baby?" asked The concerned mother, Amari decided to finish the sentence for her sister "He's up on the hill….dying," Amari said sadly as she tucked her head away, "Sunny look after your sisters I am going up there," she said dashing off leaving the care of her children in the hands of her Eldest child for he was supposed to be the next king. Once Ilana made it to the hill she saw her dying mate, "HONEY!" she screamed as she saw him "Come on we need to go now" she said panicking, "My wife I cannot continue my journey in the circle of life is about to end, but I know a Place where you and the cubs will be safe" the dying lion said as he spoke to his mate, "Where my love?" she asked sadly not wanting to leave him but what could she do the man I mean Lion was dying what hope did they have, "It is a place I visited in my teen years called the Tree of life a kingdom of healing and shelter, plenty of food I met the King he is legendary his roar sounds like thunder and can send a pack of 100 dogs flying He goes by the name Kion…"
"I cannot just leave you, my love," she said crying, "You're not leaving me consider it see you later one day your time will come and the cubs too when they get older and we will all be together again until then tell my children I love them goodbye my love Goodbye…" King sunrise slowly died
So Ilana and her cubs set off for the journey to the tree of life ready to take on anything that gets in their way, "I promise I will avenge you father" Sunny smirked a little before joining his remaining family
