Prologue:

We interrupt the scheduled program to inform the citizens of a dire situation that is currently holding it's iron grip on the citizens of Riku-City. Large parts of the city - for example Riku-City middle-school and several nearby apartment complexes - have been destroyed as if a orcane or tornado had gone through. The Ministry of National Defense has informed us that an unidentified phenomenon that is neither tore through the buildings. Pedestrians describe it to be something green, very powerful and very fast. Pro heros are currently looking to mitigate the damage done to the buildings and find the the cause of the destruction. We have a reporter at the scene that should be able to tell us what is happening.
A terrified reporter stands before a camera in front of the destroyed school.
"Yes this is Nakamozu reporting directly from Riku-City! As we speak Riku-City's pro heros are still trying to find the cause for the destruction while said destruction further spreads throughout the city. Currently the complex right behind this school is being torn apart."
"RAAAAAAHHHHH…"
"The screaming you can hear has been reported to be close to the every destruction site so far… Yes…" The reporter holds a hand to her ear as she gets new information regarding the catastrophe and nods. "Apparently the MND has named the phenomenon which supposedly is responsible for the destruction Green Thunder due to the screaming and green light that emits from it."
"AAARRRGGGHHHHHH…"
Suddenly a green flash is seen on the screen, the reporter and her team scream terrifiedly and the feed stops.
We apologize for the abrupt ending of our reporter's assesment of the situation. It seems we have encountered technical difficulties. We will resume telling our viewers what happens in Riku-City and what this Green Thunder actually is.

DESTROY!
He could not stop himself from tearing through this apartment complex. They had done it. This was the first time his quirk activated to this extend. Through the green haze he could see he was headed for a reporter's team who probably was reporting about the destruction he had caused.
KILL! KILL THEM ALL!
As through headphones he could hear himself let loose a guttural scream of pure rage and bloodlust. No! This is wrong. They didn't do anything to harm me. Green Thunder teared through the reporter's team destroying the equipment and wounding the humans using it. Stop it… I can't do this - this is wrong. He could barely restrain himself from actually killing the reporter's team.
He took off to a nearby forest and darkness enveloped him as the sweet embrace of unconciousness welcomed him with open arms.
