Welcome to The Art of Knights Of The Dragon Riders, this is your author TheLegendaryBlackDragonKnight here as the summary says everything that you need to know about this collection of what I've written to put into good use for this trilogy that's more of a series now but what counts is that there are always three main adventures that tell the story here, the others are there for the lore and the building to fill in what I've left behind for readers to speculate on what's going on in the Archipelago; it is for the entertainment and for the surge of specific details that tell you everything which other authors will not go into. I want to give you the full vision in each of what I write right here, right now. This first page goes into everything that relates directly to Berk as well as their chief, our former main protagonist and arsenal which include their defenses and several of their shields that have their own designs on the front. Pain in the ass I know, but look who're listening too as this artbook for in the HTTYD section will be for those who would like to read the amount of effort that went into each one and each section will be updated due to time constraints. No further delay here so let's begin with...
This is Berk
Hiccup Horrendous Haddock III
Young Hiccup's Sword that was identical to that of his uncle Spitelout's as both of them featured all of the same details: the double edged broadsword's blade was as long as a longsword as well as slightly longer than a bastard sword altogether but still short enough to not be a hazard to the wielder of the blade, straightened out as it too was also slightly thick for chopping like an axe that could cut through regular iron of the Berkians. The handle was wrapped in a metallic wiring cord for non-slipping hands even when soaked in sweat, overlaid with the usual Draconia leather that was extremely strong and durable leather; ribbed across from top to bottom in medium to large sized rectangular cuffs to better fit the hands of the creator of this sword. The pommel of which is a slightly wide and rounded edge triangular trapezoid of a sort loaded with a heavy weight to bash against the shield's boss if the blade is blocked against the opponent. The crossguard of the sword was a wide rectangular shape that also have curved rounded edges going upward, a flattened top that had a downward triangular arrow shaped curve acting as the rain guard; altogether having a darker tone than the other swords but no less shining when reflecting light into the sun to blind others with a flash. The blade's got no fuller in the middle as it was just a outward triangular edge on both sides that pointed to the medium sized triangular forward lunging cap of the tip. The details on the front of the sword was the main feature as the sides all the way to the tip was bordered off having a thin rectangular border that didn't interfere with the stabbing or the smooth tearing of guts out, it had a frontal design that looked like it was covered in miniaturized version of the scaly parts of a Night Fury's limbs to the back and the forehead. Overlaying that are engravements which is a pair of what looked like inward curling spirals into itself but continued downward from the other side, forming a V-letter shape that also had it's ending tip loop into the bottom tip as if it were looking like the J-letter shaped handle of a umbrella; facing away from each other on either side, both of these were found in pairs of the top to bottom at the front of the blade as usual seen on the sides where the flame was. The Skrill as it could be evidenced was flying in a overhead position and to prove that it is one, the details can be seen as clear as the daylight in the hot sun of the Archipelago. Starting with the tail as that one had a pair of narrow thorns that went slightly upward as the furthest bottom was shorter than the one above, the third of the appendages of the tail was the thickest as it formed a narrow upward Y-letter shape even with the narrow branches on either side; the next two as it also became small and shorter as it was with the two bottom ones were narrow as if it were a Nadder's spines that've been all sprouted ready to launch but exposing it's vulnerable underbelly as a sacrifice to the ranged attack it's about to use towards unwanted Vikings who sought to defend their village in the night of the raids. The narrow triangular shaped tail that thickened out as it went down also had two downward slanted sides on the bottom that formed a similarly narrow octagon with three upward spiked barbs on either side, the bottom was shorter than the one in the middle that went out the longest but not too much while the top was medium in length. Both wings matched the description with a claw on the top joint of either side, having a border that had thinned out to the bottom of the farthest tips, which also had two of the closest ones that is near the borders of the sword curl inwards at least for the farthest one while the second had simply curled upward like a hook; the two other tips behind it pronged downward evenly as the fifth one closest to the tail's beginning behind the barbs on the sides appeared to have a single short and stubby one that barbed inward to itself. The back had a nine number shaped curl on the beginning of the two wings with the top curving into itself, behind the neck as it is where the head started out had a narrow inward diamond shape as there's not much to say of it. The head of the Skrill had three evenly narrow to medium triangular shaped thorns so that it could match the description on either side just above the cheeks as the head itself is a kind of spherical shape with both cheeks extending outward a little to be a bit stubby, the eyes of course were lower half circular shapes that were round edged with no pupils for a simplistic approach; and appeared to be breathing out a long flame of magnesium given the details of such also match that of a Nadder but for the sake of the debate, it's to be settled as the Skrill instead as it is what it looked like at first glance on closer inspection of the blade. Now then the flame it spat out was a full-on vertical rectangular bar that went down towards near the tip of the blade, the sides of the flame it was shooting out however were different for each one but at least two of each seemed to repeat themselves at specific times so here it was as each of them are explained. The first flame curved downward before slanting upward toward the one side as it then curled into itself like a bulb, the second flame curled up and down into the rectangular bar looking like horns; the third flame consisted of two as though they looked like teardrops curving outward to both sides of the left to the right for the top ones at least as there were inner downward curves on either side, the bottom ones were flat sided at least to the bottom sides of both of them that which not only small but went outward a little bit. The fourth flame was a smaller version of the first flame as it was mentioned before that some of these flame details were repeated more than once, although the bottom of this curved into a near cylinder shape for both the inner sides while barbing downward on the outer sides; as it of course then curved inward to form a bulbous rounded shape that faced towards the source of the flame pillar, the inner curve formed a upper-lower half quarter spherical shape that is laying on it's side facing towards underneath the rounded bulb above it forming a gap. As it is the fifth flame appeared identically to the second one but was stouter, facing upwards a little more while forming an downward inner oval on either side for the horns that it still looked as did the second flame below. The final flame was a U-letter trophy cup shaped flame for as all the three flames curved one way or another with the two sides curving outwards to form if it isn't a smaller pair of horns like the second to fifth flame underneath it, the middle flame of course was a straightened out triangular shape with both sides curving upward into the top center; striking whatever the beast sought to burn in it's path of destruction all acting on the instinct and the will to survive, to live another day flying in the clouds of the skies. As both of the two details on the top on either side of the tail appear on either side of the fire it shot, it were two of these with the V-letter shaped sides pointing to each other on the top to bottom and as for the top that filled in the space for the rain guard; there was a larger one which was facing towards the left side as a larger scale appeared in the middle of the top in the V-letter shape on the bottom. The borders also first formed out from the beginning edges of the rain guard before curving upward to the sides slightly to form out into the sides that were thin as well as it was thick as it appeared to be on close inspection. One last thing to note about the crossguard was that both sides had a outlined square with a trapezoid side that faced forward towards the downward arrow shaped rain guard on the middle, slanted downward of course as it was seen. It felt like wielding a heavy Scottish Claymore but in truth was really light, built for fast swift swipes with deep chopping cuts like an battleaxe. Finally, this sword was strong enough to slash through Gronckle Iron and it was strengthened with the plasma of his Night Fury: Toothless
Young Hiccup's Shield had a flat iron vertical rectangular shape on the front, two axeheads are on the sides from the left to the right sides along with a studded rim around; Night Furies had been found on both the left to right sides as well as coming from below flying upwards in the dead center middle, all three of whom breathed flames. The Night Fury's upper half spherical dome shaped gecko based head sloped downwards with a stream of fire forming a wall, having it's three earplate appendages curve up and backwards against the neck as the top one seems to have become one with the shining iron as it's hard but not impossible to see it. This dragon's body was vertically raised up against the curving shield's edge as it's frontal wing sloped downward to cover most of it's chest and the lower neck with three wing tips at the bottom, in front of the second which was the middle it had it's clawed arm going downwards too aligned with the second lower wing tip. The top of it's head also had four backward slanted quarter top half spherical shaped spikes, the wing joint was rounded like a spherical capped cylinder shape; slope and curving upward all along the cutting edge of the axe head of either side. Both legs were aligned next to each other and together, though the other leg seen behind the one at the front went out a little but never separated from the other leg; just halfway in the middle to be exactly as stated. It's open eye two short tipped ends on either side, with a curving to sloping brow line above and the pupil of which was a solid dilated orb. The splitting spines on the other hand consisted of top down viewed pyramid shaped spikes to throw that one out there. The flame started out horizontally enough slanted a little bit downwards like where the head of the beast was looking at, the sides on the upper left to lower right had a curling round bulb while the bottom ended off with a down and underarm lower half spherical shape which had then curved upward back into itself as it then went vertically and back into the horizontal bar it was firing out. The top sloped diagonally upward into itself on the left before curving back into a near half teardrop shape that was diagonally downwards, curving a little bit downward some more before it curving back upward to sharply go down a little bit inward; forming what looks like a out and upward triangular barb that faced the upper right side. Proceeding on in sloping down and a little bit outwards into a rounded shape as it barbed outward at the lower bottom of the left corner, forming into a V-letter shape which then had a rounded bulb at the tip though the middle also seemed to barb outwards a little too; nevertheless it continued down the right side sloping up and out to form a half-tilted square shaped diamond which it's lower left end curved upwards before going into itself, shaped as if it were a top half to the crescent moon that went down to the right to barb out before going back to slope with a rounded dome slightly going outwards again; curving up a little all before it reached the right side of the lower bulbous tip that was previously mentioned. The Night Fury in the center that flew upwards was in a top down view a thin vertical stripe that had studded spines going downwards all the way to the tip of the tail, with it's tailfins and midfins above them which was smoothed out without having the bone structures be exposed through the membrane. The wings on the other hand had the bone structures of either side that went upwards like an axehead, curving downward before barbing upward a little as then sloped down and up to the neck itself. Both claws were next to the head which had four earplate appendages facing the back straight and vertically, the legs however could not be seen due to flying in a overhead top down view. The flame it spat out from the front is exactly the same as what was seen on Young Hiccup's Sword, no need to go into detail about it again. Ah, what the hell? It was a full-on vertical rectangular bar that went down towards near the tip of the blade, the sides of the flame it was shooting out however were different for each one but at least two of each seemed to repeat themselves at specific times so here it was as each of them are explained. The final flame was a U-letter trophy cup shaped flame for as all the three flames curved one way or another with the two sides curving outwards to form if it isn't a smaller pair of horns like the second to fifth flame underneath it, the middle flame of course was a straightened out triangular shape with both sides curving upward into the top center; striking whatever the beast sought to burn in it's path of destruction all acting on the instinct and the determinating will to live another day. Like his sword there were symbols that appeared on either side of the four corners, these are V-letter shaped triangular heads that curved into a rounded shape as both of them faced each other on the top to bottom; curving to the upper and lower sides diagonally on the Night Fury of either side and going upward on either side of the dead center Night Fury's tail where both of it's tailfins. Actually, it consisted of four downward slanted lines on either side getting smaller as they reach the tip; resembling the bones in between the membrane that is, just couldn't see all the details correctly. Finally, this shield also came with an axe that was diagonally sheathed upwards piercing through the arm of where it was strapped onto with; a built-in slot for the backup weapon which can be described as this down here below
Young Hiccup's Axe was a small but dark shadow to iron and charcoal grey colored axehead with the chopping blade being a shining silvery stripe of color, the head itself happened was an broadened and bearded hudson axehead with a cylindrical grasping brace around; having an line of six vertical silver studs that went upwards on either side, the top was an small sized as well as raised flat cylindrical trapezoid rounded edge cap while the back was a lower quarter-half circular shape that also had a silvery colored stripe that shined like the cutting edge built and sharpened for chopping. The bottom was a thin to medium cylindrical rim as the handle's in a lighter and duller brown color than most, the pattern was a darker brown to near blackish colored stripe that curved upward to the side before forming a rebounded triangular cut that went backwards as the tip ended off with a curling spiral near the top. The handle is wrapped in the same lighter to duller colored brown bandages but even then it was a little bit darker if not had it's horizontal ribbed cracks colored in with a smeared charcoal brownish black color. Finally, as this had it's own slot for his shield it was used as a backup weapon for whenever his sword was disarmed and thrown off to the side
Young Hiccup's Crossbow was the main projectile used in a time when he was innocent enough to expect danger would come to him, something that he built as this was a slingshot drawback type of crossbow whose limbs were all but a light cobalt to admiral blue color; with the body being a navajowhite to a bisque tan shade as that's also shining with a warm kenyan copper brown tint for the edges of the one-handed body for this projectile weapon. Going up forward to the front was a dark chelsea gem to rock spray bronze colored slit to fit any projectile that can be fired. These included rocks, fire flints, nets and bolas. It's more of a defensive weapon that can be combated against venomous sheep-eating tarantulas, large stout boars and snowball throwing polar bears as well as webs made by the former as Gobber once said they're deadly on their own as well. Finally, along with his sword to his axe and his shield; he was armed well whenever he went into the more treacherous unexplored sections of Berk, unsupervised and unafraid as nothing would stop him from getting what he's seeking
Hiccup's Axe was a weapon that Stoick had given and forced him to uphold in his arms when he put him in Dragon Training, albeit on Gobber's request that he took for real when he didn't actually want him in there; he tried to make him stay in the forge with him to take over while the others were in the kill ring though that was not enough to sway him from that final choice that's been made. The back of the axe was in a lower left quarter half shape with a refined to sharpened cutting edge as the front of it had a circular rectangular inward edge that's aligned with the main blade on the other side, the base of the axe was a cylindrical vertical bar that's gone up a square above the back pike and the front blades as both sides were studded with a line of six bolts; the spike above was a half sized cylindrical shape while the spike that's atop is a near flat conical shape and the bottom of the base was a rounded edged ring which went all around. The axe blade was based off a hudson and bearded axe as it went straight over to the right side horizontally with the cutting edge slanting up for a short bit, curving into an half circular shape that beaked downward before curving overhead back to the left side; from the two sides of the face there was a rectangular inward slot that's straight on the left to top and right sides but curving overhead on the bottom like the actual blade as the farthest left side's located nearly underneath the second lowest studded bolt on the front to back sides from on the base. On the front from the left was a line that curved to the lower right before curling to a spiral tip as the second one at the top curved forward and into a curled tip, the third line on the right side curved up over to the left which then went into a curled tip and on the left side corner atop the fourth line curved downward to the lower right before curling into a tip; both of the two faces featured red lining surrounding the curving line curling tips as well as around the borders of the faces on the front and the back sides, including the front of the gap for the spiked pike on the back of the axehead. The handle was long as it was straight with the lower bottom sloping out a little to form a pommel, wrapped in leather bandages to grip a little bit more easier though any section of the axe will do. Finally, this weapon will serve as his go-to backup if his sword is unavailable as of the time
Stoick the Vast
Stoick's Axe was the main weapon that's used by the Chief of Berk and with it carried on the broadness of the tribe, to whom the wielder held on their shoulders as well as their back; the thickened axe blades were built from a number of cleavers for some heavy hacking away and chopping through even iron forged armor, gets in real deep before ripping off the chunks of the victim's internal organs; though the top and the bottom had different shapes just to be clear. The top in particular went off to the sides straightlined before sloping a little bit up and the bottom formed a kind of round edged trapezoid gap, sloping downward also into a flat to straightened line as the opposite inner corners were rounded. The cutting edges were a little bit outward as the sides on both faces from the front to the back sides were slanted down for easier slicing, and cleaving through the bones of the various enemies' skeletons with a light silver color to them both. The hurstwic rails and beads engraved design of a dragon's head to neck coming outward on either side of the two blades, a slim oval shape for the head itself as there was a round eye on the top that had a inner circle for the pupil that was solid for the outer ring; with the top having a inward crescent that faced upward slightly veering off to the left side, also having a right oval tilted nostril on the top of the outline that it was decorated from. The nasal horn is like an pendulum axe shape that curved up and downward with two downward triangle fangs that curved downward and upward from the top to bottom respectively on the sides, as there was a small three-way breath of fire which curved upward to round out a bit on the front that was it's maw; curving upward into a fang shape before curving downward into a inward curve like a ram's horn while the bottom jaw's frontal fang sharply went upward in front of the ball of fire's bottom inward curved shape accompanied by the two upward curving fangs, or in the least the closest one to the bottom fang while the next one was pointed forward into a kind of normal triangular shape and the rest of the head was a oval with a medium stripe acting as the outline. The right side of the head curved upward like a crescent's tip before going back downward which then curved into three curled tipped waves going down along the back of the head and smoothed out, the front of the neck had two upward curved sinbad scimitar like blades on the top to bottom which had a forward round edged curve that went outward from it's left bladed edge which the bottom curved half inward into itself forming a number nine shape on the inside. The shoulder base in the middle of it all which was studded on either side from the top to the bottom three inches from both of each other had a hurstwic rail and beads engraving, the top crossing into each other to form a figure eight that was vertical as in the middle had two small outlined streams that formed an downward sided oval as the figure eight on the bottom went downward to form a scoop that went upward on either side which was curved; the bottom of that shape crossing into a type of X-letter shape that then went vertically downward on either side, curving upwards at both of the tips inward to each other and facing each other too. The bottom of either side also had a triangular fang with the inward curved fang shaped tips having eyes that were on the top of their faces. Rectangular shaped in the dead center middle that held the two blades on either side and having a triangular pyramid shaped spike on top, with the square edge around it being shrunken into the medium-to-small size. The handle was wrapped in extremely strong and durable leather ribbed with a vertical line of horizontally ribbed rectangular shaped ridges as there was a one meter spaced gap, found in between the two ridges from the top to bottom. There was a square cube on the top and a larger cube shaped pommel on the bottom too. New details to include for that exposed bar above the the handle and supporting the axehead itself were leather bracers studded with conical rounded edged sporadic bullet shaped spikes, black olive green colored lashings and a trio of pine cone silver shining nickel grey strips adorned with an asphalt brown fur bracer surrounding the spinal cord of the axe itself. The iron strips are studded with flat rounded discs as well as the rounded edged asphalt brown fur bracers on the other hand were for a better grip if it must be done with two hands rather than one and a shield in the other. Hiccup truly sought to capture his likeness to the point of ensuring this was the ideal axe literally fashioned after him, so he can take it back and cut his head off from the body with a purpose of showing the Hooligans that their chief was dead and his vengeance ended here where it had began. Finally, this was built from Gronckle Iron and had a vertical studded line of bolts from the shaft above the top square cube that fitted onto the rectangular shoulder base; all for the love of details everywhere for this axe
Stoick's Hammer consisted of a mid-length handle wrapped in bandages to grip easier for the meaty hands that he possessed along with a rounded circular shaped pommel on the bottom, from the top all the way down to the bottom as no spot on the handle was left unbandaged in order to serve the command of the Chief alone. The hammer head was a wide pentagon head as the top had a singular studded bolt and two next to each other on the bottom, the inwards built face on either side with a S-letter shape facing diagonally upwards towards the top edge as they both started out small, curving away and forwards as they thickened out; the bottom-tips had then curved inward with a rounded oval shape to end on. The front and the back for the two faces had a knotwork design which has a oval beaking shape on the bottom left, one facing up to the top and one facing on the bottom right beaking towards the corner just like on the left side; the middle was a circular shape that curved through all three loops with the bottom of the design having an inward beaking gap. The hammer head was rounded from on all five sides as it was even a dark stone color for the iron but still light enough to know that it was made of the alloy, being enough to bash across the face of a Monstrous Nightmare on top of an catapult tower in the raids. Finally, this was his weapon in the final years in the war with the dragons who attacked Berk under the control of Red Death; and one fine hammer at that with his shield
Stoick's Shield was a forest and sacramento green color that depicted a golden raven of Odin on the front as the head was a upper half circular shape which the left side had a beak coming out, forming a upper slight overarching crescent shaped tip while the wings were large as for them to cover most of the sides into a thick horizontal crescent moon shape which left a gap on the bottom; curving overhead from the right to the left as well as the whole raven itself is outlined in silver, the top of the right wing even curved underneath the head before it went straight and sloped down a little bit. The top of the left wing started with the outline as the beak underneath did not have one as coming out from the lower right wing were two legs, to which there were three triangular shaped and overhead beaking talons as the top curved for a little under before sloping back up to form the three talons; and the bottom leg of course as to be expected sloping downward a little more to form the more spaced out three talons that looked like crescent moon tip shaped claws that stuck out, the lower right wing on the lower bottom had a beaking tip that went a little bit outward and curved back up but still faced the bottom of the shield which was studded on the rim. Nevertheless the silvery outline which came in a crow black color was studded with a line of bolts leaving no spot unstudded, after all whatever animal came to mind for the chief of Berk was the raven as Odin's messengers to tell him what they have seen and what they have heard. Finally, this was a shield fit for a vast man who was stubborn yet he meant well to his people and his son even if he didn't share all the common interests; being a singular father can really drift their own son apart from them if they don't live up to their expectations of being a true Viking and in the case of him, it was ever so clear he was the architect for Berk's destruction
Berk
The Great Hall of Berk had large and tall cylindrical shaped columns that were in a four-by-four square grid shape with about three large squares between the top to bottom ones vertically, and one extra horizontally across to the other side. The columns had a iron studded strip that cuffed around the top to bottom sides, in between them was a small diamond quilt pattern in the background while in front of that was a simplistic version of the Norse hurstwic rails and beads pattern that was entirely smooth; lacking the beads but keeping the rails for outlining purposes, it looked like a Viking voyage that was at battle with another tribe which was on a horizontal cylindrical shape that cuffed the bottom of the vertical cylindrical shape atop from that one. The top and tall vertical cylindrical shape cuffing around the upper side that was the middle, it was all a larger diamond quilt pattern with no other details except for the iron strip that was studded as it should be mentioned the space between each studded bolt happened to be a horizontal rectangular gap for each one on the bottom to the single one to the middle and the top in which the circular bangle in between was smooth; in between each of the four column shaped pillars that were thick sported one half of an rounded top to bottom tip sided cylinder which formed a downward squished hershey kiss top pointed gap, with both ends of the left to right that were curving up a little bit to form rounded edges on either side into the mentioned hershey kiss pointed tip. The dragon heads were also smoothed with no beads to be alongside the rails that formed the outlines, eyes were thick rings with a single dot for the pupils facing each other as the fangs were rectangular shaped with rounded top edges as the top to bottom sides consisted of four each; going into the inner eyes of the inward curving to sloping thick lipped dragons were dual upward sloping stripes and behind the eyes that went up to the top behind the five backward curving triangular fin shaped spikes on the back of the head as four of them were sharp while the fifth was rounded and the smallest, the round and wavy tongues stuck out towards the bottom of the inner cylindrical borders where it's started out from. The necks on the bottom went forward before sloping upward and then curved into the main shape of the inward curving dragon heads which were looking fish based like an lot of the smooth hurstwic rails only based dragons were based off of. Right in between each of the four inner facing corners below the dragon heads and above the upper horizontal stripe were curling hurstwic bowls that created a face with a vertical stripe in the center, two eyes that were tri-ringed as two of them were thin while the outer third was thicker appearing to be angry while baring it's six upper to lower square linked teeth in it's oval shaped mouths as the top narrowly went up and the bottom went downwards all while it was horizontal; as the lower cylindrical tipped rectangular shaped tongues with a middle vertical line in the center, the top edge was dual striped around as both the left to right sides were thick ringed with an upward facing thick vertical striped horn on either side. Underneath them were a single and inverted teardrop shaped skull with upper oval shaped eyes on either side sporting diagonal outward curving horns that were on either side, curving up a little bit as each of the bowls are lit on fire to provide the light inside the dark hall and it's various rooms; one of which include a proper dining hall. In front of the pyre was a large knotwork ringed engraved carving which had a lower half crescent shape made of a seamless arranged river rock pattern, as the upper left side started out sharp before forming into a series of rounded bumps that went under it's back laid dragon; whose head also curved inward with the dual ringed eye atop the middle of it's mouth and behind it's scalene triangular shaped nostril that was ahead of the upper snout while having it's tongue go straight outwards from the bottom of it's inner mouth, before it's sloping straight downward to form a forward facing rectangular rounded edged end with the tip of it's tongue. The dragon had a horizontal ribbed underbelly with it's ringed thighs which had it's legs and three talons on each of it's hind legs, on the right ahead of it's three clawed arms on the left; the back of it's head was what made up the backward lunging and outward curving spiked fins, the tail also appeared to curve into a spiral on the opposite side all while if it weren't mentioned before the whole design on the farthest wall in the back was outlined with a dual outline stripe. The scales were arranged river rocks for the dragon's body, there's a curling tip from the back of the mouth's rounded edge to the bottom of the neck where it's located above the shoulder all from the top to bottom forming a S-letter shape that's slanted towards the left side a little bit; the dorsal fins to the head to the arm and leg was all smooth while the rest had scales. Atop of the dragon was a vertically ribbed rectangular beard Viking with a scaled tunic and smooth pants wielding a smooth linden shield on his left, it's left leg planting a boot on the dragon's snout as a sign of conquering the beast; it's right arm raised in victory wielding a horizontal rectangular shaped hammer, it's mouth open as with most of these conical drill shaped headed statues as if it were screaming and all smooth with no beads and only the rails for this hurstwic art style. Hanging from on the top above the pyre base was the golden Grapple Grounder statue stabbed with a gold hilted silver blade sword, lit down by the sunlight thanks to a monocle that brightened the burning pyre base's center of it all
The imposing entrance to the hall had the two brown doors detailed with a pattern that went up until the top where only then it was different that time, each of the panels were rounded edged and had a carved pattern of seamless diamonds with the actual design in the middle where it was smoothed out with a flattened surface; the squares had a thin outlined ring followed by eight overarching left and right lines that formed a swirl on the inner border, a thicker dark ring in the middle and at last there was a small dot in the center of it all. On the top to bottom was two thin horizontal slits that went across on both doors, in the middle was a figure eight knotwork line within a more or less thicker rectangular bar surrounded by the top to bottom slits that were on top and on the bottom of the two squares; which was copied above in the middle of both doors which as it could be seen that they had their own larger square in of itself entirely on the mid-section. The dragon depicted on the lower vertical rectangular section had a four forward slanted line tail that was made up of a scalene trapezoid that went forward towards the crack of the door in the splitting middle, as the body curved back and forth towards the wall before curling into itself a single time before the rest of the neck went up; the head had two up and back curving horns as the front where the pupiless eyes were sharply went down to form a rounded edged square shape, slanting downward to form a upper half spherical shape for the nostril which it then went inwards to form a rounded edge for the mouth that ended with the lower lip's tip curving backwards on the bottom. This dragon's front neck had two upward sloping blade like feather protrusions with one going up and the bottom slanting downwards, the body down to the forward curving hook shaped tail that had the backwards feather tip on the bottom had a curling and circular swirling hair based hurstwic rails pattern that was all smooth; though the hook and the feather did not have the same pattern, all smooth after all that. The second of the three vertical rectangular panels on the door had forward facing crescent shaped mouth that was tilted down to the lower right to left side respectively, upper lip curling back while it had a line of five up and forward curving scimitar like spikes up to the front of the eye since it was in between the third and the fourth spike; the lips were still thick nonetheless but as for the rest of the body that's where the painstaking details begin. The wings beaked backwards before sloping inward a little at the tip, going forward with a small pointed tip near the end as it then formed the rest of the small overarching bridge to the back of the body; the rest of it went down underneath before curving back, going down and went forward before doing it again but this time curled into a sharp overhead shaped tip for the tail. One thing to note is a error that the eye was not in between the third and the fourth spike, that was a small round plate in the midway point of the mouth's upper to lower joints; the eye was really in front of the first one as it was a upper half circular shape that had it's pupil in the form of a small one slant forward in the middle like a secondary stripe, the background this time was diagonally downwards facing rectangular shaped stone segments laid from smallest on top to bottom all the way to the largest at the center. The third vertical rectangle started at the top with an tail this time that curved from the front before going back a little, curving back downwards to the front as it went back and forth again before going back one last time to lunge forward a little as it's where the head was though it was slanted a little downwards; the head had a backward slanted horn as it then went down sharply before going outwards for a short bit, as the mouth was narrow but reached the left sided scalene triangular shaped eye that had no pupil and it's as if the dragon was smiling slightly due to how the thin open line sloped upwards to the eye. This time it went back to the diamond pattern for the background just like the first rectangle to both of the two squares, and if it must be mentioned again the thin horizontal rectangular bars were also on the bottom with the slit underneath at the lowest part of the two doors as the top of the doors sloped overhead into a rounded shape; bordered around. The frame all around was made up of three tall rectangular shaped bars with the top curving overhead into the spherical top, the bottom to the middle and to the overarching top consisted of rounded knotwork twisting lines; with the dual smaller vertical bars in between the first and second in between the middle atop the first and below the third bars had a line of five discs that had an circular dot in the center, all five were small and filled in the gap. The large cylindrical pillars on both sides of the two steps up to the doors had a smaller cylindrical bordered ring clasping around the bottom with a horizontal rectangular one clasping on both sides where the third row of squares of the door was, all of them showed the hurstwic rails with little beads that're thrown into the fire and the bottom ones looked like they had a face on the front as both of the pillars had a vertical knotwork wrapping around each other until both dragon heads were facing away from one another at the top as a upward and forwards sloping line split through the fourth loop and one that had a splitting line in the center went through the eighth loop; both tail ends sloped down and forwards to either side, both the top to bottom pillars that were horizontal forming the middle rectangular platings on either side where the squares to second rectangular shaped door panels were had both borders to iron rings surrounding the closest edges to the left and right pillars next to the two doors. The lower rectangular plating consisted of the bottom a series of various hurstwic rails with the middle having a Viking that screamed, the mustache went off to the sides before sloping down and curling at the tips as the middle of them slanted down vertically at the ends before curling inward at the lowest tip facing towards the center of where the tongue stuck out and where the five thin front rows of teeth were on the top; the hair were in dual pairs as the left had them curl inwards stacked atop of each other while the right curled forward at the top while the bottom curled backwards, the helm was a upper half spherical shape that had a vertical rectangle that's right in the center as well as the nose with both eyes being lower quarter half circular halves from either side. The horns curved upward on either side studded three times upwards on the left horn while smooth on the right, the center curling into a spiral that was studded to the end. A dual S-letter shaped dragon with a circular ring for the eye, a horizontal curling tip horseshoe shaped mouth with three triangular fangs on the top to four on the bottom; aligned from the back to the near tail section was triangular spikes with thick bordered edges as the body was decorated with arranged river rock based scales, the background was smooth but the bottom halve was a diamond crossed right side to hurstwic rail designed splashes of the sea. The top rectangular plating was a half sided circular shape on the farthest side to a vertical spiral that was in the middle, a horizontal one below that going forward towards the door frame and an large one that went out facing the farthest side
Lightning the river rock entryway on the floor that had a circular disc in the center which curved upwards to the farthest edges of the pillars were two goblet shaped braziers, a rounded trapezoid shaped base that was bordered on the bottom edge as it consisted of hurstwic beads which went upward into a cylindrical shape as it was segmented with three rectangular borders made of beads; the lower half spherical cup was made of hurstwic rails that was smooth forming spiraling curls all around bordered off in all four sides with a vertical line of beads, the top edge also bordered with beams all around to having the rim be smoothed out. Both edges down the staircase leading up had two of the braziers that stuck out forwards towards each other across carried the same design, being lit in the night and was aligned with the dual crossing knotwork that went up to the top of the staircase's edge. There were two large Viking statues that stood with a forward facing axe as the left held a sword in the five triangular top to bottom teeth aligned mouth having a beard that was combed nicely, and the right having it's mouth open with it's tongue sticking out on it's curly but straightened beard as both statues had a mustache that had curled tips for the left side; and upward curling tips for the right side as the hair's various tips on the sides were also curling as was the left one, the nasal guard was like a laurel on the left to four squares on the right side. Their helmets were conical spikes in the middle to having horns that went out and sloped upwards with a ribbed line on the first bottom half section, and a thin bordering rim on the bottom of the helmet. The shoulder guards were spiked upwards having sleeves on the curling hurstwic rails to studded wristguards, tunic being dried riverbed rocks to large ribbed disc with the dual ringed belt buckle to a studded belt; two swords sheathed on both sides with the same curling rails to ribbed thighs and curling rails designed kneecaps, ribbed shinguards to the boots as the left and right had their foot implanted on a scaled beast that was wingless with a brazier on top of their heads. They had one upward curving and outward horn with a frontal horn that was ribbed and studded at the tips on both sides, the paws and hindpaws were horizontal oval discs that had three claws going out forwards as the eye from either side was tri-ringed with a round shaped disc; the head was a horizontal cylinder that was then ribbed six times downwards giving the impression of being a yak. Both Vikings had conical spiked capes they wore behind their shoulder guards while the yak beasts that both had their closest legs implanted on had curving arm pads on both sides for their four limbs, while the Vikings themselves stood atop a rock which gave them the guardianship over all of Berk
Another thing to cover was the dining hall as all rooms not only had if it wasn't stated before, tapestries to outward jutting rectangular forward sided trapezoid based stone bars which created wide rectangular gaps in the rooms but the main dining room was where the traditional feasts were held. The chandelier hanging from the five diagonal chains all around had three horizontal rings surrounding the top to bottom which were smaller but the middle was larger than the other two, all four sides had a inverted trapezoid on all three rings as the three chains that ran down through came from the back to the left and right sides; the three rings also had a Norse scrollwork running through with a spiral on the four inverted trapezoid edges, all aligned with small torches on the center to bottom while the top had swords which went through the center nearly touching the flames of the small torches on the lower ring. It hung in the middle of the dining table which was round and had three vertical cylindrical legs that were clasped with a Norse hurstwic rail scrollwork that curled into spirals, same went for the rim on the side all around as the three stairs had a horizontal rectangular slit of knotwork that crossed each other to the other side on the farthest left to middle and farthest right stair on the top; the surrounding table in the back had both front ends be shaped like a rectangular dragon head with four upward curling lips on top to six small to stout square shaped teeth on the front to sides, with three right sided quarter half spherical paws on the front of the left to right sides and the eyes being upper half spherical shapes that had a smaller upper half pupil in the center. All seats on the surrounding sides were benches that while the outer ones had curved along the table to which it's ends sloped a little down before curving up and forwards, the inner table was separated but jointed together while the chief sat at a specialized throne which had small vertical discs on either side to a dragon head facing away on both sides; as in between them was a overarching ring that down to either side and the seat had a seamless to diamond crossed pattern. The large Viking statue situated behind had a lower studded rim to it's boots, a battleskirt where it opened up at the front to a tapestry, a studded belt with both sheathed swords on either side to a belt buckle that had a vertical bar in the center, an beard that was rounded spiked from the lower left to right and the middle, a basic tunic that wasn't decorated, a basic helmet that had the same upward horns as the statues outside, wristbands that were decorated in a hurstwic rails-beads pattern all while holding an axe in the right to a bolt of lightning in the left; and appearing to be calling out a howling and sustained O-letter sounding warcry given the round circular mouth. While the outward jutting archways had up to overhead curving arches to rectangular shaped hurstwic rails to beads platings on the top, the middle was a horizontal ornate bangle to arranged rocks on the bottom and also had one that went across horizontally to each of the arches on the top lined walls; in between both of the bottom to the middle was varying dual crossed axes that looked like a bearded axe, one that resembled the Jorgenson Ceremonial Axe, one that had two heads on one side and one that was a basic single sided battleaxe. The main room's active and burning vertical pyre base that was a oval shape was dual stacked with vertical to horizontal and diagonal shaped bricks, all which were in a rectangular shape with light colored wooden planks to cover the top rim; a sea of ash filled the second to third quarter half of the base with burning logs in the center as well as the two standing tri-headed torches lighting up the front river rock Viking that stood upon the dragon on the wall. The torches were a half slim lower spherical brazier that had a vertical bar on all four sides studded twice upwards with a single studded bolt on the top, it was a triangular tip that curved backwards as the dual top rims surrounded the lit fires; from all three sides the overhead curving bars ended with a down and backward facing head of a dragon, the base was a dual sided rounded trapezoid on the top to bottom that had three of each underhand sloping legs that supported the torches with three studs up the overarching arms themselves. The active burning pyre base also had thick vertical rectangular blocks that supported the outer pyre base itself just to throw that one out there.
One thing to mention as such was not only is there a council room where the infamous Drago Bludvist had slaughtered all chiefs leaving Stoick alive, but there was an second floor which was like an panoramic view-sun room though the windows were built to be inwards; overlooking all that of what is Berk and her village down below as well as a way to view the raids that occurred inside this room. The third highest floor above featured a small overarching hurstwic rails and beads built raven which outside the cove, Hiccup came to view everything from the isle down the village overlooking the villagers as he was left alone to his own vices above here; all thanks to Gothi who showed him the way on how to get to this area. All of Berk's residents could be seen from above here as was the docks down at the edge and even the great forest on his left with various seastacks that were in front of him and on his right, including the Viking statues that were at the front of the outskirts in the seas of Berk. The charming view of the sun of which that rises above the horizon's edge on the far distant northwest side yet looked closer than it appears was a coffee bean brown to di serria tan as well as a metallic copper red with that added potters clay brown, furthermore adding to the scenery was a sidecar cream to khaki creamish tan and energy yellow for the sun as the dark shadows that Gothi's new hut can reach above were a limed oak olive and geebung gold color that brightened the Norse world of Midgard; even turning the raven Hiccup stood to overlook everything on into a darker oxidized copper to jade green shadow, although this was more or less above the elder's hut hence why he could see her from below. All in all this was built as tribute to Odin and to give Hiccup a better viewpoint to see his home with residents that were less kind than he as leader of the pantheon who gather at Asgard
Shields
Hiccup's Shield was a heath red color that had tamarind brown faded splinters on the front as they revealed the five wooden vertical planks that from the left to the right side respectively for that sense, surrounding the inner studded iron ring was a storm dust to lemon grass silver white ring that had a series of stripes which went around the rounded boss in the middle; all of them were different in their own right. The first stripe surrounding the boss was cuffing it from the bottom with a lower half circular ring with the right side shooting out from the left curving down over to the lower right, before curving back to the lower left side as it stopped right there. The second stripe cuffed the top with a upper half circular ring as the stripe shot out from the right side before stopping to go for the left side like the first one before this, as though it was a little more narrowed down but nothing bad in the slightest. The third stripe is on the lower left side as it went up before sloping downward towards the first stripe, as the fourth stripe was on the right and it too went up before going straight to the left side forming a seven number shape to the lower right side. The fifth stripe was on the upper right which is where it went down and shot towards the ring with a short line forming a L-letter shape, with the sixth stripe on the upper left curving overhead to the right before diagonally curving up. Finally, this was the infamous shield used in conjunction with the axe in Dragon Training on Berk
Astrid's Shield was a seafoam green in color for the base as this one consisted of stripes that were on both halves on the left to the right sides, separated in the middle by the round boss to guard the handle that bashes the linden shaped shield forward; after all, isn't defense the best offense? The two halves on both sides were like narrow Kabel Black font styled C-letters which had both the inward gaps be slimmed down due to the boss in the center, outlined in a cedar wood finish and cinnamon brown color. The lower left had a curving frostine white like stripe that went up along the bottom edge, as well as two sandstone orange lines going down on top; forming a cerulean blue rounded edged six-letter shape on the left with the opposite side being in a frostine white color, the left stripe continued up and above the curving shape underneath. Having the dual sandstone orange stripes go up and towards the upper left side, with a forward facing horizontal curling cerulean blue color stripe; also having the white line on the closest to the right side border which then curved over the top of the blue stripe. The bottom right side had a orange stripe in between the two blue stripes which went up, with a white curling six-number shape facing toward the left side of the right half; going up from on the outer right side was a blue stripe which curved into a rounded inner curling tip which was surrounded with a white ring, the lower edge of the blue stripe even had dual upward orange stripes and the upper left corner of the right half was filled in with the same orange color. It's also one of those shields that had iron studded strip on the top and the bottom of the boss as both ends were tipped off with a diamond shape, three studs at the tips while having a single one at the middle and two at the bottom which were the closest at the center boss. Finally, it was this shield that Astrid held onto throughout all of Dragon Training
Snotlout's Shield was a basic dark oak brown colored shield that had dove white paint which seemed to be silhouettes for a four-way snake looking design, the left and the right sides had the same pattern which started out with a rounded horizontal rectangular at the start where both ends that curve up to go the opposite direction; stopping with a flat square line bottom before going vertically upwards with a rectangular shape as it ended right there. The top line had a short rounded inward gap on the left side which then went up and formed a rectangular shaped wall atop of that gap, the right side went upward before going horizontally inward as it stopped with a short upward line that met up with the rest of the shield. The bottom shape wasn't like the first three mentioned as there was a lower triangular edge on the left side, as there was a diagonally sloping rounded tipped rectangular shape protruding outward; that is only on the lower right side as the left consisted of a line curving out and upwards which then formed a triangular tip, with a square shaped half that was straight on the inner right side and the lower bottom side that went straight for a short bit before curving back down to the front as this too was another one of those shields with the same bolted strip. Diamond tip that had three studs, a single stud in the middle and two studs at the bottom and all; both of the strips faced the upper as well as the lower sides of the shield's boss. Now while the rest of the gaps were unpainted, there was a thin ring surrounding the pattern too. Finally, this was the shield that Snotlout held onto throughout all of Dragon Training and even his father Spitelout who wielded this for his own; but not at the final battle that was to come
Fishlegs' Shield was a tangerine orange colored shield with a four-way serpent design which the four of them were going in a counter clockwise direction, two of the Norse hurstwic art stylistic serpents were a teal blue on the top to the bottom while the other two were a sheen to lizard green color on the left to the right sides respectively. Their lips had drooping oval shaped tips with a outward flickering tongue that also had a drooping oval shaped tip, their backs had a pair of backwards facing upward curling wave patterns based on that from Greek vase art; the eyes were circular and had a base colored ring surrounding the dove white scleras, all with black dots for pupils that were near the lower left side of the rings. This one had those triangular tip iron square plates that were studded in the middle but went around the conical spiked boss rather than around the inner studded rim of the shield, having studded bolts on all four sides which of course had surrounded near the outer base in between the upper and lower square plates. The serpent bodies were not only bordered with a faint carob to caramel brown bordered outline, but there were also rounded square inward curling shapes going up to the head from the stems that connected to the bottom of the bodies; there were also three horizontal lines in between the first and second rounded square shapes, with the first looking a little more circular. Finally, this was the shield that Fishlegs held onto throughout all of Dragon Training
Shield #1 was a free speech to rufous red color which had the depiction of Stoick's likeness on the front with a open mouth roaring out a outward fanning blast of fire, the mouth along with the face to the nose as well as the back of the eyes which were ringed on the outer side using an African violet lavender colored lower half circular eyemark ring; the sclera was white but the pupil was black as there was even a white circular dot facing the left side, which is slightly facing diagonally downwards along with the black outer pupil. The front of the face sloped to the lower left side beaking down as the middle formed a bulbous round nose, the nostril had curved into a curling tip on the right side while the lip formed a crescent shape that under the boss in the center of the shield; ending with a downwards slanting oval tip as it was all under a buff to shortbread and a parmesan to beige tan color, aligned with evenly spaced rounded tipped teeth that were a powder white color. The curling tip ginger orange and tawny brown colored hair outlined with a umber brown colored stripe for each of the curls found from the hair and beard altogether, curving downward towards the left at the front while curling back to the right and upwards as well as it formed the mustache on the side of the bulbous nose; to the top underneath the tawny brown and powder white studded helmet that had no such horns due to being a close up of the likeness featured, the eyebrow curved up before going straight and curling into itself at the edge next to the helmet's left side. The fire that's blown out was in the form of a horizontal heart shape that curved upwards to the upper left side an little bit, as the farthest top and the farthest bottom sloped over to either side with three of them in the middle being wavy with one to three curling tips that varied between the range of those numbers; being in a medallion to butterscotch yellow color as the flames were also outlined with a darker tawny brown color. This was the most significant shield to the Haddock household and the one that Hiccup took with him in his final test against Hookfang
Shield #2 was an army green colored shield with a dual teardrop looping tiger orange stripe which had a candy red circular ring in the center for all four corners, nothing more than to say about this one in particular
Shield #3 was a maya and dodger blue color that had thin garnet to jam red on the left and the right sides of the cotton white colored stripes which were thick, fanning out on the left to the right sides respectively; the top and the bottom strips were straight rectangular shapes
Shield #4 was a pearl white color which had four lines of apple red that faced all four corners and ended with them forming a horizontally curving inward U-letter shaped, to put it bluntly and for simplicity but not overly so tp the point of looking absolutely hideous and tasteless in design like oversimplistic logos in the modern ages; it looked like four P-letter shapes going all around the shield clockwise which meant it turned right
Shield #5 was a pearl white color which had four lines of ocean blue that faced all four edges and ended with a P-letter shaped tip, once again going clockwise which meant going over to the right into a revolving motion
Shield #6 was a cobalt to lapis indigo blue colored shield as the upper left and lower right had a chartreuse green knotwork design, the upper right and lower left had an orangutan orange knotwork design as all four corners surrounding the studded boss had two rings on the sides with one in the middle and one that peaked forward to the center on the top diagonally from both the upper to lower diagonal sides; even having a singular powder white overarching line that went from the left to the right on top, connecting both sides on the left to right and even to the left and the right on the bottom side
Shield #7 was a cherry to garnet red color that was outlined on all four corners with a fountain blue, the stripes which had a vertical trapezoid that's narrow at the top but wide from on the bottom for the left to right and a rectangular pattern coming through the top to the bottom of the shield was a blonde to daffodil yellow color; being bordered with a black outline found in between the blue and the yellow stripes of course. Spitelout wielded this one at the battle at Dragon Island where Red Death was killed for good
Shield #8 was a yale and sapphire blue color with brick to scarlet red colored stripes where it had formed a square around the boss, circular shapes on all four corners as there was even an rectangular shaped stub on top and facing outwards to the top to bottom left from the upper half of the shield; while on the top and facing outwards to the top to bottom right from the lower half of the shield, each center of the four corners had a smaller boss in the middle as well
Shield #9 was a currant red colored shield which had the pattern consist of a fern to parakeet green series of rounded top trapezoids on all four corners, outlined with a thin black border; the bottom was a slight inward overarching curve and the inner trapezoids being filled with the currant red base of the shield, situated diagonally all around the boss in the middle and evenly spaced in between each other with rectangular shaped gaps which were thick going across horizontally but a little slimmer vertically
Shield #10 was an azure to french blue colored shield that had an aerospace to international orange colored dual branching tail serpent as it curved around the boss in the center, as the two tips curved over to the left side before sloping downwards to the right in order form an inward curling bulb that repeated two more times underneath the boss; with the neck being a half oval shape as the serpent's head featured a beaking open mouth whose tongue slipped out into a curling tip at the lower left side next to the first curling bulb, the eye shape was an half diagonally tilted lower circle as behind the head were four triangular conical spikes that went along down from the right side
Shield #11 was a lemon yellow shield that had a princeton orange to cerulean blue and desire red colored intertangled stripes that surrounded the boss in the center, twisting around one another as well as coiling into each other; this one was noticeable the most on the Berk tree as that was set up for Snoggletog
Shield #12 was an amaranth red shield that featured lime green snakes that went around the front and the boss in the middle, as the tails curled into a hooked tip before going over from the center and sloping downward to go a little bit up where the snakes ended off with a peel orange colored pair of rounded edged lips; as both the teeth and the two backs were aligned with a series of powder white rounded tipped spines all around the top of the backs, the two snakes going around resembled that of Skoll and Hati who chase the sun and moon as both of the smiles had teeth filling in the two lips for the snakes
Shield #13 was a carmine red colored shield as there were two mint green figure eight shapes on both sides as the center for each one had a powder white colored lace which was looping-through, the left side curved vertically underneath from the bottom before going up to which it then went across from the left through the top hole and downwards over to the center as it was horizontally lashed across; the right side was inverted so there was no need to go into further detail beyond Hiccup using this in the second to final test, where Meatlug was let out for the others to see him win the competition and advance to the glory of killing Hookfang in front of the entire tribe inside the kill ring
Shield #14 resembled that of a face with the boss in the middle being the nose as the top as well as the overarching lines inside the burnt orange colored eyebrows that slanted down to the center of the garnet red spot which was the main colored base for the shield as a whole, filling the spots that were missed and left behind as a result from the other shapes for as the dual eye ringed stripes were a cornflower blue on the left to right sides; two downward curl-tips above the eyebrows with a vertical sheen green line that also went upwards to the top above the eyebrows, as well as filling the spots in between the cornflower blue outer eyes and the two burnt orange stripes that curved downwards from the top to leave a garnet red color on the inside. On the sides of the boss were burnt orange lines that curled over to the edges forming a mustache as the dual sheen green mustaches that sloped downwards towards the lower sides before going straight again, with a sheen green frown against the last part of which was a burnt orange styled after a vertically ribbed beard on the bottom as every space left behind was filled in with a garnet red color; while the pupils were a ruby red to be exact
Shield #15 was a cedar to coffee brown colored shield that had faint pearl four-way vertical trapezoid shaped stripes that were wide at the top and narrow at the bottom, where there were not only the same square single studded plates going around the inner studded rim; but there were also four triangular tipped studded plated strips that went around the conical spike boss in the center, diamond shape at the tips with three studs at the tip with a single one from the middle and two at the bottom closest to the boss in fact. It resembled that of a real Norse shield that had one side painted and the other left unpainted, going around and alternating all around either way
Shield #16 was not painted as much but featured faded four-way light white bordered swirling stripes going in a clockwise circular motion with one at the top, left, right and bottom which had taken up the amount of the light chestnut brown colored oak wood; these stripes were both a sycamore and gimblet olive color. However, the main design to notice about this shield are the two skulls standing on either side of the vertical dual-sided top to bottom flames which went across horizontally from the left to the right side; the lower left skull's jaw slanted a little down to the left side while the eyeholes were blank allowing the wielder to see the fires from behind, though the right eye of the left skull had a small inward dent on the left side. The right skull on the otherhand had a small portion of it's upper right busted inward, with a slanted lower right slash going across the upper half of the right eye; the right nostril was like a rounded to inverted rectangular conical shape while the left was circular, the lower jaw didn't slant like the left one did but remained straightly horizontal. The boss stood in the center as this shield was among of those that had a four corner square shaped, single studded and triangular tipped piece around the inner studded rim of the shield; the flames were a international orange and surrounding the multi-forked flares of fiery embers were candy red bordered edges to represent the heat that was emitting from the fires. Finally, this was the shield that had the Thorston Twins fight over for as the two stood among several shields; this was the only one that had a skull on it
Shield #17 was a pearl white shield that had a stylistic Norse dragon that coiled around the boss in the center, with curling tipped teal to sapphire blue lips that bore four square shaped teeth as well as having a blush to rose red color for the rest of the outer body that formed the upper to lower sides of the mouth; while the inner side had a singular inner right side curving black-line near the lower edge of the outer blue ring for the singular white pupil in the center acting as the eye, the rest is as follows for the body. The start where the neck was had a white stripe which went across along with having a row of white upper left quarter half shaped spikes that went down to the red to white stripped tail, which curved up near the lower boss and back into itself on the lowest left side in a spiraling tip; in the inside of the body there was an black border blue colored knotwork pattern that followed after the white stripe down to the first red stripe that began with the striped tail pattern. The tail tip however seemed to mostly curve back into itself and have the actual tip droop into a fang shape. Finally, this was the shield Hiccup used in the birth between the two brothers in claws at the Cove
Shield #18 was a five-way chartreuse to lizard and lawn to lime green striped pearl white shield that had the stripes' borders in a dark mocha to umber and chocolate brown color, this shield is also one of those to have the square single studded triangular tipped plates on all four corners of the inner studded rim of the shield itself. Finally, this was the shield that Tuffnut held onto from the Attack lesson and beyond in Dragon Training
Shield #19 was a banana to cream yellow colored shield that six oval shaped flower pedals that went around on one side and another six on the other side all around, followed by a dot which could be found in between each of them at the inner studded rim of the shield; what was going around the boss of the shield was a fire to gold yellow surrounding ring which had a row of six rounded top florets, each one bordered by a iris lavender colored border surrounding them like the rest of the pedals and the pollen dots in between each of the former's tips. This shield was one of those that had the single studded square plates surround the center conical boss, while having four corners sport large studs going on the upper and lower sided corners of the shield's frontal side where the daisy based flower was. Finally, this was the shield that although it was hard to see at first glance without carefully looking at the scene frame by frame and second by second; Ruffnut held onto in the second day of Dragon Training but didn't seem to get any more further than that, and was also the one Tuffnut suggested because girls like flowers according to him
