Ellie and Luz sat in their chairs respectively, looking down as both mothers and the principal had stern looks on their faces.
"Mrs Noceda, Mrs Rodriguez, is there something you would like to explain to your parents?" Luz clears her throat, so she can tell her story while holding an Azura mini figure and Ellie holds a green snake, while pretending to fight.
"And that's the end!" Luz said.
"End of what?" Luz's mother said to them.
"Our book report" Ellie said as the snake bit the action figure.
"I think we knocked it out of the park." Luz said with a smile.
"The book report is the reason why you two are here." The principal gestured at the tube before a girl and a boy ran by the door with snakes in their hair.
"Don't worry they're not venomous, at least I think they are," Ellie said while pressing a finger to her face.
"There goes Resco and Rebecca." Luz said as she and Ellie gazed through the window.
"Resco and Rebecca?" Camilla asked.
"Yeah, that's the snakes out there with those two. This one right here is Tranio." Luz answers.
"What were you two planning to do with this?" Luz's mother said while holding up a firework that was attached to a collection of fireworks.
"That was for the three act closure." Luz said as she gazed down, Ellie looked at her friend with sympathy.
"Niñas', me and Camilla both love your creativity, but, do you two remember the last three times you were in here?" Ellie's mother asked.
"Yes."
"What Heather said is right. But if you two can't learn to separate reality from fantasy, you two may have to spend the summer here." Camilla has handed two brochures to the teenagers.
Ellie looks at the pamphlet for Reality Check Summer Camp, Luz takes it reluctantly.
"Don't worry, Mom. We won't let you down. No more weirdness!" Luz said, The snake in Ellie's hand suddenly jumps out and bites the principal. He falls to the ground with a yell while the snake hisses.
"That doesn't count right?" Ellie asked.
Luz and Ellie stand on the curb disappointed while waiting for the bus that will take them to summer camp.
"This sucks," Ellie says as she kicks a pebble.
"Now, don't worry. Summer camp is only going to be for three months. You'll be so busy balancing checkbooks and learning to... appreciate public radio, the time will fly by!" Camilla says as she hugs the two.
"But I don't like any of that stuff. I like editing anime clips to music, I love drawing with Ellie and reading fantasy books with convoluted backstories." Luz says while holding her Azura Book.
"Mija, your fantasy world is holding you back. Do you have any friends? Besides Ellie, Real ones, not imagined or drawn or reptilian?" Luz begins to think and then gets a sad expression on her face. She walks slowly over to the trash bin.
"Summer camp is a chance to make some more friends, but you have to try. Can you do that?" Camilla asked.
"Yes mom." Luz said, Camilla's phone started to ring.
"Oh I gotta go to work, your bus is coming soon, text me when you both get there. Cuídate mucho, mija. ¡Qué te vaya bien!" Camilla hugs Luz and Ellie and leaves, but she puts Ellie aside.
"Take care of Luz for me." Camilla said before leaving, Ellie nodded. Ellie looks at the trash and notices Luz 'book is gone.
"Hey where is it?" Ellie asked. We heard a hoot in front of us, we looked and saw an owl holding a bag with stuff in it, the book was there, the owl started to fly away.
"Tiny Trash Thief!" Luz yelled and decided to chase after it, with Ellie running after her. She pauses when they reach a decrepit abandoned house, but Owlbert continues right inside. Luz stares at the house. Ellie grabs Luz's hand.
"Are you sure we should go in there?" Ellie asked.
"Yeah, I can't let that bird grab my expensive book and get away!" She said getting frustrated. "Luz puts her hand on top of Ellie's hand. "Come with me." Ellie thinks, until she eventually nodes and Luz and Ellie run inside. The front door slams shut behind her, and the entire inside glows, visible through the windows and the holes in the roof.
"Stop adorably hoping away, you-" we stopped running as we looked around.
"Woah I thought I had a lot of weird stuff but this is impressive" she held a baby's head with an alligator's body.
"Finally your back" someone said, we stepped closer to the opened cloths.
"Now let's see what we've got here." The person said as the owl hoped back onto the stick and the woman twisted it back into a wooden owl. Luz gasped, causing Ellie to look closely.
"Garbage, garbage." She threw the phone and diamond and then held a gold cup. She then threw it away saying it was garbage.
"Now this." She grabbed a pair of glasses with springy eyeballs that popped out.
"This will make me rich." Luz and Ellie continued to look when finally the woman grabbed her book.
"And this, uhhh this could make a good candle lighting." She held the boom on top of the candle making Luz gasp, causing Ellie to get angry and run up to the woman and grab the book away from her.
"This belongs to my best friend!" Ellie said she started running back to Luz and grabbing her by the wrist, they looked back to see the woman chasing them and then the door in front of them closed folding up.
"You both aren't going anywhere." The woman took off the glasses then looked at us with an angry expression which caused Luz and Ellie to scream. Eventually they ran out of the cloth, as they ran they looked around and saw a ton of houses with monster heads as roofs, smoke coming out and dragons flying and getting hit.
"Oh no no no no no no what's going on?!" Luz said hugging Ellie, who patted her friend trying to claim down, a purple fairy then came up to us and made up a scream.
"Hello little fairy, you're going to tell me that this is all a fantastical dream?" She said as they looked at the fairy.
"GIVE ME YOUR SKIN" Luz and Ellie yelled and then ran from the fairy.
"Oh God, where are we?! Did we die?!"" Luz asked.
"You wish," the woman said behind us.
"I'm so sorry! I just wanted my book! If you're gonna eat my skin, just make it quick! Just do it now!" Luz screamed, raising her hand in front of the woman while the other held me back.
"Eat you? Why would I eat a potential customer" she lightened a bit. They look at the woman.
"Can I offer you both some human foot filled with holes? Bar green of human candy?- oh oh! How about this black shadow box that reflects only sadness." She said holding up a tv, which caused Ellie and Luz to look at each other and laugh.
"That's not all it can do, here let me see it." Luz took the TV while Ellie found some batteries and gave it to Luz who puts the battery in it and it turns on, revealing a guy doing some excessive grabbing some attention.
"What did you say your name was?" She smiled.
"I'm Luz, Luz Noceda and this is my best friend Ellie Rodriguez." Luz greets.
"Hello." She smiled.
"Well Luz and Ellie, that was pretty clever for a human." She grabs the folks' money.
"That's kind of a weird thing for another human to say." Luz says while wrapping her arm around Ellie.
"Oh dear child's." She took off her cloth from her head revealing pointy ears. "I'm not like you two, I'm Eda the Owl Lady, the most powerful witch on the boiling Isles" She said standing on the table.
"A witch?" Luz and Ellie at the same time.
"I am respected and feared." She said,
"Busted" a deep voice said smashing the TV, "Eda the Owl Lady you are wanted for misuse of magic and demonic misdemeanors."
Ellie and Luz looked up at the wanted poster "Woah a witch criminal" Luz said getting excited.
"You are hereby ordered to come with me to the confirmatory" the big person held the woman's hand or as they call her 'Eda' let's go off the grip.
"Oh would you guys stop following me around, I haven't done squat." She said, crossing her arms.
"And you two are coming too" the thuff big dude grabbed us by their hoods.
"For fraternizing with a criminal." The guy said.
"What?! That's not cool!" Luz said, squeezing her book.
"This sucks, we didn't know she was a criminal." Ellie said glaring.
"Alright alright you win, just let me get my stuff." She bends down to grab her things when she actually grabbed her staff and swings it on the big man making us let go.
Luz and Ellie got up and looked to see Eda doing magic.
"Whoops can't forget this." She grabbed the key from the door and pressed the eyeball that went the door flying towards her, then she fixed all of her stuff in one second.
"Follow me humans." She said running as Ellie and Luz start following Eda.
"This is insane!" Ellie yelled.
"If I die here my mom's gonna kill me!" Luz then yelled.
"Haha I won't let them hurt you, humans like you are much more valuable to be alive then dead." Eda said while running away. The three were running when Eda grabbed us both and hopped on the staff. We began flying, Ellie closed her eyes, she was in front with Luz hugging her from behind and resting her head on her shoulder.
"You can open your eyes now humans" Eda said, They both opened our eyes and saw that it was really speeding through. Luz freaked out then fell to the bottom of the staff holding tightly.
"Luz!" Ellie screamed, grabbing her to make sure she didn't fall.
"Flying staff, crazy monsters! And you're a witch! What is this place!?" Luz said getting helped back up.
"This is boiling Isles, every myth you humans have is caused by a little of our world leaking into yours'" Eda said as a creation of Luz flew by besides the trio.
"A Griffin!" Luz said as it vomited spiders out of its mouth.
"It's like that thing you made in class Luz!" Ellie said.
"Yeah Griffin's, Vampires, Giraffes." Eda said. Luz looks at her.
"Giraffes?" She said, "Oh yeah, we banished those guys a bunch of freaks." They landed at the ground. Eda and Ellie got off and started walking, Luz then looked behind then screamed and fell off the broom, Ellie looked behind her and saw Edas hand was still on the broom.
"Oops that happens sometimes" she sticks her hand back on.
"Wicked cool." Ellie said in amazement. Ellie grabs Luz's hand and pulls her up.
"Welp we had enough adventure for today, this is clearly not the PG fantasy world I always dreamed about, so can you help us get back home?" Luz said. Ed's staff then went in front of them.
"Only if you two help me first." She laughed and snorted "ah now come along you two." The two follow Eda.
"Woah," Ellie whispered. As the trio made it to the Owl House.
"Aren't you worried about those guards finding us?" Luz asked.
"Nope, my house has a state-of-the-art defense system." Eda said, as she walked up to the door that had an owl on the door talking.
"Hoot hoot password please." Eda then picked it's eyes.
"We got no time for this hootie, Let us in." Eda demanded.
"Alright, alright jeez you never want to have any fun, ow." It opened its mouth letting the trio in.
"Welcome to the Owl House" she snapped her fingers making the candles turn on.
"Where I hide away from the pressure of modern life, also the cops and ex-boyfriends," she laughed. "This place is beautiful," Luz said, looking around.
"Do you live here all alone?" Ellie asked Eda. "Actually I have a roommate." Eda crossed her arm as the trio looked to the other door.
"Who dares intrude upon I, the king of demons!" A dog came out with a towel on his head and body while squishing a rubber duckie.
"OH MY GOODNESS!" Ellie screamed. "Que Lindo!" Luz then ran towards him as she hugged him like a stuffed animal. "Eda! He's soooo cute! Who's a wittle guy? Who's a wittle guy? Is he you? Is he you?* She snuggled him.
"No! I don't know who your little guy is! Eda, who is this monster?" King screamed.
"Oh, this is Luz, the human and this is Ellie the other human." Eda said while holding Luz and pulling her away from King.
"TWO?!" King yelled again. Ellie picked up King and hugged him. "It's nice to meet you King." Ellie said, putting him down.
"They're here to help us with our little... situation." Eda said letting Luz down, Ellie walked next to Luz.
"Oh Horray" King said. "Wait, wait wait, I don't like the sound of this…. Situation." Luz said. "Just let me explain, King was once a mighty king of demons, until his crown power was stolen and he became this." Eda said looking at King, Ellie realized that Luz was already hugging King.
"You mean this little bundle of joy?" Luz said while eyeballing King. "Mhm if you help us retrieve his crown we'll send you back to your realm, so what do you both say? Plus who could say no to this cute face." Eda said, grabbing King by the head showing his adorably face.
"Noo! Please don't encourage them!" King said then Eda dropped him, making a small 'nyeh' sound.
"Well I mean we're kind of your only way back home." Eda said, leaving Luz and Ellie looking at each other, then at Eda, "I guess we don't have much of a choice do we?" Luz said.
"Nope now you've got no time to lose!" Eda grabbed Ellie and Luz and carried both of them
King picks up his rubber duck, "Soon, Mr. Ducky, we shall drink the fear of those who mocked us." He follows Eda.
"Where are we going?" Luz asked.
"Somewhere super fun." Eda says in response. "That doesn't sound good," Ellie said in a concerned voice.
"Yep, not a fun place at all." Ellie says looking around her surroundings. "The Conformatorium, a place for those considered unsuitable for society." Eda said.
"Whoa. These guys really have the hots for you." Luz said while holding a wanted poster. "Yep but we were never caught because we're too slippery." Eda said, holding her staff.
"Try to catch me when I'm covered in grease, I'm a squirmy little fella!" King said while on Luz's head, Ellie grabs King off her head. "You sure are a squirmy little fella." Ellie then places him on the ground.
"The three of us will sneak up to the top of the tower where they're holding my crown." King said while pointing at the castle.
"And I'm gonna make sure Warren's distracted." Ed said, Luz gasped. "Will I need to disguise myself?" She said excitedly and she called her fists. "Uh…" Eda asked in confusion.
"I've been waiting to use this!" She wears her hood "meow meow" she said place up her cat ears, Ellie giggled at her.
"Ellie your turn!" She said eagerly. Ellie pulled up her hoodie. "You are so adorable!" Luz said while holding Ellie cheeks, Ellie started blushing. "You too." Ellie said while looking away.
"It's hideous." King looked at them. "Oh you'll fit right in." Ed said getting ready to do her magic. She raised her staff up then to the ground making a yellow circle below them. "Hang on tight!" Eda said. The three of them started to float up to the window, suddenly it disappeared making them move quickly grabbing the window's stool. Luz was beside Ellie while King was hugging Luz's leg.
They looked down seeing Eda flying up sitting on her staff. "Meet you guys at the top of the tower." She said Luz, King, and Ellie went in the window and they made their way to the prison holding chamber.
"Hey cat ladies, how'd you get out of your cells?" Asked an elf with black hair with green eyes. "Oh no no no, we're not cats." Ellie said, "also not a criminal." Luz shocks her head.
"Not yet your not." King said.
"Neither are we, stupid warden like to lock people up who don't fit in." One of the prisoners said. "Like I write fanfic of food falling in Love, I like food I like love just let me write about it!" She holds up her notebook. "I'm here because I like eating my own eyes." He took one of his eyeballs and it returned to its place. Ellie was disturbed, causing her to hide behind Luz. Luz looked behind her and saw Ellie was terrified, Luz grabbed Ellie hand to calm her down. This made Ellie blushes like a tomato.
"We are agent's of free EXPRESSION. They will never silence us!" The tiny monster said. "Yeah she's really into conspiracy theories." The elf said. "THE WORLD IS A SIMULATION! WE ARE BEING PLAYING BY HIGHER BEING!" The small girl yelled.
"Wait.. these aren't crimes, none of you actually did anything wrong." Luz said "You aren't criminals." Luz pulled out the wanted poster of Eda and King.
"You all are just a bunch of weirdos… like us." Luz said, Ellie side hugged Luz to cheer her up suddenly the ground started shaking THUMP THUMP.
"It's warden wrath! Hide!" Ellie grabbed Luz and pulled her into an empty cell then closed it, The door opened showing a tall muscled silhouette monster with a mask able to its eyes.
"I can hear you" The voice said, causing King to hug Ellie arm, with Ellie hugging King in response, Luz hugged both King and Ellie.
"Just what are you fool's whispering about.." he bends down grabbing the poster. "Ah.. the Owl Lady.." He then crushed its shape and shifted its hand into a large hammer swinging it on the cell we were on CLANG.
"I'll get my hand on her soon enough" He said, causing Luz and King to look on in fear, Ellielooked on in anger.
"Fight against the oppressor! We will resist! We will conquer! We'll never be afraid of you, you old freak!" The small girl glared at the warden before the warden pulled her out of her cell.
"Let's this be a lesson to all of you, there is no place in society for you if you can't fit in." He pointed at all of them before walking away.
"Don't worry we can get you out!" Luz said, attempting to force the lever up. "Nooo! My weak nerd arms.." Luz said, looking at her arms. "Let me try." Ellie tried to push the lever but it failed.
"Just get out of here while you still can kids.. enjoy freedom for us.." the teenage Elf looked down. Luz felt pity and looked down and we started to walk away from them. The trio started walking through these hallways, Ellie looked over at Luz who was still sad, which made Ellie sad herself.
"Hey I just checked the warden is distracted tormenting some tiny creature who won't be coming around here anytime soon." Eda said hoping off her staff, Luz's eyes were still on the floor, she then walked past Eda and Ellie which caused Eda to ask.
"Anything happened?" Eda asked.
"Yeah…" Ellie replied. The four managed to make it to the door.
"My crown! It's close! I can sense it's powers!" King ran to the doors scratching it like a cat.
"Aww he gets so cute when he's thirsty for power." Ed said to the two girls, Luz crossed her arms. "It's not fair that they're all in here… they just want to be themselves…" Luz spoke and turned to Eda "why does everyone think that being a weirdo is bad?"
"Mehh!" King said. And the door opened, King laughed maniacally and started running to where his crown is placed. "Come on, before he hurts himself." Eda started to walk as Ellie and Luz followed. "Ow!"..."ooooooh- oof-Ow!" King was on the ground glaring.
"We have two humans, remember?" Eda looked down on King "oh yeah!" The two of them looked at the two, Luz looked at Ellie and grabbed her hand, Ellie looked at Luz and smiled with determination. We took a deep breath,
"Ready?" Luz asked. "Yeah, let's do this." They walked in a light flashing before them.. and then they looked up to see a glowing crown Luz grabs the crown.
"My crown!" Luz then lowered her hand as King grabbed the crown and placed it on his head. "Yes.. yes! I could feel my powers returning! You there! Nightmare critters, I shall call you Francois and you shall be a minion in my army of darkness! HAHA!" King happily balled his fist.
"That crown doesn't give him powers does it?" Luz said as she pointed at King. "Uh no." Eda confessed. Ellie lowered her eyebrows. Luz then crossed her arm and furrowed her brows.
"Look at us Luz.. Ellie.. king and I don't have much in this world we only have each other, so if that dumb crown is important to him it's important to me " She placed a hand on her chest. "Besides, most weirdo's have to stick together you know?" She winked at them. "Thanks Eda." Ellie smiled.
"Well we owe you guys one, now let's get out of here before the warden finds us and loses its head-" "Too Late." The warden put his hand up and shape shifted its hands into pickaxes then Eda's head went flying to Luz' hands.
"AHHHHHHHH!" The two screamed.
"OWW!... Oh I hate it when that happens." Eda then looked at them like it was normal causing them to scream again. "Eda are you okay?" Ellie asked. "Yeah this just happens when you get older" Eda responded. "It does?" Luz questioned.
"Finally I have you cornered Eda the Owl Lady.." as the Warden slowly walked towards them. He took the King's crown. "My guards could never get in but I knew if I took your pet toy you'd come running." He then crushed the crown.
"Nooo…. My power.." Ellie picked up King and held him in her arms to make sure he doesn't hurt him. "What do you want from me? I've never actually broken any of your stupid laws in front of you." Asked Eda.
"I want you…. To go out with me." The warden kneeled down and held a Bouquet of flowers in front of them. "Wha?" Eda asked. "What?" Luz asked. "What the what?" Ellie asked.
"Go boss!" One of the Wardens minions cheered on him and the other gave him a thumbs up. "You've always eluded our capture, you've always been the one who go away, I found that a luring."
"I hate everything you're saying right now." Luz said without hesitating. "YOU STAY OUT OF THIS!" He grabs Luz, letting go of Eda's head. Ellie watched in horror she put King down.
"LUZ! LET HER GO!" Ellie yells. Ellie runs up and tries to reverse roundhouse kick him only for the Warden to grab her leg, picking her up and throwing her onto the ground.
"ELLIE!" Luz screams as she watches in horror. King runs up to Ellie to help her. "So how about it Owl Lady? The most powerful witch of the boiling Isles and the feared ward and wrath we'd be the strongest power couple ever, I mean it's not like you can say no right now."
Eda thought for a moment as she first looked at Luz struggling then to King and Ellie getting carried by the Warden's Minions. *Sigh* "Alright Warden you win… I just like to say something first."
"Come closer… no just closer.. just yeah… that's good" *deep breaths* PPPPPTTTT" She spitted all over the Wardens face making him drop Luz. "Ha Ha Ha Ha!"
"You intuitive wrench, don't you know many grems in your mouth? Ugh." He gagged.
"Oh get over it! You had your guard stop me and then you cut off my head, I am NOT going out with you." Eda closed her eyes with an annoyed expression. "If you don't accept then I have no choice but to destroy-" Before he was able to finish his sentence Luz wacked him in the head.
"Great job Luz! Now let me grab my head and we're good to go." King, who recently got freed, grabbed Eda's head, meanwhile Luz ran over to Ellie.
"Ellie are you okay?" Luz asked. Carrying Ellie's body, finally she woke up and looked into Luz's eyes. "Never better now let's get outta here." She said Ellie stands on her own two feet, then Luz hugs her best friend who returns the hug. The four all mount the staff, with Luz in front, Ellie in second, Eda in third and King in last.
"Expecto... flying? Magicus... escapicus!" Luz said. "Gun it, magic stick!" Eda said, then they started to fly faster, Luz then realized something. "Eda lent me a hand, Ellie move closer." Luz asked, and then they all agreed. Then the three opened the cells, they got out hitting the two other minions of Warden, causing them to fall down. The Warden's hands then turned into an axe. "Ow my bones!" King yelped.
"Luz, Ellie" Eda called for us as they saw her take out the key which was something they saw earlier "go back to the human world."
"But what about you guys?" Asked Luz. " We can't leave you here!" Ellie said, "if you think this guy is bad you should have seen her last boyfriend!" King yelled back. "Not my boyfriend! Now go!" Eda grabbed them by the back of their hood placing them on the magic staff.
"But Eda!" Luz sluttered. Eda then slapped the staff's back which made it fly up. They started to scream until Ellie grabbed the staff. "Hang on Luz!" Luz wrapped her arm around Ellie waist. She stopped the staff, and they looked down and saw the creature they met earlier peeking from the hole so they flew down.
"Why aren't you guys leaving?" Ellie asked. "This is your chance to escape!" Luz asked. "The warden will catch us as he always does." Says the green creature. "We belong here.." the elf teen said "self doubt is a prison you could never escape from" then the three of them started to agree thinking that there would be no more hope. Ellie and Luz got off the staff.
"So you have different ways of doing things, different ways of seeing things that may make you weird but it also makes you awesome don't you see?" Luz encouraged them. "Why are you helping us?" Asked the Elf, "Because weirdos have to stick together." Ellie said. Luz looked at her and smiled, she pulled her hoodie. "And nobody should be punished for who they are!" Ellie pulled up her hoodie and winked to the ground of monsters. "Now let's get em!" She pointed at Warden as they all charged at him, Eda and King getting thrown down.
"No more running away Owl Lady, today I capture you once and for all!" "Go!" Luz yelled as Ellie flew the staff and the others got ready to fight him, all the creature started to rile up on him. "You! Who do you think you are?!" Yelled the Angry Warden. "Do not underestimate us, Warden Wrath! For I am Luz the human! And this is my best friend Ellie, we are warriors of peace!.." as the wind blows through their hair.
"SUCK ON THIS!" Ellie yelled as Luz tossed the fireworks up and Ellie swung the staff and hit the fireworks into his mouth letting them explode, they started to cheer as Ellie and Luz smiled at each other. "That was actually one of her better breakups." King spoke. "Not a breakup." Eda corrects him. "Anyway let's bounce before any more monsters fall in love with me." The four hopped on the staff, with Eda controlling it.
"Well a deals a deal, let's get you home." She snaps her fingers as the key she gave them started to float back to her as she opened the door back to the human world, Eda was smiling at them and King gave them sad big eyes.
"Before we go, I know it's not the same but a King shouldn't be without a crown." Luz gave King a crown. "This shall suffice." He nodded."you there plants! You are now under my command!" King pointed straight and marched to where the plants were. "Oh you two, don't forget about this." She hands them the paper for the camp, Luz takes it back.
They turned back to the door, Ellie turned to Luz. "Luz?" She turned to her "Ok I know you got your head cut off, and we started some kind of prison riot but this was the most fun I've ever had." She said, "I don't fit in at home, well me and Ellie of course.. you don't fit in here, if we stay we could not fit in together." She smiled at Eda then looked at Ellie. "I am not going back to summer camp, I wanna stay and become a witch like you like Azura!" "What? But humans can't become witches." Eda said " I'll do anything you want!" Luz said. She looked at Ellie and grabbed her hands.
"Ellie.. you could stay here with me, with us.. and we could go on tons of adventures here unlike in our world! We could learn tons of stuff here! I can't force you but I decided to stay here. What do you want to do?" Ellie looked at the portal and Luz, "Luz…. Of course I'll stay with you guys! This is gonna be awesome" Ellie said as she jumped in the air. Luz smiled widely and hugged Ellie.
"Let them stay! One of them could make us snacks! King whispered to Eda. "Well I could get a hand or two keeping an eye on this goofball out of the cupboards, alright I'll teach you both how to be a witch, but you have to work for me before you learn any spells…. deal? Eda said.

Luz opened the door which is going to be their shared room. Ellie setted up her sleeping bag, Luz looked at her picture frame of her and her mother. Ellie got comfortable, then they heard a voice. "Your sleep cocoon looks fluffy" King said, Luz gestured for him to lay down, King curled up into a ball. Ellie finally fell asleep.

I looked to see King and Ellie fast asleep, I scooted over to Ellie's side and rested my head onto her chest, I finally decided to answer my mom's text.
