Otaku woke up one morning and got out of bed to get ready for the day. He took a shower and ate his breakfast, he said goodbye to his father who left for work leaving him home alone. He sat at his computer in his room and started to make youtube videos on a game he loves playing called genshin impacted. It was known in the community of his love for one character named amber. His love for this character was what gave him the E for everything and even the wifu badge for his one and only amber.

Now there are things that otaku didn't think would happen when he was playing his game and leveling up his charters. He was streaming when this happened as he was fighting Rock Shield Hilichurl Guard trying to get to his next mission

"You suckers didn't stand a chance"

Said otaku with a smirk smile, as he killed the last Hilichurl, Then his computer beeped as a message popped up telling him of a Rare event starting in 30 seconds, the answer ready and not ready button was shown soon after as otaku shrugged at this and clicked "Ready", then his computer started to shine catching him off guard before he could do anything he was sucked into the computer Blinded by a white light before he hit the ground

" ouch, what the heck was that?"

he asked while rubbing his head while sitting up, He looked around his surroundings trying to figure out where he was until something clicked when he remembered something about this grassland that he was in.

" hold on, am I..."

Before he could finish, a loud explosion caught his attention, making him turn around as he saw a girl running in his Direction from another horde of Wooden Shield Hilichurl Guards. She had long, dark brown hair, gold eyes, and fair skin. And had on a jumper-like outfit composed of dark brown leather shorts, a red hoodie-like top, red stockings, and white thigh-high boots embellished with gold linings and symbols.

"Holy hell, it's Amber!"

Otaku Shouted to himself as he watched as Amber Dodge out Of the way from one of the preachers trying to jump on her she pulled out her bow and arrow and fired three shots at three of them taking them down, she backed up while watching them and rolled out of the way once again before Shooting more of her fire arrows. her attention then turns to otaku who was standing there with his jaw open not believing that this was happening. Amber quickly made her way over to the boy and grabbed him by his shoulders

"Are you crazy, what on Earth are you doing here?"

She shouted at him but otaku was too in shock to say anything, Amber turned around to see more of the herds coming their way, Amber pushed otaku out of the way and fired more of her arrows at the monkey. She wasted no time as she threw her bunny at the rest of them and shielded otaku from the explosion when it went off. when the dirt and debris finally settled Amber looked around the surroundings to make sure there were no more monkeys left insight, a deep sigh escaped from her as she turned back to the boy

" Okay you, where on Earth did you come from and why are you not equipped with weapons or at least armor to keep yourself safe?!"

she shouted at otaku once again as he was finally able to snap back to reality only to stutter at his words when he tried to speak. Amber rolled her eyes and grabbed by the color of his shirt, and dragged them back into town. when Otaku and Amber finally reached
Mondstadt she shouted at the boy some more

"You could have died if I didn't see you wandering around like an idiot, don't you read the signs?!"

"I'm sorry I..."

"Hold on... You're not from here are you?"

Amber said as he looked at her not knowing what she was talking about until he remembered how the game usually goes

"No I'm not from here actually, and I'm pretty sure you know that I don't know how to get home either"

Otaku said to Amber as she sighs shaking her head

"You're not the only one that got stranded here, a girl about your age fell from the sky and got into the same trouble as you did"

Otaku raised his eyebrow at this when hearing about it as he was wondering if she was talking about Lumine, the Traveler girl of the game

"Yeah, no kidding"

"Come with me"

She said and started to drag him again to the Knights of Favonius, otaku was able to make Amber let him go so he can walk but Amber thought that he was trying to escape so she kept a close eye on him just in case. The two of them entered the Big Stone like building and enter the hallway that had checkerboard tile floors. He saw other people walking around , but the main thing otaku wanted to know was what was going on. He didn't have time to think about it as they entered the office.

"Grand master jean, i have found another Traveler from another world "

Amber said to the woman that otaku knew way too well. The woman that sat behind the desk working looked up at otaku. The woman named Jean is tall, athletic build and fair skin. She has grey-blue eyes and medium-length gold-blonde hair tied back into a ponytail with a black bow. On her ears, she wears a pair of gold cross earrings.

She wears a white, blue, black, and red strapless shirt with gold symbol and linings along with a long blue tailcoat attached to it, a pair of separate white sleeves, a short blue and gold cloak with a light blue inner lining attached to a white separate collar with black linings, and pair of white high-heeled knee-high boots with gold She also wears a pair of blue gauntlets.

"Another one?"

Jean said as she didn't seemed to worried about this, otaku liked jean but just seeing her in person for some reason gave off a vib that told him if he said anything wrong he would be killed

"This is the Second one this week"

Jean said calmly and she looked back at the paper that she was holding

"yes it appears so, if I didn't know any better I think someone is opening up portals letting these Travelers In to our world"

Amber said thinking

" Has anyone been able to locate any of the portals that have been opening up?"

Jean questions still not looking up from her paper

"no, I haven't heard anything back from Lisa. I'm starting to think that even the books that we have aren't even able to tell us what's going on here."

"What about the girl from 2 weeks ago did she ever return back ?"

Jean asked putting down the paper and she picked up another one

"Oh her... I don't know... I feel like she just vanished"

Amber said nervously as jean look up at Amber before putting down the paper

"I'll get more information on her later. Alright, first tell me your name and tell me exactly how you got here ?"

Jean asked otaku, otaku decided not to mention anything out of the ordinary to them, such as they are not real people and that they are a computer game, the last thing he would want is to be thrown in jail if they thought he was crazy.

"My name is otaku and To be honest I don't know how I got here, I was...um, attacked and then I was blinded by a white light... and the next thing you know I'm in a grassy field."

Otaku said, Jean looked at him for a minute before replying

" alright I guess just like the other ones that we're going to have to teach you the ways of living here in Mondstadt. Amber take over "

Jean said as amber was shocked when hearing this

"Really, again , can't Lisa or maybe Kaeya do it this time. It was back breaking dealing with the last one"

Amber said pouting but Jean shoo her away making her grown and take otaku by the hand and pulled him out of the office.

"Ok newbie looks like it's up to me to teach you the ways here, but first i think you need to learn how to use a wind Glider"

She said taking out a glider that looked like wings, otaku knew the name of the wings as it was the first wings the player gets when meeting amber and learning to ride the winds. She helped him put it on and told him how to ride the winds, also warning him to be careful when doing so as sometimes a strong wind might take him away. When otaku gave it a try by jumping off a wall , he was Scared to move,Believing he was going to die but that didn't stop Amber from pushing him off and hearing a girly scream before he glided down to safety.

"You see that wasn't so bad"

Amber said with a smile as otaku turn to look at her angry

"Are you crazy! You could have killed me!"

he shouted at her but Amber didn't see anything wrong with what she did and told him to do it again. After gliding around for almost an hour otaku started to get his confidence the more he did it.

"Well done otsu "

"It's otaku. By the way you mentioned that someone else was here before me, a girl, what was her name?"

"Her name?...lets see... i forgot "

Amber said as she told otaku about the gliding license to glide around Mondstadt, it was funny to him that she remembered this time and forgot to tell the player in the game. Later otaku passed the test and got his gliding license

"Congratulations, here is your gliding license! You're officially legal now, yay!"

Amber said with a smile

"Thank you amber "

Otaku said

"You're welcome but Make sure you obey the rules. Whatever you do, don't get your license revoked... "

Amber warned , but he already knew the risk of that not really happening.

"Besides you're not having any armor we're going to have to get you something to protect you from being out there in the field if you're going to go on an adventure, and also don't even have a weapon so that's another problem. But we can take care of that in the morning "

Amber said as otaku looked up, realizing that the sun was already setting, the sky shined with millions of stars as far as the eye could see. It gave off a nighttime glow of stars that made it seem endless.

"beautiful... "

otaku said in a whisper as amber giggled and had otaku follow her to an inn for him to stay for the night.
