Homecoming
One day in Qingqing city, china. A luminescing baby was born giving off a light, and as time passed many others were emerging with these 'Quirks'. The world became a superhuman society where 80% of the population had some sort of quirk.
With emergence of quirks, came the rise of heroes. These heroes became beacons of hope that would bring peace in cities and throughout the world.
As the years passed, hero schools were born. Training young kids on the rode of heroism and becoming peacekeepers of the next generation.
One of the best-known heroes was the mighty hero All Might. He came into the general public in a great entrance. During a great battle between heroes and villains, he single handedly rescued many civilians from danger.
He became the symbol of peace, with crime going down. The innocent could live in peace and enjoy their lives with the protection of heroes watching over them.
But before all this, before the luminescent baby and even All Might. There was another individual that was considered a hero.
Many people in the present day don't know much about this hero. Many believing he was a myth or a made-up figure to inspire others to join a war that changed the world.
The first World War.
The war to end all wars.
The great war.
Yet so many people tend to forget it, with the emergence of heroes. Everybody was focused on them than the history of the war.
It became a war that the general public forgotten. Many veterans of the war were long gone, yet their stories were passed to their children.
The most famous soldier during the war was a boy named Henry E. Clarke. A young boy who lived in the country side of Great Britain.
When his country called upon him, he joined up lying about his age. His parents were hesitant on sending him because of his older brother dying in the war.
But how did this young boy become a hero? He had what present day heroes had.
A quirk.
On the front lines of the war, he led his fellow comrades towards the enemy. Whether it would be victory or defeat. He inspired young soldiers to follow him into the heat of battle.
He fought along with the French, the ANZACs, the Italians, the Canadians, and even the Americans.
He became the poster boy for Britain. Inspiring other young boys to join the fight against the axis powers.
Henry rescues civilians from the battlefield, injured soldiers in No Mans Land, and even enemy soldiers from death.
The Germans gave him the name.
Englander. But the Germans feared him.
Due to him being English. He was called a hero by his fellow soldiers and the civilians praised him for being their savior.
He was a true hero.
But during the Battle of Cambrai, he was never seen again. Many speculated that he was dead or went into hiding to live his life in peace.
They will never know the truth…
Until today.
Izuku Midoriya sat in his class while writing in his book on hero quirks. He was a quiet boy with green messy hair and was pretty short among his peers.
Today marked the anniversary of the Great War. Even though heroes were his favorite subject, his second favorite was history.
When the UK released information about the hero Englander. He immediately went to work on researching on him and everything about his quirk.
Historians and researchers called his quirk: Force. From the veterans who witnessed Henry's powers.
They described his power as some sort of invisible wall or shield. When he would get shot, the bullets would ricochet off of him. He could lift cars and objects twice his size and jump as high as 50 ft in the air.
He was similar to All Might in power.
Izuku was fascinated by Henry, he inspired Izuku to become a hero. A young boy from Japan to become a hero like All Might.
The classroom started to fill up with many students. One of them was Izuku's former friend and now bully, Katsuki Bakugo.
Ever since childhood Bakugo has beaten him, kicked, pushed him to the ground and called him names. All because Izuku was quirkless.
All the people he considered as friends turned on him. Not wanting to spend a single minute with him fearing that they would be considered quirkless or weak.
As Bakugo walked into the class, he noticed Izuku or what he calls him. Deku.
Reading a book on the first world war, focusing on the first ever quirk user Englander.
This irked Bakugo. Why would people focus on someone like that fake hero? He was no All Might; he was just some made up figure to boost morale for the British army.
As Izuku was reading his book, Bakugo picked it up from him and glared at green haired boy.
"Reading on that fake hero Englander again Deku?" Izuku quickly looked down out of fear, not wanting to be beaten.
"O-Oh hey Kacchan. Just reading more about him because he's a very inspirational person."
Bakugo smirked and ripped the paper that had the info and picture of Henry. He then crumbled it and used his quirk to darken it.
Izuku immediately fell out of his chair and crumbled up into a ball. Fearing that Bakugo would hurt him.
The spiky haired bully scoffed and threw the burned paper in front of Izuku, "Face it Deku, even if you do all this hero research and try to get into a hero academy."
Bakugo gave a cocky smirk and pointed his thumbs at himself, "You won't ever get in because I won't let you! quirkless weakling!"
Izuku started to feel anger take over him, he was tired of being bullied and wanted to stand up against Kacchan. But he couldn't because if he even talked back or stood up for himself.
Bakugo would just blow him away.
"Bakugo and Midoriya!" yelled their teacher who just arrived in the classroom. Many of the students who watching the two quickly went back to their desks and sat in their chairs.
"Go back to your seats or I will suspend both of you," Bakugo scoffed before stepping on the burnt paper. Izuku nodded his head and got back up, picking up the paper in the process.
The burnt page was a picture of Englander in his 'hero suit'.
His gear consisted of black lenses goggles that cover his eyes with a black handkerchief mask covering his mouth. He wore regular WW1 British infantry uniform and webbing for his supplies and ammunition. He was equipped with knee and elbow pads made out soft padding for taking a knee or improved shooting. He had fingerless gloves on his hand and a Mk1 brodie helmet to cover his head. His two main weapons were the Mk3 Lee-Enfield and the Webley Mk VI revolver.
In a way it made him look cool by Midoriya standards. Like what a beginning hero would wear for patrols and fighting. Or even a vigilante.
"Today class we won't be doing any work today."
Many of the students put their hands in relief and cheering for not doing work. But the teacher wasn't done.
"Instead we will be watching a documentary about the First World War since the anniversary is today," the teacher explained to his students.
Many of them groaned in not wanting learn about the first world war. many of them considered WW1 as a boring war and subject to learn.
"Come on teach why do we have to learn about that. It's so boring," One male student said.
"Ya! And besides, that English hero known as Englander isn't even cool at all," another student said out loud.
Izuku didn't share the same mindset as his classmates. To him Englander was like a legend. The first hero to ever exist and to use his quirk to save people on the battlefield and from danger.
If Izuku ever got the chance to meet him in person. He would ask questions about his quirk and his experience as a hero.
"I don't want to hear it! All you need to do is sit at your desks and watch," All the students in the class were annoyed and decided to give in.
As the video started, Izuku went back to his hero notebook. Adding Henry in the addition of his hero's gallery.
Once class finished Izuku quickly returned home so he could avoid Bakugos 'daily workout'.
As he walked up the steps to his apartment. He thought back at a villain robbery a couple of hours ago.
Apparently, some villain with a laser quirk that shot out of his chest was robbing a jewelry story and some heroes were fighting him.
A couple heroes like the strength hero Death Arms and the tree hero Kamui Woods. Were trying to subdue the villain but proved to be futile.
They couldn't get close due to the villain's lasers trying to kill them. Before further damage or danger could be done to the general public.
All might in his hero costume was in the air falling towards the villain from behind. He raised his hand and gave the poor villain a painful slap to the head, knocking him out instantly.
It always made Izuku happy to see his idol and inspiration to the save the day. He wasn't considered the symbol of peace for nothing. Izuku tried to get him to sign his notebook but many people crowded around All Might.
Preventing Izuku from getting in. All Might gave them all a big smile and told them he had to go. As he left with a super jump, Izuku began writing in his hero notebook and muttering on All Might's quirk.
Many people noticed this and were creeped out by the boy but they didn't pay to much attention on him.
Izuku eventually arrived at the door to his home and opened it. Immediately after entering, Izuku's mom Inko Midoriya.
The short chunky mother with green hair walked up to her boy and gave him a welcoming hug, "How was school my boy?"
"It was fun mom, I got to learn a lot about Englander and his service in the war," Izuku said while taking off his shoes. Inko smiled at her son's bright mood, when ever Izuku would talk about heroes. He would make his mother happy seeing her son's smile and positive attitude.
She was devastated when her son was told he was quirkless. For two whole weeks he didn't even smile or talk to her when they got home.
It took a lot of care and love to get her baby boy back in a better mood. But she could see fire in his eyes shining with determination.
But Inko feared that Izuku's determination to become a hero without a quirk. Would lead him to being hurt or worse.
His own death.
Inko shook these thoughts away and returned back to her cooking. Izuku changed into his home clothes with his notebook in hand. He quickly went to the living room and turned on the tv to watch the news.
The reason why he did this was today was a special day. Today was the day when the statue of Englander was being revealed to the whole world. This event would take place in the last known sighting of him.
Cambrai.
Inko turned around to see her son watching the news event on the celebration in Cambrai. Where the mayor of the town was revealing a memorial of the soldiers that are buried in the town. Both British and German.
Izuku was practically jumping in excitement wanting to see the new statue. Inko finished up her cooking and sat near the dinner table, "Izuku! Food is ready."
The messy haired kid sat with his mother eating fish for dinner. Both mom and son watched the news coverage on event while eating in peace.
The citizens of Cambrai were all in a good mood. In the open field of the city, held a carnival for the people to enjoy.
Many tourists came to partake in the celebration and enjoy the culture there. They came from all over the world, America, Japan, UK, and etc.
Some WW1 reenactors showed many tourists the technologies of the war and the history of the battlefield. Police and heroes were present for safety and ensure the civilians that the event was safe.
One family among the masses was the Yaoyorozu family. The reason for their visit was they were one of the many contributors who gave money to the builders of the memorial.
Another family that was there was the Iida family. They also funded the creation of the statue of Henry in his hero costume.
Momo Yaoyorozu was currently reading one of the monuments there. Her mother, Ayuko Yaoyorozu watched as her daughter visited the monument.
"Does the monument interest you Momo?" asked Ayuko.
The black ponytailed girl turned around with a smile, "Yes mother, its hard to imagine that this field that were standing on was a battlefield."
Ayuko understood what her daughter meant. The fields of Cambrai were one of the most beautiful landscapes that Ayuko has seen. That over 100 years ago, this land was destroyed and scared from the fighting between the axis and allied powers.
Many soldiers died here and are still buried.
"We must never forget the soldiers that fought here Momo. They all were around your age when they fought."
Momo cringed in fear at the thought of young boys dying. She always questioned why the military would allow such a thing to happen.
"I know mother. Is that why we help funded the construction of the memorial for the fallen soldiers?"
"Yes Momo, we must never forget what happened here and the heroic sacrifices of the first hero known as Englander," Ayuko told her daughter. Momo looked to the place the statue was.
Her father Daiji Yaoyorozu was currently speaking to the mayor of the city. Since he was a supporter in the build, he was given the honors to speak at the event to celebrate the lost soldiers.
But most importantly…Englander.
At first Momo couldn't believe that Henry Clarke had a quirk. This changed the whole history of quirks and how they came to be. But when the UK released the photos, research, and some old footage of Henry.
Momo was astonished. That this young boy was the worlds first quirk user and considered by the vets of the war.
A hero.
"Is father really going to give a speech?" Momo asked with tired look.
Her mother chuckled at her daughter's mood, "Yes Momo, but don't worry. He's not going to advertise the Yaoyorozu corporation again like the last event we were at."
Momo sighed in relief, "Thank god."
Ayuko looked to her watch and noticed that the speech was nearing, "Momo! It's time for us to head to our seats. Your father speech will be starting soon."
"Yes mother!" Momo was about to run but stopped. She grabbed a small flower from her bag that she got as a gift and place it on the monument. Respecting the dead and their sacrifices.
She walked with her mom with happy smile. Unknown to her though, was a man looking at the two women with an evil smirk.
Behind the man was a group of people with bags and had the same look as the man.
"Wake up."
"Wake up."
"Get Up."
"GET UP."
"WAKE UP!"
A single hand bursts from the ground covered in dirt. Then what came next was straight out of a zombie movie.
A young boy rose from the ground with dirt everywhere on his body. He tried to stand up but fell on the ground feeling weak.
He took a look around of his surroundings and noticed that he was in a forest. He weakly crawled to a nearby river with fresh water drink and wash up.
The young boy wore an old British infantry uniform from WW1 and had the Brodie helmet.
"Well Henry you're not in heaven."
Henry Clarke had found himself in an unknown area. Henry cupped his hands to pick up some water and splashed all over his face and hair. He drank up quenching his thirst.
Henry felt his stomach growl in hunger, making the young boy search his backpack.
The only food he could find was a hard cracker called hard tack. They still had nutritious value but were a pain in the ass to eat. When he bit into the cracker, Henry cringed in pain from the thickness.
As he finished up his meal, he walked back to his weapons. His Lee-Enfield and Webley revolver.
Henry cleaned up his weapons and checked on his ammunition if they were ok.
*Boom! *
The young Brit quickly took behind cover and took aim in the direction of the sound. He felt a cold sweat run down his forehead fearing the worst.
Germans.
He noticed bright in the air. Henry looked up to see something he hasn't seen in a while
'Fireworks?' Henry questioned.
Henry started to focus in on the noise to hear music and voices from over the hill.
"Looks like the lads are already drinking without me. Better get to them before they finish up the wine and beer."
The young soldier picked himself and walked himself towards the lights. But keeping an eye on his surroundings.
Fearing that it may be a trap.
Tenya Iida.
The youngest child of the Iida family which have a history of being heroes and regarded as the best in Japan. Was currently watching over some kids who were playing a small playground.
One of the kids was on the monkey bars hanging by his legs. To others this was a normal thing for children to do.
But to Iida, it was highly dangerous and could lead to injury to the poor boy.
"Don't hang upside down like that! You could injure yourself severely," Iida told the boy while doing weird hand gestures. The boy ignored his warning and instead blew a raspberry before using his quirk to teleport away.
Iida was about to give the boy a scolding to notice a young girl with dog like features crying.
The glasses wearing elitist quickly ran to the poor child to tend to her, "What's wrong little girl?"
The little dog girl wiped the tears off here eyes, "I…don't know where my mommy and daddy are…" Iida looked at the poor girl apologetically. Feeling bad, the blue haired boy puts out his hand for the little girl to grab it.
"What's your name?" Tenya asked.
"Mary," the little girl knows as Mary said.
"Well Mary, I'll help find your parents. Let's walk together to the police booth so they could find your parents," the little girl sniffled and accepted the older boys help.
Both kids walked through the celebration to notice the countless booths and vendors that were selling souvenirs from the war and merchandise of the first hero Englander.
"You know my favorite hero is Englander," the young girl told Iida. The young boy looked down to the girl with a smile.
"Really?"
"Yes, my great grandfather fought in the same company as Henry. When he got to a certain age, he told us his war stories and the actions of the hero Englander."
Iida was surprised to hear this. From what he learned was that veterans who fought alongside with Englander was rare. Many of them were gone and the ones that were alive have other illnesses that prevented them to tell the stories.
"MARY!" a man and woman yelled out.
Mary turned her attention to the two people revealing to be her parents. The mother had dog like features like Mary while the father was normal looking.
Both parents and Mary met into a loving embrace. The mother gave her daughter kisses to her forehead and reassured her that everything was alright. The father broke away to thank Tenya.
"Thank you, young man for getting our daughter back to us," Mary's father shook Iida's hand. Tenya returned the hand shake feeling a since of pride. His dream was to become a hero like his brother.
That's why Iida was going to UA Academy, one of the most prestigious hero schools in Japan and the school where All Might went to.
"It is a hero's duty to help the innocent in dire time of need," Iida told the man with a straight stance and a smile.
The family of three said their goodbyes to young Tenya. Before Mary left, she gave Tenya a hug and told him that he would make a great hero.
Tenya waved his hand as the family went back into the celebration. He noticed the people around him walk in the same direction towards the stage where the statue revealing would take place.
As the people started taking their seats, he walked up to the front row where his reserved seat was. He noticed his mother waving her hand to get his attention.
"Tenya over here!" Iida's mom shouted. The young boy quickened his pace and met up with his parents.
"Are you enjoying the celebration mother?" Iida's mom smiled and gave his son a hug.
"Yes, Tenya I am."
Tenya's father came up to him, "I wish your brother was here to see the reveal of the statue."
The young Iida looked down in sadness. Tensei Iida, the older brother of Tenya had a duty as the turbo hero Ingenium to protect the streets of Japan from criminals and villains.
But Tensei told young Iida that he would be watching from his hero agency along with his sidekicks. Tenya was happy but still felt down that his brother wasn't there.
"He'll be watching through the news coverage father. I know he won't miss it," Iida told his father. This caused his father to chuckle.
"Yes, when Englander was revealed your brother was the first ones to research about him and defend his existence when the media tried to deny him," Iida's father said remembering him defending Englander exitance when the media tried to deny him.
"Englander is considered the first hero in the world. But it so hard to believe that a person with a quirk existed even before the quirk boom all those years ago."
*Ring! *
The sound of a Mic turning on caught the two family members to look towards the stage to see the mayor of Cambrai. With him was Daiji Yaoyorozu the head of the Yaoyorozu corporation.
"If all participants in the celebration please come to the stands and sit to hear this wonderful speech by Mr. Yaoyorozu."
The Iida family took their seats waiting for the reveal. Not to far from them was Momo and her mother sitting in the front of the microphone to get a good look at Daiji.
In the back of the audience were a couple of heroes keeping watch. Among the heroes were two teachers from UA High.
The Shooting Hero: Snipe.
The Voice Hero: Present Mic.
Both heroes were sent by Nezu since the Mayor asked him for two teachers from UA. Since Midnight, Eraser Head, and all the other teachers were unavailable.
The Mayor wanted two teachers from UA because it would show the civilians that the celebration and memorial would be safe and that no villains would show up.
"Honestly Mic, I don't mind traveling here. It's nice to be in the area where Englander was last seen."
Present Mic rolled his eyes at the cowboy hat wearing hero. Present Mic's was one of the ones who didn't believe the exitance of Englander. He believed that he was just made up and that the old footage of him was just propaganda for the British.
"Whatever you say Snipe. I just want to get back to my hotel room and rest," Present Mic said with a yawn. He was tired because he was getting hounded by reporters and was unable to get to his room to sleep.
"Looks like the reveal is about to begin," said Snipe. Both heroes stood at attention, but unknown to them was two men with smirks on their faces with their hands in their pockets. Looking at the two heroes.
Daiji Yaoyorozu went up to the Mic with a confident face.
"Over 100 years ago, a war that changed the world and caused so many deaths of innocent civilians and soldiers. In those four years of war, both sides suffered heavy losses and died gruesome deaths by new technologies that would evolve to the present day. Today we honor those losses at this battle, one of the largest tank battles to happen in the history of mankind."
Everybody in the audience were saddened and move by the older Yaoyorozu's words. How countless young boys died in the worst ways ever imagined and killed each other in brutal ways.
"But through all that blood shed and terror, came a glimmer of hope and peace. A young corporal in the British army had something that all the others didn't have. A quirk, once he revealed himself to the world. He devoted his time to end the war and finish the killings. And through his two to three years of military service, he was able to save many soldier lives on both sides. Rescue civilians from danger of combat. His sacrifices for his country and for human kind should never be forgotten."
Daiji picks up the microphone and walks to the sheet covering the statue, "Ladies and Gentlemen, I give you."
He pulls down the sheet to reveal Henry Clarke in his hero costume giving a salute and looking forward with a determined face.
"The English hero: Englander!"
The audience erupted into applause and clapping towards statue. The citizens of Cambrai felt pride in the statue and were in joy at the memorial being finally completed.
Momo immediately stood up clapping her hands. Her father gave a beautiful speech that caused her to tear up. She glances at the statue and grinned.
Tenya clapped his hands above his head with tears rolling down his cheeks in a comedic way. He was moved by the older man's words, he yelled out bravo at the man's fantastic speech.
Snipe admired the statue, the predecessor of the pro heroes today. First human to ever possess a quirk. He felt inspired by the legend of Englander, a boy charging into the heart of the enemy while leading his comrades to victory.
Mic could care less and just clapped his hands to appease his partner.
As the public was enjoying the reveal of the statue. A group of around 10 men circled around the pros and cops with hands in their pockets.
One man with a scar on his left eye walked behind two officers. He looked to the other 9 to see them taking positions behind the heroes and officers.
He puts his hand up to his ear pressing on a small ear piece.
"Now."
The man brought his hands on both police officers heads and clashes them both together. Knocking them out instantly.
The others quietly disposed of the officers by knocking them out or making them immobilized.
For the heroes, they shot them with tranquilizer darts and covering them behind something.
Many of the heroes and officers that were security throughout the celebration were all knocked out and captured. The remaining security left was Snipe and Present Mic.
Both were oblivious to the group of men and just focused in on the speech and watching over the audience.
"DD sir, we got two pro heroes left how should we procced?" one of the men asked on the radio. The scared man known as DD smirked and grabbed a flashbang out of his jacket.
"We're going loud."
This caused all of his grunts to quickly undress into their combat gear with vests with fully loaded magazines. Their guns consisted of: Mp7s, M4s, grenade launchers, and P90s.
DD threw the flashbang between the two pro heroes.
Snipe heard a thud sound making him look down to see the flash grenade. Before he could warn Present Mic, a great big flash blinded the two heroes and caused the audience to go into panic.
*Rat tat tat! *
*Rat tat tat! *
The group of armed men closed in on the crowd and shot their guns in the air. Making the audience to crouch down on the ground out of fear. Some of them tried to run.
But one of the armed men had a mutant type of quirk that extended his arms to prevent anyone from escaping.
Momo grabbed her mother and brought her to the ground to cover her from the bullets. Her mother shivered in fear at thought of her baby girl getting hurt. But Momo reassured her mother that everything would be alright.
Tenya's parents were about to spring into action when two armed men came behind Tenya and knocked him to the ground.
Both Mr. and Mrs. Iida ceased their movement, fearing further action could cause the gunman to shoot Tenya.
"Both of you on your knees or four eyes here gets a round to the head," the armed man said pressing his M4 to the head of Tenya.
Both parents followed the man's order and laid face first. The man's partner brought out two quirk inhibiting cuffs and slapped it on Tenya's parents.
Tenya felt tears build up in his eyes because he felt powerless, "Don't even think about hurting them!"
One man got pissed and walked towards the kid, "Shut the fuck up kid!" the man kicked Tenya's face causing blood to spill out of his nose and his glasses to fly away.
Tenya's father felt his anger to rise and tried to get up, only to be stopped by his captor.
Snipe tried his best get his revolver out, but was stopped by DD. The leader of the group used his Revolver and smacked on the head of the Pro Hero. Knocking him out instantly.
One of the armed men grabbed the disoriented Mic and slammed him to the ground. He had quirk inhibiting cuffs slapped on his wrists that prevented him to use his powerful voice.
With all the heroes and police subdued, DD admired his work of hostage taking. No civilians were trying to stop them or run away. They all had fear in their eyes, and that's what DD thrived on.
"Boss, this is Jackson."
"Go ahead Jackson."
"I got the mayor and Daiji Yaoyorozu."
DD smiled, now it was time for the show to begin. DD turned to one of his men with a smirk, "Go get that Japanese reporter and her cameraman."
"Yes sir."
DD walked up to the stage passing Momo and the Iida family. The evil man grabbed the mayor by the neck and put the mayor face to face with him.
"Enjoying the celebration mayor, I know I am," DD looked up at the statue with an evil grin, "The English Hero Englander, honestly what a joke. If you ask me all those veterans that were interviewed about Englander are old dumbasses."
Daiji glared at the heartless man and just wanted to beat him, "Don't dare disrespect those men! They fought bravely for their country! You have no ri-"
"Shut the fuck up!" Jackson used the stock of his P90 to smack Daiji's head. Momo immediately got up despite her mothers demands to stay down. DD noticed this, recognizing that the girl was Daiji's daughter, Momo.
"Oh? If it isn't the child of Ayuko and Daiji Yaoyorozu. Momo was it?"
DD looked over to Jackson and nodded. Jackson quickly grabbed Momo by the hair and brought her to the stage. She screamed in pain while Jackson laughed, enjoying the sounds of her screams.
"No please!" DD kicked Daiji in the stomach causing him to fall off the stage. Jackson puts Momo on her knees in front of DD who had a smile that made the young girl feel uncomfortable.
The leader of the group looked her over and smiled at the young girls…package.
DD was about to try and feel her up but was stopped when Momo spit on his face. His cool cocky expression turned into complete anger.
"You Bitch!" DD backhanded Momo across the face causing her whimper in pain.
"When I'm done with your father, I'm going to teach you a lesson," DD told Momo in a sinister tone.
"Sir, I got the reporter and the cameraman," an armed man shoved two people in front of DD.
The reporter was Japanese and her cameraman was the same but had face of a duck.
"Good," DD turned to the two-news people, "I want to film me while the world watches in fear."
The Japanese reporter quickly grabbed her mic and gave it to DD while the duck camera man started roll his camera on a bipod.
"Your on," the duck man said in fear.
Young Midoriya could only watch in dread with his mother by his side. When the statue was revealed, a loud bang was heard then the camera was cut.
Inko reassured her son that everything was alright. But once the camera went live again, she could only gasp and cover mouth out of fear.
Both Midoriya's could only watch in horror. Hoping that the heroes or the law enforcement would come and rescue the civilians.
"Please heroes rescue them…" Izuku mumbled.
Tensei Iida was in his agency's locker room getting dressed. After showering to be refreshed, one of his sidekicks rushed in the locker room. His face had fear plastered all over his eyes.
"Ingenium-san! The celebration at Cambrai has been attacked by an armed group of men."
"What!?"
Tensei and the sidekick quickly went into main office to see the other sidekicks watching the event unfold on TV.
"Hello world! It is good to be back!" DD yelled out to the camera.
Tensei saw evil leader and immediately recognized the man.
"Devil Dog…" Tensei said in disbelief.
"That can't be sir! Devil Dog was pronounced killed when he detonated that bomb in Hosu City!" a female sidekick told Tensei. Remembering the 'work' Devil Dog did.
It took many pro-heroes including Endeavor and All Might, to take Devil Dogs gang of 100 highly trained gun men. When the whole building where his base was exploded.
He was designated KIA.
Tensei didn't care about the return of Devil Dog. The only thing he was thinking about was his family.
"Mom…Dad…Tenya."
"Many of you thought I was dead since Hosu. Well, I was just getting ready to come to the city Cambrai for a new place to have fun. And I heard that they opening up a memorial for those WW1 vets. Ha!"
Devil Dog grabbed his Desert Eagle and pushed on the back of Momo's head. He then looked down to Daiji and laughed.
"Now, Mr. Yaoyorozu. If you want your daughter to survive and not get shot. You will do one thing. Just only one thing, nothing too hard."
Daiji looked to his wife who gave the ok to him, "What is it that you want?"
"I hear that you have one of the largest supplies of Uranium in Japan. And I want it."
Daiji gulped in fear, "Why do you want it?"
"Nonononono, you don't get to know why. You just have to supply me or-"
Devil Dog pressed his revolver harder on Momo's head. Making her cry. Daiji didn't want to give the Uranium at first, the thought of an armed group with a nuclear element made him shiver in fear.
"Father don't do it!" Momo pleaded.
The Iida family could only witness the event. If only they didn't have the cuffs on, they could take out the armed men with fast precise attacks. But didn't want to risk it.
Their son was badly hurt and if they made any moves, he could be killed.
"Now Mr. Yaoyorozu, you tell me where you store it so my other team in Japan could grab it," Devil Dog smiled evilly and cocked the hammer on his revolver.

Daiji tried to get back up but Jackson pressed his gun even further on his bike. Ayuko could only watch in horror with tears streaming down her cheeks, "Please stop! She's just a child!"

Everybody in the audience watched with anger, dread, and fear. This man would kill a young girl for fun and to get what he wants.
The Iida family laid on the ground feeling disappointed in themselves. They were a family of heroes who would always save the day. But right now, they were captured unable to anything.
Young Tenya could only cry unable to rescue the girl or help prevent the armed men from hurting anyone.

"Leave her alone you villain!" Snipe said angrily. He struggled to get free but it was to no avail. The armed gunmen laughed and watched their entertainment on the stage.
Present Mic tried to use his quirk but it proved futile. One gunman noticed stomped on Mic's head and spit on his face. Mic was really pissed off and wanted to put these vile men in jail.

'Please god no…' Momo thought to herself fearing that this would be her last moment on earth.
DD put his finger on the trigger and smirked.

"NO!" Mr. and Mrs. Yaoyorozu screamed at the same time.

Hello my fellow readers, welcome to my new story: Englander!
This my second war story fic and I am pumped to write it. My OC Henry is a British soldier who fought in the first world war. The first human being to have a quirk and use it on the battlefield.
Now if you think Henry's quirk is lame and boring. That's alright because he mostly depends on his combat skills in the great war.
His costume was inspired by the Trench Raider in Battlefield 1. If you ask me the trench raider costume is one of my favorites with the infiltrator kit as my second.
My other story Rendezvous with Destiny will not be canceled but I will be focusing on this story. Don't worry! You will see Roy Robinson again.
This will also be an OC X Harem story. I won't reveal any further girls but Momo will be among them.
