Being Cheetah Hunt in the School
Barbi is seen wearing a blue and orange gymnastics uniform with a single white stripe going down across on her chest to the right from her shoulder.
Barbi looks at the little jumping board and sprint as fast as she could, making a bug jump and doing a triple rolling flip then making a perfect landing on both feet before striking a pose and her gymnastic teammates cheers for her.
"If you keep vaulting like that, we might actually win gold this year." One gymnastic stated, amazes of Barbi's skills.
"Well, it wasn't me who fell on the uneven bars." Barbi reminded the girl of her failure causing the girl to feel sad of the memory.
"Nice work, Barbi. Maybe your cleanest vault yet." The female coach complimented.
"Good. Then, if it's settled, and I'm captain again, let's get one thing clear..." Barbi was about to say something serious to her teammates, but the coach stops her.
"Hang on. I think there's one more girl. Diana Prince." The coach mentioned the name.
"Oh right, the Greek girl. Well, I did tell her about the tryouts, might as well see how she'll do." Barbi rolled her eyes and turn to see Diana readying herself.
"Lift me, Boreas. Let your wintery breath keep me aloft." Diana whispered herself for the Greek Gods to watch over her.
"Prince!" The coach called out.
"No holding back on us, Diana!" Barbi advised.
Diana nods, she sprints fast at the springboard making a perfectly angle jump doing triple flip at a longer distance than Barbi and made a perfect landing too. This impresses all the gymnastic girls as they move over to her leaving Barbi to gasp that she has been outdone by this new girl, the same new girl she helped a little over a month ago.
"Maybe we should have co-captains this year." The coach suggested, thinking Diana and Barbi would be a great combination.
"What? Absolutely not!" Barbi refused to share the spotlight with anyone.
"Okay. Congratulations, Prince! You're the new team captain." The coach announced causing Barbi to gasp in shock.
Barbi growls upon seeing Diana is getting all the attention instead of her, this foreign student suddenly showing up stealing all of the glory she worked hard on getting to where she is today.
Suddenly a little hamster has entered the gym running fast and Izuku burst in with a worry look on his face.
"Hammy, come back here!" Izuku called out, looking around until he spotted Hammy.
Izuku made a quick dash to the hamster while being aware of the girls in the way, he flips himself with his hands on the floor to launch himself over the girls and a slide landing to catch Hammy in his hands.
"I only took my eyes off of you for one second." Izuku chuckled, stroking the hamster with his finger.
"Izuku, that was…" Barbi shocked that she couldn't find the words to say what she and the others just witness.
"Oh, hey Barbi. I was just getting the school mascot, Hammy the Hamster. Sorry to disturb your practice, bye!" Izuku quickly leaves the gym with his face blushing from the outfits the girls are wearing.
"That was something. Is he interested in gymnastics?" The coach asked Barbi.
"None that I know of." Barbi answered while still stun of amazement.
"Too bad, he would have made a good male member." The coach shrugged.
(Class)
Barbi is looking at herself in her pocket mirror to see if her makeup is coming off or not while waiting for the AP Calculus test results to come in.
"Nice job, Barbi." The AP teacher handed Barbi showing she scored a 100%.
"Not too often you see a hundred percent in AP Calculus, is what I'd be saying if it weren't for Diana over here." The teacher said handing Diana her test showing she got 102% score.
"A hundred and two percent. Incredible! That's a new school record." The teacher applauded along with the other students, and Barbi becomes angry at her again.
"Oh yes, you got a very good score as well, Izuku." The teacher gave Izuku his test back showing he managed to score 100%.
"Wow, I was really worried there for a sec." Izuku sighed in relief.
"You must be really proud to get a score like that, guess being smart is another thing about how great you are." Izuku complimented causing Barbi to blush.
"Y-Yeah, you got try being the best at everything." Barbi said trying to stay cool.
(After School)
Barbi drives up her car to her friends, and Diana who happens to be with them.
"Hello, everyone! Pool party at my house!" Barbi invited them for some fun.
"Sorry, Barbi, we're gonna stay and help Diana decorate for the dance." Prudence said.
"Join us. There will be camaraderie and merriment." Diana offered.
"Diana's the best at merriment." Prudence giggled, and the other girls continue cheering for how amazing Diana is at everything she does when she came to this school.
The angry within Barbi from hearing all her friends going on about "Diana this" and "Diana that" is making her feel like this nobody she met is not the top woman of the school, like Barbi was just kicked off from the top of the mountain she worked so hard to get and feel she could explode any second now.
"Hey Barbi, are you feeling okay?" Izuku asked, snapping her out of her angry thoughts.
"Oh, Izuku, I was just… Going home since my friends have other plans." Barbi smiled with little blushes appearing on her cheeks.
"Well, that's good because I'm concern that you might be coming down with something." Izuku said.
"Thank you, dear. Buh-bye!" Barbi quickly droves away from the school.
Barbi kept driving nonstop, except for red lights, all the way to her home as she kicks the front door open and marching upstairs while the butlers look at her shock and worry for the young lady. She made her way to a certain room though finds the door to be close and look up seeing a sign that says "PRIVATE" on it.
"Nice try, Daddy." Barbi said before kicking the door open.
Barbi marches toward one shelf case that holds all the curse items and ancient tools her dad brought home from all the ancient ruins and old places he's been to; she only needs one curse to make Diana Prince down so she can be at the top again.
"Too quick." Barbi said to pot of death potion. "Too humane." Said to a curved knife. "Too ugly." Said to a small old lady's head.
That is when Barbi smile when she saw a gold cat statue with green gems for eyes.
"Diana Prince, little miss perfect, well, I've got the perfect curse for the perfect girl." Barbi smirked.
"And then, there will be nothing left for me to have that innocent, oh so amazing and wonderful Izuku in my arms." Barbi smiled and hugged the statue in her body. She quickly realizes what she just said.
"W-Where did that come from?" Barbi shocked at herself, starting to see that she may have fallen for that Izuku guy more than she realize.
"Easy Barbi, you'll figure this out after you curse Diana." Barbi said reminding herself of the staute in her hand.
"Woe to she in Cheetah's path, for she shall feel the Cheetah's wrath, by claw and fang, and with spite and hate, swift as wind, she'll seal your fate!" Barbi chanted the Cheetah.
However, after five seconds, nothing happened. No sudden storm, no mystical weird lightshows, not even a dangerous cheetah roar.
"Useless thing." Barbi threw the cheetah statue on the floor and leaves the room, disappointed that the curse didn't work.
Unknown to her, the green gem eyes started to glow for a moment.
(The Next Day)
"It is with great excitement I anticipate sharing what the decorating committee has done." Diana said proudly as she and her friends are walking toward the school.
"And it is with great excitement I anticipate the dance!" Babs excited.
"But I don't know how to dance." Karen mentioned.
"I've done some dancing back in my old world, like the UA Festival. I can show you some of the basics." Izuku offered which made Karen smile.
"Then let us be ready for the dance of the school!" Diana declared as she opens the door for her friends.
" Oh, yeah, oh, yeah We're gonna tear it up on Friday night " Babs singed of her excitement for the dance.
But they happy mood soon turns into a shock when they see all the posters and banner have been shredded, like someone or something clawed them.
"Looks like someone already "tore it up."" Kara joked.
"That isn't funny, Kara." Jessica said, not amuse the joke.
"Instead of cutting a rug, they cut the posters." Kara made another joke.
"No, I mean, it's literally not funny." Jessica tried to get Kaara to stop the awful jokes.
"Maybe... Maybe the dance shouldn't have booked a band that shreds so hard." Kara joked again, laughing.
"Kara!" Jessica glared.
"Well, let just clean this up before anything could get clawed." Izuku said, unintentionally made a joke.
"Get clawed!" Kara laughed and Jessica facepalmed herself.
Diana went into the locker room get chance into her gymnastic uniform, but suddenly found claw marks on her locker the moment she closes it, and a soft growling sound is heard around as something is moving fast.
Then Diana gasp when she saw something come at her.
(With Izuku and Girls)
Izuku and the girls are helping with cleaning up the destroyed posters while the dark green-haired boy is thinking about the way these posters were shredded.
"Guys, we better hurry before people think they've slashed the ticket prices." Kara joked again, causing Jessica to groan at her awful jokes again.
Izuku couldn't help but think the posters were shredded by claws of some kind of cat creature, though it didn't made sense to him as why this cat creature or villain would go destroying these for no reason or there might be a reason, just couldn't think of one yet.
Then they suddenly heard Diana scream in the girls' locker room and before the other girls could react, Izuku sprinted right into the room finding Diana on the floor with her hair a little messy and little cut holes on her clothes.
"Diana!" Izuku gasped and hold her up.
"Diana, are you okay? Say something?" Izuku worried.
"Izuku? Thank Hera, you're here." Diana groaned.
"Got to say, pretty bold of you to come into the girls' locker room." Kara teased. This realization causes Izuku's face to turn red.
"IMSOSORRY!I'LLBEOUTSIDE!" Izuku blitzed out of the locker room.
"So, what happened?" Jessica asked.
"I don't know. Something knocked into me. It came from nowhere." Diana answered.
"Don't you see? Clearly, someone is suffering from having their status quo upended by Diana's arrival in Metropolis, and their crippling insecurity most likely caused by absentee parenting, and a lack of proper modeling in childhood, has unleashed a horrible ancient curse that has manifested itself in the form of some weird cat beast that's now stalking the perceived enemy which is Diana!" Babs explained fast in a slight panic tone, but her friends are confused.
"She said there's a monster on the lose." Izuku said from outside.
"Exactly!" Babs nodded.
"Then we have to get you somewhere safe." Jessica suggested.
"It ain't Diana that needs protecting." Kara crossed her arms looking angry.
"Whatever it is, it could be perilous to everyone here. We must find a way to evacuate our fellow students without causing them distress." Diana stated.
Suddenly, the alarm went off all over the school because Kara set off the fire alarm causing everyone in the school to leave in a panic.
"Was that really necessary?" Izuku asked when Kara and the girls peek out of the door.
"Worked, didn't it?" Kara grinned.
"Well, now we can hero up." Karen pointed out.
"Yes, let the hunt begin!" Diana declared as the Young Justice changed into their hero forms and stand together ready for danger.
Until all the lights went out.
"Guess this monster likes the dark more." Deku commented.
"We have much territory to cover. Let us split ourselves." Wonder Woman advised.
"Split up." Supergirl corrected.
"Yes, that." Wonder Woman nodded.
Everyone split up, but one by one, each of the Young Justice were picked off and beaten by the mysterious creature.
The first was Jessica searching in the library when she thought she heard a kitty noise, only to find it out wasn't a kitty.
Batgirl was the next victim as she was searching through the main hallway while tracking everyone with her monitor but found one red dot coming at her and couldn't find anything until she got dropped from above.
Zatanna tried find the creature in the cafeteria though felt a little scared like she is in one of those horror movies, then she started throwing magical blast in fear the creature was coming for her and ran away.
Supergirl tried to knock whatever it is out as she can see it with her infrared vision though found out the creature is fast, then she chases the creature only to get accidentally blasted by Zatanna causing the Girl of Steel to become frozen. Then the creature attacks Zatanna.
Next came Bumblebee when she heard a scream and peek over a corner as she saw something fierce with green glowing eyes before it suddenly vanished, this scares her as she hides in the gym and the creature follows in search.
"Phew! Okay. Okay, okay. Phew! Hero time!" Bumblebee gathered her courage and came out of hiding to fire all of her stingers.
Only to see they had no effect on the creature at all, causing Bumblebee to be scared again.
(With Deku and Wonder Woman)
Deku and Wonder Woman met up with each other in a hurry.
"Found anything?" Deku asked.
"No, and I lost contact with the others." Wonder Woman informed worry.
Then they heard Bumblebee screaming from inside the gym, they didn't hesitate to burst in the gym and saw the little yellow glow of Bumblebee hanging from the mouth of the creature.
"Get away from her, you..." Wonder Woman paused her sentence as she and Deku saw what the creature looked like.
The appears to be that of a cheetah standing on two legs with the humanoid figure of a woman with green eyes.
"Cheetah?" Deku and Wonder Woman surprised to see their new villain is a cheetah.
(Music: Power Range Jungle Fury Theme)
The Cheetah charges at them to attack with her claws as Wonder Woman quickly blocks them with her Bracelet of Submission, then Cheetah spins fast slashing at the bracelets again and Deku grab one arm to flip her away.
Cheetah stops herself with her claws on the floor as she goes in to attack Deku again though he dodges them thanks to his Danger Sense Quirk, he landed one punch on the side of the stomach though that didn't put the Cheetah down as she attacks again.
Strangely, when she got close his face, she lick his cheek making him blush a little.
"Oklahoma Smash!" Deku slammed his arm on the Cheetah to spin her around creating a tornado for two seconds and threw her away.
That's when Wonder Woman comes in grabbing onto the ring ropes for the acrobats to twirl herself twice then jump right above Cheetah.
"Hades Fall!" Wonder Woman threw a downward straight punch sending Cheetah crashing on the floor.
"Nice move." Deku complimented.
"Thank you, I've been" Wonder Woman's sentence was cut off when Cheetah pounce on her.
She got the animal villain off and grabs her tail, but the Cheetah ran to drag her enemy along through some of the equipment until Deku appeared.
"Fa Jin Manchester Smash!" Deku kicked the ground so hard, it flip a piece up smacking onto Cheetah sending her flying back.
"Wonder Woman!" Deku shouted and launched his Black Whips at her.
Wonder Woman nods as she grabs onto the black tentacles swung over to Cheetah who managed to recover enough to see the Amazon Princess, she caught herself with her tail on the I-beam to launch herself at her pray.
When the two clash and blitz past each other, only Wonder Woman landed perfectly while Cheetah fell.
(Music End)
"Well, Cheetah, it appears cats don't always land on their—" Wonder Woman gasped that Cheetah got away.
The two heroes hurry hoping to not lose track of Cheetah, only to find Barbi laying on the floor and seems to be in pain. They quickly change out of their hero costumes and come to Barbi's aid.
"Barbi, are you alright?" Izuku asked.
"Diana, Izuku! Stay away, the monster…" Barbi frightened.
"The Cheetah is gone, Barbi. You're safe now." Diana assured.
"Oh, Diana, this is all my fault. I released the Cheetah." Barbi confessed shocking the two.
"You did… Why would you do that?" Izuku asked.
"Because I was jealous of her." Barbi gestured to Diana. "Because of all the wonderful things she can do, being the center of attention and all.
"You needn't be. One person's success does not preclude another's. Jealousy is a green-eyed monster that will consume you if you do not let it go." Diana advised.
"You're right, Diana. I'm sorry." Barbi apologized, then they heard something.
"The Cheetah!" Diana glared.
"You two go, I'll be fine." Barbi insisted.
"I'll be with you in a moment." Izuku said as Diana nods and leaves, he ups Barbi seat down.
"I hope you don't mind that I will check up on you every once in a while, consider what happened in the school." Izuku offered.
"Sure, I think that would be lovely." Barbi said and kissed him on the cheek causing him to blush like crazy and leaves to meet up with Diana.
Barbi giggles, she got up while fighting the pain to a sink and splash herself with water.
"Let go of the green-eyed monster, eh, Diana? And why would I ever want to let go of this?" Barbi opened her eyes showing them to be green cheetah eyes.
"I'll destroy you, Diana. And then I will have you as my love, my lovely Izuku." Barbi chuckled evilly then into an evil laughter.

Now Young Justice has a new enemy to face against and this one is pure wild when she let herself go like that, and it looks like Deku has seem to have caught this Cheetah's attention that she'll be on the hunt for his body and heart.
