#OverhaulingBusiness

Lex Luthor was many things, but a patient man that tolerated failure was not one of them. Not only had he paid through the nose to get the product from the yakuza syndicate, he had paid off the people at the checkpoints and Homeland Security, but then the heroes had to come in and take the product for themselves and the yakuza members to the police. Suffice to say, he was not happy. Right now he was calling the yakuza organization that had made the bullets to get his money back.

The black screen before Luthor's desk lit up with the image of the leader of the yakuza group. The man's face was obscured by a brown plague doctor's mask beak. He had short black hair and yellow eyes that seemed to look at a serious operation. He wore a black shirt with a white tie under a green jacket with a purple feathered neck, giving him the look of a bird of prey, black pants and white gloves. This was Kai Chisaki, also known in the criminal underworld as Overhaul.

"Mr. Luthor, I assume you're calling me to tell me you want more of my product?" Overhaul asked.

"No, Overhaul, I'm calling you to get me a refund for a product that was never delivered. Your men screwed up and now I'm a couple million short. Short on something you will pay me back." Luthor said, glaring at the screen.

"I fail to see how this is my fault." Overhaul replied. "If you're wondering about the efficiency of the ammunition, I can give you another demonstration." He said, pulling out a gun.

Overhaul turned around to see a man being held by two of his men. The man with large fangs and three eyes, who was crying for help as the yakuza boss walked up to him. He opened fire on the captured man. The red bullet struck the prisoner, causing him to fall in pain. The large fangs that came out of his face started to pull back into his skull, causing him to scream. His third eye disappeared from his forehead and was now no different than an ordinary man.

"Satisfied?" Overhaul asked, as his men took away the captured man.

Luthor watched the demonstration with some renewed desire. But he was no foolish mad man that would do the same thing twice expecting a different result.

"Very well, you've convinced me. I won't ask for a refund, but I will get my pound of flesh." Luthor stated.

"If you want another shipment, that might take some time." Overhaul replied.

"Oh, take all the time you need. As long as you don't mind working out of your base of operations." Luthor added. "You will move your operation here to Metropolis, and I'll get my shipment, plus interest."

"You think we will just move because you say so, Luthor?" Overhaul growled. "We don't follow your orders."

"Well then, it'll be a pity that the officers of the law as well as other criminal elements have been made aware of your actions with enough evidence to burn down your house." Luthor replied with a sneaky smile. "It is such a pity that such a young boss will find himself being murdered at such a young age. I say you have less than 12 hours before they break down your door. 8 if they get impatient. And they'll be taking bigger guns than your little peashooter."

Overhaul growled, using his quirk to destroy the gun he held.

"We will have to move the important material first and then send for the extra equipment we will need." Overhaul said through his gritting teeth.

"I'll be sure to await your arrival with a gift basket." Luthor said, cutting the transmission there.

Luthor leaned back, putting his hands behind his head.

"Are you sure taunting Overhaul is a good idea, Mr. Luthor? If the records of his abilities are correct, then it would be best if you refrained from antagonizing him." Mercy said.

"It doesn't matter what his 'quirk' might be, at the end of the day he's just another foolish villain lashing out because people don't like him. But don't worry, Mercy, I have taken precautions to make sure he knows who is in control of this city." Luthor said, swirling his chair to look at the city from his office.

Mercy didn't know why but she felt this would turn ugly a lot faster than she would've wanted. It was something that always seemed to happen when her boss wanted to make a big play against the heroes of the city.

Far from Lexcorp Tower, Deku, Lemillion and the rest of the Titans were analyzing the strange bullets that were delivered by the yakuza. Batgirl had the red bullet under a scanner and a large magnifying lens, hoping to uncover the secrets that it held.

"Well, I can tell you guys that these bullets aren't just fancily decorated. They appear to have a needle inside them instead of a lead tip." Batgirl said.

"That's weird, why a needle instead of a normal bullet?" Deku asked.

"Yeah, and why did the guy that shot it look so surprised when it didn't do squat to me?" Supergirl asked. "I mean, everyone knows that me and my sister are bulletproof."

"Yeah, we could take a tank shell no problem." Powergirl added, flexing her arms in a show of muscle.

"Maybe they are more used to fighting Quirk-Users than aliens with superpowers? Maybe these bullets only affect Quirk-Users?" Cheetah suggested.

"We cannot rule out anything at the moment. The strange bullet must hold the answers." Wonder Woman said.

"Wow Tatsu, gotta say, your team is very well put together. This would've taken ages back home." Lemillion complimented.

Katana smiled at her brother figure's approval of her friends. She was glad that this mission had been going on without a hitch.

Just then, Batgirl gasped in shock.

"What's wrong, Batgirl?" Wonder Woman asked.

"Did you find something?" Green Lantern asked.

Batgirl's face was drained of all color as she looked at her friends.

"Bumblebee, Green Lantern, I need you to verify my findings. I need you to tell me that I got this wrong." Batgirl instructed as Bumblebee pulled up her holographic pad and Green Lantern used her ring to analyze the bullet.

Bumblebee and Green Lantern did what Batgirl asked of them. They analyzed the bullet once and their eyes went wide with shock. They analyzed it again and again but the same result came to them.

"Oh goodness, no." Bumblebee muttered.

"¿Cómo es esto posible?" Green Lantern asked.

"I see you got the same results, this is not good." Batgirl said with a darkened expression.

"What is it, Batgirl?" Deku asked.

"There is a chemical compound within the bullet made out of organic material. The needle injects it into the target's body and that causes it to mutate. Or rewind to a baser state of being." Batgirl explained, putting her findings up on the computer screen. "This is basically a quirk-erasing bullet."

That statement was shocking to the whole team, but the ones that suffered the biggest shock were the two Quirk-Users. Lemillion could already see the chaos that these bullets would cause, the hero society that had been so praised would collapse and panic would run the streets. Deku, for his part, was scared at the thought of a weapon that could easily take away someone's quirk, a part of their identity and what many people valued above all. They both understood the danger of these bullets and how they would strike at the core of the society that praised these powers above almost anything.

But there was something that they noticed as well.

"What is the organic material that's causing this? Maybe we can make something to counteract it." Zatanna asked.

"That's where the shocker comes in, Zee." Green Lantern said.

"The material appears to be… human." Batgirl admitted.

Those words made a chill run down the spines of everyone in the room. They had faced people that weren't above using other people as guinea pigs or taking stuff from others to fit their own ends. But this was different. The Titans had to put a stop to the ones responsible before they could expand their operation and hurt more people. That was what heroes were meant to do.

"I'll call Sir Nighteye, he must learn of this." Lemillion said. "He can mobilize the heroes to put an end to this group." He said, pulling out his phone to make the call.

"But why would Lex be buying these bullets?" Katana asked. "He must know that there are other ways to get power than quirks."

"Maybe he plans to experiment on them to make them more effective for his purposes. Making a better product would fill his pockets with more money than he already has." Cheetah suggested. "What better way to corner a market for super weapons than by making a product more available to the people and with a wider range."

"He cannot be that twisted." Wonder Woman said.

"We don't know how far he'll go to get more power within the city or out of it." Deku said. "We've seen that villains aren't always satisfied with what they've got."

Lemillion came back to the group with a serious look on his face.

"Mirio, what's wrong?" Katana asked.

"I just spoke with Sir Nighteye. He said that he and several other agencies along with police and other yakuza factions received an anonymous tip about the location of the yakuza stronghold we've been looking for." Lemillion explained. "When they arrived at the location the place was deserted. It looked like they left in a rush."

This made the Titans question the possibility that the yakuza group had been forced to move. But for the group to escape without a fight didn't make sense. It was as though someone had told them that they were about to be invaded. The Titans wondered who would've been able to make a group with such a dangerous weapon to move so easily.

"You think that they knew they were coming after them so they bailed?" Bumblebee asked.

"If they had known about it beforehand then they would've disappeared without leaving a trace." Lemillion answered. "This sounds more improv than something planned. Any idea who could've tipped them?"

"From what you've told us, it could've been anyone. Rivals possibly. Heroes would've mounted a strategized attack to capture them." Deku muttered.

Just then Batgirl's computer beeped, giving them a notification that had just arrived.

Batgirl jumped on her computer to see what the alert was about. She brought up the information on the screen for everyone to see.

"It seems that a plane is coming in from Japan all the way to Metropolis." Batgirl said.

"Why do you have an alert for that?" Powergirl asked.

"Well, while searching for the vessel that had the yakuza members and their cargo, I placed a couple of extra alerts to see if they changed their delivery strategy. It seems our new visitor is flying privately under a Lexcorp company subsidiary that spared no expense." Batgirl explained.

"Who does Luthor know in Japan?" Wonder Woman asked.

"The Yakuza group, maybe. But why would he want them here of all places?" Supergirl asked.

"To secure his investment." Deku said. "He lost the first cargo and now is looking for a way to make up for lost money, and a way to get his hands on what makes the bullets so important."

"An investment for the future that he can control from the source? That sounds creepy." Lemillion pointed out. "But it is worth checking out."

"Batgirl, where is that plane going to land?" Deku asked.

Batgirl smiled as she started typing on her computer. She looked into the flight plan that the private plane was going through and saw that it was going to land tomorrow night at the private Lexcorp airport outside of Metropolis. She also took the chance to look at the list of passengers and noticed that there were only four passengers instead of a large gang. Which made sense since Luthor only wanted the most important stuff to come to Metropolis.

They had gotten the address of the private airport from the flight plan. Now all they had to do was go to the airport and stop the yakuza and Luthor, who would be there to meet his new partner.

If they were lucky, they would be able to put an end to Luthor's operation before it got started in Metropolis and send the yakuza members to prison. In a way they were all ready to go in and get into a fight. But with the idea of a fight, so too came the consequences of that battle. The Titans weren't sure what the yakuza could do with their quirks. They had to be powerful if they could get to the top of the group's hierarchy, as well as the fear of the anti-quirk bullets. They had no idea how dangerous or effective the bullets were. Were there duds amongst them? Would they work on homo-magi as well as quirk users? It was a scary thought that plagued Deku and Lemillion's minds. They both had worked and sacrificed blood, sweat, and tears to become strong with their quirks and to have someone come in and take it all away was something that struck at their core.

The team made their way to the airport with the aid of Zatanna and Green Lantern's magic and will-powered construct.

"We should be looking at the private airport in a couple minutes." Batgirl said, looking up from her gps.

"So, what's the plan?" Cheetah asked. "Do we go in and start wrecking stuff?"

"I like that plan." Powergirl said.

"Count us in." Supergirl added.

"We can't go in blindly. We don't know what they have or what their quirks are. We need to follow them and learn as much as we can to bring them to justice." Deku instructed. "We also need to be worried about the anti-quirk bullets."

"Do not worry, Deku. Those foul weapons will not be a threat to us. If we stick together and fight as one, we will defeat the yakuza and Lex Luthor." Wonder Woman said. "You need not worry. We will uphold justice."

"Yeah, plus you two are amazing! We'll do great." Bumblebee said.

"True, the hearts of real heroes will always surpass those that have power but don't know how to properly use it." Katana added.

Deku and Lemillion smiled. They knew what Katana meant. All that they had done with their quirks was only the result of constantly moving forward and learning how to be heroes. Despite all the dangers and problems that these weapons could unleash upon the world, they would not allow them to fear the what if. Deku and Lemillion steeled themselves for what could happen that night. A real hero never backed down from a challenge.

The private Lexcorp airport came into view of the Titans. It was a small patch of land that Luthor used to bring in some of the more elite of his business partners. There was a small control tower that was fully automated with drones that responded to Luthor and only Luthor, there was no better way to keep this small runway out of the eyes of others. The small runway was practically spotless, with the exception of a few skid marks of the private plane that was owned by Lexcorp.

Luthor's limousine drove up to the runway of the private airport. Lex exited the car with Mercy opening the door for her boss. He walked with Mercy as they spotted the private jet coming down towards the runway. A sinister smile spread on Lex's face as the white plane came down to a halt.

"About time they arrived." Luthor said.

Up above in the clouds, the Titans were observing everything that was going on. Supergirl, Powergirl, Batgirl, Green Lantern, and Cheetah were all looking down at the runway as the plane came to a halt.

"We've got a visual." Green Lantern said.

"We could see Lexy's shining cueball from the other side of the planet." Powergirl said.

"What do you see?" Deku asked.

"Lex and his assistant are waiting for the plane to come to a complete stop. The door of the plane is opening." Batgirl said.

"I see four people inside that ship. One looks like a plague doctor with a white cloak, a big muscular one with a bird mask on, and a weird guy that looks like a bird." Supergirl added, slightly confused.

"They really like their whole bird thing." Cheetah mentioned.

"Maybe they do it to take people by surprise." Katana suggested.

Deku wanted to say that it was a possibility that the organization was trying to become the new dominant villain organization, but a part of him knew that this wasn't the case. He could tell that the yakuza group were not trying to be villains. The masks were just a way for them to strike fear into their enemies, and nothing more. Then Deku had a realization.

"Wait, Batgirl, you said that the manifesto had four people on the passenger list. Who is the fourth?" Deku asked.

"Yeah, it said four passengers. I see them." Batgirl said, pointing down to the group at the landing zone.

The Titans saw the fourth passenger being held on the hands of the man that dressed as a plague doctor. Their eyes widened at the sight of a little girl wearing a long white gown and a frightened expression on her face, like the one a rabbit would have if they were being taken to the wolf's den. She had pale skin, red eyes, long silver hair and a single horn growing out from the right side of her forehead. In simple terms she was…

"So adorable!" All the girls said with the exception of Wonder Woman and Katana.

There was no other way around it, the girls had fallen head over heels in love with the little girl. Some would even say that they would kill and die for the little unicorn girl that was just arriving from Japan.

"Oh my gosh she looks so cute." Bumblebee said.

"I wanna pinch her little cheeks." Zatanna added.

"Ella es tan linda." Green Lantern gushed in Spanish.

"Do you see that little horn on her head? It makes her look like a cute magical girl." Cheetah said. "I just want to hug her and snuggle with her." She added, purring like a kitten after their owner arrived after a long day of work.

"Calm down all of you. Do you want the villains to know we're here?" Katana scolded. "You are heroes, start acting like it."

"Sisters, there is no need to start gushing at the sight of a little girl." Wonder Woman said, trying to reign in her sisters, only for Batgirl to put the binoculars in front of her.

Wonder Woman and Katana shared the binoculars to see what all the fuss was about. They each looked into a different lense of the binoculars, getting a good look at the small child that had been brought along with the yakuza leader. Their eyes landed on her adorableness, causing them to fall head over heels for the little girl.

"Kawai." Katana whispered.

"By Athena's owl, she is so precious." Wonder Woman gushed.

Deku and Lemillion looked at the girls of the team as they gushed over the little girl. Part of them was very confused by their reactions and how one little adorable girl could turn several superhero girls into a group of fangirls. However, something caught their attention. Why had the yakuza brought a little girl with them? She didn't appear to be a member of the yakuza group, so what was her role in this? The two male heroes narrowed their eyes at the scene happening below them.

Luthor looked at his new business partner with a smile that could only say that victory was within his grasp.

"Overhaul, so good of you to come meet us." Luthor said. "I'd shake your hand but I've heard you have a very deadly touch. I hope your flight was a pleasant one."

"Keep your false flattery, Luthor. I am very tempted to use my quirk and turn you into the miserable lump of flesh that you are." Overhaul threatened, pulling back his glove in a sign of defiance.

"Let's keep the gloves on, Overhaul." Luthor said as Mercy activated the security drones that appeared behind Luthor. "We don't need to make this a messy situation. We'll be working together after all."

Overhaul growled under his beak mask as he put his glove back on. The yakuza boss hated being put down and ordered by anyone, be they hero, villain or quirkless. As a part of his life, he had to make himself a figure of fear and respect and he had to do many nasty and horrible things to assure his authority within Japan. Overhaul's eyes narrowed at Lex. He could tell that the young businessman was enjoying watching him squirm and follow his orders. The yakuza boss would take any chance he could get to make the bald man pay for making him into a stooge.

"Now, if you follow us, we'll take you to your new place of work." Luthor said as a separate limo drove up to the group.

"Very well." Overhaul said. "Take us to our new base, Luthor."

"Right this way." Luthor said as he guided them to their limo.

As they were walking towards the limo, Mercy spotted the little girl that was being held by the doctor.

"If you want, we can take the girl with us. I assume you three need time to unwind." Mercy said, gesturing for the little girl to come to her.

But as soon as she tried to, the plague doctor caught her hand and pushed her back rather roughly.

The action made Mercy want to punch the guy in the face. She thought that maybe the man was thinking that she meant to take away his daughter. But the way he coldly held the child made Mercy realize that there was no affection between them. Her eyes landed on the bandages wrapped around the arms of the little girl, and between the bandages she saw a scar. Mercy wasn't able to see any more because the plague doctor took the little girl to the limo where the rest of the yakuza sat.

"Come along, Mercy." Luthor said, getting the attention of his assistant and chauffeur.

"Y-yes, Mr. Luthor." Mercy said after blinking a little to snap out of what she had seen.

The Titans observed all the events happening from the skies and away from the eyes of the yakuza and Luthor. They quietly followed after the two limos that went down the road to their new lab where the anti-Quirk bullets were going to be made. They needed to approach this with patience and find the way to break in and capture the yakuza and stop them from ever making any more of the weapons. The Titans followed behind the two limos until they came back into the city, more specifically to the rundown part of it. The dark alleys of Suicide Slums reminded the Titans that the villains they were about to face were not playing around, they were going for keeps.

The two limos drove into a small abandoned building at the center of the neighborhood. It was a small two story building that had seen better days. Cracks on the walls littered the structure like stretch marks on a body after many years. The windows were broken after people threw their empty bottles at it in rage or in a drunken stupor. The paint was weathered away after years of being in the neighborhood where tomorrow seemed to never come, the lack of care and garbage sealed the fate of the building like a nail in a coffin. But the decrepit and falling apart building was now being used to hide a darker evil that blended in on the dark streets of Suicide Slums.

The Titans landed on the rooftop of the building across the street, seeing the two cars disappear inside the building.

"Alright, no way Luthor is keeping these guys in this rundown building." Katana said. "This must be a place to lose any pursuers and then move them to a safer location."

"Maybe, but the last thing you'd want is to put three guys that look like birds anywhere near your offices. Luthor brought them here for some reason." Lemillion pointed out.

"Supergirl, Powergirl, can you two see what is going on using your X-Ray vision?" Deku suggested.

"Sure thing, Greenie." Supergirl said as she and her twin used their power.

The two Kryptonian teenage girls looked directly at the building before them, looking for any signs of Luthor and his new associates and the little girl. But instead of seeing the little girl they were met with the walls of the building. They couldn't see anything past the walls, which could only mean one thing. Lex Luthor was making sure that his operations were kept secret and out of any Kryptonian's eyes.

"We can't see anything." Powergirl mentioned. "Cueball must've laced the whole building in lead to keep us from peeking at his dirty businesses."

"Which means we don't know what he has in there. Or what's going on." Deku surmised.

"Yeah, for all we know they could be playing mini-golf or making bad stand up comedy." Supergirl mentioned.

"Aw, does that mean that we won't be seeing the adorable little girl?" Batgirl asked.

"Sorry, Babs." Powergirl said.

"But why is she here?" Wonder Woman asked, earning confused looks from the rest of the team. "She doesn't appear to be a member of the yakuza and yet they brought her with them. Not as a child or family, but… as someone important to their operation."

All the girls looked at Diana with dread, almost as if she had just suggested what Deku, Lemillion and Mercy were already suspecting.

"Wonder Woman, what are you saying?" Supergirl asked, secretly hoping that she wasn't going to suggest it.

"Darling, please, don't leave us in the dark." Zatanna added.

Wonder Woman looked away, as though she wasn't sure what to say. She looked at her team, knowing that they needed her to be brave and speak with conviction. She was an Amazon and she had to be ready for whatever she might encounter in the world of man, no matter how dark it was.

"I'm not certain of what the girl's role in all of this might be, but if she is innocent we must rescue her." Wonder Woman said with conviction.

The rest of the Titans nodded in agreement.

The first step of their plan was to get a lay of the building, so Bumblebee went in as small as she could. She flew into the old building, keeping to the few lit spots to avoid any suspicion. She searched high and low for any sign of the yakuza or of Luthor and his assistant. She searched the upper floor only finding a couple of beds where the yakuza were meant to sleep along with a small kitchen for any half decent meal they could cook. But Bumblebee didn't find any signs of the Japanese gangsters. She went down to the lower level of the building to where the garage was supposed to be. However, the tiny Titan found a large room that was equal parts operating table and mad scientist working lab.

Bumblebee hid behind one of the lit light bulbs, as she listened in on the conversation.

"I admit that this is not like what you're used to, Overhaul. But this should be more than enough to get those miracle bullets you've been talking about." Luthor said, gesturing to the equipment.

"It will suffice." Overhaul replied. "Doctor, do you think this will do for your operation? I want us back on schedule as fast as possible."

"Very well, I shall prepare Eri for the operation." the plague doctor said, causing the little girl to stiffen up and give out a scared silent gasp.

Bumblebee and Mercy's eyes widened at the claim of the plague doctor.

Bumblebee saw the scared look on Eri's face, which caused her gasp to be heard by Mercy. Luthor's assistant looked up to the source of the gasp, spotting Bumblebee. The tiny Titan hid behind the lightbulb, hoping that she wasn't discovered. Mercy turned back before looking at her Lex-pad.

"Mr. Luthor, you'll be late for your next meeting with the board of trustees." Mercy said, getting Luthor's attention. "We should go."

"Oh, that's today? I completely forgot. Time flies sometimes." Luthor said, turning to the yakuza members. "I'll leave you fellas to do your work. Just make sure the first batch is delivered to LexCorp." He said, turning to leave with Mercy by his side.

Bumblebee saw Luthor and Mercy leave, which gave her a chance to contact the rest of the Titans. She silently wondered why Mercy didn't rat her out, she was almost certain that the assistant had seen her. But she wasn't going to argue with having luck or not when a little girl was in danger of being used as a living weapon.

"Come in, Titans. We've got to get in now. All yakuza members are in the garage." Bumblebee transmitted through her communicator.

Back with the rest of the Titans they listened to Bumblebee's words to see how they could proceed. They wanted to keep things simple and think before leaping. If they made one wrong move, the little girl would be caught in the crossfire and probably be killed by accident.

"We read you, Bumblebee. Do you see any entrances?" Deku asked.

"The garage door is big enough, but we need to make this quick. They're about to do something to the little girl, Eri. You've got to hurry!" Bumblebee said through her communicator. "I think she's the source of the bullet's abilities. Her arms have scars on them."

This caused all the Titans to be shocked out of their tense planning. It was the straw that broke the camel's back. Their heads were filled with horrible possibilities. If they didn't move in now, Eri, as she was named, would be used as a guinea pig for some dark purpose. It wouldn't happen on their watch.

"We're going in." Deku said, getting a thumbs up from Lemillion. "Bumblebee, we need you to create a distraction. Get Eri as far from them as possible."

"You got it, Deku." Bumblebee replied.

"Katana, Batgirl, Cheetah, you three will go in from the top. You'll need to cut them off in case they try to escape." Deku explained.

"Understood." Katana said.

"You got it." Batgirl agreed with a thumbs up.

"They'll be cornered like prey." Cheetah added, sharpening her claws.

"Zatanna, Green Lantern, you two will have to capture the doctor and help Bumblebee get Eri out of there. We need the doctor to expose their operations and the sooner we get Eri away from them, the better." Deku continued.

"They'll be out of danger in no time, Deku." Green Lantern said, lighting up her ring with bright will.

"I can think of a way to make our disappearing act something they'll remember." Zatanna said, making her iconic black top hat appear in her hand with a flick of her wrist.

"What about us, Greenie?" Supergirl asked.

"Yeah, we ain't leaving that little girl alone." Powergirl added, cracking her knuckles as though she was ready to break down the door herself.

"I believe that Deku and Lemillion have a particular strategy for us that you two will enjoy." Wonder Woman said with a smile, catching up to what was their role in the charge. "If the entrance and the back are covered, then that leaves…"

"A full frontal assault!" Supergirl said.

"I am so pumped!" Powergirl added with a smile that could be best described as battle ready.

"How do you keep all of them all happy, Deku?" Lemillion asked the green male hero of the Titans. "Looks to me like they can be quite the handful. Must be exhausting."

All the female Titans looked at Deku and Lemillion, after hearing that remark. They were a bit curious to see what their boyfriend and teammate was going to say.

"Yeah, you can say that." Deku whispered before getting back on his serious side. "Let's go! Titans, together!"

The Titans split up to do their respective jobs. They were quiet as they got to their respective spots. The need to keep the yakuza under the impression that they were free to do their job without any worries. As much as Supergirl and Powergirl wanted to break through the front door and rescue little Eri, they didn't want her to be put in danger.

Batgirl, Katana and Cheetah silently landed on the roof of the building. They slowly walked to the windows, opening them with ease using Cheetah's claws to cut a hole to enter the room. They walked down the stairs, using the shadows to cover their movements. Soon enough they found their way to the garage, making sure that their will was holding them back from jumping the yakuza.

Bumblebee spotted Batgirl, Katana and Cheetah, who gave her the signal to move in with a thumbs up. The tiny Titan nodded in acknowledgement. She flew like an insect towards the operating table.

"Now, Eri, you know how the procedure works. Stand still and we won't have to hurt you, much." the plague doctor said as Eri was strapped to the table.

He pulled out a syringe filled with a strange substance that was most likely meant to put Eri to sleep.

Eri struggled against her restraints, shaking with fear as the doctor got closer to her. She was terrified at the idea of being in a strange new land being in a similar situation as she had previously been in was far worse. She wanted to run, call for help, and beg for someone or something to rescue her. But she was certain that it would never happen. Overhaul had made sure that she learned that there was no escaping him. She could only cry and quietly beg for someone to end the nightmare.

"Now stay perfectly still-" The doctor began, only for a buzzing to fly past his face forced him back.

The doctor tried again, only to be met with the same buzzing noise. He swatted away at the air, hoping to hit the fly or bug that was making his operation difficult. He mumbled and grumbled under his breath about how he hated being stuck inside some dingy rundown building infested with bugs. But just when he caught sight of the source of his annoyances, he was met with a blast of light to the face.

"What the-?" the doctor asked only to be blasted by Bumblebee's stingers.

"Get away from her you freak!" Bumblebee called out, getting the attention of the other yakuza members.

Just as the two remaining yakuza members could attack Bumblebee, the garage door was knocked back out of its hinges, revealing Deku, Lemillion, Wonder Woman, Supergirl and Powergirl. And they weren't alone. Batgirl, Katana and Cheetah jumped out from the shadows, only for Green Lantern and Zatanna to appear in a puff of smoke behind the yakuza members.

"Titans Together!" Deku, Wonder Woman, and Lemillion called out together as the Titans charged at the villains from all sides.

Overhaul was not happy. He had lost his base in Japan. He was forced to become the stooge of an entitled American businessman. And now he was being attacked by heroes. He had not traveled to the other side of the world to lose here and be taken to prison. He had sacrificed too much to lose now.

"Doctor! Take Eri and-!" Overhaul began, but he never got to finish.

Deku and Lemillion jumped in, blocking his path from the little girl.

"GET AWAY FROM HER!" Deku and Lemillion both said, delivering a punch to Overhaul's stomach, sending him back doubling in pain.

Bumblebee finished blasting the restraints on Eri, freeing her.

Eri looked at the removed restraints and then at the little source of light. To her it was a little fairy that had appeared to answer her prayers. She blinked as though she thought it was a dream. Eri didn't know if the fairy would disappear if she blinked. But she had to be sure.

"Hey, you're free!" Bumblebee said, getting Eri's attention. "Come with us!" She added, reaching out her hand.

"You're… here… to… help…?" Eri asked.

"Yes, follow me!" Bumblebee said, pulling at Eri's sleeve.

Eri didn't know what to do, but the fairy was actually helping her. She didn't speak with a dangerous tone or with a hateful possessiveness. The fairy's words were kind and full of worry for her. She felt a desire to follow it. She jumped off the table, nearly falling on the cold ground. She took a hesitant step after another, following the fairy towards her friends.

"This way sweetie." Zatanna said, gesturing to Eri to come to her.

The tall muscular birdman charged to intercept Eri from getting near the heroes.

"No you don't!" He cried out, stretching out his hand trying to capture the little girl.

But before he could land a hand on Eri, he was tackled out of the way by Cheetah, clawing at his face. He turned to face his attacker, only to be met with a sword slash at his face as Katana had joined in the fight. The enforcer growled as the claw marks stung his face and the sight of three heroines stood before him.

Cheetah growled, showing her sharpened claws as Katana pointed Soul Taker at him and Batgirl had a batarang at the ready to throw it.

"We won't let you get near her." Batgirl said defiantly.

"You three think you can take me? I've squared off against some of the toughest heroes and gang members of Japan." the enforcer said in a demeaning tone. "I think I can take down an oversized cat and two quirkless brats with ease. Tell ya what I'll give you the first punch-"

The first punch was a knee to the face courtesy of Katana, shattering the bird mask. The sword wielding Titan then delivered a roundhouse kick to the enforcer's face.

The enforcer snapped out of his delirium and attacked, swatting back Katana with one of his muscular arms. He then proceeded to send punch after punch at the two other Titans. His punches crushed the ground where he struck, causing small shockwaves to trip the Titans down. He tried to punch at Batgirl, who ducked under the swings of the tall muscular yakuza. As the enforcer tried to step on her, he was slashed in the stomach by Cheetah, pushing him back.

Before the enforcer could regain his footing, Batgirl tied his legs together with a rope. She pulled with all her might, sending him to the floor.

"Take him out, now!" Batgirl said as Cheetah and Katana jumped in to finish the fight.

Cheetah reeled back her right arm to break the face of her opponent, with Katana by her side.

Before their fists could collide with the enforcer, he caught their attacks as his body was surrounded by a golden aura.

"Ha ha, you were good up until now. But now I'm playing with my rules." the enforcer said, sending back the two heroes. "My quirk allows me to channel all the damage done to me into pure strength to dish out! Now you're going to get stomped!" He said, easily tearing apart the rope that tied his legs.

The enforcer charged at the heroes with his mask completely broken, showing his battle scarred face.

Batgirl signaled her two teammates to stand back as she pulled out a pellet from her utility belt. She charged at the enforcer, jumping over him before kicking him in the back of the head. The enforcer swatted back at her, pushing her back into the air. Spinning in the air, she landed on her feet before turning on her heel as the enforcer rushed at her with anger in his eyes. Batgirl threw a pellet in front of him, obscuring his vision with a thick green smoke.

The enforcer was gettin tired of these childish tricks and the way that these three girls were making a fool out of him. He swatted away the smoke green smoke, panting and raging like a man who just wanted to punch things to solve all his problems.

"You think this little smokescreen is going to stop me?!" The enforcer asked.

He stepped out of the green cloud and saw Batgirl standing there with her cape covering her face.

"Tired of running?" The enforcer asked.

"Nah, just thought I'd look cool when you realize it." Batgirl replied, smirking behind her cape.

"Realize what?" The enforcer asked before he felt his legs losing strength.

"It wasn't smoke." Batgirl said as the enforcer fell down, completely knocked out. "It was an anesthetic gas strong enough to stop an Amazon or a Kryptonian. Night night."

Zatanna, Green Lantern and Bumblebee took Eri with them, creating a protective bubble around her while keeping the doctor on a separate bubble. The three Titans were not going to let anything happen to the little girl. All that was left was for Deku, Lemillion and the rest of the Titans to take down Overhaul.

Overhaul was surrounded by the remaining Titans. He pulled off his gloves, revealing his hands and putting his quirk without any restraints. He slammed his hands on the ground. He had had enough of this and he was going to take down these heroes here and now. He activated his quirk, bringing out spikes and sending them towards the heroes. The ground around him was turned into a wild storm of concrete and stones. The yakuza leader found himself all the way at the top of a storming spiral of rocks.

Deku activated Full Cowling, dodging the spikes that came after him as he charged at the villain. He punched and kicked through the ones that he wasn't able to go around. He climbed to the top to surprise Overhaul, sending a blast of compressed air at the villain.

But Overhaul created a wall of earth to block the attack.

Lemillion phased through the attacks that came towards him and entered the spiral. Using his training and control of his quirk, he made his way to the top. He phased through the floor below Overhaul. He landed a punch on Overhaul's face, sending him backwards. But then Overhaul sent Lemillion back, making the ground under him to give.

The battle was taken to the streets, with Overhaul being pursued by Wonder Woman and the two Kryptonians. But despite their eagerness to fight, Supergirl and Powergirl stayed back, keeping the streets safe from any falling debris and taking people out of harm's way.

"I hope Wonder Woman doesn't take out that clown." Powergirl said, catching a large boulder.

"Me too. That guy has a date with my fist." Supergirl added.

Wonder Woman brought down her sword at Overhaul, forcing him to dodge it. He tried to strike at her with his quirk, but she was too fast to be caught by him. She swatted away his hands with her shield before going in with her sword.

The yakuza boss knew at that moment that he was no match for her, even if he could get his hands on her weapons she'd destroy him. But if he could get her bare skin, then this madness would be over and he could focus on recovering Eri. He lunged forward using the unstable pillar as a way to trip Wonder Woman. His hands went for her neck, inching to end the life of the Amazon. But before he could dig his hands on her neck, Wonder Woman kicked him in the stomach, breaking a rib.

Wonder Woman pulled out the Lasso of Truth. She wrapped it around Overhaul's hands, tying them together to prevent him from using his quirk.

"Deku, Lemillion, finish the fight!" Wonder Woman called out.

Deku, coated in lightning, came out from below with Lemillion by his side. They reeled back their fists in a unified attack.

Overhaul's eyes widened in fear and shock at the sight of their combined attack.

Deku and Lemillion unleashed their combined attack.

"Twin Detroit SMASH!" Deku and Lemillion called out together as they landed their combined punch on Overhaul's face.

Overhaul was sent flying back into the destroyed remains of the base.

"Wow, that is a superhero ending." Supergirl said.

The Titans rounded up the yakuza members with a green will construct. With them beaten and defeated, the heroes rounded up all their equipment to hand it over to the authorities.

"That's the last of their things. Hopefully it won't be too damaged to give to the authorities." Deku said.

"I'm sure they'll take care of our friends here." Lemillion said, as Overhaul groaned back into consciousness.

"This won't stop me. I will find a way to destroy the hero society, and I will take you with me." Overhaul said, reaching for his ace in the hole.

"Looking for this?" Powergirl asked, holding out a pistol filled with anti-quirk bullets.

Overhaul reached for it only for Powergirl and Supergirl destroyed it with their heat vision.

"Oops. Well, now that that's out of the way…" Supergirl trailed on before her and her sister glared at Overhaul. "What do we do with you now, you little Mr. gangster."

Overhaul and his companions shuddered at the sight of the angry Kryptonians.

Back with the rest of the group, Eri was covered with Zatanna's cape, shaking like a leaf.

"It's alright, sweetie. You're safe now." Zatanna said, trying to calm her down.

Deku knelt before Eri, looking her in the eye.

"Hi, what's your name?" Deku asked, pulling down his metal face protector.

"E-E-Eri."

"Hi Eri, my name is Izuku Midoriya." Deku said, holding out his hand with a smile. "We're all so happy to meet you."
