Paul and Kim had to go through another few days of not being able to stop Drakken and his crypto coin scheme. It was so easy for him to make money with a crowd of people that want to make money fast. The coin has increased by more than 1,000,000% But it was a trap!
They would never listen to them as they would think they were no bodies. Haters trying to prove them wrong. Thinking they are just jealous they aren't making any money. from the coin.
Kim was also getting impatient and frustrated by people investing this scam coin, but she couldn't do anything about! Wade was trying to break down a plan that would be a smart approach and ensures Drakken won't notice a thing. If that's even possible.
Right now, Paul was alone at his locker. School had wrapped up for the day, Kim and him decided to spend another day tracking the price of Drakcoin. So far the coin was at 0.41 and was fast approaching 50 cents. It's already made people thousands of dollars or even millions depending on when the placed their money at the chart price and of course how much that spent on Drakcoin.
"Heyyy"
Paul sighs and hangs his head at the annoyance of that particular voice. Some brunette girl who's seeking his attention.
"Look I have to get-" Paul looked behind his locker door and saw Bonnie. Needless to say she looked very different from the other days she was at school.
She was wearing a low cut red dress with wedge shoes on, which showed off her toned legs and a bit of cleavage. She also wore mascara and her lips had a shade of dark red lipstick. She was the perfect epitome of beauty and hotness all combined into one. Paul idled her up and down.
"You were saying something?" Bonnie said with the sweetest smile on her face. She had gotten to him... Or didn't she?
"I... I need to give you something Bonnie" Paul says with a normal tone as he goes back to his locker and tries to find something in there.
"You got something for lil old me?" Bonnie says, as he puts her hand over her heart in a preppy way.
"Just this." Paul held up a plain dark blue jacket. He wrapped it around her shoulders to cover herself up and went back to getting his stuff from his locker.
Nope.. She didn't get to him.
Bonnie just blinked at him. She couldn't believe he did that. She wanted to be furious and thankful at the same time.
'Did he just cover me up?!' Bonnie said in her mind.
"You're giving me a jacket to cover myself up?" Bonnie says shocked.
"We live in a world were men can't control themselves. We're in high school where we have teenagers that are almost considered or are already adults, if guys have a look at you at the way you're dressed, they'll think of something else on their minds. You have know no idea how a person thinks. Especially men. You have to be careful in this world." Paul says, before going back to his locker and rearranging it.
Bonnie was insulted by those words. But then again... She felt ashamed of herself. When Brick was her boyfriend, he didn't care how she dressed up. In fact, this is the most she's dressed up for a guy ever.
Did he care for her? Not to expose her... well herself to hormonal teenagers. With that outfit, it looked like she was going for a graphic photoshoot. Or trying to seduce someone. It didn't work though.
But she shook it off and she took the jacket off, as she held onto it in her hand.
"Look, thanks for looking out for me. But I'm a big girl and I can take care of guys by myself." Bonnie says.
"Guys? What happened to me? I thought you had a crush on me?" Paul says while still occupied with his locker.
Bonnie was caught off-guard there. "W-well I mean... Look forget about that. I'm dressed up and at your locker because I got us a table for Chez Couteaux, it takes months to get a booking there and had to pull a few strings to make it happen. I was wondering if you're free tonight to go?"
"I'm not free until 30th June 2022." Paul says.
"That's... two years away."
"Exactly." He said, because he knew he would be back in Australia at that time.
"Come one Pauly, I know you want to go out. It will be fun. Just the two of us. Single lovebirds. Candlelight dinner, go for a walk afterward, get some ice cream and maybe a surprise peck on the cheek as a way to say thank you." Bonnie says.
'SLAAAMMMM'
The locker door slam startled Bonnie, as Paul faced Bonnie.
"You just don't get it. Do you Bonnie?" Paul says in a normal voice carrying his backpack. It wasn't anything angry or aggressive like that.
"What do you mean?"
"Cut the act Bonnie, I know you're using me to get Kim upset. I know all about you're history since Pre-school."
"What! Me? Don't be ridiculous." Bonnie was lying.
"Oh really? So you happen to fallen in love with me after you called Four Eyes, Nerd, Loser and amongst other atrocious words you've said to me since I've come here. Surprisingly you and some of the Seniors are the only ones to do this... You've belittled me for months on end, done a 360 in the last month?" Paul says.
"Well... Things change. A month is a long time. And these Seniors are totally jealous for getting rid of their table, which I thought was noble of you to do. As for me. I'm just simply asking you out. Is that so hard to believe?"
"Uhuh."
"I'm serious." Bonnie says. But Paul still knows her motive.
"I just don't believe it Bonnie. I know you and Kim don't see eye to eye with each other... Not one bit. But even I know you're trying to get a rise out of her, by getting to me because she's my friend."
Bonnie realised that he himself didn't realise Kim had a crush on him? Isn't it obvious? Probably most of the school notices this.
"Now let me be Bonnie." Paul says as he walks around Bonnie. She grabs his arm.
"Come on. Stop playing so hard to get." Bonnie stops him from leaving.
"Bonnie." Paul says sternly.
"I know you want me." Bonnie gets closer to Paul. She let go of his arm, as he had his back to the rows of lockers. "Don't you want me?" She whispers seductively
"Stop! I warning you." Paul says softly. Bonnie gets closer and was inches away from his lips.
"I just want to get a taste of those luscious lips- OW!"
Paul had enough and decided to headbutt Bonnie. She winces as she holds her head in pain. Paul wasn't pleased with this for one bit. Getting his first kiss from a girl that he hated and had no respect for.
A big' No No' for him.
"Did you just headbutt me!" Bonnie says rubbing her head outraged.
"Yes. And I'm not afraid to do it again."
"That really hurt." Bonnie whines in pain.
'Hello Wado'
Paul hears his device ringtone, he pulls it out of his pocket but doesn't answer it.
"Shame on you Bonnie. You should know better. Now stop dressing slutty for me and leave me alone! Also do what you want with that jacket. It's a spare." Paul says to her before walking away.
Bonnie wanted to stop him, but knew once she heard that ringtone for the last few months, he was going to meet up with Kim.
"Where you going?"
"To save people's money from Crypto!" Paul says walking away.
Paul opened the school doors and saw Kim having her Kimmunicator in her hands. She spots him as Paul goes towards her.
"Kim! Wade just called me. Did you hear what he wanted?" Paul asks.
"I waited for you, because you didn't answer him."
"Yeah, I had to deal with something. So what's up with Wade? Did he find out something?"
"I figured it out. I know how to stop Drakken!"
"How Wade?" Paul asks.
"We go and make a public announcement and create panic about Drakcoin."
"Gee Wade... It sounds like a good idea and worth a shot, but they still wouldn't listen to us."
"I had a feeling you might say that. Not word for word, but something like that... We're doing it differently. Just hear me out. If you feel comfortable, you could by some of Drakken's NFTs and post on Reddit or Instagram to show them off, while that happens. I'll be posting all negative subjects about Drakcoin. If this ends up working, Drakken might end up getting almost nothing in the end!"
"It would be creating a FUD!" Paul says.
"Well... Actually yeah. Like that. You buy the NFTs and it increases the price of the coin, while we post them on Reddit that you spent a lot of money on them. I'll edit figures when posting, also we send them info graphs I've made, showing that Drakcoin is a scam. I made it look all professional and such. The more presentable, the more people view it. This will make investors vulnerable and they'll whimper out."
"That's brilliant Wade." Paul says.
"I'm guessing FUD is another crypto slang?"
"Fear, uncertainty and doubt, the price is like a yo-yo. It will go up and down. Buying NFTs at a high price will increase the coin, posting it will make people buy more, but Wade will bombared every social media site with warnings of Drakcoin. Like saying it will be the same as investing in Bitconnect. Wade's computer skills are coming to life here."
"If that doesn't do anything, I'm sure they are insured if the coin collapses. Right guys?"
"Not all of them Kim... In fact rarely. I found a terms and condition policy for most exchanges. When Bitconnect was called out for being a Ponzi scheme, it gave claims to most of its investors. Not all of it, but they gave back 56 million dollars."
"And how much did they end up stealing?" Kim asks.
"2 Billion dollars." Both boys say simultaneously.
Kim was very surprised how much money was stolen. She gulped at this. 2 Billion dollars is a lot of money for a villain.
"And you both knew that number how?" Kim says.
"We do watch memes Kim." Paul says.
"Not most of the time, but I've heard of Bitconnect. BITCONNECTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT!"
Paul softly chuckled at that. "They reached about 600 Australian dollars on the market before it collapsed." He says.
"And it's not available to invest anymore?"
"It discounted after it was considered as a scam."
Kim had a disappointed look on her face. Paul knew she wanted to help everyone, but this was the way it worked. It can only be advised to them. It's their own responsibility to invest their own money when spending on Crypto, or even stocks. It's a gamble!
"Kim they happen everyday, this was just on a large scale." Paul says.
"We can't stop them all."
Kim started to realised they had a point. It was basically trying to solve world hunger. But on a different spectrum and level. It was near impossible. She got rid of her disappointed look and spoke up.
"You guys are right. I see that now. It's the way it goes. I can't save everyone's money... Alright Wade, what do we need to do?"
"Come over to my house. Inside my garage I manage to set up a base there and have monitors to keep track of Drakken's coin."
"Great Wade! We'll be there in a jiffy." Kim says ending the phone call.
Eventually Kim and Paul made it towards Wade's house and he opened the door to his garage.
"Well here's the Crypto Bunker guys." Wade introduces his set up.
The garage consisted with a few monitors and tv which had the channel on Bloomberg airing. Having a live feed of the Crypto stock prices.
"Woah Wade. This is awesome!" Paul says.
"Lot of second-hand material in here, but it does the trick." Wade explains.
"So you reckon if we buy his NFTs and make some noise about it's pending collapse, we can stop Drakken?" Kim says now pumped that she can finally stop that annoying blue maggo- I mean villain!
"It won't be easy, but it's the only option we have right now. We can't stop him physically, but we can hurt him where it hurts worse. The internet." Wade says.
Team Possible were in action, not on the field. But in action at Wade's garage. Each member was occupied at a computer station. Refreshing the page every few minutes. As Paul bought so far 1000 dollars of Drakcoin NFTs. He felt so dirty for doing this
Just then, Paul felt his phone vibrate in his pocket, he stopped typing on the laptop and pulled it out and answered the call.
"Hello?"
"Hey Paul. It's Rick from Middleton Pawn Gold. I finally got my buddy to come down to my store and get an appraisal for your mineral."
"Oh that's great news Rick. Unfortunately I'm a bit busy right now to come down to the shop."
"Oh its cool. We're open late tonight. If you can't come tonight, we'll be open at 10AM tomorrow."
"Well that's good to hear. Anyway I'll see if I can come down tonight."
"Okay Paul, see you then."
Paul ends the phone call and continues of his own workstation.
Rick ended the phone call with Paul and spoke to his buddy
Mar...cus. Who returned back into Middleton, Rick called him over to inspect Paul's potential mineral.
Marcus. With no beard, no glasses and no hat. He was an expert with Non-American History and was an expert on Rocks, Stones and Minerals.
"Sorry Marcus. He's currently busy, so we'll just have a look at it, then tell him the news when he shows up tonight."
"No problem Rick. I'll just have a look at that there to see if it's actually a mineral. Probably not, but we'll just have to wait and see."
Marcus pulled out his loupe to see what mineral it could be. He inspects the now called mineral. After less than 5 seconds he pulled it away from his eye and carefully place the mineral on the table. He then pulled out a small camera device which was on a pen, attached with a monitor and checks it out, he was stunned as he pulled away the camera pen device and switched it off. Rick didn't know what he thought.
Marcus was speechless as he turned to Rick and asked him a question.
"Where did you say your guy got this from again?" Marcus says stunned.
"It's almost time Shego!" Drakken says as he watches the price of his coin go up.
"Whoppee" Shego says unenthused.
"Just another 15 cents before Drakcoin reaches a dollar!" He gets excited as his coin chart is shown on his big screen.
"And you're going to stop this coin once it reaches a dollar?"
"100% Shego. I've made more than enough to last for a few years. Once they realise this is a scam, it will be all too late! (Maniacal Laugh)"
'BING'
"Ooo! Another investor bought another NFT. User. 'DeezNutzDragkon'... Interesting name." Drakken reads from his screen.
Shego just slaps her head. Dr Drakken can be so oblivious at times.
"Just bought another NFT... again." Paul announces to his team.
"It's certainly lifting the price up quickly now. It's at 88 cents." Wade points out.
"It was 85 cents just 5 minutes ago." Kim says.
"With Paul buying these NFTs, it's making the price go up faster. It's only a matter of time before it reaches a dollar. I'm sending out all these Drakcoin scam posts out. I'll be bombarding them with my automatic program which allows messages to be sent without pressing anything." Wade says to his friends.
"This guy is buying Drakcoin NFTs. No thank you. I'd rather eat dirt then lose 600 dollars. Selling!" He clicks on his mouse go his share of Drakcoins.
We go around the globe were people start selling Drakcoin.
"Selling"
"Selling!"
"Verkauf!"
"Vendendo!"
"Vendita!"
"Buying... Oh fuck this guy is buying the NFTs! Sell Sell Sell!"
...
"Phew!"
"Woah, see this whale buying Drakcoin NFTs?" A guy says looking at his monitor. His 3 other friends are at their workstations.
"He's bought 9 NFTs of Drakcoin. If it reaches ten dollars, it could make him half a million dollars!"
"Hey, check this out guys. I found this on a twitter feed." One of their friends calls out as all three race towards there and watch his screen. They begin to read the post.
"Warning. Drakcoin is a scam. It will have the same downfall as Bitconnect. Research wisely when investing. Except for Drakcoin."
It looked like a very serious warning sign. Some were worried and some thought it was a bluff.
"Bro I think we should listen to this. Look at the red text! I've got 250 dollars on the line. And i've made 2,500 dollars in profit now!"
"No one ever reads about the coin, they just invest because it's cheap. We got to HODL boys! Remember... Drakcoin to the moon!"
"We might not be HODLing for long man, if this crashes, we lose all of our money."
"Yeah and I got 1k on the line, I've already 50 times my money."
"We could still make millions!"
"It's better to make something rather than nothing."
"It's working guys. The amount of investors is dropping." Wade says as the number dropped under 100K investors.
"Great, keep sending those warning posts." Kim says.
"Done and done." Wade says getting to work... Well his program is doing the work.
"Paul?" Kim asks.
I've bought 11 NFTs so far." He says, showing the 11 Digital assets he bought.
"Good. The price of the coin is at 97 cents."
Kim looks at the stock price and it decreased to 95 cents.
...
94 cents.
...
..
.
91 cents... Shit.
"Oh no. The coin price is dropping. Drakken's pulling the plug!" Kim says.
"It doesn't always mean that. It's dropping because everyone is panic selling." Paul says.
"Meaning, too many people are selling at the same time, which results in the price of the coin to drop rapidly." Wade says.
"It's at 77 cents now."
"Blast! The coin is dropping." Drakken says.
"I think we should salvage what we have now and take what we can get."
"I still want to reach that mighty $1 dollar Shego."
"Okay Doc... Whatever you want to do." Shego crosses her arms and stares at the screen.
"Come on you stupid coin." Drakken taps the screen, as the coin decreases price again.
"EEK!"
"Wade it's at 60 cents now!" Kim says panicking. Drakcoin still had 60,000 investors left. They were on the brink of losing their money.
"Don't worry, I got an ace up my sleeve." Wade declares to the duo, he types on the computer and sends off a video.
"Hey guys, I just got a video from Reddit. It looks like a PSA."
"Click on it."
"No don't it might-"
(CLICK)
"Be a virus."
The black screen covers the entire monitor and it appeared to be a doppelganger of Austrian Actor Arnold Schwarzenegger.
"Hello, it is me. Arnold. Austrian born bodybuilder now super smash box office multi billion dollar movie millionaire eaugh! I invested in BitConnect a few years back and boy that was a mistake, like Hercules in New York I did 50 years ago. Oh boy the memories are coming back to me."
"Arnold Schwarzenegger impressionists. You can't beat a box office star!" Wade says.
Paul still at his workstation manages to buy the 12th NFT that Drakken had. It was a steep price, but he paid for it. He clicks the byu n
"Eaugh! Drakcoin will do the same thing to all you smart investors, invest in Shiba instead. Now I'll be right back buddy. Save that money in your pocket and watch my films! Espeically the ones with Sylvester Stallone. Take care. Eaughhh!"
The video ended and all boys were shocked.
"(Gasps) Arnold's warning us about Drakcoin!"
"We better listen to him. After all, he's an Oscar Winner."
"Uh, Bill he never won-"
"Sell boys!"
"Sell!"
"Sell!"
"Sell!"
"Sell!"
"Sell!"
"(Sighs) Sell..." the same guy who got interrupted.
All around the world people watch the video and start to shit themselves. They immeditately sell the coin, as Paul bought all 12 NFTs, the coin managed to break the duck and reached past a dollar.
Drakken watches the screen reach past a dollar in delight.
"Yes YES! HAHAHA! Victory is ours."
"Great. Now stop the coin." Shego says delighted too.
"Right... Uh, but how?"
"Are you freaking kidding me? You don't know how to stop the coin."
"It never specified in the book."
"Because what you've done is a crime!" Shego says, implying it would never be written in the book.
"It's happening!" Kim says panicking.
"What?"
"The amount of investors is dropping rapidly!"
"Really?!" Wade says surprised.
"Yeah, It was at 45,000 5 minutes ago. Now it's at 20,000 now... 17,800!"
"It worked! They're selling the coin. The price is going down. Paul you have to sell those NFTs! NOW!" Wade says.
"I'm trying Wade!" Paul says trying to offload the
"Oh no. I think it's too late." Wade says worried he won't be able to sell the NFTs in time
"There's still time Wade. There's always time." Kim says.
"Uhhhhhhh." Drakken flips through the pages through his dummy book vigorously and in a panicky way.
"What does it say?" Shego asks.
"Nothing!"
"Well search it up then."
"Good idea!" Drakken races to his big computer.
While this happens the number of investors for Drakcoin reaches less than a thousand.
"Google. Incognito Mode. How... to...pull...the...pin..on...a...crypto coin. Click"
"Did you say click?" Shego asks.
"Not now!"
Drakken clicks the first link on the page.
He reads the first two sentences.
"Oh that's convenient." Drakken says as he goes back to his programming website for the coin and types the code. He attempts to push the 'Enter' button, but misses it and does it again, eventually he presses the button after wasting 5 seconds of trying to press the button.
"Aha!" Drakken celebrates.
"1 investor..." Kim says.
"1?" Wade says.
"1 investor left..." Paul said nervously, because he realised he was the only investor left, he had all the NFTs from Drakcoin. There was only 12 digital assets made. It made his heart skip a beat.
"Paul?" Kim says worried.
"Oh no... I'm the only guy left." Paul admits.
"Paul." Wade says worried for him.
Paul was trying to gather his thoughts, he was in a deep thought. He just lost a whole lot of money!
He was the collateral guy, he sacrificed his money to ensure no investors lost any money.
"Paul... How much did you lose?" Wade asks.
Paul tried to spit out the answer. He eventually did.
"20,000 dollars." Paul said softly.
Both gasp.
"You lost 20k!" Wade says.
"...Sadly."
"Oh my gosh. Paul I'm so sorry." Kim tries to comfort him.
Losing 20,000 dollars for a teenager is a lot of money! And in all of that lose, he only managed to get valueless NFTs from Drakken. A dozen of them. 12 digital photos created by Drakken.
It was basically Paul buying out all of Drakken's artwork for 20K.
"It's okay Kim... I did a heroic thing. I did it so others wouldn't lose anything. You could say I was FOMO about Drakcoin." He says trying to lighten his mood.
Kim didn't even want to ask what that meant, she was more worried at Paul's wellbeing at the moment.
"Look i-is it cool if I leave? I need to do something before they close up for tonight."
"Do you want me to co-" Kim says before being interrupted.
"And I prefer to do it alone please."
"Paul we can always make it back. I can research investment opportunities for you. Short term, long term" Wade says.
It's alright. Like I said, it's a risky game. Plus it's the governments money. Not mine. So it isn't a personal lost." Paul says.
"You going to be okay?" Kim asks.
"Yeah... I just... Want to take a walk. Get some fresh air. I'll talk to you guys later. See you Wade. See you Kim." Paul left Wade's garage in disappoint, he lifted the garage sliding door up and gently puts it down. He places his hands in his pockets and goes towards the CBD of Middleton.
Both Kim and Wade just watched him leave. Wade did feel really bad, he spent his savings to save people's money. He did such a noble sacrifice.
"Poor guy, he risked his own money to stop Drakken. That's the most sincerest thing I've ever seen in my life." Wade says.
Kim felt his pain, she wanted to cry for him and hug him to make the pain go away. But he was already gone.
"He's such a great guy. So selfless..." She had a tear come out of her eye.
This would hurt Paul for sometime.
But something awaits him though. With a very pleasant surprise.
"NOOOOOOOO! I was this close! One measly investor!" Drakken says as he slams his fist on his desk.
"Well you lose some, you lose even more. How much did you lose? Because I can guarantee you didn't make a cent from this scam."
"Grrr.. You don't know that Shego. Lemme check." Drakken moves towards his computer to check how much money he made.
'DING'
"(Gasp) YES! HAHAHA! I did it! (Music starts to play Yeah! - Usher) Go Drakken! Go me! Go Drakken. Go Drakken! That's me. Break it down... Huh? What happened to the music?" Drakken started to dance, but he stopped once the music abruptly stopped.
"Don't... ever...do that again. You here me?" Shego says feeling sorry for him and embarrassed.
"What Shego? I was expressing my happiness."
"Do that on your own time. What happened anyway?"
"I made a profit!"
"Oh...Of?"
Drakken moves to his computer and looks up the profit he made from his crypto coin. "20,165 dollars and 87 cents."
"Okay... It's a start. Now tell me. How much did these computers cost you?"
"... Uh..."
"Drakken!"
"Okay okay... 20,000 dollars."
"20,000! You spent the 20K on these computers and only made... 165.87 dollars profit?"
"Before tax.
"Oh cut the crap Drakken, we all know you're the biggest tax dodger in America." Shego says.
"Hang on hang on! If we sell the hardware, we can make more than half back."
"(Sighs) So all of this effort and you made just over 10,000 dollars... I got to say not bad Doc for a weeks worth of work."
"Thank you Shego. I appreicate the moral support."
"It might last us a few months."
Drakken stops smiling at that part. He hadn't considered the long term effects.
Today had been a long day for Paul. He really wanted to reschedule with Rick. He couldn't be bothered meeting him. He told him he would see him today, regardless of the time. He said he'll come, the shop would be closing in about 5 minutes. He really let himself down today. Drakken taking hold of his money. Not knowing what 20K would do to the blue villian.
But he had to move on. 20K was a lot of money. But was it worth saving thousands of peoples money?
To him... Yes.
Regardless of what happened today, he would get another cheque this week from the Australian Government.
He sees the pawn shop in the short distance still open. He walks to the door and opens it. He was glad to see Rick still inside his pawn shop. If he wasn't in there, it would be a long walk back home. He walks towards him who was organising his cabinet from behind the counter. He puts a small smile on. The bald man sees the teen.
"Hey Rick. Sorry about coming so late. I had to do something."
"That's all good Paul."
"Hey, hey I know you."
A big guy with long hair comes and notices who this guy was.
"You're that guy from the news. You know... Kim Possible. Paul Kanellopoulos! That's it. Oh man this is so awesome!"
"Chum don't scare him off."
"No no Rick, it's all good. He's just a fan." Paul reassures the bald man.
"Is it alright if I can get a photo please?"
"Sure."
"Oh man this is so cool!"
"Chum Leigh, there's some stuff you need to pack in the back before leaving tonight." Rick says to his employee.
"(Sighs) Man. It was an honour meeting you man. Keep the good work up. Man what a night! This and Drakcoin!" Chum walks away from the counter.
Paul's head perked up and called him back.
"Wait! Y-you said Drakcoin?"
"Yeah, great short term investment."
"Did you not lose anything?"
"Lose? I made 25K. Good profit if you ask me. It was good while it lasted though. On to Shiba Coin now!" Chum walked to the backroom.
Paul had a glimmer of hope sprung through he's body. He felt a bit better about himself.
"Sorry about that. He can be a bit lazy and chummy at times."
"No it's all good. It's nice to see some recognition."
"I heard him say Kim Possible. She's that girl that can do anything." Rick says.
"Anything is a bit over the top, but she's willing to help you in any way possible."
"Good to know. Anyway my buddy came down here to the shop, Marcus."
"Okay."
"And he apprised the rock after conducting a serious amount of research and testing."
"That sounds good."
"And he found out that this rock is actually very priceless." Rick explains
Cha-Ching!
"Priceless?" Paul says perking up.
"Yes. Apparently it's made of this mineral called Jadeite. Which is quite rare to mine these days. My buddy Marcus was quite speechless when he saw it. You're sitting on a gold mine my friend. Well a jadeite mine (Insert Smokers Laugh)"
"Really? Well I'm not really an expert on rocks, so I wouldn't know."
"Neither am I. But unfortunately. I can't buy it off you."
"Why not Rick?" Paul asks.
"Because I don't have a spare million dollars to spend on a rock. (Smoker's laugh) Plus I don't have the right niche market to store this in my store-"
'Holy Fuck! This rock is worth millions! I take it back. Losing that 20K was a minor setback! Those memories from an hour ago have faded.' Paul says in his head.
Paul was trying to contain himself.
"Frame it for the customers who will be willing to buy this. Which is very slim in this town. Probably Upperton would be better due to the wealthy people that live there. I mean... They would buy this in a instant as jewellery. So what I'm going to do is this, my buddy that came in today suggested this. I'll give you his number and he can help you auction it off for a small fee at an auction house. Depending how much you make off it. While I get 30% from him. What do you say? If not. I wish you all the best on selling this. It's your call Paul." Rick says to Paul.
Right now on the glass table. Was a rock that was well worth more than a million dollars!
Paul had to make a big decision. To trust Rick's friend and hoped he would make more than a 7 figures on the mineral.
And if he never went with Kim on that mission to Cambodia. He would have never had the chance to find this priceless rock!
And Wade for receiving the mission.
Both deserve a piece of the pie too.
"The decision is up to you. That's all the information I've got right now." Rick says.
Paul thinks for a further few seconds. He finally made up his mind.
"Alright... I've made my decision. Since you kept it safe from me and didn't do anything else. So I appreciate your honesty for keeping your word about not doing anything else."
"Well I appreciate you being open about it."
"Thanks. I will sell it off to your mate and you both get the fee that was agreed upon, under a contract. I want to see how much is going out with Tax and fees from your buddy."
"Done." Rick says grinning.
"Pleasure doing business with you." Paul shakes his hand and is so rapt about being paid over millions of dollars. Potentially.
And it was thanks to Lord Fiske for giving the request to find that statue, Wade Load for giving them the mission and Kim Possible for making it happen.
To think he complained about that mission being pointless, searching each cave. Luck was on his side that day.
Sometimes, life can be funny at times. Paul had an idea come into his head. It was very unselfish like, but he wanted to do it anyway. Even if it doesn't work out as the way it's supposed to be.
"Could I ask for one request though?" Paul says.
"Ask away." Rick says.
Paul asks Rick his request. Rick thought it was a great gesture. But it was a selfless act.
"That's nice of you to do that. You sure you want to do that? It will decrease the amount you'll earn."
"100% Rick. I want this to happen."
"...Okay, I'll see what my buddy can do for you and he can find someone."
"Thanks Rick." Paul says as he goes and gets some paperwork done with the owner and went on his way home. The mission ended successfully, with a price.
He'll be getting that 20K back and much much more in the end.

"I'm gonna tell you something that's going to change your life. Have you ever heard of NFTs?" (Security Alarm Sound) - Butters Scotch / Victor Chaos
Well looks like Drakken's career in Cryptocurrency is short lived. Good profit for a teenager, but for a villain... Not so much. I mean talk about the rent of all his liars! That money could go within 1-2 months. Plus all those evil plans and inventions need funding. Maybe Drakken should get a loan from Professor Dementor... HAHAHAHA!
- This was a great episode/chapter idea to use after I saw that New South Park special. Plus Last year, I made a call about a Crypto coin that might explode in the future. Shiba Inu. Check out in Chapter 20. I've invested! That means I sorta predicted the new South Park episode being related to CRYPTO!
- If anyone ever writes a review about this chapter. Let me know what you've invested in Crypto. I'm eager to know! Might even take some notes.
- Yeah! is by Usher. A popular song in the 2000s.
- Bitconnect was a coin who was dubbed as the next Bit (Sneezes) Coin, it was rolling at 400 dollars before the coin collapsed and was found out to be a Ponzi scheme. It went from 17 cents to 450 US Dollars at the end of 2017. It was considered the biggest exit scheme in Cryptocurrency history, losing hundreds and thousands of people's money. It was one of the few most hear crypto coins that are inactive. Others included Coinye, OneCoin, KodakCoin and Petro.
- If you don't know who Rick Harrison is. He's the Co-Founder/Co-Owner of World Famous Gold & Silver Pawn Shop in Las Vegas, he also starts in the tv show Pawn Stars. Marcus is a character similar to Mark from the show. He has a big beard, hat and glasses. Completely opposite to what's in the Fanfic. He's an expert when it comes to American History. Plus he knows something priceless when he sees it. He made multiple appearances on the show.
