Chapter 7 - Torn By Love: Real Secret Feelings Of Admiral Yang

In the previous chapter, our main heroine Selina along with the Galactic Imperial Navy were on a rescue mission in saving Reinhard. But before that, Selina have an enraged battle between her and Baron Flegel, one of the Duke's cousins, who have lustfully interested to her but in the end, Selina's forces won in the battle, making the Baron and the other high nobles were surrendered. The group finally reached at Howzer Starzone. On the other hand, Salvine tries to seduced Reinhard but he provokes her, saying that he was belonged to Selina, in which Salvine sexual assaulted him. Meanwhile, the Duke, was out of composure, that Selina thwarted his plans and so he decided to killed both her and Reinhard but he didn't know that Ansbach has his own sinister secret plan. Back when, the group confronted Salvine, in which she recognize Selina.

Note - This chapter was more focused on Admiral Yang.

Since the departure of Usagi (Selina) from Heinessen, Admiral Yang was started to act as a different person, and also he was not very talkative always whenever his staffs or any Alliance members tries to talks to him. Despite of Gerder's persuasion to forget about her is because of her love relationship with Reinhard, her childhood sweetheart, he still couldn't able to forget about her, stating that he secretly fell in love to her.

That night at his office room, he silently read his own favorite book while he was waiting for an another appointment mission. While he was reading, he was humming a loving melody that he had memorize with and then he recalled of those moments when he met her for the very first time.

After reading, he stood up from his stool chair and looking at the window, taking off his hat from his head, watching at the night skies with a full moon on the center. As he was watching, he thought on his mind " Usagi.. wherever you are.. I'll could never let you down... even though you are different from the others.. I couldn't stopped thinking about you.. and I hoped that you will gonna come back to me when everything was over.. I had truly fell in love to you.. "

That very moment, someone knocked the door.

" Who's it? " didn't turn his back

Julian enters in

" Uh, it was just me, Admiral. "

" Oh, it was just you, Julian. What do you want to say? "

" Gazing at the night skies this time, aren't you? "

He just nodded his head in silent manner.

Julian went slowly approached to him and asked " Why you always thinking about Miss Usagi? Don't you ever realized that she was belonged to the Galactic Empire and besides, she got her own special someone. Why you don't try to forget about her on your mind? If it will gonna keep on happening just like this, the war will never stopped. "

Yang sigh in deep breath and said in a normal tone manner " I guess that was the same thing that Gerder said that to me the other day but I'm afraid I cannot to. "

" Why not? Is she's was much more beautiful than anyone? "

" More than anything.. and besides, I have strong feelings for her and it will never changed that way. "

" You really say so.. but.. what if she will gonna betrayed you? "

" She will never betrayed me.. I had promised to her that she will gonna returned back to me.. when the war in the Empire was over.. "

" Yeah, you say so.. but.. "

Thomson barged in, quickly went approached to them.

" Boss, I have a surprise news. "

" And what is that, Thomson? "

" Francesca Martine.. was been arrested by the police forces yesterday. "

" Say what? " with a surprise expression on his face

" She was been placed in the maximum secure prison jail headquarters. "

Then, he walks out.

" Uh, are you going to that place, Boss? Maybe me and my pal Gerder will gonna assist you. "

" No needed. I have to go there all by myself. "

" But, Admiral.. you know how she's dangerous person was.. she was trying to forced you.. " Julian said, insisted

" I'm aware of that, Julian. I have to do this on my own. "

And he went out of the room.

" I'm started to getting worried for Admiral Yang. " Julian said to Thomson

" Yeah, same goes to me also.. but that was his own choice.. to fight back against her.. for what she did to him more than 10 years ago.. "

" Mhmm.. "

And so, he departed Iserlohn Fortress to Heinessen, in order to visit her in the prison jail headquarters. Despite he was still being nervous and fearful at her, he was tried to stay strong.

Upon they arrived at the place, the police staffs and the prisoners were amazed when they seen him but some of the others, including female police staffs were been enchanted by his charm but however, Yang ignored them and continued walking.

When he reached to the prison room where Chesca was placed at, he looks at her in a different facial expression and he paused for a moment. Chesca, however, was looking at him, with an evil glare on her face.

" I had never expected that you will gonna visited me in here, my precious.. " with amusement on her face

" Chesca, I did not came here to entertain you.. I had came here to fight back against you for what you did to me many years ago. "

She was just laughed of what he had said.

" What's was the funny is about? "

" Oh.. do you really think you can able to fought back against me or are you still scared just like from before..? "

" I'm not scared of you " with a little mad expression on his face

" Really? I guess your favorite bodyguard.. the blond hair young lady was not with you anymore, huh? I guess she was going back to her real home origin.. what a pathetic it is." with amusement on her face

The admiral knew on his mind that she knew Usagi (Selina). But Chesca continues in " and I'm frankly sure that she will never ever going back here.. whatever you are working so hard.. after all.. she will gonna betrayed you that much.. why you don't surrender yourself and be with me? After all, I will gonna give you everything as you desired with. " with an evil amusement on her face

She tries to touch him but he provokes her off.

" I will never ever to come with you, Chesca! After all, my love was belonged hers and nothing else! I swear that I will gonna defend the Alliance no matter what the cost.. and besides, I do really hated you so much.. since from the very beginning..! " with furious anger on his face

And after that, he walks out from the spot.

" Do you really think that you will gonna reunited with her? It will never happened that way.. as long as the universal war will be over.. you will be belonged to me.. " with an evil sneer on her face, with a short evil laughter

And he walks away silently from the room. As he was already left, her facial expression was filled with craving and lustful desires.

After that, he went back to Iserlohn Fortress, to take a rest. When Walter sees him, he asked in a normal tone manner " So.. did you visited to that female sexual predator, huh? "

" Yeah, somehow.. I will never ever seen her face again! She had ruined and tormented my life for 20 years.. I will never ever forget it of what she did to me and my family.. " placing both of his arms on around of his chest

" I had understand of what you truly feel with.. but still, you couldn't able to forget about Usagi.. I mean.. Selina De Ackenberg, don't you? "

" Even though she was belonged to the Galactic Empire, my strong love was still on her and it will never changed it that way.. even she was the love interest of Marquis Reinhard von Lohengramm.. " with his head nodded a little

" Hold on.. are you really saying that you are secretly jealous to him, aren't you? "

" Me? jealous? Why I shouldn't do that? " in a different voice tone manner

Walter just giggled at him.

" What's the funny is about? "

" Well.. I had just seen in your face that you are really secretly jealous to Marquis Reinhard von Lohengramm. "

Yang became speechless

" I just really knew it.. you are secretly jealous to him, I'm right? "

He didn't respond back, still speechless.

" Well, just think about that.. but I'm pretty sure that someday on the near future that she will gonna turned her back away from you.. even until the day you will gonna gone away from this world.. "

Walter steps back a little and turned his back away from him and said those words " ... even so, the raging war will continue to rise unless you have some options to choose.. if Miss Usagi.. I mean Lady De Ackenberg will be your worst opponent to faced with in the war battle.. you will gonna falled down easily. And besides, winning a woman's heart was not very easy to do, Admiral.. just make sure you should balanced your heart and your mind. "

And he walks out from the spot, leaving Yang, nodded his head and thought on his mind " Usagi.. will be my worst enemy? That can't be impossible.. she will never turned my back away and hated at me.. but even so, I'm truly in love to her.. even she is an ally or an enemy.. but I will never go down that easily.. I swear of it that I will gonna do everything.. to win her back.. I'm swear of it.. "

Gerder, came in, sees his facial expression and asked " Uh, are you okay, Admiral Yang? I guess your face was looked so doubted. "

" No, it was nothing, Gerder. I had just thinking of what happened back then.. "

" Let me guess, that female sexual predator Chesca Martine, huh? "

" Mhmm.. "

" Geesh.. I guess she was out of her mind well you know.. getting insane.. "

" precisely it is.. I do really hated her so much.. "

" I see about it.. oh and by the way, I guess the civil war at the Empire will be getting over soon. "

" It does? I guess that was faster that I predicted to. " while he scratched his hair with his finger

" Hold on, you still missed her so much, aren't you, Admiral Yang? "

" Yeah.. she was so very different from any other persons that I had met with.. much more different from our greedy leaders of the society.. she was so very pure and simple.. even though she was belonged to the royal ones.. I had loved her more than everything.. "

" Or what if you and Reinhard will gonna faced against with each other in a fury battle fight? Do you think that you could win against him? "

" Hold on.. what kind of question was that, Gerder? Are you joking at me? "

" No, I'm not joking, Admiral.. I'm serious about this. What if you and Reinhard will gonna faced with each other in the next battle? You know.. with the two different fighting styles. "

" If me and Reinhard will gonna faced with each other? Well, if he got the same strategy as he does.. but in my own opinion... I guess it was not equal that much.. "

" I see about it, Admiral Yang. Do you really think that Usagi.. I mean Lady Selina might able to forget you that much?.. is because she will gonna ended up with her only man that she had. "

He sigh and said " I guess you got the same idea as Commodore Schonkoff does but... she will never ever to forget me and besides.. she loves me and I loved her too.. she will never turned her back away from me.. I swear of it. "

Gerder shrugged himself and said " Well, if that was your choice.. then I will leave you no other choice.. but if you don't listen to my advice.. then this is will be your greatest failure that you will gonna experienced with.. more than getting retired from the military service or rather to be died in a younger age.. "

And he left away from the spot, leaving Yang behind.

" I don't really think that it will gonna happened.. I'm so sure that she will gonna returned back to me.. as I had promised to her.. she will never betrayed me even though she was different from anyone else. Besides, she had already captured my heart and my strong love.. and it will never changed it that way.. "

He closed his eyes, recalled from his mind of his unforgettable moment with Usagi.

(Flashback)

(when Usagi started to regained her memories as Selina a little bit)

At the library section, Yang read a book on the table while Usagi was walking around in every corners, looking for a book to read. But when she tries to reached the book on the table by climbing up through a ladder, she was out of balance. When the admiral sees her, he quickly rushed and catched her by both of his arms.

" Are you okay, Usagi? "

" Yes, I'm fine, Yang.. thanks for saving me. " with a slight blush on her face

" Next time, you shouldn't climbed up with a ladder.. it might be dangerous to you. "

" Sorry.. I was trying to get a special book anyhow.. but I cannot reached it.. "

" I see.. but somehow you should asked me first before you can get it. "

" I'm sorry. I guess you were busy reading some histories stuffs.. so that it why I was so very shy to asked you. "

" You don't have to be shy to me, Usagi.. don't be hesitate that much. If you need something that you needed, just asked me, okay? "

" Okay, I had understand that, Yang. " with a nod on her head

He put her down

" And by the way, shall we eat at the restaurant outside? "

" Sure, no problem at all. " with a smile on her face

That very moment, he holding her hand along with his.

" Uh, why are you holding my hand? "

" Isn't that obvious that an unmarried lady just like you to be holding hands with an unmarried man? "

She slight giggled and asked " And why you asked me about that? Hold on, are you really not getting ready to married yet? "

" No, I will only getting married when the peace arrives. I wanted to lived a peaceful life after I will gonna retired from the military service. "

" Wait.. you will gonna retired from the military? But.. you are still very young.. you said that you will gonna turned 30 years old this year, right? "

" Actually, I didn't intended to become a soldier in the first place. My goal was to become a historian but however due to that my father died in an accident and have no money to get with.. I had entered in the Alliance Military Academy for free. I had intended to quit but I have no other choice but to accepted the fact. I did not want to become a man made hero of this planet. "

" I see about it. I guess Gerder told me those things that your first heroic thing that you had saved the entire people of El Facil planet 9 years ago. "

" Actually, I did that thing from before is because I don't want to harmed others so that why I did. "

" So that it is why you had been called " Hero of El Facil ", huh? "

" Just I told you.. I'm not a man made hero okay? Just kept that in your mind. "

Usagi slightly giggled at him.

" What was the funny? It was really true, isn't it? "

" You are like more like a hero to me.. like a knight in shining armor.. "

" It does? I'm not looked like a knight in shining armor to you. "

" To tell you this that.. you had saved my life from the brink of death.. although I don't know of where I had truly came from. "

He smiled at her and then gave her a kiss on the forehead, making her face to be blushed in red.

" No matter what who you really are.. I do really have feelings for you, Usagi. "

" Yang.. "

The two were looking at each other.

(Flashback Ends)

(Return back to the present time)

He opened his eyes and thought " Even though you are not around, I could still feel it through the shadows.. your touch.. and most importantly, your loving smile.. I had realized that my life was completely torned apart is because.. my love for you is much stronger than anything else.. I had truly loved you, Usagi.. more than everything.."

And he went to his room to take a rest.

The next day, he met up with the other Alliance members at the main headquarters office. Upon seeing him, they were surprised that he wears a different clothes instead of his Alliance uniform.

" Woah, Admiral.. you looked so different. "

Alex Cazerne said in surprise

" Hold on, what's gotten into you, Sir? Are you gonna going on a date or what? " Dusty Attembrough asked, with a slight curiosity on his face

" My geesh.. I'm not so surprised that you wearing that thing. " Fyodor Patriechev said

" What you will gonna do, Admiral? " Murai asked

Walter was just shrugged in silent while Gerder, Thomson and Julian were shocked in astonished but also not in a good mood as well.

Yang just smiled with a sigh and said to them " Just forgive my occurrences for the past few days.. but somehow I guess we have to take a break for the meantime. We have to wait for an another mission task to do. "

" Sir, Are you really sure? " Murai asked

" Of course not. I guess we should rest our minds first. We have been getting tired of fighting lately... so I had decided to take a break for the whole day. "

And they were understood of what he had said.

Then, he turned his head to Lieutenant Frederica Greenhill and told her " Bring me a glass of tea.. with a little bit wine on it. "

" Sure thing, Sir. I'll make it right away. " she responded

" Alright, all of you must go now. "

And they leaved away with the exception of Thomson and Gerder, went approached to him.

" Uh, Admiral Yang.. I guess you are acting so very different.. a very different man.. " Gerder said to him

" Is because.. Usagi.. no.. I mean Lady Selina De Ackenberg was my greatest inspiration. This time, I will never let her down.. for real.. is because I loved her so much.. "

The two animals were finally understood of what Yang said.

And so, they leaved him alone behind but before Gerder walks away, he sees the Admiral watching at the bright moon skies at the glass window and then he realized that there is something bothered on him. Not longer, he left away along with Thomson from the spot.

Upon gazing at the skies, he sees the image of Selina and then he gazily smiled at it.
