Fanfiction Novel: Origins to Post-Reaper War (W/DLC). Timeline/Source is the ME Wikia. I'm retelling the story while staying true to the game we know and love. 2022 update, this is a fun writing exercise for me, so if you think it's bad, great! Don't read it. I  have not written fanfiction in over a decade. This has not been beta read and is purely a writing exercise for myself. The story is formatted to be read via phone, as that is how I wrote it.  The goal for this was to explore the 3 months it takes (fem) Shepherd to stop Saren, becoming romantically entwined with Kaiden and grow her relationships with her crewmates.

Ever since she saw Garrus Vakarian, Leena Burke always loved him. The mechanic from the Citadel joins Garrus and Commander Shepard to protect the galaxy. On her adventures Leena will face danger, adventure, and possibly love. Only time will say if she will have the courage to tell the Archangel how she truly feels.

Wrex's contract into Fist leads him to a new opportunity with a Spectre. He never really thought about any relationships or mates due to the genophage but he's drawn to Shepard. She's a fierce warrior who doesn't take crap from anyone. Their relationship remains platonic but it's a struggle with their sexual tension that could never bloom. Her love for Liara makes things difficult

The Reapers have arrived and are devouring all that stands in their path. Commander Scott Gardner and his team must give everything they have to rally the species of the Milky Way into an alliance to fight back before it is too late. Fighting a two-front war against the Reapers and Cerberus, losses are inevitable. Worlds will burn. Sacrifices will be made.

Our story takes place after Humanity narrowly avoids destroying itself and despite all odds manages to learn from its mistakes. Being a better, kinder species when they encounter another race in need they pull out all the stops to lend assistance.

Coming to terms with being reborn? Doable. Finding out you're in the Mass Effect universe? Slightly more difficult. I know I'm no soldier material but I want to do what I can to help save the galaxy. To that goal I will become one of the worst beings in human society. A businessman and politician. A SI/OC-story of a different kind.

The Reaper war is over, organics have won. Another war has already begun, with all alliances broken up due to the loss of comms, mass relays and guidance. Kaidan and the remaining Normandy crew must figure out how to get home. Shepard is injured, Gemma is lost and Kaidan is heartbroken. Can a happy ending become of all this loss and destruction?

Garrus' thoughts and feelings regarding Commander John Shepard were easy to understand and explain: He respected and admired the human Spectre and would follow him into hell in a heartbeat. His feelings regarding his crewmate and friend, Lieutenant Jane Shepard, however, weren't as clear cut. She'd taken up residence in his head and wouldn't leave. Slight AU, Shepard Siblings.

Due to a drive core malfunction, a human vessel arrives just in time to save the Council Envoy from the yahg. What would happen if a robot from another universe suddenly found themselves in a different galaxy, where AI are Illegal? why they disguise themselves of course and hope for the best that the crew of the Normandy doesn't realize they're an artificial Intelligence while they also try and find a way back home.

ME2- After surviving the Omega Four Relay mission, the Normandy returns to find the galaxy in political turmoil. Cerberus has been exposed, humanity has lost its council seat, and the geth offer a peace that no one seems to desire. To complicate matters, the Reapers are coming. Most characters present. AU as it invalidates Mass Effect 3. (Alternate ending begins chapter 84)

This is the full rewrite of the original Interloper, first posted almost ten years ago. Summary: Follow the adventures of Michael Liddle as he quite literally falls into the ME universe. A self insert covering the events of the first entry of the series. Follows the story of the Normandy crew and more as they strive to save a changing galaxy.

This is a project to create a coherent storyline from Andromedas' canon. Meaning I will be using canon as a touchstone, but I will be changing quite a lot. There is now an actual reason for being in Andromeda instead of a wishy-washy 'we wanted to explore'. The Characters will be filled out, given different roles in the story and in some cases, entirely new character arcs.

What if we actually lived in the Mass Effect Universe? This collaborative self-insert shows how, even coming from all walks of life, some things can bind anyone together.
