An Alolan Reunion and Union!

After dropping Brock off at his house, Latias took Ash and Marnie to Melemele Island so that after a good night's rest Ash would be able to check in with Kukui and Burnet while Marnie could have a shot at looking around the island for Dark types, though that meant waking up a tad bit early as otherwise the Alolan Rattata and Raticate would be slumbering when the sun came up!

Zach and Dawn already informed them that they wouldn't be arriving at Alola until the day of the wedding as the two wanted to simply relax and spend time with each other, so they didn't need to worry about the pair wandering where they went off to. The sky was still dark as Ash and Marnie ventured out of the Pokemon Center though there was a bit of orange on the horizon indicating that sunrise wasn't too far off, giving them a decent amount of time to find a Rattata or Raticate which shouldn't be all too difficult given how common they were.

Pikachu and Morpeko's ears twitched atop their shoulders, the golden glow long gone from Pikachu as when Arceus took away the Arc-Phone's powers he also took back the power that Dialga and Palkia had lent to the group reverting all the Pokemon back to their normal state of power.

"Pi!" Pikachu cried out before pointing forward towards a nearby alley. "Pika pi!"

"What, something's down that alley?" Ash questioned.

"Pika."

Marnie whipped out her Rotom Phone, activating the flashlight app before aiming it into the alley so that they could give a proper view of what or even who was down it. As the light shined down the alley a Raticate could be seen shuffling through the contents of a dumpster, it's cheek wide and plump as they were stuffed with rotten fruit and whatever else it could find as acceptable food!

"Cate, Raticate..."

Marnie quickly reached for a Dusk Ball to send out another member of her team rather than send Grimmsnarl or Morpeko out into that alley, that'd just be overkill as wild Raticate usually weren't all that strong.

"Thievul use Night Slash!"

"Thiev!" Thievul burst from the ball before racing down the alley as a purple-black glow surrounded her claws, the fox leaped up before giving Raticate a quick slash across the back!

"Raticate!" Raticate cried out in shock, it's gathered treasure falling back into the dumpster as it fell from his mouth causing him to turn around with an enraged expression. "Cate!" The Pokemon bared it's razor sharp fangs as it leaped down, sinking them into Thievul's backside!

"Yelp!" Thievul cried out.

"Hyper Fang..." Marnie clenched her fists with a light hint of frustration. "Thievul strike him from behind with Sucker Punch!"

"Thie!" Thievul maneuvered around with incredible speed before lashing out at him from behind, knocking Raticate off his feet before face planting him against the ground!

"C-Cate..." Raticate groaned out before going limp as he fell into a state of unconsciousness.

"Alright, now for the Dusk Ball!" Marnie grabbed hold of an empty Dusk Ball before chucking it down the alleyway, the ball opened up as it approached Raticate before engulfing his body in a beam of red light as he was absorbed into the ball! The Dusk Ball landed on the ground and shook twice before chiming out to announce the capture complete! "Alright, we just caught ourselves a Raticate!"

"Snarl!"

"Morpeko!"

"Thie!"

Marnie's Pokemon posed alongside her as she held up the Dusk Ball. Ash sweated lightly at the sight of his girlfriend stealing his signature pose but didn't question it as his and Pikachu's stomachs soon rumbled loudly, fetching Marnie's attention as she recognized the sound all too well. They were supposed to meet up with Burnet and Kukui for breakfast but seeing how early it was she supposed they should grab a quick snack from somewhere. She grabbed a hold of his hand before leading him out of the alley. "Let's go find something to eat!"

After grabbing a quick bite to eat, Ash and Marnie began racing through the Hau'oli City streets as they made their way to Professor Kukui and Burnet's place. Alola was rather peaceful for the past two years, aside from the brief Darkest Day incident a few weeks back, as Team Skull were now a force for good and the Ultra Beast threat seemingly came to an end after Naganadel returned to help drive off the Guzzlord so the Ultra Guardians disbanded; Ash didn't live in Alola anymore though it was a place he thought of settling down in once this was all over, Kiawe was busy with his new duties as Akala Island's Kahuna, Lillie was preparing to embark on a journey of her own while Gladion lost some of his edge and rebellious attitude and decided to follow in his mother and father's footsteps in leading Aether Foundation, Sophocles was busy with Space Academy at the Mossdeep City space station while Lana was traveling the world in the hopes of discovering a new Water type, Mallow was really the only one that was still in Alola on a regular basis or rather she would be once Lillie left on a journey.

Ash and Marnie soon raced across the sandy shores of Melemele's beach as they neared Kukui's house before coming to a sudden halt as a Golisopod came leaping out of the water and landed directly in front of them, their faces inches away from his own!

"Sopod!" The Pokemon cried out.

"Gah!" Marnie leaped back with a startled expression.

"Pek!"

Ash instinctively reached for a Pokeball as Golisopod was much too close to have Pikachu blast it with Thunderbolt, while he could take Pikachu's Thunderbolt no problem he didn't want to expose Marnie to it. "Lycan-" Ash paused as he noticed Golisopod giving him a familiar look.

"Pod..." Golisopod spoke with a pleased tone before leaning forward to rub his face against Ash's. Ash spaced off for a moment as he tried recalling where he'd know Golisopod from as the only other one he met was Guzma's and that one went everywhere with Guzma so this couldn't possibly be it!

"Pika pi!" Pikachu cried out before hastily pulling on the collar of Ash's jacket.

"Huh, what is it Pikachu?" Ash turned to look at his best friend with a questionable look.

"Pika!" Pikachu pulled on his face, temporarily morphing it into the shape of a Wimpod. "Pika pi pi Pikachu!"

Ash's eyes widened as he came the realization. "Oh! You're that Wimpod from Treasure Island!"

"Pod!" Golisopod beamed as Ash remembered him.

"It's great to see you again but what are you doing here? Don't you want to be with your friends..?"

Golisopod shook his head before placing a claw up against Ash's chest. "Golisopod, pod!"

"Pika pi!"

"Y-You want to join us?! That's great!" Ash laughed out while retrieving an empty Pokeball from his belt before tossing it at Golisopod. "Welcome to the team, Golisopod!"

"Pod!" Golisopod headbutted the ball as it flew towards him, allowing for himself to be captured. He soon disappeared in a beam of red light as the Pokeball landed on the beach floor, shaking once before chiming out to announce the capture complete!

"Alright, we just caught Golisopod!"

"Pi Pikachu!" Pikachu posed alongside his trainer.

"Golisopod the Hard Scale Pokemon, it will do anything to win, taking advantage of every opening and finishing opponents off with the small claws on its front legs!"

"Ash..?" Ash turned around to see Professor Kukui walking down the steps of his house, the Professor's eyes soon lit up upon seeing that it was indeed him! "Ash!"

"Professor Kukui!" The two raced towards each other before pulling each other in for a tight hug as this was the first time they'd seen each other in nearly two years!

"Huh?" Marnie blinked from confusion before quickly growing pale as she came to the realization. 'That's right, I forgot that Ash never knew who his father was so it makes sense that he'd have a father figure! I should have known from the way he talked about her and Burnet, h-how do I act around them? What am I supposed to say?!'

Ash's Alolan team were notably absent as Ash had chosen to have them reside at Oak's lab for simplicity, constantly switching and moving Pokemon between two different labs was too much work.

"It's good to see you again, Ash."

"It's good to see you too Professor, now there's someone that I'd like you to meet. Somebody very special to me!"

"Oh?" Professor Kukui pulled away to give Ash's companion a look, surprise was visible upon his face when he took note of a complete stranger. 'That's odd, I could have sworn Ash would marry Lillie. Guess Burnet won that bet!' "Hello there, I'm Professor Kukui but you can just call me Kukui if you wish!" He greeted her with a warm friendly smile.

Marnie was notably flustered and nervous as she spoke up. "H-Hey there Prof-Kukui, it's a pleasure to meet ya! T-The name's Marnie and t-this Morpeko..."

"Morpek!" Morpek seemed like his usual hungry self as he waved at Kukui before sniffing at the air as a red tint formed within his eyes.

"Heh," Kukui formed a light smirk, recognizing Marnie's behavior all too well as he was like that back when he met Burnet's parents. "No need to be shy Marnie, Burnet and I don't care who Ash dates. He can date whomever he wants, we'd never judge him or his choice in a lover."

"That's right Marnie, you don't need to feel shy around them or my actual mother. They'd never chase you off, that's unlike them." Ash offered Marnie a comforting smile while placing his hand around hers.

Marnie blushed lightly and offered Ash an appreciative smile before giving his cheek a quick peck, even if Kukui accepted her that didn't mean she was comfortable displaying further signs of affection in front of him.

"Now how about we get up to the house? Burnet's got breakfast waiting and there's a surprise waiting for you inside!" Kukui grinned.

"Surprise? What are you talking about? Is there a Pokemon waiting for us...?" Ash asked.

Kukui shook his head and chuckled at Ash's obliviousness before leading the two back to the house where Burnet could be seen waiting for them inside, a blanket sat bundled up within her arms as she cradled it back and forth with a loving expression, not taking notice of the approaching footsteps until the door opened up.

"Honey, we're home!" Kukui shouted.

"Professor Burnet!" Ash exclaimed as he raced through the front door. "It's so good to see-"

"Shhh!" Burnet hissed out while placing a finger against her mouth to silence him. "It's good to see you too but don't talk so loud, you'll startle the baby."

"The baby?!"

"Pika pi?!" Ash and Pikachu gasped out with startled expressions.

Kukui and Burnet chuckled from their reactions before nodding in confirmation. "Yep, I found out not long after you left for Mustard's dojo." Burnet smirked.

"And we've decided to make you his godfather, if anything ever happens to us then you're to watch after him for us." Kukui informed.

"O-Of course, it's the least I could do." Ash formed a light smile before slowly advancing to get a closer look while Marnie hung back as to not interfere with the moment as Ash had just found out he had a brother. "What's his name?"

"Lei." Burnet smiled.

"Lei? Hello there Lei," Ash smiled down at the baby before reaching out with a finger. "It's great to meet you."

"B-Brother!"

Burnet and Kukui gasped out at their baby's words before proud smiles formed across their faces. "His first words!"

Ash smiled down at Lei before chuckling. "Hello to you too, brother."

"Pika..."

Marnie smiled at the interaction while a small tear fell from her eye as Lycanroc, Incineroar, Melmetal and Decidueye all let themselves out to meet Lei. The Alolan family was fully reunited at last or just about as there was still one member missing...

Ash, Marnie, Burnet and Kukui all made their way to Akala Island a few days after their reunion, all four of them dressed up in suits and dresses. Burnet, much like most people, assumed Marnie was goth and bought her a black gothic dress much to Marnie's chagrin but she accepted it nonetheless as she didn't want to be rude while Kukui gave Ash a suit that he'd well outgrown due to his muscular physique, knowing full well that Ash didn't own any suits of his own. Ash wasn't even wearing his usual hat out of respect!

Brock could be seen in a purple colored tux, matching Croagunk as the frog silently croaked next to him while they stood at the chapel door to greet the guests as they arrived. Olivia was nowhere to be seen but that was simply tradition.

"Ash, first to arrive for a change!" Brock exclaimed with a teasing smirk. "Is Marnie already making a positive influence on you?"

Ash sweated lightly while Marnie spoke up. "Oh no, that was Burnet and Kukui's idea. We just went along with it, Ash and Morpeko had to be dragged away from the breakfast table." She giggled out.

"Morpek..." Morpeko was fuming atop her shoulder as she wasn't too thrilled on being pulled away with a half filled stomach, she was still hungry!

"Well regardless of the reasoning I'm glad that you could make it, now I hope you don't get too mad when you see the caterers." Brock stated with a knowing smile.

"Caterers? What caterers..?" Ash asked.

"Surprise!" Jessie, James, Meowth and Wobbuffet popped out from the chapel, all dressed up like caterers while making no effort to mask their appearance!

"Team Rocket!" Ash and Marnie shouted.

"Pikachu!" Pikachu snarled.

"Whoa whoa, slow down there twerp and twerpette!" Jessie shouted.

"Yeah, we come in peace!" James exclaimed.

"Yeah, we may have tried to steal your Pokemon in the past but we always had a sense of respect towards ya. We wouldn't dare interfere with the older twerp's wedding we swear!" Meowth shouted.

"Wobbuffet!" Wobbuffet exclaimed while all four of them showed rather sincere expressions.

Ash and Pikachu narrowed their eyes as they were still suspicious, the trio acted friendly in the past only to stab them in the back so they weren't ready to just openly trust them. Even if the trio hadn't assaulted them since their attempt at Sonia's lab all those months ago.

"I think we should trust them, I mean they don't seem all that bad." Marnie spoke up.

"Thank you new twerpette..." The trio sighed in relief.

"But if you do try something, I'll make sure Garchomp gets permission to eat you!" Marnie threatened while pointing off towards the alpha Garchomp as it could be seen flying towards the chapel alongside various other Flying types such as Altaria, Dragonite, a normal sized Garchomp that was much more fierce looking than the alpha despite the difference in scale, Gyarados, and a flying contraption that was so bizarre in design that it could only be Clemont's!

"What?!" The trio shot a quick look towards the distant Garchomp before raising their hands as they rapidly shook their heads. "We'll be good, we promise!"

"Wobbu!"

"Besides even if we did try and steal something, Bewear would just drag us off before we had the chance!" James sweated while pointing towards a dark corner of the chapel where Bewear could be seen standing guard within the shadows.

"They do got a point, Bewear does do that..." Ash sweated as he recalled some of the times Bewear yanked the Rocket trio away. "Alright, we'll trust you."

"Now that that's all settled, how about we find some seats?" Kukui asked before giving Ash and Marnie a light push. "Be rude to stand in the entryway when the others are coming."

"Hey there Brockster," Gary's smug voice rang out causing Ash to quickly turn around as they were entering the building, allowing him to see Gary standing beside a rather attractive brunette girl that he'd never seen before, though there was something about her that seemed familiar he just couldn't place it. "I hope you don't mind that I've brought my fiancée with me, Leaf wants to ensure our wedding is absolutely perfect so she insisted on coming along to get ideas." Gary sweated.

"Indeed, only the best for my Garebear!" Leaf exclaimed, her head leaned against Gary's while she clung to his arm with a loving expression.

"Leaf...?" Ash trailed off as the name sounded familiar.

"No problem, we've got plenty of room!" Brock exclaimed while motioning them through with a warm friendly smile. "Glad to see you made it Gary, I thought that you'd be busy with work now that you're Alola's official Pokemon Professor!"

"Wait what?!" Ash turned around to follow Marnie and the others before shooting back around upon hearing that reveal. Did he hear right? Gary was making a life for himself here in Alola?!

Gary glanced towards Ash upon his blurting out and smirked, giving him a light wave of acknowledgement. "I actually finished researching all of the known Pokemon around here, in record time too I might add! All that remains is the Ultra Beasts but they're long gone and even I'm not foolish enough to wish for their return." Gary laughed while retrieving his Rotom Phone to show that he indeed managed to capture or obtain every species in Alola with the exceptions of Cosmog's evolutionary line, Necrozma, the Ultra Beasts, Magearna, Zeraora and Marshadow proving that he was still the overachiever he always was as there were even some shiny Pokemon present! "Hehehe..."

"How does he do that?!" Ash couldn't help but utter out a growl of frustration, even when they weren't going for the same goal Gary constantly found ways to one up him!

Marnie placed her hand on his shoulder and offered him a comforting look. "Don't let him get to you, you don't want to start a scene at a wedding. You'll never live that down, trust me."

Gary walked past Ash and flashed him a cocky smirk and a quick salute while Leaf's eyes were closed as she leaned against her shoulder, not taking note of Ash's presence as Gary led her to their seats.

"Cynthia, a pleasure as always!" Brock grinned at the sight of the World Champion.

"Hello there Brock," Cynthia took Brock's hand and offered it a firm shake. "Congratulations on your wedding, I knew the right girl was out there for you. You just hadn't found her yet."

"Yep, I'm one lucky guy!" Brock smiled at the thought of Olivia walking down the aisle to him.

Cynthia smirked before stepping inside. "I hope you don't mind me cutting things short but if I stay out here too long, you're liable to get paparazzi."

"Good point, go on through and enjoy!"

Cilan was the next to arrive and greeted Brock with a firm handshake before the two pulled each other in for a quick hug. "Thanks again for helping us plan the wedding Cilan, we really appreciate it!"

"No problem, as you know I'm quite the Connoisseur when it comes to planning weddings and-"

"You are?!" Leaf shot up from her seat and raced out of the chapel to grab Cilan's arm before proceeding to pull him on into the building. "Perfect, I need your help!"

"Well I'm happy to assist you however I can..." Cilan sweated as Leaf pulled him away. "See ya later Brock and good luck!"

Brock sweated at the sight and shook his head while emitting a light chuckle before turning to face Paul as he disembarked from a Hydreigon. "Hey there Paul, I'm glad to see you here!" Brock honestly wasn't expecting him to show up.

Paul glanced at Brock's extended hand and scoffed lightly before giving it a brief shake. "Congrats." Was all Paul muttered before walking on in, hands in his suit pockets. Ash's eyes lit up upon seeing the newest Kalos Champion but he didn't dare challenge him here of all places. He merely gave Paul a friendly smile and wave.

"Hey Paul, good to see you!"

"Pi Pikachu!"

Paul turned his head with a light scoff but a smile could be seen on his face, making it clear the feeling was mutual even if he didn't want to say it. A loud explosion was soon heard outside causing everyone to leap up from their seats and rush to investigate only to let out a collective sigh of relief as they saw it was merely just another one of Clemont's inventions blowing up, leaving Clemont, Serena and Bonnie on the ground covered in soot!

"Another failure..." Clemont sighed.

"But it did get us all the way across the ocean!" Serena exclaimed in an attempt to cheer her boyfriend up.

"Thank goodness it didn't blow up while we were over the ocean." Bonnie sweated while Lance, Bruno and Koga appeared behind them. The Kanto/Johto Champion and his Elite Four members helped the two back to their feet.

"You all okay?" Lance questioned. "That was a rather loud explosion..."

"Oh my brother blows himself up every day, he's fine!" Bonnie laughed it off.

"Huh?!" Koga and Bruno gave each other a confused expression before sweating as Bonnie let out an excited squeal as she went rushing off towards Max as he climbed off a Salamence.

"The boy of my dreams!" Now that she was older and Clemont was taken care of, Bonnie much like Brock before her was focused on finding a romantic partner. Bonnie promptly dropped to her knees and pulled a rose out of nowhere before holding it out to Max. "I know we just met but I've never seen somebody so cute and handsome as yourself, I really think you'd make the perfect partner for me! What do you say, would you like a date with me?!"

"Huh?" Max blinked from surprise before an amused smirk crossed his face. "Sure why not, sounds like fun. I've never been on a date before!"

"Whoopie!" Bonnie exclaimed while leaping into the air with a joy filled expression.

"Dedenne!" Dedenne cheered.

"Bruno, wearing a shirt I see." Brock smirked.

Bruno let out an irritated grunt as he walked by. "I have sensitive nipples, that's why I don't usually wear these things."

"I understood that reference!" Max remarked with a light smirk. "Congratulations Brock, I knew that you'd be the first of us to get married..." Max then flashed a teasing glance towards Ash as he intended on making a sly remark only to go pale when he saw a strange girl with her arm draped around his shoulder. "Oh, Ash finally got a girlfriend?"

"Yep!" Brock laughed.

"Huh, for awhile I was starting to suspect he'd swing the other way. Not that there's anything wrong with that, just that I never saw him staring at a girl the way the rest of you older guys did until now." Max remarked.

"Actually he did fall for a young girl that went by the name of Giselle back during the Kanto journey," Brock spoke with a smirk. "I wonder whatever happened to her."

"Well regardless, I'm happy that the two of you found somebody to make you happy!" Max smiled, placing his hand on Brock's shoulder before making his way into the building.

"GARRR!"

"Sorry Garchomp but you can't come inside, you'll freak out the other guests!" Zach exclaimed while offering the alpha's neck a comforting pet. "You can attend my wedding though, I promise!"

"Garrr..." Garchomp formed a light smile and nuzzled against his trainer's neck before disappearing back into his Pokeball.

Dawn giggled out with an amused smirk before grabbing hold of her boyfriend's arm, having already prepared outfits in advance before he went on his time traveling escapade. She fashioned an emerald colored suit for Zach while fashioning up a sapphire colored dress for herself. The two shared a smile before making their way towards the chapel only to freeze in place upon seeing May climbing off Altaria, Swablu having evolved since the last time they saw her, and saw that she was wearing a ruby colored dress!

"Well this is awkward..." Dawn muttered with a light drop of sweat.

"You're telling me..." Zach sweated as the three began to stare at one another for a long lingering moment before bursting out into laughter.

"Maybe we should sit together too," May laughed as she felt having ruby, sapphire and emerald clad guests sitting next to each other a great opportunity for laughs.

"Sounds like a plan to me." Dawn smirked before the three made their way to greet Brock.

"GYA!" Misty hopped off of Gyarados and returned him back to his ball before giving Brock a wave.

"Hello Brock, congratulations again on your wedding!" Misty grinned.

"Thank you Misty, it'll be your turn someday!"

"I'd like that but I'm not holding my breath on it," Misty smirked.

Iris brushed off her championship dress as she climbed off her feisty Dragonite's back. "Hey Brock, thanks again for inviting me. I know we don't exactly know each other all that well."

"Don't be ridiculous Iris, you're one of Ash's closest friends. Anyone that considers themselves one of those is a good friend of mine!" Brock stated with a large smile.

Professor Oak, Delia Ketchum and Tracey were the next to arrive with Tracey's hair well groomed rather than it's usual wild unkempt state.

"Oooh, look at all these Pokemon! I can't wait to sketch them!" Tracey excitedly exclaimed while pointing to a nearby wild Pyukumuku. The wild Pokemon seemed to hear him as one raised up it's hand and gave him a silent thumbs up.

Professor Oak chuckled from amusement before giving Brock a light wave with one hand while the other was notably close to Delia's. "Hello Brock."

"Hey Professor, hey Delia! Are you two...?" Brock tilted his head as he had a certain feeling about them.

Delia shot a quick glance inside to see if Ash was within earshot before responding with a light nod. "Dating? Yes, we are... just don't tell Ash yet, okay? We're waiting until the right time to tell him." She spoke in a hushed tone.

"Your secret's safe with me!" Brock bowed before chuckling as Professor Oak grabbed the back of Tracey's jacket to pull him on into the building.

"Come on, there will be plenty of time to sketch later my boy!"

"Awww but that Pyukumuku was posing for me!"

"Pyu!" The Water type bounced after Tracey as he was dragged away, making it clear that Tracey had made a new friend that day.

Ash's Alolan classmates all appeared around the same time while Delia began making her way towards Ash and his girlfriend. Ash hadn't informed her that he was dating somebody but Tracey accidentally spilt the beans about it as he didn't know Delia was in the dark about it. "So Ash, is this the girl that I'm hearing so much about?"

"Huh?! Y-You know about...?" Ash looked up at his mother with a stunned expression.

Marnie offered Delia a warm smile and gave off a light wave, seeming much more confident in introducing herself after Ash helped calm her nerves about meeting Delia. "Hello there, the name's Marnie it's a pleasure to meet ya!"

"A Galar accent... my, you certainly do get everywhere!" Delia giggled out. "It's an honor to meet you too Marnie, hopefully we can learn more about one another later." She spoke while Lillie, Mallow, Sophocles, Kiawe, Lana, Gladion, Wicke, Lusamine and Faba all walked in together.

"Yo yo, it's your boy Guzma! The current protector and savior of Alola, yo yo!" A series of chanting could be heard outside as Guzma approached the chapel, he didn't seem bothered to dress up showing his usual 'I don't care about appearance' attitude. "The Ula'Ula Kahuna himself, Guzma graces you with his presence!"

"Come now, show some respect. Nanu's right flipping there!" Guzma turned to shout at his followers while motioning towards Nanu.

Nanu let out a light chuckle. "Guzma, I don't care. I only took that job because Tapu Bulu asked, if you ask me it's a great deal of relief that you took my place. Gives me more time to slack off..."

"Oh uncle Nanu..." Acerola sighed out as she walked alongside him.

Guzma offered Nanu a light smirk before turning back to his men. "Now scram, Olivia invited me not you lot so get out of here before I-"

"What?" Hala asked as he came into view with a raised eyebrow as he thought Guzma was shouting at him.

"O-Oh I didn't mean you, Hala sir. My apologies!" Guzma quickly bowed.

Hapu let out a light laugh as she walked past. "You're lucky you were quick to apologize, Hala may be hold but he can still kick butt!"

Brock shot a quick look around before taking another look inside. "Well that looks like everyone, I'd say it's about time to start!"

Samson Oak stood between Olivia and Brock as he read them their vows. "Brock do you-"

"Yes I do." Brock stated without delay causing everyone in the crowd to sweat. Brock already knew what Samson Oak was going to say as he fantasized about getting married since he was ten years old!

"Right..." Samson sweated before turning to Olivia. "Do you-"

"I do." Apparently it was the same story for Olivia, the two really were a perfect match for each other.

Samson sweated before throwing the book over his shoulder after performing a light shrug. "Well then I now officially announce you husband and wife, you may now kiss the bride!"

Brock leaned forward to kiss Olivia but she was faster, wrapping her arms around him before pushing him backwards as she leaned forward to sink her lips up against his while the crowd cheered loudly for the newly weds!

Paul snuck off after the wedding itself came to an end, Ash was rather disappointed as he hoped to at least talk with him if nothing else. Max however was more than willing to walk over.

"It's been awhile since I beat you Ash, great to see you again." Max laughed.

Ash clenched his fists. "I wasn't fully myself that day, besides Pikachu knocked himself out from what I recall you didn't!"

"Keep telling yourself that!" Max laughed, it was clear he hadn't lost in quite awhile as Ash recalled getting cocky although not to that extreme after winning a rapid series of battles in a row without a loss!

"Why don't I show you?! Let's battle right here and now, I challenge you to a World Championship match!" Ash shouted causing several of the other guests to look at him.

"Heh, sorry but you can't challenge me." Max smirked while placing his hands into his suit pocket. "I'm booked, nobody can challenge me until I beat the ones already lined up! You should know, you've got quite the line formed up for you yourself!"

"I-I do...?" Ash then sweated as he realized he had muted the World Championship app during their search for a way to rescue Zach, and he'd forgotten to unmute it since! He quickly retrieved his Rotom Phone and saw a vast array of challengers who issued him challenges such as Kiawe, Hau and even Gary freaking Oak himself! Ash turned to look towards his friends to see Kiawe flashing him a light smirk before fist bumping the air while Hau offered Ash an excitable way while Gary merely saluted him before turning back to his girlfriend. "Oh, it looks like we'll be here for awhile... I was hoping to get back to the Battle Frontier challenge soon so that I can battle Palmer."

"That can wait," Marnie placed her hand atop of his. "Don't forget if you ignore the challenges for an extended period of time or outright refuse them, your rank will go down. There's no shame in staying in Alola for awhile longer, I'd love the chance to find an Alolan Muk and I'm sure that Zach and Dawn will appreciate more vacation time!"

"Yeah you're right, besides it's not like anything bad will happen while we're here!" Ash laughed.

An Ultra Space portal opened up on the other side of the island shortly before a Cosmog fell out of it. "Pew?" The Cosmog looked around before emitting out a loud squeal as a Beartic came charging towards it!

"BEAR!"

"Yeah, get it Beartic! I'm not sure what that there Pokemon is but I'm sure that it'll get us back in good graces with our mom!" Leroy howled out with laughter.

Cletus smirked and silently watched before going pale as a large muscular Bug Pokemon stepped through the portal behind them causing Cletus to slowly turn around before gasping out in terror as he was unable to utter out a word, only emitting a series of frightened gasps as he poked his brother's shoulder.

"Ugh, what is it now bro?" Leroy let out a frustrated growl as he turned around before matching his brother's expression as a Buzzwole towered over them, flexing it's muscles while giving off quite the intimidating expression. "R-R-Run! Beartic forget that nebula, we're out of here!"

"Bear!" The two idiot brothers and their polar bear went racing off towards the distant horizon. Buzzwole stared after them as they left before turning his attention towards the Cosmog, seeming more intent on fighting it than the humans.

"Bzz?!" The Buzzwole let out a startled cry as he shot a quick look around, even looking up and down as he tried figuring out where Cosmog went. "Bzzzz!" Buzzwole uttered out a growl of frustration before lashing out at a nearby tree, knocking it right out of the ground roots and all!

Lillie walked home by herself, wanting some time to think for herself. She walked along the sandy beach of Akala Island, Snowy the Alolan Ninetales hot on her trail as she was lost deep in thought. She was soon brought out of her thoughts by a familiar pitiful cry.

"Pew..."

Lillie shot a quick look around. "Nebby? No, it couldn't be... could it?"

"Pew!" There it was again. Lillie quickly made her way towards the cry and found a Cosmog sitting alone in a grassy clearing, looking alone and lost... possibly hungry too. Lillie frowned as she reached into her bag before withdrawing a bag of star shaped candy.

"Here, eat this..."

The Cosmog sniffed the candy before flashing an energetic smile as he quickly gobbled it up before asking for more.

Lillie offered the Cosmog a warm smile as she giggled out. "Of course, I've got plenty more back at my place. It's nice and cool there too, you'll free right at home. You want to come with me?"

"Pew!" Cosmog gave an eager nod.

Lillie smirked before opening up her bag. "Get in the bag, Nebby!"

"Pew!" Cosmog let out an energetic cry before floating directly into the bag. Lillie smiled before gazing off towards the Aether Foundation with a look of concern.

"If another Nebby's around then Ultra Beasts must be around as well, I'll have to ask Gladion to get the computers booted back up so we can check."
