This is a project to create a coherent storyline from Andromedas' canon. Meaning I will be using canon as a touchstone, but I will be changing quite a lot. There is now an actual reason for being in Andromeda instead of a wishy-washy 'we wanted to explore'. The Characters will be filled out, given different roles in the story and in some cases, entirely new character arcs.

Every great once in a while you stumble upon something that changes your world and makes you fall in love with it. For me, that was Mass Effect; but that love affair only existed for the series to break my heart with a lackluster ending. Wrex was quick to search and recover Shepard. Now he works to keep her survival a secret as his people looked for the Normandy. There's just a few problems with that. 1. The alliance wants her and Hackett suspects she's alive. 2. The mass relays and most of the technology-based around them are no longer functioning. 3. Keeping her alive. Where's Vakarian when he needs him?

As the galaxy entered a post-reaper era; peace prevailed as societies began to help each other rebuild. It is difficult for Shepard to imagine herself as a civilian, but that is exactly what she has become. So, through all the trauma she and Garrus had endured, would they really be able to live a normal life? Afterall, they don't go looking for trouble, the trouble finds them.

The Crucible has been fired. The crew of the Normandy, having crash landed on an uncharted world, scramble to repair their ship and reestablish communication with the Alliance Fleet. Uncertainty weighs heavily on the crew, especially its quarian engineer, who wonders if she will ever see her home, or the man she loved, ever again.

Sable Shepard has a lot of secrets. He's supposed to be dead, for one thing. When his brother, Commander John Shepard, uncovers the reaper threat, Sable is forced to step out of the shadows, because he'll do anything to make sure John survives. FemShep's investigation of Cerberus' nefarious activities, while she struggles with questions about her own identity. This story is not super canon compliant, but it fits with the story, especially if you aren't too personally attached to your own version of Shepard.
