There are many 'Systems' in the various novel but why Ritsuka choose Sol* Leve*ing?
It was simple, the System has a clear origin. While Record Manifestation will give the user a how-to-use manual but it didn't include its origin. If the creator was a genius monster like the Architect it won't be a problem but if the creator was a Multiversal being? Ritsuka doubt any Multiversal being will feel happy if their work is manifested by some 'Just-a-day-ago-normal-human'
Ritsuka is no programmer…at best he is a script kiddie(someone who copies paste code) but even then a script kiddie needs to understand the programming language to work. So even though the programming language is unfamiliar but all programming languages have patterns and unwritten rules
But The Architect is truly a genius, thanks to that Ritsuka decided to manifest one of the best supercomputers that he knows inside the Sky Poison Pearl to help him change its code and act as its main server.
Good thing Sky Poison Pearl it has an infinite storage size
The Mooncell (Fate/Extra)
Rather than the damaged one in canon, Ritsuka manifesting it just at its prime, freshly made by the unknown civilization.
Thanks to that, its have many more function and stronger processing power that has been missing from the damaged canon one but it lacks the history and the data that accumulated by the canon one, so Ritsuka can't summon Heroic Spirit willy-nilly because there is nothing to copy and summon.
Of course, Ritsuka also take precautions making sure it was not connected to its creator civilization.
On another note, Ritsuka now wore a Regalia Ring(Proof of Authority over Mooncell) on his right hand.
