Last time on Total Drama Preview; we watched some of the lives of the cast members when they were home for the two weeks before the new season. Some of what we saw makes a lot of sense like with Eva, Noah, Courtney, Katie, Sadie, and most of all Izzy. Some of the other things that surprised the hell out of us like how Heather wasn't actually the spawn of a devil and how Duncan of all people has not one, not two but twenty-five members in his family in law enforcement. Maybe even more since those were all just detective rank.
We also got plenty of laughs from seeing Harold getting punished for his cheating, Heather for getting pranks by her little brother, taught by my son naturally, and even when Cody introduced his girlfriend to his parents and Lindsay's dad fainting hearing his daughter all but saying she was going to marry Owen. I think Tyler also fainted hearing that.
Besides some non-important moments… (Chris got his ass handed to him by his mother and then our baby took her side.) Kushina!

Anyways, now the next season of Total drama is ready, and we shall not only see who my counterpart will add to the show but what other crazy antics and fun he will bring. Speaking of new people…I got a surprise for everyone. What is it? Find out right now on Total…Drama…Preview!
Miss me everyone? Well I hope you are all happy because I manage to get back into the swing of things and we are back in business. I know everyone was looking forward to Total Drama Action and now we are moving on. Plenty of people have questions about how they will go about the cast expanding and you will see in just a few pages down. Nothing left to say but to say, Ready…Set…Action!

A few days later the cast of Total Drama Island returned to the theater with Naruto walking with his mother and Heather. They gathered their snacks while Chris was talking to no doubt Chef on a walkie-talkie. "Okay, keep them there until it is time then have them come when they appear."
"What are you up to dattebane?" Kushina asked with a raised brow.
"Nothing," Chris said quickly. Seeing the pointed look from Kushina he sighed, "Okay I got a surprise for the cast during the viewing. Nothing bad I swear but I don't want to ruin it until the show."
Kushina gave him a look that told him that she didn't believe him but she let it go as they entered the room for their viewing. As Chris and Kushina took their spot near the top he told her, "oh, sometime this week mom wants us to meet her for dinner. She wants to meet you and Naruto."
Kushina gave him a grin, "not going to wait this time?"
"Hell no," Chris said at once. "I am not subjecting myself through that torment like my counterpart did."
Kushina chuckled, remembering what happened to Chris when he forgot to tell his mother. "I'm sure she will be happy to meet Naruto for the first time. I would love to see her again."
"Oh, she was beyond belief when I told her," Chris admitted. "And I don't blame her. But when I told her about finding you and our son she was over the moon and wants to see you." He smiled at her, and this was a soft honest smile that none of the other cast members usual see. "I'm looking forward to it."
"So am I," Kushina said as the rest of the cast sat in their seat.
Heather sat next to Naruto like last time though she noticed that Chef wasn't up near Christ and Kushina which made her suspicious. She didn't voice it as she didn't think anyone besides Naruto would even listen anyways. Chris started the show, the screen lighting up to show the man in the Total Drama Action location.
(Film Lot)
"Last season on Total Drama Island, Owen and Gwen battled it out for hundred thousand bucks." Chris grinned as he recapped the last season for some of new viewers with clips, "In the end, Owen, a super-sized guy, won the super-sized check but then give it all up for the chance to win one million big ones." The host chuckled, "With the millions macaroons stuffed into a briefcase, our 23 campers set off on the race for the case…Until the case was eaten by an alligator, then a shark." He paused to laugh at the memory of the result, "I bet they didn't see that one coming. Now the fifteen, who are the closest to winning, have been given the chance to win another million dollars." Chris walked around the film lot as he shows the viewers different new locations, "They've been instructed to report to an old film lot for a whole new set of challenges and meet the five brand-new contestants! Roughly a month and a few weeks, twenty castmates, one heck of a lot of cash! Welcome to…"
"TOTAL…"
"DRAMA…"
"ACTION!"
Theme Song
As the theme song started to play, the cast remembered this detail. "Oh yeah, he did say more members would join us," Gwen said in surprise.
"I wonder who they are," Trent added, not sure what to expect now.
Courtney however had a different concern, "I better be part of the main cast this season."
(Film Lot's Entrance)
A bus pulled up to the entrance with a skid and opened the door as Duncan sniffed the air. "Man, I still missed the smell of the city!" The punk steps down from the bus with a chuckle, followed by several former campers and Gwen glances around the new location at the bus's door until she hears the familiar voice that she loathes so much.
"Step off!" Heather growled right next to her, they were blocking the bus's doorway.
"You, step off!" The goth girl shot back before they both shove each other with a growl.
"If you two kept doing that, you will fall…" Naruto attempted to warn them but it was too late as the girls fall out as one of them accidentally knocks Harold into Leshawna's back, shattering his Rubik cube in process.
Heather and Gwen glared at each other once more causing some of the other members to sigh. Naruto however gave a small laugh at his friend's completive nature.
"Ouch, sorry, Leshawna." The nerd groaned out before the pieces of Rubik cube hit his head.
"No harm done." Leshawna smirked before the bus take off with a backfire and the contestants coughed from the exhaust smoke as the sassy girl glanced around, "Where is everybody?"
"Um…Maybe we got off on the wrong stop?" Gwen shrugged as she turns her head to the redhead, "Are we?"
"Nah, we're in right place, dattebayo." Naruto chuckled.
"What?" Heather placed her hands on her hips with a growl, "I'm not hanging around here!"
"You're gonna give up the chance at a million big ones?" Leshawna snickered as some contestants stared at the queen bee with widened eyes, "Hm, that's a lot of hair weaves."
Heather growled at the reminder of not only losing her hair but her counterpart's hair as well. At least her counterpart had the hat to cover herself this time.
The queen bee lifts her index finger in the air with an opening mouth before she gave out a sigh, "Guess I can stay here for a bit…" She tugged on her orange beanie hat and her childhood friend patted her on back.
"Face it, the money is the reason we all put up with Chris." Beth grinned, "…Well, besides Naruto."
"True," Beth agreed with herself. She then called down to Naruto, "No offense Naruto!"
"None taken, dattebayo," Naruto assured her with a wave.
"Hey, you got your braces off!" Trent blinked at the farmer girl's teeth as everyone finally noticed it, "Nice!"
"Hot as ever." Justin winked flirtily, it turns out he was checked himself out with the reflection of Beth's teeth before Leshawna pull him away.
"You look fi-i-ine, girl." The sassy girl smiled.
"You really do." Gwen agreed.
"You are totally on your way to look into part of my new BFF." Lindsay gushed, "That's my new 'best French friend'. I'm so moving to France with O when I win."
Beth winced here, recalling how bad their trip went after she won TDA. While she hoped her counterpart wins or Lindsay wins, they either don't go to French or not mess up when over there. Lindsay didn't notice as she bounced in her seat as the excitement of going to French, forgetting the fact she was banned from the country.
"My mom said my world will totally open up when I got my braces off." Beth gasped happily, "She was right! I'm going to France!" They both cheered together before everyone hears someone honking at them and turn around to see Chris pulls up in the cart with a tram in tow.
"Hop on, everyone!" Chris gives them his host grin.
"Dude, it's about time." Duncan grunted as they climb into the tram, "…Wait, what about the new guys?"
This caused Chris to chuckle, causing the others to glance at him and wonder what he was up to. Kushina decided not to ask since she figured he would show them anyways.
"Oh, you will meet them soon." The host chuckled as he drives them inside the film lot, "Let's take a tour and we better make it fast since this cart is rented by the hour." Owen glanced around before he notices that Izzy was whistling at the entrance.
"Run, Izzy!" The oaf called out, only to get no reaction from the crazy girl before he smacked his forehead. "I mean, Kaleidoscope." He just forgets that she goes by this new name now until it's Naruto since he was the only one who can call her Izzy.
"No one leaves E-Scope behind!" Izzy gave out a Tarzan scream as she flipped toward the tram and landed in the tram, right behind Naruto. "It's whisker time!" The crazy girl giggled, assaulted the redhead's cheek.
"NO-O-O-Ooooo…S-S-stop it…" Naruto stuttered as he grabs Izzy's hands and push them to her chest, glancing away with a red face.
Izzy beamed and looked ready to jump at Naruto but a growl from Heather made her pause. Izzy pouts but it would be better if she got her whisker time at a surprising moment.
He can't look at her without picturing her naked for a while and he can hear her giggling as if she know what he was thinking about.
Here Naruto blushed at the reminder while Heather growled again since she didn't version of Crazy trying to sink her claws in her Idiot. It didn't help when she heard Izzy giggling loudly and knew she would try to do the same.
"Welcome to the set of Total Drama Action!" Chris announced to catch their attention, "This season's hardest reality show will be shot here, on an abandoned film lot."
"Does that mean we are gonna be in the movie?" Lindsay gasped.
"No, it means you're gonna be on TV." The host replied before glaring at her, "And don't interrupt me…" He leans closer to flick her nose, "Ever…I don't want to be interrupted again like last season." Chris mumbled the last part to himself.
Kushina rolled her eyes, "oh don't be a baby dattebane."
"As the host, I don't need any of these guys interrupting me," Chris said to defend himself. "Naruto gets a pass, but he better not abuse it."
"Sorry in advance dattebayo!"
"I hope you do mess with him," Heather told her friend to which Naruto shrugged.
(Wild West Set)
"You'll be spending the next six weeks here competing against each other, in challenges and rewards." The host explained as the teenagers' glanced around the set, "All for the chance to win some monster cash!"
"Yeah, baby!" Owen rubbed his hands together, "I'm gonna win me some moola!"
"Shoosh-ah!" Chris shushed the oaf, "Like last season, one team will win, and the other team will watch one of their own make their way down the dreaded walk of shame to the Lame-o-sine."
"Lame-o-what?" Everyone said in unison.
Trent hummed, "honestly compared to the other ways Chris had those voted off leave the show, the lame-o-sine is actually one of the nicest."
Chris shrugged, "it fit the theme of the show. After that, we had both a theme and more fun ways of kicking you kids off."
Lindsay shivered, not liking how she left the island for All-Stars.
"You'll see it soon…That's where you will meet the new kids on the block!" The host chuckled and the casts look at each other.
Chris chuckled and got his walkie-talkie out. "Get Ready Chef."
(Stage)
Chris steps down from his cart with the castmates and gestures at the damaged limousine as the casts form line behind him. "This is the Lame-o-sine. Now let's meet your new castmates!" The host announced as the door opened, "First up, she's tough with a take-no-prisoners attitude, Jo!"
Chris jumped to his feet and got the other's attention, "And coming into the viewing we have from Total Drama Revenge of the Island, Jo!"
Everyone looked in the direction of the entrance Chris was pointing in and Jo came through the doors, looking annoyed and holding her snacks. "Did you really have to stick me with those other losers and call me out like that?"
"Yes, yes I did," Chris answered before he gestured to the rest of the cast. "Now go ahead and find a seat."
Jo gave him an annoyed look but did as she was told while muttering, "at least I got my snacks before this bullshit."
"Wait," Gwen said, voicing what everyone else was thinking, "You got all the new people to join us for this?"
"Not everyone," Chris answered as he hit play once more. "But most of them."
Jo steps out and walks down the red carpet before she glares at the cast. "I'm facing these pathetic guys?" The jockette snorted as she walks past the host, "I'm so winning this season."
"Hi, Jo, I'm Ge…" Geoff said before Jo shoves him away.
"I don't care who you are, cowboy." The jockette glared as she crossed her arms, "I'm here to win, not to make friends." Some of the castmates frown at her and the redhead lean back to Justin.
"She reminds me of Heat-chan, dattebayo," Naruto whispered, earning a nod from the model.
"Halt from the countryside, I give you the strongest but brainless country boy, Rodney!" Chris grinned as Rodney step out and wave at the group with a goofy grin.
"Hi, guys! It's nice to meet you." The country boy greeted, walking up to the group as they raises their head up with widened eyes.
"…Oh, my…" DJ dropped his jaw at Rodney, this guy just beat him in height by a couple of heads.
"You can say it again…" Leshawna agreed with the Jamaican giant.
"…Oh, my…" The Jamaican giant repeated, still in shock.
The others waited but Chris did nothing as the taller boy came out. "Yeah, he was busy on his family's farm for some harvest festival stuff and with no prize money at stake, he isn't coming."
The others shrugged since they didn't have anything to worry about fewer people they don't know here.
"Now here comes the mysterious gal who happens to creep me out a lot, Dawn!" The host gestured to the limousine for a while before he blinks, "Um…I give you Dawn! ...Um…Dawn, that's your cue to come out!"
Chris had a funny feeling and called over the walkie-talkie, "Chef?"
"She just vanished when I wasn't looking," came the reply.
"I'm right here."
Heather and Naruto jumped from a voice right next to them, while others jerked and turned to see the blond girl was sitting with a small bag of nuts and a drink. Heather was the first to recover, "where did you come from?"
"I walked in when it was my turn to come out," Dawn answered simply.
"Nice to meet you Dawn, dattebayo," Naruto said with a smile.
Heather however raised a brow at her, "and why did you decide to sit next to us?"
Dawn seemed to look beyond where Naruto and Heather were sitting. "It felt right."
Everyone was confused by this, but Heather rolled her eyes and leaned back while crossing her arms, "do what you want, just don't make me regret it."
"Of course," Dawn said before offering a nut to Naruto who took it with a small thanks.
"I'm over here." An emotionless voice speak out, causing most of the castmates to scream out as they jumped away from a petite girl that appeared out of nowhere.
"…Dawn, wasn't you just…um…" Jo stuttered, glancing between Dawn and the Lame-o-sine. The jockette swears that the mysterious girl was inside when she stepped out and most of the group glanced at the petite girl as she stares at everyone, shifting her eyes to the redhead for a while before turning her head back to the shuddering host.
"Uh…Okay!" Chris cleared his throat loudly to catch their attention again, "I present you the most diabolical villain who desires to be the greatest villain of all time, Max!"
Chris took his que to call out, "and joining us from the final season of Total Drama, (so far) Max!"
The short teen walked out with his drinks when his counterpart came out, "while I am flattered that someone took the effort of somehow having me appear in an early season of Total Drama; I did not permit to do so! When I take over the world, I will teach the production company responsible for this a lesson in using me without permission."
"Yeah-yeah," Chris said with a wave of his hand, "just pick a seat."
Max grunts before taking a seat near Beth and Lindsay, the girls were not sure what to make of him but didn't think he was a bad person.
Max steps out of the limousine and grinned evilly as he scans the group with his eyes. "Goody, some of you fools will be useful for me when I take over the world." He takes a deep breath and starts laughing with his hands in the air. "Bwa-haha…" He suddenly coughed roughly, "Ugh…Need to work on my evil laughter more."
Max moaned in embarrassment since his evil laugh needed a lot more work back then.
"You have to let it flow through instead of forcing it, dattebayo." Naruto chuckles, this guy was kind of fun to him.
"What do you mean by that?" Max blinked at the redhead, rubbing his sore throat.
"What he said dattebayo," Naruto told him.
"Excuse me?" Max asked, not insulted but rather intrigued.
"Well…" Naruto scratched his head, "You have to go like that…" He takes a deep breath and starts to chuckle darkly. "Mwa-hahahahahaha!" He laughed evilly with thunder in the background, causing most of the castmates to step away from the redhead and Max stares at him with awe in his eyes.
Naruto laughed while Max matched his counterpart's look of awe. Mentally the boy wondered if this new person would be willing to ally with his plans for world conquest.
Heather rolled her eyes at Naruto's counterpart. "Know it off, idiot."
"Sorry Heat-chan," Naruto said while rubbing the back of his head.
Up above Kushina noticed that Chris was whipping a tear from his eye, "You okay, dattebane?"
Chris nodded, "I'm just so proud."
"…Are you crying?" Owen asked after noticing the teary host.
"N-N-No, I'm not…" Chris sniffled before turning around to take a deep breath and turns back to them with a grin as if he didn't cry a few moments ago. "Now the final castmate to join us…The man that gives you nothing but silent treatment, I give you…" The redhead cut him off as soon as someone steps out of the Lame-o-sine.
"B! Dude, you don't tell me that you were coming!"
Naruto perked up hearing the name and seeing the boy stepping out. "B?!" he turned to the door and sure enough the boy walked through the door. "Dude! I didn't know you would be here! I forgot you were on Total Drama."
Everyone else blinked confused by this, Heather most of all. "Excuse me?" she asked him. "How do you know him? I've never met him before!"
Naruto rolled his eyes as B sat down next to his friend, "because he's in most of my AP classes and you don't pay attention to anyone until they are popular."
Heather opened her mouth to object but stopped when she realized he was right. Chris sat back down as Chef entered the room and took his seat once more, the host surprised by this. "So, he is friends with my son. Small world."
"At least it's not one of the annoying maggots," Chef added as he settled down. "I don't think I was ever annoyed by that one before."
Chris gave a small hum before he started it up again.
Naruto chuckled as B smiled at him before they use their own secret handshake. They slap each other's hand several times, low-five, chest bump, headbutt, then finish it off with fist bump. "So that's why you don't return my texts for a while." The redhead grinned and the silent boy was about to say something…
"…You know each other?" Trent blinked; he was not the only one in the group that was confused.
"Wait, what!" Heather snarled with a stomp, "I never met this guy before!"
"Um…Heat-chan, he's in most of my AP classes and always hangs out with me often, dattebayo." Naruto rolled his eyes as B nods his head, "You never pay attention to anyone until they are popular."
The queen bee crossed her arms and opened her mouth before snapping it close with widened eyes, he was right.
"Echo," Cody joked, getting a few laughs. Noah however glanced at Naruto, wondering something since both mentioned AP classes.
Chris walks back to his cart, "Okay, now you meet each other, let's resume our tour…" He push a button with a smirk as the glass window raised up, just in time for the Lame-o-sine to backfired the exhaust smoke at castmates and drive away from the group.
"Could you have sprung for a better ride?" The musician asked with a cough, climbing into the tram with the coughing castmates.
"No." The host rolled his eyes as he starts to drive again, "Now, since we don't have the outhouse to dump your deepest darkest secrets in, you'll dish the dirt in our new make-up confessional!"
"Oh right, the only confessional that wasn't bad," Leshawna said, not sure if that was a good thing or not.
(Confessional)
"Oh, my gosh…" Lindsay squealed as she looks around the trailer with a joyous expression, "A whole trailer full of make-up?" A hand appeared from off-screen with lipstick before the bombshell waves it away, "Oh, sorry, I don't use that brand."
*Static*
"Back off, back off!" Jo leaned away from the makeup kits and growled at the people off-screen.
Jo's eyes went wide seeing that. "They better not touch my girl with that stuff."
(Craft Service Tent)
"On your left, it's the craft services tent catered by Chef." Chris grinned, only to gulp as they hear a chop, followed by a lot of noise and a whimpering raccoon ran out of the tent.
"COME BACK HERE, DINNER!" Chef chased the raccoon with a cleaver in his hand. Lindsay was about to take a picture of them before she falls down from the sudden movement of the tram, courtesy of the host.
"If you survive Chef, you have to make it through our dramatic award ceremony. Remember the stage?" Chris said quickly to get their attention as he pull out a small statue of himself, "Where all but one loser will receive a Gilded Chris award."
"The what?" Kushina asked, looking at Chris with a bemused look.
"You heard him, a Gilded Chris award," Chris answered without any shame.
"They were chocolate models of Chris to act like academy awards," Chef explained since he made most of them. "To fit the season's theme."
(Confessional)
"The Gilded Chris?" Gwen snorted, "Ha, what a narcissist!" She paused for a while before glancing at the camera with her hands on her hips, "Don't get me wrong, I still want one."
Chris scoffed, "well duh, who wouldn't want one?"
"Depends on the chocolate, dattebane," Kushina replied with a smirk, causing Chris to give her a deadpan look.
(Film Lot)
"You done now, dude?" Geoff deadpanned, he was getting bored of all these tours.
"I have an eject button and I will use it." Chris bluffed with a cruel grin.
"Please…Continue." The party boy laughed nervously and the host turns back with a smug smirk as they roll into the moon set.
"Wow, cool!" Harold glanced around the set, "Is this a dream?"
"No, Harold, it is not." The host chuckled, "But you may soon wish it was." The nerd swallowed his Adam's apple as they enter the city set, "A few months ago, this lot was home to a high-budget monster movie….Until the star began experiencing some uh…duh…difficulties?"
"Oh no!" Lindsay gasped, "Did she have, like, a mental breakdown?"
"Actually the star wasn't a 'her'…" Chris rubbed his head, "It was an animatronic monster!"
"…What happened to it?" Gwen asked worriedly as they look around to see a lot of bite marks all over the city set.
"Still doesn't make any sense to me," Gwen mutters.
(Confessional)
"In retrospect, I probably shouldn't have asked that question." Gwen sighed.
*Static*
"After seeing all the damage that the monster left behind, I must get this monster to join me for my world domination!" Max rubbed his hands together with an evil grin.
Max looked a lot more interested and rubbed his hands together as he plotted.
*Static*
"Um…I'm a little confused here, dattebayo." Naruto scratched his head, "How the hell can an animatronic monster have a breakdown?"
"I'm not explaining it," Chris said before his son could ask him. He didn't know nor did he care since it only improved their ratings.
Everyone jumped at the sound of the monster growling before Duncan snorted, "Come on, dudes! He's yanking our chain…" The punk was wrong as the monster shows up in their sight, knocking down some of the set in its path.
"…Wow…" Trent gulped.
"Dude…" Geoff stared at the roaring monster, attempting to calm down the screaming giants as they both hold each other in fear.
"Since we are in a film lot, this season's challenges will be based on movie genres." Chris said as if it was just a common day for him, "Today's genre…"
"Kaiju movie?" Naruto interrupted the host, that'll make a lot of sense why there was a monster around.
"What the hell is kaiju?" Jo raised one of her eyebrows.
"Translation…" Chris sighed at them, why do they always interrupt him? "Monster movie. Duh!"
Chris rolled his eyes, "I mean it was kinda obvious with all the hints I have been dropping."
"You were?" Lindsay asked confused, getting some snickers at Chris's expense.
DJ stuttered at the host as he fainted, fall out of the tram in process and the host steps out of his cart to poke the fainted Jamaican giant with a stick. "Down for the count." The host chuckled as he turns to the castmates, "For your first challenge, everyone must get from here to the cast trailers, while our state-of-the-art monster prevents your every move." He paused to laugh, "Chef has kindly offered to control the beast…Aaand…Action!" The host stares at the unmoving castmates before he sighed, "That means GO!" The castmates quickly fight each other to get out of the tram.
"GET OUT OF MY WAY!"
"LADIES FIRST!"
"HI-YAH!"
"MOVE IT OR LOSE IT!"
Chris ducked under the flying nerd, "This is gonna be a long season."
Chris chuckled evilly as he rubbed his hands together, "I know and it's gonna be great."
(Beach Set)
The screaming castmates ran into the beach set, followed by the giant monster and some of the teenagers glance over their shoulders to see the monster stomp on some of the sandcastles.
"Oh, baby!" Owen chuckled, "Did you see that? That thing is so cool!" He glanced behind again to see nothing and stop as he looks around for the monster until he noticed the monster's hand slowly reach out behind Izzy. "Izzy, duck, duck!
"Ha-ha, duce!" Izzy giggled as the monster's hand slammed into the sand, launching the crazy girl in the air before she lands in the cherry picker and she stands up with a giggle. "Do it again!"
"…Is she crazy or what?" Jo stared at the crazy girl as the monster picked Izzy up and drop her in the bounce house.
"You don't know the half of it," Duncan grunted.
Izzy just giggled madly, making Jo glad she never had to deal with her during her time on TD.
(Confessional)
"Maybe the monster won't look for me in here." Owen gulped as he glanced at his sides, "Izzy is a good friend but sometimes she scares me more than the monster."
"That's fair," Trent agreed to which the others nodded, even Izzy nodded to this.
-line
"Man, that's a good spot here." Geoff lay on the blanket under the umbrella, ignoring the castmates as they ran past him.
"Um…Shouldn't we tell him that the monster is still around?" Rodney asked worriedly.
"Just worry about yourself, big fella," Leshawna replied and the country boy turns his head to the sassy girl before he gasped loudly. In his vision, roses and vines appeared around the confusing sister.
"What the hell is this?" Leshawna asked, wondering what kind of crazy antics Chris was doing.
"That's not my doing," Chris admitted, also confused. He only looked far enough ahead to see who else was added to the season.
"O…Ok…um…ah…" Rodney stammered before he ran away from her hurriedly.
"Wow, this white boy sure can run fast," Leshawna muttered to herself.
"Seriously what was that?" Leshawna asked but no one could answer her.
Gwen skidded on her feet and glance around before she turns her head to B. "How are we supposed to find the actor's trailers anyway?" The silent boy gives her a shrug and opens his mouth to say something.
"Follow the good-looking people!" Justin cut B off as he ran past them.
"Yeah, follow Justin!" Beth gushed as she followed the model before Gwen and B looks at each other and decided to join them. They never noticed that Trent following them from a distance.
"Better than nothing I guess," Gwen muttered.
"Say, has anyone seen Max?" Bridgette asked as she glanced around for the said boy, "Wasn't he with us?"
"I saw him heading for the monster, dattebayo." Naruto chuckled, "He said that he wanted to get the monster to join his side."
"…This boy is dumber than he looks…" Heather grunted.
"Excuse me!" Max cried in outrage. "You take that back!"
"No," was Heather's simple reply, not even bothering to look in his direction.
Max scowled before he declared, "prepare to eat your words. My counterpart will control that monster and take over the world!"
"Uh-huh," Heather muttered, a bit bored now. "Sure."
"Good luck dattebayo," Naruto told him.
"…thank you," Max said quietly, as that was the first time anyone encouraged him with it comes to his dreams, even if for a simple task of gaining a minion.
The monster stomped around the beach set, searching for the castmates and it was about to walk away until the creature heard something.
"My future monster minion, you are honored to have me as your new master!" The monster turns around to see Max smirking at the creature, "And my first order for you is…Take over this film lot and turn it into my evil lair!"
"…"
"…"
"…Don't you hear me? I order you to…" The monster just picks him up and roared at him, drawing a girly shriek from the aspiring villain as the creature tossed him into the bounce house.
This caused several people to laugh. Max scowled at the failure and planned to get revenge on the monster when he took over the world…sure it did nothing to him but it was the principle of the matter!
(City Set)
"This challenge isn't so bad," Duncan said, running with Gwen and Trent after they split up from the model's group.
"What? No explosions? No burning buildings? No bears?" The goth girl blinked, it was too tame a challenge for the host to come up.
"Maybe it's not on the budget." The musician said before a building blow up and they glance around to see a house went up in flame as it reveals a singed bear.
"…Is that the same bear from the island?" Duncan asked before they ran away from the snarling bear.
"Oh dear," Dawn said in concern for the bear. "I hope he wasn't injured.
"I'm sure he was fine, dattebayo," Naruto said to comfort her.
(Monitor Tent)
"I thought the bear was tranquilized and returned to his handler…" Chris blinked confusingly.
"It had one day left on its contract," Chef answered with a smirk.
"Nice!"
"So nice when surprises work out for me," Chris said, knowing they got good work out of that bear.
(Confessional)
"Dude, did you see the beach set?" Geoff grinned, "It was so sweet and looked so awesome for a party…" The ceiling above him opened and he look up to see the monster's hand reaching for him.
"Is that even allowed?" Cody asked. "Since he was in the confessional?"
Chris shrugged, "I didn't say it was safe so fair game."
(Beach Set)
"Look like that slacker is out for a count." Jo gloated as the monster dropped the party boy in the bounce house and it turns to the jockette. "…Uh-oh!" She ran away from the creature.
Leshawna ran across the beach before halting in the middle of the set and raised one of her eyebrows at Harold, who was hiding under the closed umbrella. "Come on, string bean, I hope you can run." The sister growled with her hands on her hips, "We got a challenge to win."
"If I wanted to, I could run as fast as a pronghorn antelope." Harold said as Leshawna rolled her eyes, "It's the fastest land mammal after the cheetah." Suddenly, the hand scooped them up in the air and they screamed at the monster as it growls.
"Oh no!" Rodney skidded on his feet after witnessing the event, "Monster, take me! Just let her go!"
"What?" Leshawna asked, not expecting this. The others were surprised and wondered what he was going on about.
Harold scowled, knowing he would do the same thing, not caring that he was caught at the same time as her.
"Um…" The sassy girl doesn't know how to comment on that and the monster just picks the country boy up with another hand before it drops them in the bounce house with the jailed castmates.
Justin blinks as Gwen and Trent run past him in the other direction before the monster grabs him and lifts him to eye level of the monster. "Yo." The model winked, causing the monster to sigh dreamily.
(Confessional)
"I'm just not another gorgeous face, and abs, and butt, and shoulders, okay?" Justin smirked as he placed his legs on the table, "I'm also a master's strategist. This year, I'm in it to win it!"
The monster put the model in the bounce house gently and walks away as Justin glanced around. "What are you guys looking at?" He asked his staring castmates.
"You…" Everyone said in unison.
"Oh, right!" The model smiled.
Max stares at him dreamily before shaking his head clear, "What is this hypnotic power?!" He pulls a recorder out, "Memo to myself, study this good-looking model for hypnosis abilities."
Max hummed and rubbed his chin, "perhaps this will be even more rewarding than I anticipated, and also need to look into his powers."
"Good luck with that," Beth said with a sigh.
Max blinked, not sure how to react but nodded in thanks. 'Maybe coming here was good after all.'
(Film Lot)
After the creature caught Heather and Lindsay, the monster was chasing the group, containing Bridgette, DJ, Beth, Gwen, Jo, and Trent. They got cornered and there was no way to escape until the musician glanced at his side.
"Everyone, follow me!" Trent shouted as he opened the door for the castmates and run inside, only to find themselves on the other side of a new set. "You mean everything around here is fake?"
"Duh, we're on filming lot, you fucking moron!" Jo throws her arms up in the air before the monster grabs them all in one swoop.
Trent scowled at her, "I didn't think all the buildings were fake. I figured we could hide inside of one until it passes."
"Sure you did," Jo countered with a huff.
(Confessional)
"I can't believe that I had a crush on him." Gwen rolled her eyes.
Gwen winced, "okay that was a bit harsh. It wasn't that bad of a mistake."
Trent, who also winced, rubbed the back of his head, "to be fair I think that was just this on top of the other stuff that happen."
"Still doesn't seem fair."
Heather rolled her eyes, not caring about their issues with how their counterparts were acting. As long as the goth stayed away from her idiot then she will only have her usual levels of hate for her.
Naruto peeks out of the alleyway and turns back to B and Dawn. "Coast is clear, dattebayo." The redhead grinned and walked out with them as they glance around their surrounding for any signs of the monster.
"I don't know." Dawn said, "I'm feeling a lot of negative energy." The boys blinked at her and glanced at each other.
"Um…Really, dattebayo?" Naruto scratched his head as B nodded, "Where is it coming from?" They hear the sound of heavy breathing above them, causing them to look up to see the grinning monster on top of the building. "Run!" The redhead cried out as they attempted to run but it was too late for them.
"Sorry," Dawn said since her counterpart wasn't able to warn them in time.
"No worries," Naruto assured her while B nodded in agreement. "It managed to sneak up on all of us."
Heather said nothing but felt that the girl's counterpart seem to be useful and got along well with Naruto was only a bonus.
(Bounce House)
The group glanced up after hearing the sound of screams and see Naruto's group drop on them with few bounces. "Look like it's down to Duncan and Owen now," Beth said, earning a few nods from the castmates. Everyone went quiet for a while until Naruto speak up.
"Well, since we're going to wait until the end of this challenge, let's chat with the new guys, dattebayo."
"I'm for it." DJ agreed as most castmates nodded their heads and starts to chat with each other for a while.
"Hey, Naruto." Geoff called out to catch the redhead's attention, "I just remember something…Did you say you took AP classes?"
This got Noah's attention as it was something he was wondering about.
"Hai." Naruto chuckled, "I did."
"Wait really?" Courtney asked, surprised by the answer and he wasn't the only one.
"It's true dattebayo," Naruto confirmed. "I take most of them with B here."
B shared a fist bump with his friend, happy to share the experience together.
"Doesn't Heather call you an idiot?" Harold asked since that seemed to be odd to him.
"Because he is one," Heather answered simply and without shame. "And those classes were mostly because Kushina pushes him to study."
Kushina smiled before noticing that Chris seemed to also have a proud smile on his face. Even Chef seemed pleased that his new godson at least worked hard in school.
"…Wait, that means you're smart?" Leshawna blinked rapidly, "Sorry, but you don't look like one…Doesn't she call you idiot all the time?" She jabbed her thumb at the queen bee.
"Because he is." Heather crossed her arms with a glare, "He just studies a lot to keep his grades up because of his deal with my parent."
"Yeah, that's true." The redhead nodded, "As long as I keep my grades up, Heat-chan's parents will pay for some of my tuition."
Kushina paused at this before her smile dropped, recalling how it was hinted at the fact her counterpart was dead. It hurt her for the fact she might have left her baby alone in the world, even if Heather's parents help him along and give him a place to stay. Her musing was broken when she felt a hand wrapping around hers. She looked down to see Chris intertwining their fingers before she looked up at his soft concerned yet smiling face. "It's okay," he whispered to her. "You're not leaving him alone. And you have me to help as well as Chef as his godfather. We are a part of his life now. And he has his friends that will be there for him too. We're not leaving him."
Kushina smiled before she closed her eyes and leaned so her head laid on Chris's shoulder. Chris smiled and kept their hands together as the rest of the scene played out.
Next to him, Chef gave the barest hint of a smile, knowing that he was part of this family. Like hell he was gonna leave the brat alone with just his father to influence him. He knew that Chris would mess it up somehow.
"That's…" Trent was about to say something but Duncan dropped in the middle of the bounce house and the punk glared at the monster.
"Why did you take me instead of Owen?!" The punk shook his fist at the retreating monster, "Man, I can't wait until it's over." Everyone agreed with him.
Duncan grunts, knowing that the episode would be over soon if he recalled correctly.
A day went by and everyone was sleeping in the bounce house, waiting for the oaf to find the trailers. Naruto yawned and smiled at Bridgette as she snuggled into his chest.
Bridgette blushed while the others snickered, Geoff, giving a gentle chuckle of his own, and wrapped his arm around her. Below them, Heather growled at the reminder of the surfer's counterpart with Naruto.
He glanced at the other side to see Izzy hugging his arm with a grin on her sleeping face and Naruto look up before the redhead blinked at the megaphone as it lowered into the bounce house and give out feedback, causing the rest of the castmates to wake up. They can hear Owen wheezing out as he staggers toward the bounce house and fall down in front of the bounce house.
"It took you ten and half hours to walk three city blocks?" Trent blinked at the downed oaf.
"That's just sad, man." DJ nodded as Owen pulls out a pin and poke the bounce house, causing it to deflate on the jailed castmates.
"How come no one thought of doing that last night?" Duncan asked as he poked his head out of the deflated house.
"We didn't think if it?" Lindsay offered, 'helpfully'.
Courtney rolled her eyes, "knowing Chris he would have made a bigger penalty if any of you did that."
"Not inaccurate," Chris agreed with a chuckle.
"No one thought of that," Lindsay said muffled as they attempted to get out of the deflated house.
"Well, at least we're going to have trailers," Gwen said as she glanced at two identical trailers before the monster smashed one of them and walk away from the bewildered castmates.
"What was that noise?" Chris walks out of the unscratched trailer as he looks around before stopping on the smashed trailer, "Wow! Am I ever glad I chose to wait in that trailer? It looks like you all made it…Guess I lost the bet."
Kushina blinked at the sudden turn of events before turning to Chris, "was that luck, or were you playing it for the camera? It really wasn't chance dattebane?"
"Uuuuh," Chris drew out, trying to find an answer. Kushina could only groan and pinch her nose in dismay.
The host chuckled, "That was just a warm-up, and good news is your next challenge is a reward." Everyone cheered until Chris smirked at them, "It would be the boys against the girls, with the winner getting the first pick of the trailers, where you'll be living for the rest of your stay. You will have a choice of trailer A or trailer…Eesh…" He stared at the smashed trailer, "…Off to the craft services tent!"
"Oh, yeah, baby, I'm starving!" Owen cheered.
"Did Chris just make the challenge up on spot?" Jo glared at the smirking host.
"We believe so." Bridgette sighed, "You'll get used to it…I think."
"I didn't make it up!" Chris denied at once. "We were already planning it so the sides can pick trailers. It just worked out better with one of them crushed!"
Kushina wasn't sure and glanced at Chef who noticed and shook his head silently.
(Craft Service Tent)
"Woo-hoo!" Owen cheered as the group stared at the foods on the table, "This is awesome!"
"Dude, this looks like something out of a commercial," Geoff said with a grin.
"I mean he's not wrong," Geoff said as he remembered what happened here.
"That was the point," Chef muttered since he was the one that had to make it all. He made it that way to make it look good.
"Uh, can I star?" Lindsay asked with puppy eyes and Chef rolled his eyes.
"Let's get the speed-eating contest started! On your marks, get set, come to papa!" The oaf ran to the table and starts to eat everything in sight.
"No, wait!" Chris shouted out before he smacked his face at the oaf's antic.
"What happened?" Naruto asked since he didn't watch TDA much even with Heather playing in it.
"Fatty jumped the gun," Heather explained simply, a small smirk on her face at how it worked against the boy. "Chris didn't actually explain the challenge and, well you'll see."
"I think I'm gonna be sick." Max's face become green, watching the oaf shove whole food in his mouth as some castmates glanced at each other with concern.
"…He sure eats a lot more than my pa and bros back home." Rodney dropped his jaw.
"I don't think anyone can out ear Owen," Trent said good naturally. Owen chuckled as he agreed with that statement.
Owen moaned, lying on top of the table and the host shakes his head as he walk to the oaf. "Owen, the man of many appetites." Chris chuckled, "How was it?"
"The turkey was a bit…" Owen burped, "Dry."
"Not surprising since the food was fake." The host smirked.
"Fake?"
"I'm surprised you didn't notice after the first bite," Harold pointed out to him.
"I was kinda focused on the challenge," Owen admitted. Plus it was food in his opinion so his mind was kinda locked on one thing.
"Yep!" Chris gestured at the cooker with saw and bucket in his hands, "Just props from foam core, silicone, sawdust, and wax. It wasn't a speed-eating contest, it was a contest to find the key."
"What key?" Owen asked before he burped out the key into his hand, "Oh! You mean this key?"
"…That'd be the one," Chris muttered.
"Does this mean I win?"
"Yes, yes, it does."
"Alright!" Owen cheered with the boys.
"Unexpected but hey, kinda fun for the ratings," Chris said with a shrug. It didn't go as he planned but the results were funny to him.
(Confessional)
"Did you see that?" Duncan laughed loudly as he held his sides, "Dude ate foam core and wax! Full props for that, man!"
"Thanks, Duncan," Owen said, not seeing how the boy's counterpart was laughing at him.
*Static*
B opened his mouth, only to cut off as Geoff walk inside. "Oh, sorry!" The party boy gives him a sheepish grin, "I thought it was empty…Did you think Owen is a really stand-up dude?" The silent boy nodded with a smile as Geoff grinned, "Yeah, party on!"
Geoff winced, "oh sorry man."
B just waved him off to show he wasn't offended.
*Static*
"…That was so disgusting!" Jo grunted, "How the hell can he eat all that without getting sick?!"
"My mom says I have the stomach of a goat," Owen answered happily.
"Still freaky," Jo muttered.
*Static*
"That was so awesome!" Naruto laughed with one of his arms wrapping around Bridgette and the surfer girl rolled her eyes at him.
"I really hope it won't end badly for Owen." She said, receiving a nod from the chuckling redhead.
*Static*
"You know what that boy has?" Leshawna smirked, "Guts. Guts full of foam core and rubber but guts still the same."
*Static*
"Ugh…" Max turns around and vomited on the floor.
Max groaned seeing his counterpart's actions. "I am glad I didn't get to see it in person."
"Sorry," Owen apologized since he knows not everyone is used to his style of eating.
Chef pours the laxative powder in a glass of water and brings it to the oaf. "Oh, don't worry, I'm cool." Owen groaned, "My mom says I got a gut like a goat."
"…Riiiight…" The cooker rolled his eyes, "Just drink the damn thing!"
"You're gonna need it." Chris nods his head with a chuckle, "Since you're the winner, you get the first pick of the trailers." The boys cheered again.
Max laughed and rubbed his hands together. "Yes, a victory for us."
"Hold that thought," Noah said as he remembered what Owen picked.
"Huh?" asked a confused Max
(Trailers)
Owen glances at the perfect trailer and shifts his eyes to the smashed trailer. "Um…I choose the squashed one." The oaf grinned and the castmates stared at him.
"Seriously?" Some boys grumbled.
"What!?" an outraged Max shouts. "Why!?"
"What?" Owen blinked at them, "It has more character…And I don't want Lind to be out in cold!"
"Awww," Kushina gushed, happy for the pair. "That's so sweet dattebane."
"Awww, O!" Lindsay hugged the oaf before the monster smashed the second trailer and ran off.
"…"
"…"
"…"
"…Did that just happen?" Gwen deadpanned.
"Yes, yes it did," Chris said with a chuckle as the episode ends.
Kushina gave him a pointed look, "my baby better not be sleeping without shelter dattebane."
"He will," Chris assured her honestly. "The interns rebuilt the trailers so still get to sleep in them after this. We didn't give bad conditions to losing teams until later seasons."
"Lucky us," Heather muttered, knowing that it will be a pain to see all of that again. At least her counterpart had her idiot to help her out.
Heather's musing was broken when she noticed Dawn held her hand out and was offering one of her snack nuts. Heather raised a brow at the girl, wondering if she was joking but Dawn just returned with her normal blank look. Finally, Heather rolled her eyes but took the offered nut with a barely audible 'thanks'. She then noticed Naruto was giving her a grin. "Not, one, word," she ordered with a growl.
Naruto chuckled, "whatever you say Heat-chan."
And thus begins our journey into the crazy drama-filled actions of well Total Drama action. Now with an expanded cast to enjoy all the fun they will see on screen. This is only the beginning with more drama to unfold and I am loving it. What will these new players bring to the show we are seeing? Will our new cast members fit in with the others and how long will it be before Heather gets protective of her hold on my boy and scare Dawn away?
