So this is AStudyInTardisBlue's and I's story. It was supposed to be all flirting and stuff, but then I accidentally plot. It's a crossover between Supernatural, Merlin, Doctor Who and Sherlock. Have fun. (p.s. this is not beta'd)

The Chemist was sent from home, to hide on Earth until the time war was over. He lived on Earth as a human for only a few decades. Not knowing what happened. Not suspecting his true past. The Chemist was known for his brains, and so was his human incarnation. Going by the name of one of his favorite characters. Sherlock Holmes.

Two weeks after the mysterious death of Dr. Watson, Sherlock has given up his detective work, and spends all day in his apartment smoking cigarettes. That is until, he meets a mysterious man calling himself the 'Doctor', who instantly captures the curiosity of Sherlock.

1. In which Sherlock sneaks into Baker Street and has a moment of panic. When the consulting detective is losing all hope, can a certain Time Lord restore it? 2. In which John meets a strange blonde in a cafe.

The Doctor brings his new companion Clara to meet John and Sherlock. Little does he know when he whisks them away that one of them will magically change genders on him. Will it ever be resolved? Johnlock fluff, flirty Clara, etc. Rated T to be safe. :)

Benedict Cumberbatch and Matt Smith get put into a big white box. Their story remains a mystery.

A story set at Christmas time. Sherlock and John have been invited to a party at Sherlock's mother's house. Interesting things ensue. Sherlock/John slash, don't like, don't read.

John Watson was 13 when he first met the Doctor. Now after all those years the man wants him to come with him on an adventure, but John just can't leave Sherlock. Would he come? Triple crossover with Supernatural. Making this a bit more complicated than before with more characters and a few possible paradox's. (Up for adoption. Can't continue the story.)

Sherlock makes his leap, and the Doctor decides to help out. What happens when theres weeping angels in the story? RBF spoilers(ish) as well as AIM(ish).

The TARDIS crash lands into 221B Baker Streets bathroom, with the Doctor and River on board. Little did they know that an alien has died in London, and both Sherlock's and the Doctor's knowledge is needed... To appear in the later chapters: Captain Jack Harkness. Jim Moriarty. The Master.

The Doctor regenerated into a tall, curly haired man that has a taste for deductions. As he finds old enemies with new faces in London he teams up with Amy Pond, a Scottish woman with a fiery attitude that catches his eye right away.

Amy and Rory Pond turn up at 221B unexpectedly, but another surprise awaits Sherlock and John.

The Doctor is lonely when he suddenly finds himself materialized in the doorway of 221B Baker Street.

Looks like the next journey for the Doctor and Amy has got a whole lot more complex. This is the beginning, of a whole new adventure.

Molly Hooper thinks she doesn't count. The Doctor is determined to convince her otherwise. A short little drabble inspired by a Tumblr post.

Molly Hooper would be a wonderful companion; she's sweet, more observant than the average person, and she wouldn't run off. Forgive my silly crossovers.

The Doctor wakes up on the TARDIS floor with agonizing pain running through his body, and no memory of how he got to be that way. When he starts to remember, he wishes that he hadn't. When it seems as though it couldn't get any worse, he get's a visit from the last person he wants to see.

When John is lost in time Sherlock's plans to return to him are accelerated using help from an impossible source (Unbeta'd)

The Doctor and Rose land in a parallel universe where Sherlock Holmes and John Watson are real people - and Sherlock Holmes is bent on knowing who the Doctor is and how he came to be here.

This has something vaguely to do with Daleks, Sherlock, TARDISes, and velociraptors. If you don't want to read absolute and utter nonsense, don't even think about reading this. But apparently the end is sad. One-shot.
