Hey, I'm back! Finally got some time to work on the story, but still fairly busy here and there with work and studies.

On a side note, I got Odysseus in FGO with 90 sqs and 10 tix... Plus I got Yae Miko in Genshin after 80 rolls lmao.

DCDGojira, thanks dude.

Davidab931, indeed. To be honest, Shirabe and Tsubasa both hold the title of best girl in Symphogear for me.

ShirouYagami16, I'm still debating if he should get one. The whole point of this story, even if I did bring in the OG Ultraman and a lot of elements, is to have Shinjiro grow as a human-Ultra. But well, who knows, that might change.

Ksatria Pradana, hey, yes it's been a while since I saw you leaving a review hahaha. Glad you find the extra arc nice.

As for the F/SN x Symphogear idea, can't say I haven't thought of it. But I believe someone has made one already, so I'm not sure if I would do one anytime soon. As for Hibiki wielding Ea instead...

Well, let's just say the world won't exist hahahahahaha

Ultimablast3, Zarab was a good guess. I was actually debating if I should use him instead, but I went with Baltan instead. The three remnants actually have common characteristics.

Miko is a Guts, who can clone herself, like Baltans can. Then Hanzo is a Baltan, which are anthropoid-like aliens, similar to Temperor Seijin.

And all three species have defeated Ultras on several occasions, so it felt fitting.

As for the Gjallarhorn, in this story they might be able to if I do bring it in. I haven't played much of the Gjallarhorn events cuz I can't read Japanese that well, so I don't know too much about how it works.

But who knows, it might make an appearance.

So yeah, here's the chapter. Hope yall enjoy.

XXX

Everyone followed after Ultraman, as Shinjiro sliced through the human sized Antlars like paper.

Imbuing his Spacium Blades with his own Spacium Energy, the Antlars stood no chance against him. The Ultraman spotted Shirabe and Kirika rounding up a group of Antlars on one side, and he threw a pair of huge Ultra Slash rings at them.

The rings sliced through the Antlars, before the Ultraman heard a call from Hibiki, and he spun, swinging his legs into a kick and struck a few Antlars straight on, easily destroying them.

Shinjiro then jumped back, flipping into the air to avoid a charge from one of the Antlars, before firing a Spacium Ray, wiping out a huge portion of the Antlars.

Maria shouted as she used her sword-whip to round up a number of Antlars, "Shinjiro-kun!"

Shinjiro turned, just in time to see the pinkette throwing the group of Antlars at him, and the Ultraman fired a blast of energy at them, creating a giant explosion that wiped them out.

Everything happened in the blink of an eye, as Shinjiro was almost everywhere, taking down Antlars left and right with a bit of help from the others.

In a short moment, most of the human sized Antlars were gone, leaving the house sized Antlar with a few of the smaller ones.

The giant Antlar roared as its brethen were slaughtered almost effortlessly, and it recognized the source of their deaths.

The Ultraman that had arrived mere moments ago.

A signature that the Antlar could recognise, one different from the one embedded in his soul, and because it was different, it failed to recognise the threat posed by the Ultraman.

The Antlar unleashed a blast of energy from its pincers at the group, but Leo and Astra split it into two with a double Leo/Astra kick, letting the blast strike the sides in front of the barrier.

Shinjiro shot up into the air, but before he could fire his Spacium Ray, Chartham's voice sounded in his mind, "Child of Noah, you have yet to tap into your full potential. Have your songstresses sing, that will allow you to destroy the beast."

The Ultraman frowned, "Who are you? How are you in my head?"

Chartham responded, "I am Chartham, I am the queen of the city of Baradhi. Trust me."

Shinjiro looked down at the girls, and they nodded to him, having evidently heard Chartham's words.

The six girls linked hands, and they started to sing.

"Gatrandis Babel Ziggurat Edenel..."

A pulse of power shot out of them, surprising the Antlar as it was pushed back a step.

"Emustolronzen Finé el balal zizzl..."

"Gatrandis Babel Ziggurat Edenel."

"Emustolronzen Finé el zizzl."

The power shot out into the air at Shinjiro, who took in the energy in stride, channelling them into his arms.

The Antlar roared, unleashing another blast of energy at him, only to have it sliced apart by Seven and Ace.

That moment allowed Shinjiro's arms to be fully coated in the Phonic Gain and his own Spacium energy, his forearms fully glowing a bright blue.

Then, he fired his Spacium Ray, and in an instant, pierced right through the Antlar. The beast let out a silent scream, before exploding in a burst of gore and blood.

As the explosion died down, the Ultraman landed on the ground softly, taking in the sight of the destruction they had brought. Taking a deep breath, Shinjiro retracted his armor into his watched.

The young man then turned to the others, only to blink when he caught a glimpse of green before he found himself glomped by Kirika.

"Shinjiro-sannnn!"

Shinjiro waved his arms frantically as Kirika held him tightly, hugging his head into her chest. The fact that she was still wearing her Symphogear helped her keep her grip on him.

Maria chuckled as they approached him, and Chris yelled, "Hey Kirika! Let him go! He can't breathe!"

Kirika blinked, and she let go, "Oh, sorry-desu."

Shinjiro took a deep breath, before he looked at her with a small smile, "It's alright."

Hibiki smiled at him, "Welcome back, Shinjiro-san."

He stood up straight, "Yeah, I'm back."

Shirabe looked at him, "Are you okay, Shinjiro-san?"

The young man looked at her, and he smiled, "Yeah, I'm fine now."

Tsubasa looked at him, "Shinjiro-kun, are you sure..."

He nodded, "Yeah, don't worry."

The bluenette nodded, before Seiji wrapped an arm around his shoulder, "But dude! That was one hell of an entrance!"

Leo and Astra laughed, "Agreed!"

Moroboshi nodded, staring into Shinjiro's eyes, "A bit unnecessarily flashy, but not unwelcome... brat."

Shinjiro chuckled, "Well, someone had to come save your sorry ass."

The bespectacled man raised an eyebrow, a smirk tugging on his lips, "Oh? I see your break did nothing to shave down on your cheekiness."

Kotaro chuckled, "He might be this way, but he was REALLY worried about you, ya know?"

Shinjiro blinked, before he smiled, "Oh, really now?"

Moroboshi sent him a glare, but the man simply ignored it and laughed.

As everyone laughed, Kengo walked to them, his Evil Tiga armor having reverted to his watch, "Nice to meet you, Hayata Shinjiro-san."

Shinjiro looked at him, "You're?"

The young man gave him a disarming smile, "Masaki Kengo, I'm a huge fan."

Shinjiro nodded, "Nice to meet you too."

"Good to see everyone getting along, but we're not done yet."

Genjuro's voice reached their ears, "Come back to base."

After a short moment, everyone was back in the command center.

After everyone entered the room, St. Germain looked at Shinjiro, who blinked, "Is something wrong?"

The white haired woman smiled, "No, you just seemed different from before, and I mean even before your whole breakdown."

Shinjiro smiled slightly, "Well, things happened."

Prelati nodded, "Still, good to have you back."

Seiji raised an eyebrow, "Now that feels weird coming from you."

Cagliostro pouted, "We're part of the team too, ya know?"

Carol scoffed, "Coming from someone who was our enemy just a while ago."

Elfnein smiled, "Well, isn't it the same for you too?"

The blonde spluttered, "Nobody asked you!"

Everyone laughed, before Genjuro cut in, "Jokes aside, let's get to business."

He looked at the door as it opened, revealing Chartham and Jim, "Chartham, Jim, how is it going on that side?"

The queen of Baradhi nodded, "Yes, we've sent a team to scout out the entrance to the area where the rings of Solomon will be."

Jim nodded, "Once they come back, we can start planning on what our next step will be."

Ide nodded, "Regardless, our plans will heavily rely on Shinjiro."

He looked at him, "You up for it?"

Shinjiro nodded, "Definitely."

Carol spoke up, "Speaking of which, you fought that Baltan."

The young man nodded, "Yeah, he said he's a remnant of the Bavarian Illuminati."

St. Germain hummed, "A Baltan, then one from Temperor..."

Maria asked, "You don't know them?"

The white haired woman shook her head, "No, but considering Adam took in Red and the others, I'm not surprised he took in more others."

Prelati brought up a video of Shinjiro fighting Hanzo, "Still, the irony. Impressive fight by the way."

Shinjiro blinked when he saw the footage, "It got recorded on video?"

The bespectacled girl smirked, "Of course."

Tsubasa asked, "Still, are you gonna fight in that old suit?"

Shinjiro nodded, "Yeah, for now anyway."

Genjuro hummed, before he tossed him the watch that held the Tiga armor, "Have both anyway, since you're the only one who can use them."

The young man nodded, "Got it."

The redhead nodded, "So that's the gist of it, get some rest, all of you. Once Chartham's recon team returns, then we'll start."

A short while later, Shinjiro was in the lounge with the six girls. The young man asked, "So, how've yall been?"

Chris raised an eyebrow, an amused smile on her face, "Really? After all that, that's what you say?"

Shinjiro chuckled, "Well..."

Maria smiled, "If you call being in a war good, then I suppose so."

Kirika grinned, "Desu-desu!"

Hibiki asked, "So, what happened in Japan?"

Shinjiro blinked, "In Japan?"

The cream haired girl nodded, "I mean, not that I'm glad, but you're suddenly fight again..."

The young man paused, before he answered, "I guess, I really thought about it. The reason I really fight for."

Tsubasa blinked, "The reason you really fight for?"

Shinjiro nodded, "Everyone here in SONG has a reason for being here. I never really had one, I just fought for the sake of it, because I was told to."

He looked at them, "That's why I want to find that reason, the reason I have the power of Ultraman."

Maria stared at him, "I see... You really thought about it, didn't you?"

Hibiki smiled, "Well, if you're gonna be looking for that reason, then we can help you!"

Kirika beamed, "Desu-desu!"

Shirabe nodded, "We'll be with you all the way."

Chris smirked, "Well, if that's how it is, I don't see why not."

Tsubasa simply nodded, a smile on her face, "Agreed."

Maria chuckled, "Well, if everyone feels that way, I can't be the only odd one out now, can I?"

Shinjiro smiled, "Thank you. All of you."

The lavender haired girl lightly punched him in the chest, "Well, can't help it since you're our boyfriend, right, Ultraman-san?"

The young man chuckled, "I guess."

Shirabe asked, "Speaking of which, are we just gonna be staying in the base until the team comes back?"

Kirika's eyes gleamed, "I know! We can go explore the city!"

Chris blinked, "The city?"

The blonde nodded, "Desu-desu! Aren't you curious about it?!"

Maria hummed, "True, I've read the reports about the city of Baradhi, but it seems to have evolved a lot."

Tsubasa nodded, "I'd be lying if I said I wasn't interested."

Kirika beamed, "I know right?!"

Hibiki giggled, "Well, I guess if everyone wants to explore the city, we can go for a walk?"

Shinjiro chuckled, "I'm good with anything to be honest."

The blonde grinned, "Then it's settled!"

Meanwhile, Kengo sat in his room, staring at the desk SONG provided.

He closed his eyes, "Hayata Shinjiro, Ultraman."

Now that he'd finally met the man, Kengo found that Shinjiro wasn't really what he'd thought he'd be.

The reports Kengo had seen on the young man, everything painted the picture of a unique individual, someone he could never hope to match up to.

Ultraman.

And his combat prowess certainly made him deserving of that title, Kengo would definitely admit that to be true. For Shinjiro had wiped out the army of Antlars in mere minutes.

But now that he'd officially met him, Kengo couldn't help but feel disappointed.

Hayata Shinjiro, the young man himself was underwhelming. Without the suit, he was simply someone with superhuman traits, something that he now too possessed.

In fact, it wasn't all that special. Anyone could match that strength with the right tools.

There were enough relics lying around to make an army of men on par with Shinjiro any day, and Kengo's own Evil Tiga suit meant that whatever made Shinjiro 'special' was achievable by anyone else.

Himself included.

Yet everyone saw him as the golden boy.

Everyone in SONG, even the four alchemists, they all valued him greatly. Hell, all six Symphogear users cared for him greatly.

Even Kazanari Fudou sought Shinjiro, for whatever twisted reason the self-proclaimed protector of Japan had in mind.

That irked Kengo to no end. Because now that he had met him, Kengo could call Shinjiro nothing but normal.

A normal person with superpowers.

That was it. Nothing more.

Kengo stood up, he needed to blow some steam, and considering he was now a member of SONG, he might as well made use of the famous simulators here.

Meanwhile, Shinjiro and Tsubasa walked along the streets. Kirika had dragged Shirabe and Maria off to sightsee, while Chris and Hibiki had gotten carried away with trying out the food stalls around the streets.

That left the two alone. Shinjiro chuckled, scratching his head sheepishly, "Well, so much for hanging out with everyone."

Tsubasa smiled, "I think it's good, we haven't spent time alone in a long time."

The young man nodded, "True..."

As they walked, the bluenette spoke, "Shinjiro-kun, before you returned, I... Maria and I... We got angry when you decided to leave the front lines."

Shinjiro blinked, "Oh."

Probably because he was too caught up in his own worries, but he never realized they were mad. That was the first thing that came to mind, but he decided for his own safety, he wouldn't mention that.

Tsubasa continued, "Tachibana, Tsukuyomi, Yukine, and even Akatsuki... They accepted your choice easily. But Maria and I, we didn't like it."

The young man nodded, "Of course, I pretty much did it out of nowhere."

The bluenette shook her head, "That's not it. I... We should've been able to understand why, but... Maria got mad because you stopped being her manager, and me because you were going to stop fighting."

She closed her eyes, "When Chartham told us that we would need Ultraman's powers, we talked about bringing you back here."

Shinjiro stayed silent, and let her continue, "Naturally, Tsukuyomi, Tachibana, Akatsuki and Yukine objected. But I agreed to it."

Tsubasa took a breath, "I... I didn't take your feelings into account, I just thought of the battle..."

She clenched her fists, "I always say I want to protect you, but when it actually mattered, I only thought of using you and forcing you to fight when it fit the situation. I don't think we can-"

Shinjiro cut her off, "Tsubasa."

The bluenette stopped, realizing what she would've said if she continued, and her hands trembled from thinking what would've happened if she did finish her words.

The young man held onto her hands, before pulling her to the side of the streets, "Tsubasa, you're not wrong."

Tsubasa's eyes widened, "How can you say that?! You were mourning your father, yet I wanted to bring you to battle!"

Shinjiro shook his head, "You're not wrong. If I didn't fight, the Antlars would've run this city to ruins. A lot more people would've lost their families."

The bluenette frowned, "But-"

The young man cut her off, "I'm fine now, Tsubasa. I'm here now, aren't I?"

Tsubasa looked at him, "But still.."

Shinjiro stared at her sternly, "If you're thinking of breaking up with me just because of that, I'm gonna be very angry."

The bluenette looked away, "But I didn't think of your feelings, I only thought of winning the fight."

The young man shook his head again, "Wrong, you were thinking how to protect the people in this city. You're a sentinel, it's natural for you to be that way, and I wouldn't want you to be otherwise."

Tsubasa frowned, "But I-"

Shinjiro cut her off again, "I am Ultraman. Tsubasa, nothing can change that. If defeating the Antlars needs an Ultraman, then I need to fight. You're not wrong."

The bluenette looked down, and the young man took her hands into his own, "Don't worry about it, I'm fine now, and I'm here. So don't beat yourself up for thinking about bringing me back to SONG."

Tsubasa looked at their linked hands, and she sighed, "Fine..."

Shinjiro smiled, "Good, now lets see what this city has to offer."

Meanwhile, with Chris and Hibiki, the pair had gone through a dozen food stalls, trying out different dishes, until Chris realized they'd separated from the group.

The lavender haired girl pulled Hibiki back into an alley, who had a meat skewer in hand, "Gah!"

The creamed haired girl turned at her friend, "Chris-chan, what's wrong?"

Chris frowned, "We got separated from the others."

Hibiki blinked, "Oh, and?"

The lavender haired girl scowled, "What do you mean 'and'?! We're lost!"

The cream haired girl simply bit into her skewer, "So? We can always just call the others and meet up."

Chris scowled, "But we still got separated!"

Hibiki blinked, before she smiled coyly, "I see, you wanted to spend more time with Shinjiro-san."

The lavender haired girl's face flushed, turning almost as red as her Symphogear, "What's wrong with wanting to spend time with my boyfriend?!"

"There's absolutely nothing wrong with that. In fact, I think it's quite cute."

The two turned to see a girl with long lush light blue hair, a red scarf wrapped around her neck. Chris scowled, "Nobody asked you, who the hell are you anyway?"

Miko pouted, "Now that's rude."

Chris glared at her, "I'm not the one eavesdropping."

The bluenette made a thinking pose, folding one arm below her bust, and touching her chin with one finger, "Hmm, I guess you're right."

She smiled at them, "I apologize!"

The lavender haired girl grumbled, "Fine... It's not a big deal anyway."

Hibiki asked, "Sorry, but who are you?"

Miko smiled, "Ah, where are my manners? My name is Miko, nice to meet you, Symphogear-chan~"

That surprised the two, and Chris narrowed her eyes, "How did you-"

The bluenette giggled, "How did I know? Well, I can lie to you and say I'm a friend of Chartham's. But I'm feeling honest today, so I'll be frank!"

Miko's eyes suddenly gained a crazed glint, immediately putting the two on guard, "You can say I'm an alien from the Planet Guts, or you can say I'm one of the remnants of the Bavarian Illuminati that you're hunting down."

The two girls widened their eyes, and Hibiki narrowed her eyes, "You're with the Bavarian Illuminati?!"

Miko smiled, "Yep! I'm sure you've met Tempura-kun, and your Ultraman friend has met Hanzo-kun."

Chris glared at her, "So you're a team."

The bluenette grinned, "Bingo! You're really smart, Chris-chan!"

The lavender haired girl glared at her, "Don't call me Chris-chan! Only my friends get to call me that!"

Miko pouted, "Aww, so you don't see me as a friend? That's mean, just when I went through all the trouble of getting past the barrier."

Hibiki stared at her, "How did you even get in in the first place?"

The bluenette giggled as she turned around to look at the city, "Well, it's not that hard considering it's made to keep the Antlars away."

Miko turned back at them, a dangerous gleam in her eyes, "But boring talk aside, how about we have some fun?"

Hibiki and Chris immediately reached for their pendants, only for Miko to laugh. Chris growled, "What's so funny?!"

Miko took a deep breath, "Ahhh, I'm sorry, I just joked around and you two got all serious."

She looked at them, "But seriously, you two really were planning to start a fight here, aren't you worried about killing any innocent bystanders?"

Hibiki stared at the alien from Guts sternly, "I trust my friends, they'll definitely get them away."

Miko's smile widened, "Such trust, such love! I absolutely love that!"

Her smile fell, "But you two are humans, so it's actually very disgusting."

Chris frowned, "What do you mean?"

Miko brought out a vial, "Well, I only came here to say hi. Tell dear Chartham not to overwork herself, kay? I'd hate to see that old hag die before I can see her face once my Antlars destroy this shitty place."

She dropped the vial onto the ground, "Oh, and do send my regards to your Ultraman friend, okay? The real one. Bye bye!"

Before either Symphogears could do anything, Miko disappeared in a flash of red, waving her hands cheerfully as she did.

Hibiki stared at the spot where Miko had been, "An alien from the Planet Guts... Miko."

Chris growled, "She's one of those remnants... Goddammit."

The lavender haired girl turned, and Hibiki asked, "Chris-chan, where are you going?"

Chris frowned, "Back to base, if they can walk into the city like this, then we have a security risk."

The girl then quickly continued storming back, and Hibiki chased after her, "Wait for me!"

A short moment later, the entire group was back in SONG HQ. Genjuro hummed as he took in what Chris and Hibiki had told them, "That is a problem..."

Chartham nodded, "I suppose, the barrier was made with the Antlars in mind, after all."

Moroboshi asked, "Can you upgrade it so the enemy can't get in?"

Elfnein explained, "It doesn't work that way. We can make a barrier to seal everything else out, but that's it."

The redhead nodded, "Right, I guess that's what we'll have to do. Is that good with you, Chartham?"

The queen nodded, "By all means."

Carol nodded, "We'll get to it ASAP."

Jim spoke up, "Let's head on to our next topic."

Aoi pulled up the map, showing a single point not too far from them, and the agent from France spoke, "Just now, we received info from our recon teams."

The map changed, showing the terrain of the area. Shinjiro blinked, "It looks like a massive cave."

St. Germain corrected him, "It's a nest."

Seiji blinked, "A nest?"

The white haired woman nodded, "Exactly, a nest for the Antlars."

Sakuya reported, "The team spotted upon thousands of the human sized Antlars and at least a dozen of the giant Antlars we fought earlier."

Chris folded her arms, "I don't think that's the end of it, is it?"

Jim shook his head, "Unfortunately, no. Behind all that, is the mother of the colony. We estimate it to be the exact same size as the one the SSSP faced with Ultraman before."

Tsubasa blinked, "Then it'll be over 40 meters..."

The agent from France nodded, "Yes, that'll be it."

Kengo asked, "How the hell are we gonna get past all that?"

Genjuro sighed, "As much as I hate to say this, Shinjiro, we'll be counting on you."

The young man nodded, "Of course."

Prelati nodded, before she spoke up, "Before we get all hyped up, we should talk about the relic we're gonna retrieve."

Maria raised an eyebrow, "It's the ten rings of Solomon, what's there to talk about?"

The bespectacled girl smirked, "King Solomon was known for many things. He was said to be a master of magic, a wise king and one granted wisdom by the gods."

Prelati glanced at them, more specifically, Chris, "I'm sure we're all familiar with him, after all, you all had his staff not too long ago."

Chris nodded, "Yeah, but now the staff is in the treasury of Babylonia."

The former alchemist nodded, "That it is, but moving on, King Solomon was also known to be a master in summoning magic. Whether or not he was an alchemist, we don't know. But he was said to have summoned and contracted 72 demons, and of course, the Noises."

Maria asked, "So what does this have to do with our mission?"

Cagliostro folded her arms and finished for her friend, "Basically, the ten rings of Solomon were said to gift any wearer all the abilities of King Solomon, and given that he was known to have created his staff, we might be seeing something that can create Noises at will."

Kotaro blinked, "Noises? As in the ones from the treasury and not the Alca Noises?"

The blue haired alchemist nodded, "Yes."

Carol scoffed, "But it's all speculation at this point. Who knows? The reason we're seeing so many Antlars might be because of the rings too, or the rings might do something totally different."

Chris sighed, "So we'll just have to see for ourselves huh?"

Shirabe asked, "So, when will we be going?"

Genjuro folded his arms, "We'll begin in an hour. Go get prepared and rest up while you can. That's all for now."

Everyone nodded, and they quickly left the command center.

As the group of thirteen left, Genjuro glanced at Chartham, "Are you sure we don't need to have any of them guard the city?"

The queen shook her head, "No need for that. My people know to save themselves, and even if the city is destroyed, buildings can always be rebuilt."

She looked at the map on the screen, "Rather, I am concerned how this will go. That young man, Hayata Shinjiro, he now houses a much greater power, a much greater responsibility."

Carol raised an eyebrow, "What are you talking about?"

Chartham smiled, "The power of Ultraman, and his birth on this planet. Surely you know what I am talking about."

The blonde's eyes narrowed, "And are you gonna tell him?"

The queen shook her head, "No, it is his responsibility. When the time comes, he will awaken as he should."

St. Germain asked, "Care to explain what you two are talking about?"

Chartham smiled, "It is not our place to say, but to put things simply, Hayata Shinjiro houses unimaginable potential. He is Ultraman, yet at the same time, human. As he is now, he cannot become a giant of light."

Genjuro raised an eyebrow, "So you're saying he cannot become Ultraman?"

Carol sighed, "No, that's not it. Shinjiro already is Ultraman, but he won't be able to use his powers to its full potential."

Chartham nodded, "In addition, he has yet to fully access the powers he possess."

She stared at the data on the Antlars, "But I suppose that will change soon enough."

(Linebreak)

An hour later, the group of thirteen stood in the wastelands, a long distance away from the city of Baradhi.

Before them was a massive underground cave, leading down to the nest of the Antlars and the rings of Solomon.

Leo glanced at everyone else, "So, what are we waiting for? Or are we getting cold feet?"

Seven scoffed, "As if."

He glanced at the girls, who were are simply in their SONG uniforms to preserve their stamina and energy, "Everyone stay close and stay sharp."

They nodded, and they entered the cave.

After some distance from the surface, everything started to turn dark, and the seven Ultraman suits lit up, their visors and color timers acting as impromptu flash lights.

Kirika shuddered, "Everything's so dark-desu..."

Shirabe nodded, "And cold too."

Maria let out a breath, "At least our uniforms are keeping us warm."

Kengo smiled dryly, "Just put on your Symphogears, I'm sure the barrier coating will keep you warm."

Tsubasa shook her head, "No, better to preserve our stamina. Your suits are different, for they run on Spacium Cores, so it's possible to use it for long durations of time."

Taro chuckled, "That's how it is, but well, here."

He unlocked a restraint on his arm and lit it on fire, immediately lighting up more of the cave and warming the girls up.

Hibiki beamed as she warmed her hands up, "Oh bless you Kotaro-san."

Chris nodded, "Yeah."

Taro chuckled, "You're welcome."

Ace looked around, "But dudes, look at the walls."

They followed his line of sight, and they widened their eyes when they saw the walls. For on the walls surrounding them were murals depicting what looked like an Ultraman fighting monsters, protecting humans from them.

Seven frowned, "What are these?"

Shinjiro floated into the air, nearing one of the murals, "Are these... Ultraman?"

Evil Tiga approached one of the murals, "Looks like it, so Ultras have been protecting mankind for a long time?"

"Yes and no."

Everyone turned to see Terui standing before them, and Seven scowled, "Terui."

The alien of Temperor smirked, "You remembered my name."

He glanced at Shinjiro, "Yo, Ultraman. Nice to finally meet you."

Shinjiro stared back warily, "Can't say feeling's mutual."

Terui shrugged, "Eh, whatever I guess."

Ace stared at him, "What did you mean by yes and no?"

The alien raised an eyebrow, before he chuckled, "Ah, right. I guess I can chat a bit. We're not in a hurry or anything yet anyway."

He pointed at the murals above them, "Those are murals drawn by people who lived here a long time ago, probably the ancestors of the residents of Baradhi. Probably before them, but who knows."

Terui shook his head, "But the point is those are legends of Ultras. It's not just one Ultraman, but many of them. The murals also don't show humans, but humanoid races across the galaxy."

He stared at the team from SONG, "Well, considering the state of this planet, I guess its natural you don't know."

Astra asked, "The hell ya talking about?"

Terui chuckled, "Well, you don't need to know now."

He cracked his neck, "But that's all I'll say for now."

The alien smirked, "Since Hayata Shinjiro is here, let's have some fun."

Terui transformed into his real form, and snapped his fingers. In an instant, a battalion of Alca Noises appeared around them.

Maria frowned, "Alca Noises?!"

The Temperor Seijin smirked, "Don't worry, I'm not an asshole like Hanzo or Miko. The only Antlars you'll need to deal with are those."

On cue, five house sized Antlars appeared from the depths of the cave, and Terui started to back away, "I'll see you all inside, try not to die, yeah?"

With that said, he vanished into the depths of the cave. Seven growled, "That bastard..."

In a flash, all six girls were clad in their Symphogears, and Taro dashed at the Alca Noises, burning down a handful of them, "We'll take the Alca Noises, Shinjiro! You take the Antlars!"

The Ultraman took to the air as he dodged a swipe from one of the Antlars, "Easier said than done dude!"

Shinjiro quickly fired a Spacium Ray, breaking one of the pincers of the Antlar that had swiped at him, before an Evil Shot struck it in the face.

The young Ultraman turned to see Evil Tiga, and the recolored Tiga yelled, "I'll back you up!"

Shinjiro nodded and he ascended to dodge a swipe from one of the other Antlars, only for a hundred energy swords to rain down, pushing the Antlar away as the swords took out the Alca Noises at the same time.

Ultraman took the chance to fire his own Spacium Ray, easily killing the Antlar before he turned his attention to the other four.

Evil Tiga took the chance to shoot an Evil Shot at one of the Antlars, pushing it back, allowing Shinjiro to fire a massive Ultra Slash ring that sliced it in half.

The recolored Tiga then shot out a gravitational wave from his Evil Fork, sending one of the Antlars to the ground before Shinjiro destroyed it with a Spacium infused punch.

As the two worked together to destroy the Antlars, in the shadows, Miko frowned, "Those two working together will definitely be a problem."

She smirked deviously as she stared at Kengo, "But I think I can make it work."

Her smirk dropped as she turned her attention to the Symphogears and other Ultraman suits, having almost wiped out all of the Alca Noises, "But still, they're really stronger than I expected. I'll probably get yelled at by Tempura-kun later, but whatever."

Miko's eyes glowed an ominous blue, as she waited for the chance to strike.

As Shinjiro and Kengo worked to take down the fourth Antlar, a number of blue electric-like beams shot out from the shadows, striking them head on.

That caused both Ultraman suits to fall to their knees, paralyzed for a moment. That moment allowed the Antlars to swipe at them, sending them crashing into the walls.

That evidently caught the others' attention, and Hibiki yelled in worry, "Shinjiro-san!"

That small pause also allowed more blue electric-like beams to strike them, paralyzing them long enough for the Alca Noises and the Antlars to strike them.

Hibiki and Tsubasa were sent crashing into the walls, while Shirabe, Kirika and Chris were sent sprawling to the ground.

Maria, Ace and Taro were all sent to the ceiling, while Seven and his Windam were crushed under the Antlar's feet.

Miko giggled as she watched the team from SONG get trashed easily, "A simple pause and they're all done. It's actually sad."

"I thought I told you not to interfere, Miko."

The girl turned to see Terui scowling at her, and Miko smiled, "Sorry, I couldn't help myself. But don't worry, you can beat them up later. We're not killing them yet, after all."

Terui scowled, "You know that's not the point."

The girl scoffed, "Puh-leasseeee, they're humans, none of them are Ultras! There's no point!"

"I beg to differ."

The two turned to see Hanzo walking to them, and the ninja gestured to the battlefield, "I can assure you there is one amongst them, and you can say that he is getting serious now."

The two turned to look at the battlefield, where a bright light started to illuminate the cave.

Back on the battlefield, a bright white light glowed from the ground, before it exploded, sending the Antlars to the ground, while destroying the last of the Alca Noises.

Everyone looked at the source of the light, and their eyes widened when they saw Shinjiro in his Ultraman suit standing against the Antlars.

The Ultraman was glowing a blinding bright white, his Spacium Core shining a bright blue. In fact, they couldn't see his suit at all.

All they could actually see was a white silhouette with blue glowing eyes and the Spacium Core.

The Ultraman then blurred, immediately appearing before one of the Antlars. Then, with a heavy swing, landed a solid punch on the Antlar's head, sending it's head exploding in a disgusting show of gore and blood.

He turned to the other Antlar, which was now on its feet, and it charged the Ultraman.

Shinjiro easily saw it coming, and grabbed it by its pincers easily, before flipping it to the ground behind him.

The Antlar roared as it got to its feet, only to see Shinjiro placing his arms in the famous cross shaped position.

The monster only saw a flash of white, and it knew no more, as a massive Spacium Beam shot out from the Ultraman, easily engulfing the Antlar.

The beam didn't stop there, and continued shooting out to the skies, further enlarging the entrance of the cave, before it quickly died down.

Everyone watched in shock as the light from skies entered the cave, before a loud thump caught their attention.

Shirabe's eyes widened when she saw Shinjiro's body on the ground, the glow on his body having vanished, "Shinjiro-san!"

Despite her wounded body, the twin tailed girl got up and ran over to him, something mirrored by the other girls.

As the six tended to him, Seven grunted as he got to his feet, and he opened the channel to the command center, "Commander, we'll have to postpone our mission."

He frowned as he stared at Shinjiro's unconscious figure, "We were underprepared."

XXX

DONE. So that's the chapter! And Shinjiro finally tapping into the bit of power Shin/Bemular left him.

The next chapter will explore that, and we'll probably see more of what the trio of remnants want to do with the rings of Solomon.

So yeah, read and review please.

Until then.
