A/N:
Some of you are wondering whether Bella will learn as much as Edward in this, and let me assure you, yes, she will. However, just like Freaky Friday (The Jamie Lee Curtis and Lindsey Lohan one because that's the one I've seen) she will have a little more fun with the switch at first before she gets to learn the true weight of being immortal.

Summary: Freaky Friday with a Twilight Twist. New Moon AU.
As much as Bella and Edward love each other, they can't possibly understand what the other's life is like.
On Bella's 18th birthday, instead of a paper cut, a switch is about to make Forks even weirder.
How will Bella cope with suddenly being a 104-year-old mind-reading vampire in love with her singer? And how will Edward cope with being a human in love with a vampire?

Chapter 12
It was clear in his eyes, despite everything speaking for it, that Edward couldn't accept the truth yet, but before Bella could urge the conversation forward, there was a small, but loud grumble emitting from his stomach.
Edward looked down in shock, still not used to a body with functions that complained constantly.
Bella tightened her lips into a thin line to prevent herself from laughing at him and his expression. "Breakfast time," she said in the same casual tone he'd given her the morning after their first date at the meadow.
What fascinated her this time was that as she thought of that morning, she remembered it in two very distinctly different ways. Apparently, what she'd thought was a good joke, Edward had thought was an indication of danger he needed to protect her from.
"Huh," she said quietly, and Edward, who hadn't followed her train of thought and still processed her first statement, looked adorably confused.
"What?" he asked.
"I should have realized that morning looked different for you," she replied, and he lowered his gaze as his mind slowly connected the pieces and understood what she was talking about.
"Everything's different when you're a vampire," he mumbled and then met her eyes again with a small smile. "But having your memories now, I can see we shared a lot as well."
"We did," Bella agreed, and left it at that. She didn't feel it was the right time to bring up the conversations she now knew he'd had with both Rosalie and Alice that night while she slept. How, no matter how much she asked or begged him to change her, he'd refuse because he thought the concept of forever wasn't the same to her.
She would have to prove him wrong somehow. Make him understand that when she said she wanted him forever, she meant it. All she had to do was figure out how she'd do that.
But first, the human needed to eat.
A/N:
If you haven't read Midnight Sun, this chapter might feel a bit confusing for you as I'm relying heavily on that as reference material when it comes to how differently Bella and Edward experienced what they went through in Twilight/Midnight Sun :)
Hope you enjoyed it anyway, and if you need more explanation, let me know in a review or dm and I'll give you more details!
Until Friday,
Stay Awesome!
