VII

After the supplementary lessons had ended Touma finally was able to go back home, there was a knock at the door. Komoe was standing on a stool to reach the whiteboard, getting up and down was a hassle "Come in" She said, she would have opened the door, if she were not on that stool.

She saw the figure walking into the classroom, she had a tokiwadai school uniform, but her figure was very recognizable to Komoe. She searched inside her bag and pulled out a small pistol, without saying anything else she fired several rounds at the girl.

"Kids RUN!" She changed the magazine of the pistol while everyone ran, Tsuchimikado being among the first, after all he was an anglican, he knew what happened to Kaori and imagined the Sleeping Terror was after him.

Yuuka scratched her neck, she pulled out a smushed up bullet from under her neck. "I would say you had grown a lot but we know that is a lie" Yuuka said, she dropped the bullet.

Touma, as foolish as he usually was stood behind, he was still processing why his teacher had fired on that crazy ESPer girl. Well it was to buy time, but why did she need to buy time.

"You had come here to finish the job?!" Komoe still held her gun towards Yuuka.

Yuuka shook her head "The Lunarian war is over, we lost, coming back for you would be being a sore loser. On top of that, you and I are on the same side now" she smiled "So put down the gun"

Komoe fired again, Yuuka caught the bullet and tossed it back.

Komoe got hit right on the forehead. Tsuchimikado screamed out "You bastard!"

Yuuka turned around and flicked him on the forehead, he fell unconscious.

Touma went to attack right away, Yuuka avoided his right arm, then proceeded to warp away from him.

Komoe was up again "Dear Kamijou, move!"

Touma ducked before he could even process what was happening while Komoe emptied another magazine on Yuuka.

Yuuka snapped her fingers, vines wrapped everyone, including Tsuchimikado who was just waking up.

Touma touched the vines with his right hand, they stopped wrapping him with so much force and became easy to break. He leapt forward and punched Yuuka square on the face.

Yuuka first regretted that she used magic vine on Touma, she should have used young saplings to wrap him instead. Then she felt a great pain surge through her entire body, her skin ripped off and flaked away leaving just the exposed underneath.

Yuuka was born from a fairy father and a human woman, she basically had a full human body, a tiny human body without skin that is.

Touma prepared to punch her once more, surprised to see that one hit had made so much damage, but Yuuka dodged his fist and drove her knee to his crotch.

Touma stumbled back, he fought the pain but Yuuka flew away. "Listen before I make sure you are the last of your bloodline!"

Touma stopped, Yuuka was just avoiding him, she had not attacked them even from the start, it was just self defense. Well except shooting Komoe but she was alive and well… For some reason.

"I deserved that… I get it, dying is not fun" She looked at Komoe "Drop the gun, I am not here to hurt you… Again. Even if I wanted you are immortal, there is no way for me to actually hurt you. That explains why there is a Yagokoro at the hospital"

Komoe let go of the pistol "We came here to avoid monsters like you!"

"You came here to avoid the monsters among your own people! Lunarians don't come here because they know Aleister works for my housemaid!" Yuuka yelled and began casting a spell to rebuild her own skin, she slowly got covered in leaves, a foliage that grew over her exposed flesh.

Touma was trying to process all of it "Why did you shoot someone?!" was what only came out of his mouth.

"We were in a war, the enemy ruler hid in a bunker to avoid facing us… So I kidnapped his daughter and sent him the pieces in the span of a week. Bastard replied by returning the body-parts" Yuuka shrugged "Now I guess Dr. Yagokoro gave you the elixir… Saving your life but exiling you both from the capital"

"And now I know we joined the enemy" Komoe sighed "I need a cigarette"

Yuuka searched in her pocket, she handed a hand rolled cigarette to the teacher. Then let her go of the plant prison. "Will the rest of you behave?" Her green skin was slowly turning fleshy again, her clothes were died red by now though.

"Got any fire? I quit smoking a while ago"

Yuuka nodded and searched in her pocket again, she got out a chandelier, with its candles still burning.

"I thought ESPers could not cast magic…" Touma said impressed

Komoe took a puff from the cigarette, she would be worried about smoking in the classroom, but she just fired a gun in it too. She noticed it was not tobacco, but she shrugged and continued smoking. "Kids don't do drugs" She said while continuing to smoke.

Tsuchimikado struggled against the vines

"If they can survive the damage they can… They are even stronger" Yuuka moved her neck, her skin just regenerated back there.

Touma remembered a little of how casting magic for ESPers was easier even if it killed them, pain made magicians cast magic with more power and focus, well he even saw it with that alchemist. "Wait you said Lunarian?"

Komoe nodded "Born and raised in Walwerk… Honestly I prefer it here, it has blackjack and hookers" She laughed, yeah the cigarette was starting to affect her speech, it had to be some strong stuff to make an immortal like her feel the effect.

"You should keep your language clean around your students" Yuuka said

Komoe sat at her desk "Bite my shiny metal ass!" She laughed to her own reference.

Yuuka shrugged "I guess that made her happy. Now with the question of why I am here! Kamijou Touma, you have the favor of a girl, from which I need a favor"

Tsuchimikado struggled out of his bounds "Tell me about it"

"I know right? Well Shoki… Shogi… Sho… Misaki! Yeah Misaki, she asked me to return your memories, so rejoice because I will perform that miracle" Yuuka puffed her chest proud of what she was saying.

Touma waved his right hand "I can't, no spell has any effect on me"

Yuuka flew around Touma "I am familiar with the Imagine Breaker! Appears every Manvantara in a human lifetime. You cannot cast any magic on it, every improbability becomes impossible for the Imagine Breaker. If you blast it with magic the thing will nullify the spell. But you can use magic to cast a meteor and there is no way the right hand will stop that thing"

Touma nodded "Yeah… Pretty much"

"So it is simple, to cast magic on you I just need to cast magic everyone but yourself" Yuuka chuckled, suddenly Touma began to shrunk, or rather, the entire world around him enlarged. He tried touching the floor, but it just kept becoming larger.

"If I limit the spell to a single system the Imagine Breaker will anchor itself to the outside of said system… So I need to cast magic even in the furthermost galaxies at the edge of the multiverse!" Yuuka laughed "Quite simple, I wonder why people call your ability overpowered"

Yuuka snapped her fingers, the world went back to normal. Yuuka got a kerchief from her pocket and cleaned blood off her lips.

Tsuchimikado realized how lucky Kaori was to actually have survived the attack, if Yuuka could cast spells without the need to limit her area of action. Kaori was a nuke when it came to magic, but if you toss a nuke into a space it will matter little. Yuuka just proved her magic went further than that, a nuclear warhead against the big bang. Kaori was the will of god, but Yuuka was God itself, the tree of life whose branches control the divisions of the universes. Such is the power of an Avatar, a God among Gods.

Yuuka cracked her fingers, then stretched. Suddenly everything turned into a void, nothing there. Not there darkness or light, just the eternal void.

"Let there be light"

Nothing happened. Yuuka scratched her head, she pushed Touma away "Let there be light" Still nothing.

"Oh right I changed the password… Master Spark!" From her hand a spark of light came out, first a single point, then a line, then a giant laser, then a explosion. Right in front of Touma the universe was unfolding.

"Wait so you are God…"

"Yes but I am not the only one, in fact I am the sixth. Accelerator in fact is the ninth… Yeah ninth" She nodded "Consider that I am about 4 billion years old. It took me half of that to figure out who I was, same will be with Flandre, Aleister and Accelerator"

She looked at the light that engulfed them "Let me speed this up a bit…"

Quickly the light began to fade, cumuli of gas began forming stars, supernovas, new stars, and planets. Speeding up again, earth was a ball of lava, then the water, the arrival of the fairies to the planet, the birth of Yuuka, yeah she slowed down for that one. With her the green began to grow, civilizations rose and fell.

Faster, and faster, until Touma saw his own birth, his life passed in a flash, it could hardly be called getting his memories back. Everything went in a flash, until Yuuka went to the part where he met Index.

"Oh she can do a Mini spark! How cute!" Yuuka said while seeing the dragon breath.

The whole scene played out in front of them, though this time Yuuka grabbed the feather before it fell on Touma erasing his memories.

It sped up again, it was just a flash before they were back in the classroom "Made it so that the perception of everyone is as if you did the exact same up to this point… Even though you still have your memories"

Touma scratched his head "This is not getting my memories back… You recreated everything"

"Virtually I did, but here I present you with this question, you are free to do as you please, be a doppelganger of this one, or work for me, that is an option too, the advantage of that is that you would live in a different world from this one. I mean you are a paradox right now" Yuuka said while they stood in this frozen world.

"I would like to return to my own world…"

"You cannot, I destroyed that world, this is the world now" Yuuka said with a smile

"B-but you were born too!" Touma cried out

Yuuka nodded "And I can merge with myself, I do that all the time, not clones but actual full versions of myself"

"Wait so you destroy the universe just to make another copy of yourself!"

"I do it all the time…" Yuuka said nodding "So will you join me? Or you want to be free"

"You can't treat the universe like a toy! Billions of lives dead just because!"

Yuuka laughed "You call all life precious?"

"Yes!"

"Yet you eat meat, yet you wear leather on your feet, you wash yourself and do the same I just did but to bacteria. To me is just like that, I have to dumb down my speech for your brain to even understand what I am saying!"

"Regardless, you have no saying over who lives or who dies! Nobody should!"

"I have it though, this is my garden I get to pick which flowers grow on it!"

"Nobody should have that much power!"

"Yet you hold the power to negate that in your right hand. Do you have any idea how many invisible fairies you have killed with that thing? You are one to complain about genocide" Yuuka smirked "Kid, Aleister Crowley himself saw this truth, and realized that out of all the evils in this world I am the most reasonable one! He tried using my destruction ability as one ingredient to destroy magic at its core. Well mine and yours" She laughed "Magic would die for a few centuries only now that I think about it… Burn down the garden and new weeds will grow soon enough"

She dodged Touma trying to punch her. "Option C then!" Touma found himself in a lush garden, a small universe with flowers and fruits, a garden of eden for him to enjoy. Touma saw a large tree up the kill, he walked up to it, to find other versions of himself, at various ages, including adult ones, including old ones. She said she destroyed the multiverse many times before, this was the place she put those she couldn't destroy.

On a nearby tree there lived those who were immortal from drinking the hourai elixir. Eirin and Kaguya, Komoe as well, Mokou and Chang'e too, only ones who got old and had the pleasure of dying was the Toumas, previously other holders of the Imagine Breaker, but currently it was Touma.

Back in the classroom Yuuka and Touma appeared to just flicker for a moment. "There his memories are back"

"I never lost them… What are you saying?"

Komoe hugged him "You are back!" He patted his teacher "I… never left"

"Thank you!" Komoe told Yuuka.

She stopped smiling "If you knew how I did it you would not be thanking me…"

"Then don't tell me!" She smiled "Maybe this way you won't be failing every other test"

She walked out of a certain high school, her clothes drenched in blood. She was planning on just playing his life like a movie, but he went right into action before even asking. It was done then, and that is how it ended.

Outside she met another girl, she had the scent of a fairy, but also the stench of technology. Yuuka waved at her.

"You can see me? I must be hallucinating… Again" The girl held her head "What just happened"

Yuuka blinked a couple of times "What did you see exactly?"

"Like the world just ended… and it replayed very fast"

Hyouka did not see it happening, because technically Yuuka had an AIM field strong enough to keep the imaginary number district untouched… Though Hyouka still saw everything play out before her eyes, the destruction of the universe, and its creation.

"Yeah that just happened" Yuuka was still wondering how this had happened, she imagined in some way this fairy was attached to ESPers, it was not the full picture, but she had a good idea of what it was. "Easier than to cast magic on the Imagine Breaker"

"What?" Hyouka asked

"Bastard has a maguffin in his right hand, can nullify everything he considers odd"

"You could cast magic on him?!"

"I cast magic everywhere but on him… Well and on you apparently, I think you latched to me somehow, happens often don't worry" Yuuka tried moving but the blood in her clothes was beginning to cake. "I have to go… The one time I don't wear red this happens! The uniform wasn't cheap either!" Yuuka flew away slowly "Hey do you happen to know a dry cleaner?"

"Nobody is cleaning that…"

"See you later then, take care" Yuuka continued her flight.
