Senior Officer poker night is always an enjoyable time. On this particular night, they all get to know each other a little better when they delve into their past to share stories.

It's pretty obvious what this story is about from the title. Deanna is introduced to Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.

I thought it might be interesting to take a script from the original series and put the next generation crew in the story, tell me what you think.

You can insist that "it never happened" all you want, but facts have a way of curiously finding their way out into the open... Note: story is *not* abandoned - just on hold! That's what happens if enthusiasm takes the author further than originally intended... I've got a few ideas further down the line, just not as to how to continue where we are now!

Captain Picard has been captured and unintentionally injured by beings from another dimension who are not as familiar with the needs of the Human body as they should be. Doctor Crusher is taken as well while the Enterprise crew try get them back.

Captain Picard and Doctor Crusher have a relationship and a disagreement about reading in bed. But tragic events from long ago interrupt them.

Captain Picard returns to the Enterprise after being held captive and tortured by the Cardassians. He and Ensign Ro ponder what the daughters of their acts of cruelty inherit.
