The whole gang moves to Baltimore when Jocelyn offers a clue for Sebastian's whereabouts. At the Institute, Clary meets a Shadowhunter who is giving her mixed signals and tries to ignore him. Multiple times, Sebastian tries to take Clary and she finds out that he has Ragnor Fell. He tells her to follow the light...could it mean that they're in the city of light?

After their victory, the Shadowhunters are all relaxing in Idris. Clary is happy with her life until she is betrayed by her loved ones and given a life sentence. Sebastian and Valentine find her in prison and ask her to come with them. Clary agrees, leaving to join them against the Shadowhunters. Years later, she returns to the New York Institute after being missing for so long.

After getting injured on a hunt, it brings up some really funny memories for Alec, and especially for a female Shadowhunter that Jace, Izzy, Simon, and Clary that they don't know, but apparently Alec does. You know what they say, what ever happened in Mexico, stays in Mexico.

One-shot, examining the father/son relationship between Robert and Alec. Takes place at some point after City of Glass, but that's irrelevant. Alec confronts his father in the library, and arguing ensues.

This is my first fanfic, so sorry if it's crap. It's a Malec one and this is what I think should've happened the night Magnus went to the Institute to heal Alec. Some details/events won't match up, it's been a while since I've read CoB and rating might go up.
