After the fall of Atlas and their apparent demise, team RWBY finds themselves lost in a galaxy so broken it makes home seem like a paradise. Lost, confused, and separated, they must reunite and if possible, find a way to survive in this hopeless realm. But they will learn that in a galaxy as cruel as this one, even the greatest of victories are often synonymous with defeat.

Legends, tales passed on from generation to generation, tell stories, of Gods, of Maidens, but very few have ever told the tale of the Crimson King, the slumbering Archangel that watches over Remnant, and fewer still survive to this day.
