Chapter 6
The next morning Callie woke up with the sun, her head on Arizona's chest she snuggled in closer. There was nothing better in this world than waking up in Arizona's arms. Callie took a deep breath, inhaling the scent that was Arizona. Arizona moved, wrapping her arms tighter around Callie. 'yeah nothing better than waking up with Arizona' Callie smiled as the thought went through her head of a promise of waking up like this for the rest of her life. Then her thoughts went to what Addie had said about a double wedding. Closing her eyes, she could picture it. Arizona in a white satin dress walking towards her. She wasn't a needy person, Callie could hold her own, she'd dealt with the loss of losing a parent, she put up walls to keep from getting hurt like that again, but with Arizona she felt her walls collapse and the inner shy person she kept hidden away came out. The inner whiney bitch as most people put it came out when she was with Arizona. She could spend hours thinking about it but couldn't quite put her finger on what it was about this blue-eyed beauty that made her so weak in the knees. Lifting her head, she was met with those pools of blue, she loved so much. She felt herself shutter, as Arizona whispered a husky "good morning beautiful"
"mm, good morning" Callie smiled
"what time is it?"
"mm, I'm not sure"
"how long you been awake"
"not long" Callie said laying her head back upon Arizona's chest, trailing the finger along the curves of Arizona's breast. Arizona moaned at the feeling, reaching down pulling Callie's head up so she could give her a proper good morning kiss. It didn't take long before the kiss got heated, being in bed with Arizona, Callie always had trouble keeping her hands to herself. As they started roaming around Arizona's body. Arizona moaned into the kiss, pulling Callie in closer, as the kiss changed from the sloppy I want you to a passionate I love you. Callie pulled back when the need to breathe swept over her. Looking in Arizona's eyes, she reached up moving some hair off Arizona's face. Callie was in awe, she didn't understand how she could feel this strongly about someone. In Arizona's eyes, which were the gateway to everything Arizona, she saw all the love she had for her. Callie only hoped her eyes told the same story. "you're proposing today"
"I am" Arizona nodded with a smile "are you going to say yes"
"hmm" Callie thought for a moment "if you're lucky"
"if I'm lucky huh?" Arizona smiled, Callie leaned in "yeah" she said close enough for their lips to touch. Arizona couldn't take it anymore, she flipped them over. "I'm feeling pretty lucky right now"
"you better" Callie whispered reaching up pulling Arizona down into another passionate kiss.

"wow this is beautiful" Arizona said as they made their way up the trail.
"I know" Addie smiled "one of the reason I'm having a hard time leaving Colorado"
"you want to leave?" Callie asked
"we've talked about moving to Madison" Addie continued
"oh" Arizona said looking at Teddy
"we want to save money first" Teddy said "and with the fact that I just started that new job"
"right" Arizona frowned she wanted her sister back, but she knew this was the right move for her now. Sighing Callie tightened the hold she had on her hand, in what Arizona knew was an attempt to calm her. "well, here we are" Teddy smiled once they came to a clearing, the foursome stopped, marveling at the view.
"Damn" Callie said, everywhere you looked all you saw was blue sky and mountains, some had a little snow on the very top, as the air was colder there. Callie saw Teddy usher Addie to the right, "let's go over here" Arizona said pulling Callie towards the left, looking back at Teddy who nodded, and smiled. "I hope Addie says yes" Arizona whispered
"she will" Callie smiled looking at the couple.
"hope your right"
"I know I am" Callie let go of Arizona's hand
"she's doing it" Arizona smiled as she saw her sister get down on one knee. While Arizona's attention was on Teddy, Callie reached into the front pocket of her jeans, as Arizona turned her head, about to say something, a look of shock grew on her face, when she saw Callie down on one knee "Arizona Robbins, I've had a crush on you for as long as I can remember, the day I finally met you is a day I will never forget. I love you so much, words cannot express." She paused trying to keep the tears at bay, her voice shaky she continued "you are the air that I breathe, the sun when it breaks through the clouds, you're all that I need, will you do me the honor of being my wife?"
"I was supposed to ask you" Arizona said looking down at the ring Callie was offering her.
"I know, but I wanted to change things up a bit" Callie smiled reaching for Arizona's hand, "when did you find time to get a ring anyway?"
"I had plenty of time" Callie smiled, as their eyes met "so?"
"hmm" Arizona smiled "I'll have to think about it" Callie looked at her concerned, Arizona let out the laugh she was holding "baby, of course, I will marry you"
"good, now that, that is settled, you wear this" Callie said sliding the ring on Arizona's left hand, she watched Arizona reach into her pocket, pulling out the ring, she reached for Callie's hand and slid it on "and you'll wear this" she kissed Callie's newly christened finger, Callie wrapped her arms around her, kissing her passionately. Turning to look at the view "I know this isn't how you imagined being proposed to" Arizona whispered
"who said that?"
"your story, the part I read" Arizona went on to explain what she had read
"baby" Callie said pulling back "that's just a story, you could have proposed to me in a dark rat-infested alley, and I would have said yes, to me it doesn't matter how you do it, its that you did"
"well you did" Arizona sighed
"because you already did silly" Callie kissed her "I love you, and nothing is going to change that" they turned around, seeing Teddy and Addie locked in a tongue battle Arizona laughed "well she must have said yes"
"I told you she was going to"
"yeah, yeah" Arizona waved her off
"she also mentioned having a double wedding, what do you think about that?" Callie said pulling back to look in Arizona's eyes, so she could tell if what she was saying was the truth or not.
"that might be an idea, it'd be a lot less hassle for my mom" Arizona said, "we'll figure all that out later, shall we go congratulate them?"
"how about we take their lead" Callie reached up turning Arizona's head, placing her lips on Arizona's she brushed her tongue on Arizona's lower lip, as their tongues met, Callie felt Arizona shudder, feeling the spark all over her body, moaning as Arizona pulled her in closer. Pulling away when the need for oxygen over powered her, Arizona looked over at Teddy, as they're eyes met Teddy smiled and gave her thumbs up. "she's so funny"
"you both are" Callie pulled away, intertwining their fingers. Feeling the ring on Arizona's hand she smiled. She was truly happy, a few years ago, when she first discovered Arizona's music, Arizona quickly became her celebrity crush. Callie followed her closely, something she would keep a secret from Arizona. That was why she was in Denver, and the accident a fate she wouldn't change for anything, even though on cold winter days her leg hurt, and she walked with a slight limp, it brought her to Arizona, or Arizona to her. Turning around both watching Teddy and Addie.
xxxxxxxxxx
"so?" Teddy asked once they were all back together, her arms tightly around Addie
"so?" Arizona smiled, knowing what Teddy was getting at but wanted her to spit it out
"are you engaged?"
"you know we already were" Arizona shook her head
"right but"
"Callie decided to put a twist on my plans"
"oh" Teddy looked at Callie and smiled
"she was paying more attention to what the two of you were doing, so I surprised her" Callie reached down for Arizona's left hand, lifting it up, so Teddy and Addie could see the ring.
"you proposed?"
"I did" Callie smiled bringing Arizona's hand to her lips and kissing it
"nice" Teddy held up her hand for a high five
"please don't encourage her" Arizona rolled her eyes
"someone needs to" Callie smiled
"shall we grab some lunch" Teddy asked, now that they had gotten the proposals out of the way, she felt herself relax, and realized just how hungry she was.
"yes please" Arizona said as her stomach growled
xxxxx
"how about a double wedding?" Addie asked, they had decided to have lunch at a small café that was in the small town they were staying outside of
"I think" Arizona started, looking at Callie who finished the statement for her "we aren't looking to get married anytime soon"
"why" Teddy asked her mouthful of food
"because I'm, we, aren't ready" Callie said looking down
"ok, but why" Teddy wasn't understanding
"we just aren't ready" Arizona said "can you leave it at that"
"fine" Teddy said not liking the answer but knew she was just going to irritate Arizona if she kept pushing, she was like their dad in that way. They finished up lunch, and headed out, checking out some shops in town, then headed back to the house.

"I'm going to go get freshened up, I'm still all gross and sweaty after that hike" Arizona said making her way to the stairs
"why don't we go swimming" Addie said, it was too nice a day to be spending it inside
"ok" Arizona smiled looking at Callie
xxxxxxxxxxx
"what would you say if I decided we should do the double wedding" Callie asked digging through her bag trying to find her swimming attire
"I'd say, you're the one who wanted to wait, so I guess that be up to you"
"I've been thinking about it, and like you said, it'd be less hassle for your parents, and well" Callie looked up "I really want to be Mrs. Robbins"
Arizona smiled "Mrs. Robbins huh?"
"sure, why not" Callie smiled "Calliope Robbins, has a good ring to it don't you think?"
"I do" Arizona laughed reaching out for her, pulling her in close "but only if you're sure"
"you going to change your name?"
"well, um" Arizona said thinking about her career "I think it'd be a little complicated if I did"
"exactly" Callie said looking into those pools of blue. Arizona reached up moving some hair off Callie's face. "ugh, Calliope" Arizona sighed "I just can't get over how you make me feel"
"oh?"
"I never in my life thought I'd fall in love with a woman, but you" Arizona reached up holding Callie's face in her hands "you turned my world upside down, I love you so much"
"was that part of the speech you had planned?"
"no" Arizona laughed "not at all, that just came out"
"well, I'm glad you chose me" Callie whispered leaning in kissing her.
"we better get our suits on, or we won't be going swimming" Arizona said pulling back
"what if I say I'd rather have you instead of going swimming" Callie smiled her seductive smile.
"I'd say" Arizona pulled her close "we can go swimming later" she whispered as their lips met.
xxxxxxx
"dammit" Arizona laughed hearing her phone go off
"is it Teddy?"
"my guess would be yes" Arizona smiled leaned down giving Callie a kiss, then reaching for her phone thought you were coming swimming ~T
Yeah, got side tracked, be down shortly ~A
"yup Teddy alright"
"what'd she say?"
"thought you were coming swimming"
"and you said?" Callie asked not bothering to move
"we got side tracked" Arizona smiled as she looked at Callie, who was laying on top of the comforter, naked. "I also told her we'd be down shortly, but with you looking like that" she moved closer, kissing Callie's neck. Callie giggled "come on, now I want to go swimming"
"ugh" Arizona said pretending to be hurt "fine"

Sometimes Arizona couldn't help but sit and watch Callie, she'd often find herself wondering how she never realized she was gay. In the short 25 years she's been on this earth, it wasn't until a year ago, she had even thought about being with a female, but there was something about Calliope. The moment she first saw her, she felt a connection she'd never felt with anyone. Something so deep, and pure, it almost brought tears to her eyes thinking about it. The first time they kissed, she will remember forever the way it made her feel. The butterflies in her stomach, the electricity that flew through her, she closed her eyes remembering the feeling. Smiling at the memories, almost moaning.

"will you thank your dad for me? I honestly don't know if I'd be here without his help" Arizona said as they walked, they had shown her pictures of the bus, shortly after everyone got off it fell down the embankment.
"I will" Callie said stopping "have you ever been here during the sunset?" Arizona shook her head "it's amazing"
"I bet it is" Arizona took a deep breath looking at Callie. Who turned, their eyes locking on each other's. Callie closed hers taking a deep breath "tell me about Mark"
"what's there to tell, we met in high school, been together for about 5 years" Arizona said sighing, after the accident she wasn't sure he was what she wanted
"he seems pretty amazing"
"yeah, I guess" Arizona turned to look out over the water "truth be told, I don't see a future with him, at least not anymore" she turned back to look at Callie "which is why I ended it"
"oh?" Callie reached up, putting her hand on Arizona's cheek, butterflies engulfing her stomach "has anyone told you how beautiful you are?"
"not in a while" Arizona smiled leaning into Callie's touch, feeling the butterflies engulfing her stomach.
"well you are" Callie whispered, without another word, Callie leaned in, their lips meeting. It was slow at first, until Arizona reached around pulling Callie into her. Arizona's tongue ran along Callie's lower lip, asking for entrance, Callie opened her mouth, granting it. When their tongues met, both let out a moan, that could be heard for miles.
xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
"what's that look for?" she heard Callie ask
"huh?" Arizona opened her eyes seeing Callie standing over her water dripping off her from just climbing out of the pool.
"that smile on your face, what were you thinking about?"
"oh um" Arizona cleared her throat, looking at the love of her life who was standing in front of her, dripping. She smiled and reached for Callie, pulling her down on her lap. And whispered "you"
"what about me?"
"the um" she cleared her throat again "how amazing you are" Callie smiled, reached up touching Arizona's cheek "you're pretty amazing too" she whispered, as she moved in kissing Arizona. Feeling that same electric jolt, she felt the first time they kissed, Arizona moaned. Callie pulled back looking in Arizona's pools of blue. "you're all wet"
"baby you always make me wet"
"you're silly" Callie laughed
"well it's the truth" Arizona smiled pulling her back in for a kiss.
"god get off each other" Teddy laughed swatting them with a towel
"bitch that hurt" Arizona said rubbing her arm where the towel had hit, there was a red mark
"oh suck it up buttercup" Teddy smiled sitting down "did she ever tell you how mean she was to me when we were kids?"
"I don't believe so" Callie smiled moving, so she was more comfortable on Arizona for the story Teddy was about to tell
"I think you got that all wrong sissy, you were the one who was mean to me"
"whatever, Callie you'll love this" Teddy laughed taking a drink from her water bottle "this one time we were out in the yard playing barbies, I think"
"awe cute you two playing barbies"
"Teddy always had to be Ken" Arizona laughed
"you're the one who kept making them have sex"
"shut up" Callie saw the red form on Arizona's face "awe that's cute"
"no it's not" Arizona rolled her eyes
"anyway, where was I going with this?"
"you were going to shut up"
"I need to finish my story" Teddy laughed
"oh, am I missing story time?" Addie asked smiling
"I was just telling Callie how mean Arizona used to be when we were kids"
"oh, I've heard this, she wasn't that bad, if anything I think you were worse than her" Addie smiled reaching for her bottle of water, downing a big gulp.
"ha see told you" Arizona stuck out her tongue
"anyway, as I was saying, before I was so rudely interrupted" Teddy smiled "we were playing barbies, she wanted to put the shirt Ken was wearing on Barbie, wait they weren't Barbies they were the dolls from 90210"
"I remember those, I had them all" Callie smiled "I had a crush on Kelly"
"eww, I was more about Brenda" Teddy smiled "Arizona here had a thing for Dylan and Brandon"
"what they were hot"
"have you seen them now?" Addie asked
"yeah, Luke Perry is still hot" Arizona smiled "I've met him once, at a thing I had in LA"
"how was that?"
"not bad, it was a quick hello, good bye" Arizona shrugged
"my sissy the famous Rockstar"
"hardly, it was back when I was first getting started"
"oh I remember you telling me now" Teddy smiled, forgetting all about the story she was in the middle of telling as the conversation shifted to a different subject. Arizona let out a sigh of relief, she remembered that day, and was embarrassed now at what happen.
"I want to hear it" Addie smiled sitting on Teddy's lap
"not much to tell, we shook hands said hello and he was pulled away" Arizona shrugged her shoulders.
"what was it for?" she asked
"I don't really remember honestly, something April, my manager made me go to" she wasn't sure if Addie knew April by name or not.
"with Mark" Teddy scrunched up her nose
"whatever happened to him?" Addison asked,
"I don't know, once I ended things I haven't heard from him" Arizona said rolling her eyes not wanting to talk about her ex "and I don't really care too"
"right" Addie said
"besides I've got all I ever needed right here" she turned looking into Callie's eyes. Callie smiled feeling the little green monster in her stomach at the mention of Mark's name. It didn't show its head too often, Callie wasn't the jealous type, but when his name got brought up, she couldn't help but be. "you alright" she heard Arizona whisper.
"yup just fine" Callie replied shaking the thoughts away, she didn't need to worry, she had Arizona, and a ring to prove she wasn't going anywhere.
"so Arizona" Addie said wrapping the towel around her and sitting down in the chair next to Teddy "how does it feel to be a lesbian?"
"um" Arizona said looking at Teddy, who shrugged her shoulders "well" Addie laughed "oh come on" she looked at Teddy "baby, you know you've been wanting to ask"
"yeah but" Teddy smiled "seriously sissy, how does it feel?"
"well" Arizona said looking at Callie "I'm engaged, so what's that tell you" she reached up pushing some hair off Callie's face
"I for one am loving it" Callie smiled Arizona looked at her, with that look that made Callie want to jump on her and take her right there, but of course she couldn't, not with Teddy and Addie right there. Forcing the urge away and settling for a kiss. Hearing a noise at the entrance to the house, Arizona looked over seeing Mrs. Jones "dinner will be ready in 5" the older woman called out
"thank you Mrs. Jones" Addison said with a smile as the woman disappeared back into the house. "we should get cleaned up" she added looking at the group. Callie stood up from Arizona's lap, reaching out her hand to help her up she pulled her in, placing a quick kiss on those pink lips, and pulled her into the house.
xxxxxxxxxxxxx
Callie didn't know what was going through Arizona's head, but she had some idea, by the look in her eye. Making it to the bedroom, Arizona grabbed her once the door was shut, pushing her back up against it, kissing her passionately. Pulling back Callie smiled looking in Arizona's eyes, she reached up brushing a strand of hair off Arizona's face, tucking it behind her ear "as I love where this is headed, we came up here to change for dinner"
"I know" Arizona smiled that dimpled smile, pulling Callie away from the door, reaching as she untied her top, letting it fall to the floor. The look on Callie's face let Arizona know she liked what she saw. It didn't take long before Arizona felt Callie's hand on one breast, and her mouth on the other, pushing me back towards the bed, moving slowly, so Arizona didn't trip over anything, the room had become a mess of clothes from their earlier actions. Arizona felted the bed on the back side of her legs, she laid down pulling Callie with her.
So how was that?
