Krypto has been noticing that Kara's been down lately. It was 2 am, and he was woke up from his sleep by sounds of crying. He went into Kara's room, to see her crying in mid air, hovering above her bed.
He walked up to Kara's bed, and hopped on it. Then he curled up on Kara's lap, and whined. She looked down at the dog who had a worried look on its face.
"Oh Krypto," was all she could say before she sobbed once more. "I'm sorry did I wake you boy?" Asked the kryptonian with tear streams down her cheeks. All she heard was a whimper in return.
"I'm sorry boy, its just...Lena still won't talk to me, and I think I messed up. I know I should've told her sooner, but I couldn't risk losing that friendship," Kara continued to ramble to the dog, until she started yawning.
"Wow," was all she could say after looking at the clock and seeing that it was 3:35 am. She had been talking to the dog for about an hour and a half.
"I have to be to work in a few hours, I should get some rest." She before laying down. "Good night boy." she said before falling asleep.
