"He seems interesting, he followed the robot to make sure people were alright while also destroying some robots. Seems smart enough because it looks like he got a 100 on the written exam, and he also seemed combat proficient. So… Who wants him?"
In an abandoned building somewhere in Japan.
'What an interesting boy, if he's that strong with just his quirk, and still holding that much back, then that must be a good quirk'
Back at Nishioka's apartment
"YO! Okino i'm back!"
I can hear footsteps and tumbling and then a thud, so I walk over to the door to his room and open the door. There he is laying on the ground in a mess.
"You okay there buddy?"
"Y-yes…"
"Need help, or are you gonna use your quirk?"
"N-no I'm good, I think?"
All the stuff on him levitates off him and he gets up and gently lowers the things.
'His weight modification quirk really is useful'
"So, you think you made it in?" I question
"Pfff, yeah, you?"
"Yes, of course I made it in, the robots only took one shot, though some of them did hit me, so I had to get the burns checked out… But at least I went out and got dinner for us, on my way home."
"Ooh, what is it?"
"Katsudon. Don't worry, I'll cook it the way you like." I reassured.
"Oh I'm counting on it mom." Okino joked

A week later two letters came, Both from U.A.
"Hey Okino, they are here!"
"Really? Finally. I have been stressing about this all week." the stressed Okino said.
"Let's open them together." I suggested.
"sure.".
They placed the letters on the table and out fell two holo disks
Okino Pressed the button on the side, and out came a hologram.
"Hello Okino Yoshito and Nishioka Shuichi." said a man who could only be described as sleep deprived. "I am Shōta Aizawa and I am going to be your future homeroom teacher." the now identified Aizawa stated. "Yoshito, you got 50 villain points and 23 rescue points by lifting debris off of the other examinees. Shuichi, you got 86 villain points and 15 rescue points, meaning you are one of 4 others that have ever gotten over 100 points, in the history of U.A."
"See you both on monday.".
"Well, that was… Short." Okino commented.
"If that was what was in this one, what's in the other one?".
"probably information. But you got 101 points!?".
"Yes, I ran in front of everyone and just punched the robots." I answered.

'What? Am I gonna run into someone on my way there, or something?'
"Okino do see a map or something, so we can find our class?"
"Look, over there is a guy that is talking with someone about finding a classroom." he said, and I look, and see that Izuku Midoriya is standing right there.
"Hey, are you guys talking about finding 1.A?" I ask them.
"Uhh, yes we are, are you guys also in class 1.A?" the upperclassman asks.
"Yeah, we are pretty lost." Okino states.
"Ok then, class 1.A is just up the stairs to the left and then go 50 meters and there should be a door by some stairs." the upperclassman guides.

"Nice to meet you, fellow class 1.A member." I say, pretending not to know his name.
"Y-yes n-nice to m-meet you too! M-my name i-is Izuku Midoriya."
"This fellow here is Nishioka Shuichi and my name is Okino Yoshito." Okino introduces.
"Hey guys we are here." I state.
"Gosh, this door is huge." Midoriya comments.
Okino opens the door and standing there scolding Bakugou is Iida, he rushes over to us and introduces himself. But i'm too focused on my pop-up to really care.

Back at the door Aisawa arrived, so I stared at him the whole time while the others kept talking. He notices me staring and nods to himself then says, "if you're here to make friends then get out of my class." he then waits 9 seconds and says "it took you 9 seconds to shut up. Good, now take these on and meet me outside behind the school."
The collective thought of class 1.A is 'who the hell is this guy?'. But they think that I threw Okino's tracksuit in his face and take mine to the changing rooms.
Meeting Aisawa outside, I waited with him for 4 minutes for everyone to come, and then he said "you're all late. It took you 4 minutes and 17 seconds for you to get here.", but Uraraka reputed "but what about orientation?". Aizawa chuckled at that, "you have no time for such leisurely activities when you become heroes, why should you start now?" he stated calmly but annoyed.
"This is a physical application test, where you can use your quirks. you will compete in eight physical tests using your Quirks. Then I will rank your scores from best to worst."
"Shuichi you got first on the exam, get over here. Throw this ball as far as you can using your quirk."

The rest of the class then see Nishioka walk calmly over to the circle and start to bulk up, when he uses bull rush though he charges back an arm, and throws the ball.

There is a huge gust of wind as the ball is launched forward. "Before you show off to everyone here, you must first know your limits." He then proceeds to show a phone screen showcasing the number; 3141,59 meters.
"Woah, this looks so fun!" a pink skinned girl shouted.
Aizawa perked up at this, "Oh, fun is it? How about this? Last place gets expelled from U.A. entirely." Aizawa states harshly.
The pink skinned girl instantly loses her energy and uraraka responds with "hey that's not fair!".
Aizawa smirks and precedes the lecture saying "Unfair? The world is unfair. There are villains out there not waiting for you to be ready to take them on. Are you going to tell earthquakes and shipwrecks to 'be reasonable?' Pff, don't push your luck kid. Here at U.A. We teachers have the freedom to do as we please, so if I deem you have no potential even though you're not in last." he then pauses for dramatic effect (it worked), "I won't even hesitate to expel you right there on the spot. Now Tenya Iida and Tsuyu Asui line up at that white line, for the 50 meter dash."
The race starts and you can see Iida speed off and Tsuyu hop slowly across the track. A robotic voice says "3,04 seconds. 5,58 seconds." Aizawa yells out "up next Ochaco Uraraka and Mashiro Ojiro.". You can see Uraraka touching her clothes and then running while Ojiro bounced with his tail. The robotic voice says "5,49 seconds. 7,15 seconds.". A little after Mina Ashido, yuga Aoyama, Izuku Midoriya and Katsuki Bakugou, Okino and myself were up next. "So are you going to lighten yourself to 0,01 kg again? You know it wont do anything to beat me in speed." I state.
"Nah, I got a secret up my sleeve." Okino answers. But I see it coming and say "Oh, what are the chances? So do I". While dumping 18 extra points in DEX to get that extra perk.

'Hmmm they all seem useful but with 200 DEX after using my quirk I don't think I need the speed perk. And the dodge and quick attack options sound good too… If I can survive an attack I can attack later, so dodge it is!'

Dodge: +30% chance to see attacks coming. and a 10% decrease in blunt damage.
'That 10% decrease in blunt damage stacks nicely with my "No pain no gain" skill bundle, which I unlocked under the practical exam.'

Blunt damage reduction: Level 6 (6% blocked. +10% from Dodge perk)
Fire damage reduction: Level 2 (2% blocked)
The race starts, and Okino and I blast off towards the finish line. "1,56 seconds."
"Heh, nice going Okino, you got the same time as me." I say surprised.
"Damn, I thought I had you there." He says while giving me a high five.
The rest of the class is just staring at us, but a yellow haired individual bids in and says "how can you talk about being so fast like it's normal?", the rest of the class nods while he says that. "Now onto the next test, follow me. Here, take this and press as hard as you can.
'Thank god there is still 13 seconds left till Bull rush deactivates.' I think while I activate my quirk and absolutely shatter the grip test machine. This time it was a masked fellow that said something. "Wow, I could only get 540 kg." And then he leaves. Aizawa perks up after we finish and states, "Standing long jump from that line over there. Go." I of course cleared the field in one jump like Okino. and it was time for the repeated Side Steps, and of course I got 1st place again.
"Shuichi you don't need to do the ball throw again, because you already did it. I don't have to explain this one again, right?" Aizawa asks. The whole class answers "no Aizawa-sensei….".
Okino Then proceeded to blow out the whole class by getting 'Infinity' and of course after that Uraraka got the same score, and everyone's minds were blown. We then proceeded with the rest of the tests and, of course, I got 1st place in it all, mostly because the Dodge perk helped me with my flexibility.
"I'm not going to read out all the test scores. Oh and by the way, there weren't any disappointments, so you all get to stay."

I replaced Mineta and Hagakure with Okino and Nishioka.
To Clarify Okino's quirk, its weight modification: It can modify the weight of something up to 5 ton and remove the weight from stuff, He needs to be in contact with something to use it.
what he used in the 50 meter dash was weightlessness and a push from the wall.
