Part 10 - The Trial on Video

Few weeks later, they got an email sent to them, and it was a link to the trial of Edward Cullen vs Bella and Clay Spears. Their lawyer would also join in on the link from his way, and the two also had their family there in the background to watch it with themselves.

So after connecting to the link and all sound/talk was checked out, the judge came into the room, and he said

"Welcome to the trial between Edward Cullen the accused intruder and sexual predator and his victims; Isabella and Clay Spears, who had a rented home of Mr Thomas and Arianna Nelson where the said crime took place, which was intruding in someone's privacy and sniffing on someone's underwear and such. Now the accused, what does he say about this claim?"

His lawyer, all fancy one, stood up straight while Edward sat down still, and the lawyer said

"Not guilty your honour on all charges."

"Well to tell you the truth then, sonny, the owners had video cameras on their property and inside of the house aswell, and so when they came home after Isabella and Clay Spears who accused you doing these crimes, they gave a call to the owners of the house; Thomas and Arianna Nelson, who came rushing home from their vacation and they went straight to check all their equipments of cameras that they legally obtain and could have up and running in their place, and there on the cameras they got to see how you even got inside of the house and then also you on the bed, with Mrs Isabella Spears' underwear and whatnot in your face and arms, and sniffing like a mad man on drugs. So you are already deep trouble of lying and saying you are not guilty, as the evidence speaks for itself for what you did."

Many in the room aswell with Isabella and Clay were in deep shock and disgust now hearing all these details, as Arianna was visable trying not to be sick again like Bella was also on her end. Clay held her waist gently, rubbing her back, while their family around them tried to be supportive and helpful if necessary, as the judge then said

"Isabella, Clay Spears, are you here too?" At that both of them, said

"Yes, your honour we are here and heard everything so far." Making the judge nod his head, as most were wondering from where they were talking from, as the judge said

"Isabella, since the items that he was clearly into sniffing and whatnot with them, I want to hear your part of the story of all this, so please."

Bella nodded, then said

"He and I used to date back in high school, and after a distrasous birthday party that I never wanted to have in first place, he broke up with me in the forest behind my father's house. And after that, I was a zombie for months and had screaming nightmares of him leaving me in the darkness of the forest too, but after I graduated from high school, I got recommend to move away and have a therapist for my issues were still there and very deep in me. With therapy I learn alot about myself, that I hadn't gotten to address before, one of things were abandonment, I was terrified of being abandoned by peoples weither it was loved ones like my parents or in this case of a boyfriend like himself once was. And to be frank and honest, I had thoughts at the time of my therapy beginning of killing myself. I was that bad off at the time of graduation and going away to college in South Dakota. But unlike himself, with time and effort of my own, I was able to get over what had happened and actually meet my now husband next to me, who knows it all too as we were very honest and open about everything about ourselves. He also got to go to my therapy sessions, and get some his own advises on how to help me out on my bad days and so forth. Clay and I got married 2 years later in a very beautiful ceremony in his parents' backyard. So unlike Edward Cullen, I was able to move on and grow up, and also find true love in someone who loved me for who I am, and not what I could have been for his own sick mind of what a woman should be like is nothing like I am at all."

Making the judge nod his head, as Bella took a drink pause, and Edward sat in his seat in shocked anger and disbelief to hear her story of painful past and how she was able to move on and be free to be who she truly is. Clay rubbed her back gently, as the judge said

"Clay are you also there?"

"Yes, your honour I am here too."

"Now I want to know your reaction to what you saw the day of this crime took place?"

"Well we had been at the grocery store in Forks, and when we came home, nothing looked disturbed or anything of sorts, so we went inside and put the groceries away, and Isabella went upstairs to get to our room for she needed a nap at the time, and when I heard her scream out "What the hell are you doing here, you sick fucker Edward Cullen?!" And when I heard that, I took of like bat upstairs and to find Isabella gagging and looking rather green, she took off to the bathroom to be violently sick she was in the beginning of her pregnancy, and I took Edward Cullen by neck collar, and while doing so Isabella had called the cops to come over, and I took him outside and threw him on the sidewalk while yelling what the hell is wrong with you boy, and also when he heard the sirens, he wanted to take off like a coward he truly is like, so I kept my hold on him, for he was going to get his ass handed off to the cops and take the punishment if he thinks he is a man when he never was one either. For he is coward and just a little boy who is hurt that his ex-girlfriend have moved on and gotten a new life that has nothing to do with him or his fucked up family either. For they all are screwed up in their heads to think Isabella was still the same girl they met back when all of them were just 17, then they are dead-wrong in that belief. For my wife, Isabella, is the strongest woman I know and love more than anything, and she doesnt take anything from anyone's shit anymore, for she is stronger than that. She is no door-mat to think of walking over anymore."

Making the judge twitch his lips at the small swear-words he used in his speech, but he had serious look over a smile or angry frown on his face, and he said

"Alright then I have heard enough of all this, so I will say this, Mr Edward Cullen, you are hereby sentenced to 40 years in prison for breaking in and making sexual innedeuos on a married woman's clothes, you are also to be registered as sexual offender, and will be placed in a MAX prison to sit your time, your family will not be allowed to see you through these years in prison for it will be without parole chances to get out sooner than 40 years. You also will have no contact with Isabella Spears either, as you are banned for life to have any contact with her either. You will also pay both Nelsons and Spears couple 2 million each as payment for the pain and suffering you did to both of them. So Mote It Be."

And he banged the gable onto his table, and while Edward went screaming away in handcuffs and his family was shocked to the point of not seeing that Volturi's had arrived to take them away from Forks too. While Bella and her family was cheering happily, so was the Nelson family who was shocked to hear they would be paid 2 millions for the damage and suffering of this boy.

Everyone else in town would learn all about this verdict later when they heard the ones who had been in court that day, talk about it in public café to celebrate with the Nelson's.
