So here is the next chapter of Dragon Emperor Hero! Onto the review replies!
Animefan13579: You certainly have an interesting thought process! To be honest, I'm still not sure where Divine Dividing is going to come into play. There are a lot of options, that is for sure, but your ideas certainly have merit.
Guest: I really like Kyoka as a character, so she is my favorite of the girls of class 1-A and I also love stories that have Izuku paired with her. It doesn't help that growing up in the early 2000s that the goth/emo lifestyle was at its peak and I loved the culture. And ended up marrying my own BTGGF.
Abyssal Black: I'm glad you like it!
Barut12717: You'll get what you get. Total word count was over 3K on this chapter alone, of course that is counting AN's, but still. I also like longer chapters but the story goes where the story goes, I can't keep it going when the chapter ends naturally.
Gurguit99: Thank you very much for your kind words! And the reason for Katsuki being this way is going to be explored in this chapter before we get to the beach, since I know you and many others were more than likely confused about this change.
Ryuujin96: Thank you very much! It has honestly been a very long time since I did any writing, so I'm glad I haven't lost my touch. Like I mentioned in the other review, we will explore why Katsuki seemed to change so quickly in this chapter. As for a love interest, that will certainly happen, I'm honestly just not sure WHEN it will happen. I honestly like letting the story lead me where it wants to go.
Now onto chapter three!

Katsuki was sitting up in the bed of his hospital room, already awake from the adrenaline loss making him crash and pass out after only a couple of hours. He was staring down at his hands, thinking back to every single time he used his quirk against Izuku, from when he first got it to just earlier that same day before they left school. He was thinking about how Izuku acted towards him from their childhood and back to today again. The blonde's shoulders shook as his eyes began filling with tears of his own, his voice matching his shoulders. "That damn nerd… he never was looking down on me. He was just trying to be a friend, a friend I didn't deserve. Even after all of that shit I put him through, he STILL came to help me when the heroes wouldn't do a damn thing. What kind of hero tells people to take a swan dive off of a roof?"
Gripping the blankets in his hands, the tears finally began to fall, sobs working their way out of his throat. Katsuki spent the rest of the time he was in the hospital before his parents came to get him thinking over his entire life since he got his quirk. While riding in the back seat of his parents car, looking out into the crowds of people on the sidewalk, Katsuki came to a decision. He would apologize to Izuku and become the type of person who the public would look at the same way they looked at All Might. Looking forward to his parents, who were quiet the whole ride and recognizing that their son needed his space in his thoughts, he spoke up to get their attention. "Mom, Dad… I think I need to see a therapist."
Mitsuki and Masaru looked at each other in surprise before Masaru looked back at Katsuki in the rear view mirror. "Sure thing, son. I'll start making calls tomorrow. Just remember that we're here to help you, too."
Katsuki nodded before turning back to looking out his window, his eyes not seeing anything but Izuku running up to help him.

Takobah Beach used to be a beautiful place before it started getting used as a dump site when a villain attack caused a large amount of junk and trash to end up washing on to the beach, causing nearby residents to also use it to start dumping their own trash. This was where Izuku was told to meet All Might, and it was where the green haired teen was currently standing and waiting for the Symbol of Peace to show up. Glancing around and seeing all of the trash and junked appliances, along with what looks like a car hidden under some larger pieces of debris, Izuku couldn't help but wonder what All Might was thinking when he said to meet him here.
Hearing his name be called behind him, Izuku turned to find All Might in his skinny form walking up to the young teen. All Might had his usual smile when he managed to make it to the teen. "Good morning, Young Midoriya. Glad to see you got here before i did. Now, im betting you're woncering why we are at this poor excuse for a beach?"
Izuku just nodded his head, knowing that there wasn't much to add to that statement.
All Might grinned wider and turned towards the beach, his arms spread out wide at the area in front of him. "Because this is where you'll begin your training, that's why! From what you and Ddraig told me of your new powers, the stronger you are in your base level, the higher your strength will become when you Boost. Therefore, we're going to train your body! Moving all of this garbage and junk will strengthen your body and your endurance, along with teaching you another aspect of being a hero. In times long since passed, heroes were not paid the way they are now and therefore they did more to help out their communities, often doing many and various acts of community service. This will help cement that in your mind, as well as helping yout physical strength. Are you ready to get started, Young Midoriya?"
Izuku couldn't fight off the grin on his face even if he wanted to when he heard All Might's lesson and reasoning. Bowing before the Number One Hero, Izuku confirmed his readiness to start. "Yes, All Might, I'm more than ready!"
Coughing slightly, and looking around nervously, Toshinori spoke up. "Please not so loud, Young Midoriya. When I'm in this form please call me Toshinori Yagi."
Blushing slightly, Izuku nodded quickly and muttered a quick apology. Toshinori grinned and began instructing Izuku on where to start moving the garbage and giving him pointers on how to move things more effectively without hurting himself.

Izuku would spend every available moment working out his body to get his base strength as high as he could, using his quirk every other week to help clean the beach faster and to get an understanding on how to handle his strength once its been Boosted. He didn't want try to stop a villain and accidentally decapitate them with a Boosted punch, after all. He had tried to veer off the path and schedule All Might had set up for him to try and get the best results possible faster, but Ddraig was quick to nip that plan in the bud. Izuku still heard the dragon's words when he thinks about pushing himself past what he could handle.
"Izuku, while it is admirable that you want to excel and be the best you can, if you try and do this it will cause damage to your body and push you backwards instead of forwards like you want. If you try to do this I WILL speak up when we next meet with Toshinori."
Hearing his partner dress him down in such a way made the verdette feel ashamed for what he tried to do, but he quickly agreed to not try that again.
In the end, it only took Izuku eight months to clean the beach, making it picture perfect again. Toshinori stood on the edge of the beach, looking around with a massive grin on his face as Izuku was laid out beside him on the sand, a tired grin on his face at his accomplishment. Looking down at his protoge, Toshinori felt pride welling up in his chest. "This kid sure is something else."
Clearing his throat, he got Izuku's attention, making the teen stand up in front of his mentor. "Well, Young Midoriya, you finished cleaning the beach much faster than i expected you to, but i am immensely proud of you because of that. Looking at you now and how you were when we first started, you wouldn't believe it was yourself standing in front of you. You have done well in training your body to handle your quirk."
Toshinori's words rang true. When Izuku first started, he was a skinny and frail looking boy. Now he was well muscled, the same muscles showing much strength in themselves despite how young he was. Toshinori grinned down at his student before holding his hand out to Izuku, a strange orb of rainbow light appearing in his palm. "I will admit i had ulterior motives in training you, Young Midoriya. Along with training you to handle your own quirk, i wanted you to become my successor. You see, my quirk was not one i was born with. It was given to me by my own mentor."
All Might proceeded to give Izuku the history of his quirk, One for All, leaving the boy and the dragon in awe at what they had learned. They couldn't believe what they were hearing. A stockpiling quirk that could be transferred to a different person and getting stronger and stronger as time went by? That was insane!
Well, no more insane than Izuku having a dragon living in a gauntlet that was originally hidden within in soul until he manifested enough will power to unlock it, anyway.
Izuku was going to accept it, why wouldn't he? His hero was offering him the chance to become his successor! Before he could speak up, Ddraig intervened quickly.
"As much as that offer is appreciated, Toshinori, it would be detrimental to Izuku to take in your quirk. You talk about how this power has been passed on for generations. Your strength is incredible, you are capable of changing the weather with a punch. I Boost Izuku's power, doubling his strength with every Boost. Imagine what would happen if Izuku had your quirk and used the Boosted Gear to double the power. It would tear him apart at the seams."
Both Izuku and Toshinori went pale at that mental image. For all he's worth, Izuku would never be able to handle DOUBLE of All Might's power just from a single Boost alone. The student and the teacher made rather shaky eye contact, Toshinori speaking up with definite regret and fear in his voice. "I-I think you should not take this power, Young Midoriya."
Izuku nodded fervently, not trusting himself to open his mouth at how queasy he felt from that mental picture of himself exploding just from a simple punch.
Taking a deep breath to calm his nerves, the blonde skeleton man spoke to the dragon. "Thank you for your warning Ddraig. I had honestly not thought of that. Is there anything you can recommend for Young Midoriya's training for the next two months? You are the expert for his quirk after all."
Sighing in relief, Ddraig hummed in thought before speaking up once again. "There was a skill a previous host of mine had developed. He called it the Dragon Shot. it involves him taking the energy from boosting and bringing it to form a sphere in front of the host, then punching it and releasing a powerful blast of energy. The only issue is that it is VERY destructive. I believe if Izuku makes smaller spheres of energy, he could make less powerful blasts that shouldn't cause as much or any property damage. There is another form to the Boosted gear, but Izuku is not ready for that yet. Maybe in a year he might achieve that power, especially at the rate he is growing. I believe that training the Dragon Shot and weaker versions of it would be the best way to train these next two months."
Toshinori nodded before looking back to Izuku. "You've done well, Young Midoriya. We will begin training in this Dragon Shot in a week. Take the time to relax and enjoy yourself. You have more than earned it."
Izuku smiled and nodded his head. "Of course, Mr. Yagi. thank you for the offer, even though i ended up not being able to accept it. I am still incredibly honored. I'll see you in a week, Mr. Yagi."
Giving his mentor a bow, Izuku began walking away with his mentor watching him, thinking over his options for his quirk now. Sighing, he pulled out his phone and looked at the number for his old sidekick. He considered calling him, taking him up on his suggestion for the receiver of his quirk. Toshinori decided against it, in the end. Shaking his head, he put his phone back in his pocket and began walking away. "No, while this Togota sounds like a good kid, he's already had his debut and is starting to become very well known. Him gaining One for All would draw too much attention to him not having control of his quirk so suddenly. I guess i will just have to look into the Hero Course students when the new year at UA start."

Alright, so here is the third chapter. I know everyone was curious about Bakugo apologizing last chapter, and i wanted to show how he got to that point.
We also see Izuku being offered OFA and being unable to accept it. I wonder who will end up getting OFA instead? Guess we will just have to wait and see.
If you enjoyed the story, please let me know in a review!
