It was a normal day at Aldera middle school. Izumi Midoriya was in class, writing down whatever the teacher jotted down on the board. The bell rang, just as the student got up to leave, the teacher stopped them to announce something. "It's time for you guys to start thinking about your futures! You all wanna be heroes I assume, so why hand these forms out!" The teacher declared openly. It seemed that his prediction was correct because the classroom suddenly erupted, students showing off their quirks. Izuku wagged his tail, also seeming excited. This went on all a while before the teacher quieted them down, reminded them that they were not allowed to use their quirks in school and allowed them to leave. As he got up to leave though, a certain student slammed his hand on his desk, grabbing his hero notebook and glared at him in disgust. That student was none other than Tetsuo Munakata, whose quirk is called 'Kaiju', which allows him to transform into a Kaiju, granting him super strength and durability.

He is also a prick. At the start of their first year, which was when they met, he beat up Izuku all because he wanted to showcase his power. What he was not aware of is that he got stronger after due to his Saiyan blood which both were not aware that he had. That same blood caused him to be frustrated with the insults to.

"Well, well, well, the stupid monkey is at it again. Hoping that your weak quirk will make you a hero?" Tetsuo spat out, every word meant to be rude. He looks at the notebook before smirking, "Hero analysis for my future? For what future? A cashier at a grocery store?" While he partially transformed and tore the notebook apart. Seeing the look on his face was more than satisfying, so Tetsuo signalled to his friend that they are done here. Before they left, however, Tetsuo yelled "IF YOU WANNA BETTER QUIRK THEN TAKE A SWAN DIVE OFF THE ROOF! THAT'S MY ADVICE FOR YA!"

"That dumbass! That's bullying to su1c1de! He would get charged for that!" He muttered while walking home. "But I will still keep my head up!"

Unfortunately for him, he became a target of a villain.

All of sudden, some weird slime encompassed his body, clinging on to him as if its life depended on it. Izuku tried to fight back, but to no avail, while the villain said " Don't worry kid, it will all be over in 45 seconds. I'm just hijacking your body."

" Am I dying?" That is all Izuku could think.

He glanced at the remains of his notebook, a memory flashing in his head.

It was an old clip.

More specifically, All mights debut.

Little Izuku was watching the clip in excitement, clenching his All might figure. His mom, Inko stood beside him.

"When I grow up, I wanna be just like him!" he said excitedly.

"FEAR NOT KID.."

"Huh"

That voice...sounds familiar...

"FOR I AM HERE!"

Wait... is that All might?

"TEXAS...SMASH!!!!"

The villain was gone. But Izuku didn't care.

Because the person who saved his life was non-other than his idol, All might, his muscular body towering over Izuku.

"YOU OKAY? EXCELLENT! APOLOGIES FOR GETTING YOU CAUGHT IN MY VILLIAN HUNT, BUT THANKS TO YOU I HAVE MANAGED TO CAPTURE HIM!" he proclaimed. Meanwhile, Izuku was scurrying to find his notebook for an autograph. But it appears that All might has already signed it for him.

"NOW THEN, I MUST HURRY. I HAVE TO BRING THIS FELLOW TO THE POLICE. THANKS FOR YOUR SUPPORT." All might yelled, taking off. Little did he know, Izuku latched on to his leg before he took off. The number one hero only noticed this mid-jump.

"YOUNG MAN CAN YOU PLEASE RELEASE ME!"

"But I will die if I let go!"

"FAIR POINT"

"I...just want...to ask you...so many things"

"Heh, that damn monkey, thinking that he could be a hero? How delusional must he be?" Tetsuo said as he was walking home with his friends.

"Yeah man, but you went a bit too far today." One of them said.

"Anyways, want a smo-" The other friend pause before being paralysed in fear.

Tetsuo looked at his friend in confusion, unaware of the danger behind him.

"Can someone like me with a weak quirk, be a hero like you?" Izuku said shyly, dropping his tail.

Before All might begin his sentence, he realised that who the boy was. All might did not know all the details, but one thing he did know is that he was not human. The details of the event which was now named 'The pod incident' have been kept hidden from the public, but being the no.1 hero, allowed him to hear small snippets, such as two of the kids found being raised at UA.

He probably thought that the reason that the kid called his tail a quirk was either that he thought that All might knew nothing, or that the boy himself knows nothing.

He was too caught up in his thoughts to realise that his time limit was up. As soon as he realised that, he automatically went into his skinny form.

Safe to say, Izuku was shocked.

"Ar-are you an imposter? A fake? So thin!"

"I am All might. You know how people hold their gut in the pool? It's like that." he explained in an attempt to reassure his identity.

"No way" Was all Izuku could muster. Was this truly All mights real form?

He was then met with an ugly sight. All might has lifted his shirt to reveal a horrifying scar that spread across his entire chest. All Izuku could do is stare in horror.

"Ugly, isn't it?" All might continued, studying his reaction. " I got this from a villain five years ago, add on the surgeries after that, I've wasted away. I can only do hero work for three hours now."

"Five year's ago.." Izuku wondered," Oh! So was it Toxic Chainsaw?!"

"Well, you have certainly done your homework! But no, the fight was never made public because I asked it to be. A symbol of peace who saves people must never be daunted by evil. A pro should always be ready to risk thier life. Without power, can one become a hero? No. It's not appreciated much, but becoming a police officer is always an option."

Upon hearing that last sentence, Izukus heart sunk deep. He did not notice all might leaving.

As all might went downstairs he checked if the villain was still secured.

He wasn't.

Then he heard an explosion.

"Even the best said it." Izuku walked down the street. He then passed a crowd surrounding a familiar sight. He decided to check the scene out. As Izuku got closer to the scene, he heard that the villain was the slime guy that attacked him and he was gripping a middle schooler the same way he held Izuku, TONs of excuses from pro heroes such as Kamui Woods weakness to fire that was at the scene and that All might was in town. When he got close enough, he realised who the hostage was.

It was Tetsuo in his full kaiju form.

Izukus legs move before he could think. The next thing he knew, he was trying to get his middle school bully out. A small part of him says that he deserved it, but he ignored those thoughts. Bully or not, he needed to be saved.

"Why you?" Tetsuo spit out while trying to get out.

Because you looked like you needed saving" Izuku replied.

His arm was then grabbed by...All might?!

"I SHOULD PRACTICE THE LESSON THAT I HAVE GAVE YOU YOUNG MAN. A PRO HERO SHOULD ALWAYS BE READY TO RISK THEIR LIFE!" And with one swing, The symbol of peace baten the villain.

Izuku walked home after getting scolded by the heroes for putting himself in danger. He then was stopped by All might.

"All might! What are you doing here?" Izuku asked.

"Well, I have come to revise what I have said earlier. If is was not for you, timid and with a weak quirk, I would have never beaten the villain. Many heroes said that their bodies moved before they could think! In other words, you can become a hero."

That was the greatest phrase Izuku Midoriya has ever heard in his life.
