Screens all over the world are showing their regular programs when suddenly, their screens are switched to a figure floating in the blue sky.
It's a clearly feminine figure with white hair and a large white cloak. Her eyes are a shade of amber and her skin is a mocha brown.
"I am Ramlethal Valentine. I declare war on the entire world. All who are unworthy to stand upon it will be eradicated."
"The future of humanity… is the past." With that said, she released a devilish smile filled with razor sharp teeth.

Izuku had just turned on his T.V. screen when the announcement came on.
It was shocking to see someone declare war on the entire world, but someone strong enough could do it.
That's worrying isn't it? Someone strong enough to challenge the world and possibly win?
'I'll train. I'll train as hard as I can to try and prevent the world's destruction!'
'I will stop her, no matter how weak I am!'
