Ohio Valley Wrestling, OVW for short, is an American professional wrestling promotion based in Louisville, Kentucky. OVW was initially a member promotion of the National Wrestling Alliance, or NWA for short, from its inception in 1993 until 2000, when it became the primary developmental territory for the WWF.

And it was here that George had come to see if there was any competitor here that could potentially be in the WWF sometime in the future. OVW was the starting point for several wrestlers that looked to go into the WWF butt hey had to show they had the talent, the potential to be in the WWF. It surprised George, well not really surprising anymore actually, that the wrestlers here looked to come to WWF instead of WCW, obviously because WCW was very much going downhill and into the sea at this point.

George walked through the corridors, dressed in a short-sleeved Metallica shirt, a black leather jacket, dark blue jeans and black military-style boots. He eventually came into the area where the ring was set up and currently saw a match was taking place. Spotting Tazz not too far away, george walked over to the man.

"Who's wrestling?" George asked, getting straight to the point as he watched the tag-team match taking place.

"It's Brock Lesnar and Shelton Benjamin vs Sean Casey and Chris Michaels." Tazz replied, handing George a file on Brock Lesnar. "Take a look at this kid. He's got the potential."

George opened the file and started reading. "I see. Born in Webster, South Dakota, on July 12, 1977. At the age of 17, Lesnar joined the Army National Guard and he was assigned to an office job after his red-green colorblindness was deemed hazardous to his desire to work with explosives. He was discharged after failing a computer typing test and later worked for a construction company." George turned a page and it showed Lesnar's wrestling background. "Let's see... he attended High School playing football[ and he competed in amateur wrestling, placing third in the state championships his senior year. He then went to Bismarck State College, where he won the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) heavyweight wrestling championship in his sophomore year. Lesnar attended Bismarck State College for two years before transferring to the University of Minnesota on a wrestling scholarship, Shelton Benjamin is his roommate as well as assisting coach."

Tazz nodded. "He also won the NCAA Division I heavyweight wrestling championship his senior year after being the runner-up to Stephen Neal the year prior."

"Impressive." George hummed as he turned his gaze back to the match, watching Brock dominate it before tagging in Benjamin. "What else you think about this guy?"

"Well, he shouldn't be doing what they got him down here doing." Tazz scoffed with a headshake, gaining George's attention. "They gave him the worse advise ever, such as telling him to stand in the ring and do nothing, just let people bounce off him."

George frowned at this. Brock had the potential, and would be a great wrestler if steered in the right direction.

Eventually the match ended with Brock and Benjamin winning and the duo left the ring and head to the lockers. George eventually got Brock alone, the man having just gotten dressed in normal clothing.

"Gotta admit, that was impressive." George said, getting Brock's attention and he saw the kid's eyes briefly widen in recognition. George extended his hand. "George Edwards, known as the Bladewolf on WWF."

"Brock Lesnar." Brock introduced himself.

"Saw your match there and I see you have potential to be a wrestler in the WWF but you the guys down here telling you shitty advice? You don't want to take that." George said.

"Yeah, I know." brock nodded. "But I'm listening to what they're telling me. I knwow hen to speak up and when not to."

George shook his head. "Let me introduce you to a guy that i know has the best advice. Come with me."

It took George a couple of minutes, but he eventually found Paul Heyman's office and knocked on it and got a reply to come in, so George and Brock entered to see Heyman on his phone, typing but had looked up when they entered.

"Hey Paul. This is Brock Lesnar." George introduced the two men. "brock here is a guy I see being in the WWF, a main eventer, but the advice he's being given down here? It'll ruin him."

"What kind of advice?" Paul frowned.

George told him and Brock added his input to add truth to what George said. Paul spoke with Brock and told him that he'll speak to Vince about this, to which brock liked and thanked him.

George walked off when Brock caught up to him. "Hey man... thanks for the help." Brock said. George could see Brock wasn't exactly a social person, might not be the type to be around large groups of people.

But he nodded. "Anything else happens, you tell me or Paul. I see a lot of potential in you, and I mean WWF Championship material, even WrestleMania Main Event if steered right. Just know this, anyone ever says WWF wouldn't see you as a big star for them, you tell them that the Bladewolf thinks so and they'll shut the fuck up."

Brock smiled a bit and the two talked some more, getting to know each other a bit, before they eventually parted ways. Though George told Brock that he hoped to see him across the ring with him in the WWF...

This chapter was just to show that George does help out with potential superstars, and one such is Brock Lesnar. I don't hate Brock, guy's part-time for a reason right now. Brock's a great wrestler and does his job well. So this chapter was about George meeting Brock and helping the guy out. Because thanks to Paul Heyman, we learned that Brock was being giving shit advice and it was Tazz who brought Brock to Paul but I changed that.
