SmackDown was live at the Freedom Hall in Louisville, Kentucky, just 72 hours from Judgment Day where fans will see the Bladewolf fight Stone Cold Steve Austin for the WWF Championship inside Hell in a Cell.
OOOOOOWHOOOOOO!
The pyro exploded and then Rollin played to a loud pop before the Undertaker, Kane and the Bladewolf walked out together, the Bladeowlf looking very, very pissed off as the Brothers of Destruction enter the ring and Bladewolf has his baseball bat in hand as he looks ready to pummel somebody with it. The Undertaker says something to him and Bladewolf nods as he takes deep breaths before grabbing a microphone as Undertaker's theme dies down.
"I ain't in a talking mood tonight, so I'm going to make this short and sweet." Bladewolf said as he paced. "Last Monday night, some sorry bastard called the Cincinnati PD and told them that my girlfriend was in a car wreck. and then this same person decided to call Trish and tell her that her mother was in a wreck."
"What?" Cole asked as he and Tazz shared a look with each other.
Bladewolf continued to pace as his brothers watched him. "We've come to find out everybody's just fine. Trish is fine, her mother's fine, there was now wreck."
"Well than goodness." Cole said with relief.
"But I'll tell you all right now..." Bladeowlf continued. "When i find the bastard that did this, they are going to wish that they were in a car wreck, because what I'm going to do to them is gonna be far worse than any damn car wreck!"
"He is livid." Cole said.
"He's angry man." Tazz nodded.
"You see the pain that i felt Monday, this person is going to feel that pain so many times over that they will be unable to imagine what I'm going to put them through." Bladewolf said. "Now that brings me to the question: Who did it? I got one suspect after what he said on RAW... and I say it's that bald-headed, no good gutless bastard, Austin!"
"The Bladewolf is accusing Austin!" Cole exclaimed.
"So if it is Austin, I got some questions I want to ask him and he better have the right damn answers." Bladewolf said. "Because when he gets here tonight... his ass is mine! I've already warned him, you mess with my family and I will hurt you. So Austin, believe this, when you talked Monday night about the rumours of my girlfriend's mangled face... I want you to understand that if you don't have the right answers, the rumours about mangled faces and broken bodies... will become a reality."
Kane raised his arms and threw them down, causing fire to explode from the turnbuckles as the Bladewolf leaves the ring and storms up the ramp to the back.
Jeff Hardy, Matt Hardy and Lita got ready for their match in the locker room area, and they talked about whether they could trust Eddie Guerrero. As Team Extreme talked, Eddie walked up to them and said he wouldn't trust him either!
Guerrero teamed with the Hardys next in six-man action, as the trio took on Perry Saturn, Dean Malenko and Jerry Lynn. One of the big stories in the match was that Guerrero was against Saturn and Malenko, his former partners in the Radicalz.
In fact, Guerrero won the bout for his team by forcing Malenko to tap out to his new submission hold - the Lasso from El Paso.
Stone Cold and Debra arrived at the arena, and moments later, the couple talked in the locker room. Suddenly, Commissioner William Regal barged in and told Austin how furious the Bladewolf was. Stone Cold asked how the Bladewolf's girlfriend was, and Regal told Austin that it had all been a hoax - and the Bladewolf blamed the Rattlesnake for it! Stone Cold was irate at being accused of such a thing.
Next up, the Big Show took on Bradshaw. Faarooq joined Michael Cole and Tazz for commentary, and as the match got underway, Test strolled down to the ringside area, distracting the Big Show. Soon, the referee was distracted, and Test climbed into the ring and kicked Big Show's teeth in! A Clothesline from Hell later, Bradshaw pinned the 500-pound monster!
William Regal was shown backstage with some backstage officials. "We can't let the Bladewolf get to Austin! We can't let-" Regal spotted the Bladewolf coming around the corner. "Here he is!"
"Bladeowlf stop!" multiple men shouted as they tried to keep him back but Bladewolf shoved them aside.
Bladewolf opened the door to Austin's locker room and stormed in, spotting Austin right away. "AUSTIN! YOU SICK SON OF A BITCH!"
Bladewolf clobbers Austin onto the couch and starts hammering away until Regal and the others pull him off but Bladewolf shoves them back but is held back as Austin tries to get his attention.
"I didn't do it!" Austin shouted. "I had nothing to do with that! Listen to me! LISTEN! If I did it, if I did it, would I be here today? No I would not!"
"Come here!" Bladewolf lunged for Austin and managed to grab his shirt collar.
"i know who did it! I know who did it!" Austin shouted, causing Bladewolf to pause and release him.
"You better talk, Austin, you better talk fast." Bladewolf warned him.
Austin nods and says. "It was Triple H." This made Bladewolf pause with surprise then furious anger. "Think about it, he had me run over with a car once, he hates you more than anything. He made the phone calls, he did it all. Let me talk some sense into you, he called the officer, he called Trish, he set it all up, he set me up. I would not do that to you, I would not mess with your girlfriend. All I care about is this Sunday. if you're worried about that, I can understand that, but I didn't have nothing to do with it."
"Austin if you're lying to me... I'm going to fucking kill you." Bladewolf said darkly before he walks out the locker room.
Michael Cole and Tazz then announced a Tag Team Turmoil match for Judgment Day - involving Edge & Christian, the Dudley Boyz, the Hardy Boyz, APA, X-Factor and the Radicalz. The winner of this bout will be the No. 1 Contenders for the Tag Team Championship, currently held by the Two-Man Power Trip.
The Bladewolf was backstage with Undertaker and Kane, talking on the phone to the Cincinnati PD.
"Freaking hold." Bladewolf muttered to himself. "Sergeant, it's Bladewolf. Did you find anything out for me?... uh-huh. Wha- Both of them? Is that right? Cellphone, huh? Alright, thanks." He hung up and looked at Kane and Undertaker. "Both calls, one to Trish, the other to the Cincinnati police were done by cellphone... Triple H's cellphone."
Kane clenched his chain as Undertaker shakes his head. "That boy is begging for a death wish."
Coach asked Kurt Angle if he had chosen the stipulations for the Medals Match this Sunday at Judgment Day. Angle said he had - and it was a doozy.
Regal was in his office on the phone to someone when the Bladewolf enters and takes the phone, putting it down and sits on the desk.
"i need you to do something for me." Bladewolf said. "When triple H gets here, I want him in a match tonight, understood?"
"Y-Yes sure, I'll give you that." Regal nodded.
"No, no, no." Bladewolf shakes his head, "There's more. So that everything is legal and I don't go to jail tonight, I want the match to be a No Holds Barred match, because what I'm going to do to him... I will go to jail for."
"You got it." regal nodded. "You have your match against Triple H, No Holds Barred."
"Good." Bladewolf said before he walks off.
In tag-team action, Commissioner Regal and Kurt Angle took on Chris Benoit and Rikishi. Prior to the bout, Angle said he had the perfect match in mind for Judgment Day. He called out Benoit, and when the Wolverine walked to the stage, Angle said the match would be a straight-up wrestling match with no crazy stipulations. Benoit said the idea sucked - and then suggested a 2-out-of-3 falls encounter - with the first fall being pins only, the second fall being submissions only, and the third fall being a Ladder Match, with the medals suspended above the ring! Angle agreed to the stipulations!
In the ensuing tag match, Angle hit the Olympic Slam on Benoit, but instead of going for the pin, a disgusted Angle reached down Benoit's tights and took back his gold medals! But as Angle celebrated, Benoit snuck up from behind and locked in the Crossface! Angle's body was wracked with pain, and he had no choice but to drop the gold medals and to tap out, giving Benoit and Rikishi the win! Benoit then grabbed the gold medals and left!
Triple H and Stephanie arrived at the arena moments later, and everyone they ran into gave them the cold shoulder.
Moments later, the Game asked Paul Heyman why everyone was acting so strange. Heyman said that the entire locker room was mad at Triple H after what he had done. Triple H had no idea what Heyman was talking about, and when Heyman filled him in on the evening's activities thus far, the Game was irate at the Rattlesnake!
In a non-title Handicap Match, Chyna took on Molly Holly and Ivory. The Ninth Wonder of the World won the bout, pinning Ivory after a powerbomb. After the match, Lita ran to the ring and raised Chyna's hand, and then surprisingly, Eddie Guerrero walked to the stage and applauded!
Triple H marched into Stone Cold's locker room and demanded an explanation. The Rattlesnake said he wanted nothing to do with Triple H, and that their alliance was over. Stone Cold said he was the World Wrestling Federation Champion, and the Game was nothing but a cheap-shot artist.
The Game promised Austin that he had nothing to do with it - and Austin reminded Triple H of when he had promised that he had nothing to do with Austin being run over with a car, which turned out to be a lie. An irate Game again vowed his innocence, and before leaving the Rattlesnake's locker room, he said that their fight wasn't over.
Next up, Chris Jericho took on Edge. Y2J was still suffering the after-effects of a minor concussion he suffered on Monday's RAW IS WAR, the result of a con-chair-to. Jericho was able to get it together for the bout, however, and he seemed to have the match won with the Walls of Jericho. But Christian distracted the ref, allowing Edge to nail Y2J with a chair when Jericho went for the Lionsault. Three seconds later, Edge had scored the pinfall victory!
Triple H went into Commissioner Regal's office and declared his innocence. The Game demanded that the commissioner cancel his match against the Bladewolf. He reminded Regal who the Game's wife and father-in-law were. A stone-faced Regal got right in Triple H's face, saying that he would not cancel the match, and he hoped Bladewolf would hurt him badly for what he had done.
Lilian Garcia interviewed Chris Jericho, and Y2J said that if Edge & Christian were in the Tag Team Turmoil match at Judgment Day, then so was he. He said that he didn't have a partner just yet, but he promised to erase E&C's Tag Team Championship dreams this Sunday.
Debra approached Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley and said she hoped Triple H would get his head bashed in later in the night. Stephanie told Debra that her husband had been framed.
Molly Holly approached her cousin Hardcore and asked if his match with Spike Dudley on SmackDown! had anything to do with her conversation with Spike last week. Hardcore said that Crash was right - for once - and that Spike was not to be trusted, since the Dudleys like to put women through tables. Hardcore said he was going to finish the job on SmackDown, and that Molly would thank him one day.
Bladewolf was backstage with his brothers, pacing back and fourth before he looked at Kane. "Look, I'm going to apologize right now. Your match against Triple H this Sunday, it probably won't happen after I get through him. I ain't gonna hold back and I hope you understand that, I gotta do what I gotta do to take care of the family, alright?"
Kane nods in understanding. "Go beat that boy up so bad he'll regret messing with this family." Undertaker said. "We'll stand by and keep an eye out for Austin, wouldn't be surprised if he attempts anything tonight."
Bladewolf nods and walks off.
Next up, Spike Dudley - accompanied by Bubba Ray and D-Von - took on Hardcore Holly, who was seconded by Crash. Hardcore pinned Spike following a huge slam, but after the match, Bubba Ray and D-Von gave Crash a 3-D!
As Triple H was getting ready for his match with the Bladewolf, Stephanie suddenly remembered that Stone Cold had asked to borrow Triple H's cell phone on Monday! The Game was irate, but said it was too late to do anything about it now. He then grabbed a chain and walked away for his No Holds Barred match with the Bladewolf.
OOOOOOWHOOOOOO!
'Oh, ah, ah, ah, ah! Get up, come on get down with the sickness!'
Down with the Sickness by Disturbed played to a loud pop from the fans and out comes the Bladewolf to a big pop from the crowd as he starts making his way down towards the ring.
"Could we be looking at the next WWF Champion Sunday at Judgment Day?" Cole asked. "The Bladewolf meets Stone Cold inside Hell in a Cell with the title on the line! But Tazz, tonight, it's about revenge, no holds barred against Triple H."
Tazz nods. "That's right. Bladewolf ain't thinking about Sunday, he's thinking about revenge, he's thinking about taking out the Game."
"And what about the shocking news we heard moments ago? Austin used triple H's cellphone on Monday night. Was it Austin all along?" Cole asked.
Bladewolf enters the ring and paces inside, taking off his coat and tossing it out the ring. Bladewolf adjusts his elbow pads as he continues to pace and his theme dies down.
Triple H's theme hits to boos from the crowd and out comes the WWF Intercontinental and Tag Team Champion.
"The following No Holds Barred is scheduled for one-fall. Making his way to the ring, from Greenwich, Connecticut, weighing 260 lbs, he is one half of the World Wrestling Federation Tag Team Champions and the Intercontinental Champion... TRIPLE H! Tony Chimel announced.
Bladewolf, impatient, exits the ring and runs up and floors Triple H with a clothesline.
'Ding! Ding! Ding!'
"Bladewolf wasting very little time in this non-title affair." Cole said. "no Holds Barred, there are no rules. Bladewolf can do whatever he wants to Triple H."
Bladewolf grabs Triple H and starts furiously hammering away on him with hard right hands to the skull of Triple H.
"Right now, every single punch, Cole, Bladewolf's hitting Triple H with, he's thinking about the fear he had in his heart and soul for his girlfriend." Tazz said.
Bladewolf grabs Triple H and brings him up to the stage set up and tosses him into a part of the stage, then tosses him into a part of the stage on the other side. Bladewolf leans Triple H against the stage and lands a hard right hand, sending Triple H to the floor. Bladewolf brings his elbow down on Triple H's back before he stands up and drives his boot into the ribcage of Triple H.
"Bladewolf told Kane that triple H might not make it to Judgment Day for their match." Cole said. "Bladewolf wanted this to be No Holds Barred because what he's going to do will get him in jail. He made sure this is all legal."
Bladewolf holds Triple H up and delivers a hard right that sends triple H falling back and rolling down the ramp with the Bladewolf walking after him. Triple H gets to a knee but Bladewolf drives his knee into the side of Triple H's head, then brings a forearm down on the back of the Game, followed by a knee to the ribcage of the WWF Intercontinental Champion.
"Bladewolf and Triple H have a storied rivalry with each other." Cole said. "they've fought each other many times, but I think their hatred for one another boiled back in 1999 when they waged war for the WWF Championship that Bladewolf was holding at the time."
"Yeah, I agree, Cole." Tazz nodded. "There's always going to be a form of hate between these two. I don't see them ever having a beer together."
"Bladewolf meets Stone Cold Steve Austin this Sunday inside Hell in a Cell for the WWF Championship, in the rematch from the RAW after WrestleMania when Bladewolf was screwed out of the title by Austin, Vince McMahon and Triple H."
"Another load to the hate Bladewolf feels for Triple H." Tazz chuckled.
Bladewolf picks Triple H up... AND HITS A POWERSLAM ON THE RAMP! Triple H yells out in pain before Bladewolf shut shim up with a stomp to his chest. Bladewolf then pulls Triple H to his feet before he looks at the steel ring post, runs... AND LAUNCHES TRIPLE H HEADFIRST INTO THE STEEL RING POST!
"Oh!" Cole exclaimed.
"Did you hear that impact?!" Tazz asked.
"I felt it!" Cole nodded.
Bladewolf flips his hair back before he walks over, grabs Triple H then launches him into the barricade. Bladewolf grabs Triple H by the hair and rams Triple H's head off the barricade, causing Triple H to stumble away from the Bladewolf who followed and drives his knee into Triple H's ribcage repeatedly before he grabs Triple h and... SENDS HIM SHOULDER FIRST INTO THE STEEL RING POST!
"Good God!" Cole shouted.
"The Demon Wolf is showing no mercy and you can't blame him after the week he's had." Tazz said.
Bladewolf grabs Triple H and looks at the announce before he launches Triple H over the announce tabl, causing tazz and Cole to move out of the way.
"Bladewolf tossing triple H right onto her announce table." Cole said.
"I'm getting out of the way!" Tazz said as he moved from the action.
Bladewolf gets on the announce table and on top of Triple H where he starts hammering away with right hands to the forehead of Triple H, just beating the hell out of the Intercontinental and one half of the WWF Tag Team Champion. Bladewolf gets off Triple H and drags him off the announce table, holds him upt then gives him a headbut that knocks Triple H down into the timekeeper's area. Bladewolf walks forward... WHEN TRIPLE H CRACKS BLADEWOLF IN THE SKULL WITH THE RING BELL!
"Triple H with the ring bell!" Cole exclaimed. "Bouncing off the skull of the Bladewolf!"
"That's the difference maker, Cole." Tazz said. "triple H just bought himself some time."
Triple H gets to his feet and grabs Bladewolf before ramming his head into the steel steps.
"And now the Game, triple H, starting to take control of the match." Cole said. "Bouncing Bladewolf's skull right off the steel steps. For Triple H, tonight is about survival. For the Bladewolf, its about revenge."
Triple H knocks Bladewolf against the barricade and hammers away on his skull with several right hands to the forehead. before he grabs Bladewolf and tosses him back into the ring, Triple H sliding in after him. Bladewolf stumbles into the corner and turns into a right hand from triple H, but Bladewolf was quick to land one of his own, to which triple H retaliates with a right hand, and the two start exchanging blows with each other.
"Bladewolf and Triple H, exchanging blows..." Cole said.
Triple H ducks a right and tackles Bladewolf into the corner and mouths off to the Demon Wolf who responds by grabbing Triple H, reverses their positions and launches Triple H into the corner where he unleashes a fury of lefts and rights to the stomach and the head. Bladewolf starts hammering away on Triple H, then begins furiously stomping away on Triple H's chest.
Bladewolf backs off and pulls the straps of his attire to his waist and flips his hair back befor ehe rolls out the ring, looks underneatht he rirng and pulls out a steel chair.
"uh oh." Cole said. "Bladewolf's got a steel chair."
"This is not good." Tazz said. "Not for Triple H."
Bladewolf rolls into the ring, walks towards Triple H and raises the chair... BUT TRIPLE H HITS A LOW BLOW!
"Low blow." Cole said. "It's legal!"
"The Cerebral Assassin attacks again!" Tazz said.
Triple H picks up the chair as Bladewolf gets to his feet and turns around... INTO A CHAIR SHOT OFF THE SKULL!
"Oh! Chair shot right off the skull!" Cole exclaimed.
Triple H tosses the chair aside, gets Bladewolf hanging out on the ring apron and rolls out the ring before he runs and drives his elbow into the chest of the Demon Wolf. triple H holds Bladewolf still then starts hammering away on him before he brings his elbow down on the chest of the Bladewolf again. Triple H slides into the ring as Bladewolf rolls in, triple H picking up a steel chair. triple H raises the chair as he walks towards Bladewolf... WHO GRABS TRIPLE H BY THE THROAT!
"Bladewolf's got Triple H!" Cole exclaimed.
Bladewolf shoves triple H into the corner and launches himself at the Cerebral Assassin, hammering away with a fury of right hands to the forehead of the Cerebral Assassin. Bladewolf irish whips Triple H across the ring, runs and hits a turnbuckle clothesline, scoops Triple H up... AND HITS SNAKE EYES! bladewolf scoops Triple H up again onto his right shoulder, runs... AND HITS A RUNNING POWERSLAM!
"The Bladewolf is firmly in control here!" Cole said.
"the Demon Wolf is putting the hurt on the Game." Tazz said.
Bladewolf raises his right hand as Triple H stumbles to his feet and turns around... INTO A GOOZLE!
"Bladewolf's got Triple H!" Cole said. "Triple H is going for a ride!"
Bladewolf lifts Triple H up... AND PLANTS HIM WITH A CHOKESLAM!
"Chokeslam!" Tazz exclaimed.
Bladewolf, instead of going for the cover, rolls out the ring and walks over to the steel steps which he picks up and tosses the top half into the ring, then grabs the bottom half and slides them into the ring.
"Bladewolf is thinking about his girlfriend, the trauma he's went through this week." Cole said. "He wants to maim triple H, he wants to brutally hurt Triple H and is going to do just that."
"Well, Triple H deserves this, Cole." Tazz said. "Triple H deserves whatever hell the Bladewolf is going to put him through."
Bladewolf slides into the ring and sets the steps up in the middle of the ring befor ehe looks around at the fans then does the cutthroat taunt to cheers from the crowd, grabs Triple H and scoops him onto his right shoulder and starts walking towards the steel steps.
"He's going to hit the Tombstone on the steps!" Cole said. "He wants to end Triple H's career!"
"Hey Bladewolf!" Suddenly Austin appears on the Titantron, catching Bladewolf's attention. "hold on a second! hold it! you need to listen to Stone Cold Steve Austin! Triple H, I don't need your cellphone tonight, I got a direct line."
Austin pressed a button on a phone which started ti dial somebody and the ringtone went for several seconds before someone answered. "Hello?" Trish's voice answered.
]"Hello?" Austin asked with a smirk.
"Helo?"
"Trish?" Austin asked as he smirked wider while Bladewolf's eyes widen. "it's Stone Cold Steve Austin, and let me just say, your voice sounds as sweet now as it did last Monday night."
"You son of a-" Austin hangs up on her and looks at the ring.
"It was me all along!" Austin said. "It was Stone Cold Steve Austin! But I didn't do it by myself, I had a partner in crime, just like the one standing behind you."
Bladewolf turns around into a clothesline from Triple H. triple H starts hammering away on Bladewolf before Austin runs down ad gets his shots in on the Bladewolf. the crowd pops when the Undertaker and Kane coming running down the ramp which sends Triple H and Austin running as undertaker and Kane check on their brother.
SmackDown goes off the air with the Brothers of Destruction glaring at the Two-Man Power Trip...
