A/N I just kinda got addicted to writing recently and now I don't wanna stop. So I hope you all enjoy this Naruto and SAO fanfiction. If you hadn't guessed I enjoy making it so Naruto is actually born in the verses he is being put in, I don't like the whole reincarnation thing or world traveller things.

Naruto Uzumaki Namikaze, son of Minato Namikaze CEO of Whirlpool inc. alongside his wife and Naruto's mother Kushina Uzumaki Namikaze, was sat on his bed looking at his Nervegear and smiling at it a little and chuckling remembering the beta and his friend Kirito who he met on the 10th floor, surprisingly the last floor most people made it to, but Naruto made it further to floor 30, he smiles and chuckles remembering it all.
Naruto checks his computer to see the time that the launch was starting and smiles with a soft chuckle as he nods, he looks to his door before opening it and shouting down "Kaa-chan I'm going to start playing soon, I'll be off for dinner!" he gets a response of "Okay sochi! Just don't play as much as you did in beta or I'll tell Kiyaba to ban your account!" Naruto chuckles and shouts "Yeah yeah I'll be off later!" and with that he closes the door and lays down with his Nervegear on.
"Link Start!" and with that the Nervegear started up running through the language, sound, sight, taste and touch tests before asking him to if he wanted log into his beta account.

Naruto smiles before a light filled his sight and he was online as Maelstrom, one of the best VRMMO players, once in he looks around the starting area and smiles before chuckling and running towards the first floors wilderness.
~3 hours later~
Naruto opens his status window before looking at it confuses.

"Huh? When did luck become a stat and why is mine all question marks?" He opens his skill menu and notices the passive skill Daikoku's (1) Luck which makes him quirk his eyebrow before pouting "Damn Kiyaba.." mutters Naruto as he goes to logout for the day, he now realizes that there was no logout button "What?" He sighs "Knew he would have bugs by the time the game goes live, idiot" He goes to contact a GM before he was force teleported to the starting stadium.
Blood, is what it looks like, falls from the sky before turning into what looks like the GM's in-game picture making Naruto realise who it is.

As soon as the speech was over and Naruto's character was transformed into his real life look he leaves the town of begginings.
~December 2nd~
~26 days after game started~
Naruto is seen sitting at the front of the colluseum, he is currently wearing a black cloak which covers all of his features and items he has equipped, he looks around noticing a colored man who is, bulky and taller than most, which scared Naruto slightly before chuckling.
(Canon events till Kibao starts to arguments)
Naruto watches the giant, in his mind, spoke about the starter guide before Naruto looks at a frustrated Kibao and asks "So you want for the beta testers to hand over THEIR gained items because you're what? Lazy and think you're a king?" Naruto's voice held a bit of venom as he glared at Kibao "Allow me to mention, there is multiple stats that if you leveled up you would have probably gained rarer items, for example, the luck stat which increases the chances of rare monsters spawning and rarer drops being dropped, it was also mentioned in the starter guide" Naruto sighs and stands up walking towards Kibao and looks him in the eyes "But you never knew that because you were probably spoilt outside of this game and believe you're the king" Naruto chuckles and smiles "News flash, you ain't so work for you're items, now if you'll excuse me I need to find a party to join"
Naruto goes to leave before he heard Agil speak up "How about you join mine? We just need one more member" Naruto looks at him and nods as Agil sent him an invite, Naruto accepts and walks off, that's when he notices Kirito and chuckles while walking to the town for something to eat and drink, a member of Agil's party looks at the username Maelstrom and his eyes widen as he whispers to Agil.
"You think this guy is THE Maelstrom?" His response was a chuckle and Agil walking off with them following.
"We'd better ask him then and if he is then we just got an amazing player huh?" Asked Agil as they walked in the direction Naruto did.
Sitting at a table in an in-game café Naruto order a slice of cake and a milkshake as Agil and the party sits opposite him, Agil starts before anyone else "So Maelstrom?" Naruto nodded and continued to eat as Agil continued "You're the VRMMO pro player?" Naruto just nodded again as he finished his cake and started to drink his milkshake, this made Agil's party laugh as Agil asked again "So why did you join SAO?"
Naruto looked at him then the party members "Akihiko is a friend of my parents, they asked me to test the game before even the beta testers as an Alpha tester, I warned him to be careful of bugs but now we know the logout button was purposefully removed" Naruto finished his milkshake "I even got a limited edition Nervegear" Agil chuckled and sighed softly.
"You're parents sound like bigshots in the gaming industry" that comment made Naruto nod and look out the window with a smile as he took his hood off.
"My parents are the CEOs of Whirlpool inc." He chuckled at their reactions and smiled more "But don't treat me differently"
Agil nods "So you knew about the luck skill" Naruto nodded "How come you know all the perks of it"
Naruto chuckles a little and summons his stats menu and flips it so they can see it.

"I have a passive hidden skill called Daikoku's Luck, it maxed out my luck stat as soon as I started and it's got nothing but question marks" Naruto chuckles again at their gaping faces before Agil smiles.
"Do you have any ores or materials for swords I can get off you in a trade?" Naruto nodded at Agil's question with an eyebrow quirked. "How about you trade me the materials, as I plan to become a blacksmith, in return I become your personal blacksmith and you buy anything at half the actual cost?" Naruto debated the offer in his mind before opening the trade menu and offering all the rare materials along with some Col to get Agil started.
"There's a starting investment" he chuckled as he sent Agil a friend request after, the items Naruto gave him were, 1000 wolf fangs, 2000 boar tusks, some wood and 250 iron ore as well as 2000 Col. "Having the Daikoku's luck increases drop chance, amount and Col gain as well as an extra amount of experience and a chance to start a level with 15% of the exp already full" Naruto laughed at Agil and the party as their mouths gaped at the perks from the Luck stat.
Agil chuckled and accepted the trade and the friend request "Well I guess with the way our party is built we will probably be the tanks of the raiding party" Naruto nodded as he started to write down what Illfang's stratergies like minions summoning, sword skills and which swords he will use from their knowledge (the original blade and odachi/talwar don't remember which was said to be his second blade).
"These should be what happens, if it doesn't then we'll have to improvise but keep in mind people might die and I don't want anyone in this party to be the ones to die" Naruto stated as he stared at the paper intently "And if we win after we get out of the game I'll buy us all a round of drinks even if I am currently 15" Naruro chuckles as all the party members grinned and shouted 'Let's go!' which made all the players in the café to look at them and chuckle "But for tonight we should rest up, tomorrow we have the fight" Naruto put his hood up and started to walk to the hotel room to get a room.
~The next Morning~
Naruto woke up and stretched before groggily wiping his eyes and walking out of his hotel room, paid for his room and walked towards the parties meeting area before meeting the raiding group and being told the plan, Naruto looked at his party and smiled "We will beat this boss and proceed until we beat this game" Naruto said with a fox-like smirk making his party chuckle and shout 'Ooh rah!' making the other parties laugh and started a raiding group 'Ooh rah!' as they made there way to the boss tower.
Upon arrival at the tower each party got into their formations with the tanks upfront, DPS in the middle and flanks and people to deal with minions behind the DPS members. Naruto and Agil's party arrived at the door and looks at Diavel who nodded at them, Naruto opens the door and they started to make their way in and spread out throughout the room, the tanks surrounded Illfang as the dps prepared to attack while the other killed the minions, Naruto kept switching with Agil and the other members as Naruto was focused on DPS while the others were tanks, Naruto smirked as he kept slashing at the boss, it took about 10 minutes before Illfang hit red HP abd started to switch his blade.
(Canon events till the part where Kirito goes to fight Illfang with Asuna)
Naruto appears beside Kirito and Asuna with a smirk and a silent nod as they bolt towards Illfang with Naruto being the fastest and starting with a slash across Illfang's torso then switches with Kirito then Asuna, after a while they almost got hit with a above head strike before Agil appeared and blocked the sword with his party "Get healed up before we continue" Naruto nods and begins to use a heal potion the same with Asuna and Kirito.
The assualt started again with Naruto starting it by slashing up Illfang's arm then switching with Asuna then Asuna to Kirito till it was almost dead, Naruto blocks an attack to Asuna who hit Illfang with a rapier strike and then Kirito finished it gaining himself the final hit bonus and the midnight cloak.
After the congratulations message appeared everyone cheered for the 3 of them and Naruto leveled up to 21 making him smile and look at the items he gained, a new weapon the Kobold lord Sword and some of his hide to be made into armor which made Naruto chuckle and equip the sword under his cloak. While Naruto was checking his items Kibao started to arguement about letting Diavel die, the part that snapped Naruto out of his thinking was when Kirito started to laugh like a maniac.
"A beater, I like that" Kirito said as he equipped his new cloak and walked away while Naruto watched him and sighs shaking his head.
"Damn solo player..." he muttered but Agil heard him and nodded "Well I best go open the next teleport gate and start to grind up to 30 before the next boss" Naruto walked towards the stairs as he left his party and waves over his shoulder.
-December 25th 2023-
Naruto was sitting on a bench at the 49th floor at looks at his company "So kitty cat, he's going after Nicholas the Renegade huh?"
This makes his company chuckle the nod "Yup Kirito went after him for the rumored revival item" Naruto nodded and sighs before muttering "Damned fool" this made the person next to him look at him confused "How so Naru?"
Naruto sighs and stands up "I told you to stop calling me that Argo, and because knowing Kiyaba it will only be in a couple seconds, maybe a minute, not an eternal revive" Naruto wipes down his pants and sighs before waving at Argo "Merry Christmas Argo" he then throws her a bag of Col and walks off as Argo counted the Col.
Naruto reaches where it spawns and chuckles "So the great Fuurinkazan guild fought the Dragon alliance?" Naruto asked as he leaned over Klein "So what's happened so far?" Naruto asked as Klein sighs.
"Get me a job in real life and I'll tell you but you'd probably wanna run after" Naruto nods and shakes Klein's hand 'deal' replied Naruto and Klein explained everything about Kirito going to fight Nicholas the Renegade and Naruto sighs before walking away towards the warp portal.
"I'll see ya later Klein, Merry christmas" and with that Naruto left them as he made it back to town and to his in-game home and looks at his stats.

Naruto sighs at his level "Damn that was stupid" He lays on his bed "I'll have to meet Kirito soon.." Naruto sighs again and looks at the ceiling before chuckling "Damned fool"
-January 1st 2024-
Naruto was sat in a meeting with members from all the large guilds, he sighed as he listened to people arguing about strategies as he looked at the description of the boss "I suggest going with the KBO's stratergy, with the tanks going in to deflect at the last second, we've seen that the bosses are getting smarter with each floor and I don't wish to lose any of the players in this fight" Naruto said as the guilds quit arguing and looked at him as he looked up from the book "We don't know much about this boss other than it carries multiple weapons and even then we don't know much about sword skills so I would suggest that people who are tanks with the fastest reaction time such as Agil and some of the members of Dragon Alliance members be tanks and the dps can attack between sword skills as it's becoming clear that the AI's have a programming which stops them linking sword skills and put them in cool down" Naruto finished as he closed the book and stood up, some of the guild members nodded as Naruto smiled "Good, now if you don't mind, I need to find a blacksmith for a new sword which Agil can't make right now" Naruto said until he heard Asuna shout of him.
He stopped and turned around to look at Asuna with a raised brow "Maelstrom, I might know a black smith that you can buy from" Asuna said and Naruto smiled.
"Lead the way Miss Boss lady!" Naruto said jokingly as Asuna growled a little and they both started to walk "So have you been in contact with your crush recently?" Naruto asked teasingly to the higher up member of KBO.
His response was her to growl "I don't know who you're on about" Asuna said as Naruto smirked.
"Oh you know, the broody solo player" Naruto said as Asuna looked at him with deadly eyes as Naruto smirked "Oh don't tell me, you didn't know you had a crush on him did you big sis?" Naruto asked as Asuna blushed a little.
"Quit calling me big sis" Asuna said as Nsruto replied with.
"Nope" popping the 'p' "We grew up together and you've always been like a big sister to me" Naruto said as they reached the blacksmith and Naruto looked at the swords on display "This person may replace Agil as my personal blacksmith" Naruto said with a whistle before he heard someone clear her throat and turned to the person making him gasp a little.
"That would be me who made these wonderful swords, what do you need?" she asked as Naruto cleared his throat and grabbed some rare materials from his inventory and handed them to the girl.
"A sword made from these" Naruto said as the girl appraised the materials and gasped.
"How did you find these?" She asked as Naruto looked for Asuna to get help only to realize she left.
"I uh, well I may have encountered a couple of Rabid hares in the fields and some of them dropped their hides and a couple dropped their fangs, as for the ores I mined those on floor 37 and the leather, well I tanned that myself" Naruto said as he scratched his head.
"I.. Wow" was all the girl could say as she took the materials before looking to him "Name so I can friend you and message you when the swords are done" she said as Naruto smiled.
"Maelstrom is my username, but my actual name is Naruto, I don't mind sharing it since calling me Maelstrom all the time would be annoying" Naruto said as the girl nodded.
"Lisbeth in game, but my real name is Rika, that's all you're getting out of me whiskers" Rika said as Naruto smiled.
"Thanks for trusting me with your name" Naruto said as he sent Lisbeth a friend request in game. She added him back and he smiled as he walked to the door "Once we're out of this death game why don't we have a get together with Asuna and some other friends we may make" Naruto said as Lisbeth thought it over and nodded.
A/N: I know there is a bunch of episodes in this chapter from the anime but I want to get past the whole SAO arc 1 and move on with them meeting IRL and stuff, I hope you all enjoyed, thanks for reading.
