And thus, my original story idea dies and canon is thrown forever out the window.

One for All was an extremely interesting quirk.

Toshinori had explained how it functioned, a combination of two quirks, one that stockpiled power and one that made it shareable, meaning it was passed from person to person, growing stronger as it did so. The exact happenings were a little iffy, the quirk changing too much for anything to be exact, but two things generally occurred after each change of hands. First, a quirk mutation. Every single person experienced a stronger, or otherwise better quirk, something that changed the way they acted. Every person also went through physical changes, the quirk being the essence of all those before them, the memories combining to form a non-sentient, non-living clump of brainpower.

Izuku sat in his room, on his bed, testing these two things out. He alternated between one and the other, green strands and red electricity appearing on his right hand in bands. His vision didn't change when it swapped, the dim fluorescent lamps of his room allowing him to clearly see the powers he used. He had several experiments he'd want to try out, but all of them required a sentient test subject. Mei was an option, she didn't seem to mind, but she definitely didn't have the attention span to actually do this. Sighing to himself, Izuku climbed out the fire escape to get some fresh air.

Rooftops were a favorite place of his, especially at night. The beautiful, entrancing night sky swirled and danced with sparkling lights, each one placed so perfectly to form the images known as constellations. He spotted Orion, the hunter with his bow pulled back, and he spotted the W of Casseiopia, standing far from many other bright stars in the sky. The inky blackness contrasted the lights wonderfully, keeping them highlighted against the deep, inky expanse of black.

Izuku sighed, leaning back against the side of the roof. It was a pain getting Mei to sleep, the girl had limitless energy and the drive to work herself to death. It took Izuku's quirk and Inko's wrath to get the girl into bed, and even then, Izuku found himself walking in on her fiddling with something seven times, a new one after each previous confiscation.

Voices crying out rang in Izuku's head, conflicting interests appearing. There were those who told him to go back down, wanting him to sleep and end his activity today. There were also the more violent ideas who wanted him to go hunt down Endeavor for some reason. Some wanted peace, more wanted scarlet. The voices drowned each other out, the screaming and pleading acting as music to his ears, hearing people beautifully suffer like this.

"Shut up," he breathed, and like a miracle, they did. Everything stopped, the voices gone, not a single noise in the sky. The peace was shattered like glass a second later, the sounds of cars, people, and various other sources coming back with a fury, disturbing Izuku. Funnily enough, he didn't mind the cacophony of it all, the blend of a little bit of everything that resulted in a peaceful nothing.

"That was rude," came a voice to his right, one he didn't know was there. The person stepped into view, the character of the newcomer becoming clear to the young boy.

Black hair flowing up like gravity had no effect on it surrounded a ghastly face that spoke of too many nights of sleep deprivation. Twirls of cotton and steel floated around him, forming intricate patterns in the air, weaving together like the swirls in the night sky. A black bodysuit covered many more features from view, though a small gash on the person's right leg told Izuku that this mystery man was recently in a fight, due to the blood still dripping. The man took out a jelly pack, draining the whole thing in one go, sugar being consumed in large amounts by this homeless looking rooftop companion.

"Hey kid, why are you up so late? Don't you have school tomorrow?" the newcomer asked, still lazily gazing at him.

"It's Friday today, man. Tomorrow's Saturday," stated Izuku, looking at the man as if he was crazy, which he probably was. "Now what are you doing on my roof in the middle of the night?"

"Your roof?" the hobo asked, stepping closer, Izuku not really paying attention. He knew that the situation was in his control, something he could use should things get sticky. "I don't see your name on it. This is a residential building. Go back down."

"I invested in the construction of this place," Izuku scoffed, only bluffing slightly. He had invested in this building, just not the construction but rather some better plumbing and electrical control. "I have the right to be here."

"Yeah, right," the man stated, stepping forward even closer. He tensed when Izuku's fingers twitched, but ignored it in favor of walking to sit across from the child.

"Is it that hard to believe that someone that isn't an adult is capable of doing things?" Izuku asked, laying back down on the roof and gesturing for the man to do the same. He did, so they stayed there, lying on the brick roof, staring up at the stars in the night sky.

"Sometimes, I forget that I was a kid myself," the person muttered, causing Izuku to turn to look at him. His eyes were glassy, almost like he was recollecting something, but it soon disappeared when he shook his head. "So, what are you doing up here?" he asked, looking back at the stars.

"I come up here sometimes," Izuku shrugged. "The stars remind me that I am not important, only a miniscule thing in a world of people leagues better than me." This was certainly not an answer Shota Aizawa was expecting from a teenager, especially one who looked so innocent. Teenagers were supposed to be arrogant, cocky, full of themselves. What made this one different?

"What does that mean?" Aizawa asked, turning to face his companion for the first time. Fluffy green hair greeted him, a babyish face that should not have held the sadness that was shown. A lean physique greeted him, something much like his own, much like their taste in clothes. He wore a full black shirt and pants, as well as black shoes and gray socks.

"It means that I'm a horrible person," Izuku admitted, putting his hands behind his head for a makeshift pillow. "It means that nobody cares, except for my family, and that's a bad decision on their part. It means a lot of things, but it mostly means that I shouldn't exist." Izuku chuckled slightly, still looking up, not seeing the perplexion run on his companion's face. "You're a hero, aren't you?" Aizawa nodded yes, though Izuku couldn't see it. "Underground, most likely. Nocturnal, if that facial expression is anything to go by. Your goggles hide your eyes, likely meaning that they're a tell for your quirk. Only heroes with quirks like that I know of are those with either manipulation or nullification quirks, meaning that you'd be the pro underground hero Eraserhead, real name Shota Aizawa, a teacher at UA." Aizawa was stunned by the level of insight this boy seemed to have into him, but was much more scared by the knowledge that such a boy existed and thought he was worthless. That was one of the main turning points for kids becoming villains. "Extreme affection for cats is very likely, due to your inability to stop acting like one. Married, or at the very least engaged to the pro hero Ms. Joke, aka Emi Fukukado." Okay, now Aizawa was pissed.

"Shut up, you damn problem child," Aizawa muttered, his capture scarf poised threateningly.

"Now, that wasn't very nice, was it?" Izuku rhetorically asked, repeating Aizawa's earlier words. Izuku smiled, taking his hands out from behind his head. "But I suppose I should show you what I meant earlier." Aizawa sat up with Izuku, who looked questioningly at him as if asking for permission. Aizawa slowly nodded, unsure of what was going to happen next.

A single green strand materialized on Izuku's left index finger, the thread coming out of the tip. It was attached to his wrist, something Aizawa was extremely confused about. Before he could do anything, the hand started moving on its own, going up, down, and in circles, before it lifted the arm up. Aizawa could do nothing but stare as his arms moved, out of his control, under the will of this teenager.

"I can also control your voice," Aizawa spoke, though he didn't want to. It took him time to see the second string, from Izuku's middle finger, straight into his mouth. More and more strings appeared, attaching to Izuku's fingers, and entering Aizawa in various places, as he felt his body lose control to this boy. He danced a bit, standing up and walking around, contorting in painful ways, before finally erasing the boy's quirk once he started to make Aizawa do fortnite dances.

"So you see?" Izuku stated, looking back down at his hands. The threads had disappeared, not coming back even when Aizawa released control of his quirk. "Imagine someone who can make you do anything they want you to do, with just a flick of a finger and a line of sight. Then, give them information on you, your friends, and your significant other. Then, allow them to control not only movements, but also quirks, speech, thoughts, emotions, and even when you die." So, he was powerful. Very powerful, this much Aizawa knew. "Now, add quirk psychosis and mild schizophrenia into the mix and you get my mind before school." Aizawa was horrified at this point, all this power in the body of an insane teenager. "Then, in school, take away all my voluntary social contact and make my only friend since childhood a bully. From there-" Izuku got cut off before he could continue, Aizawa refusing to think about this anymore.

"That's it, you're seeing Nezu right now," Aizawa stated, standing up and grabbing Izuku's arm.

"Two things," Izuku stated, Aizawa releasing his grip with a bit of urging. "First, let me leave a note for my mother and Mei. They'd get worried if I was gone. Well, not Mei, she'd just keep inventing like the gremlin she is," Izuku muttered, before walking down.

"And the other thing?" Aizawa asked as Izuku prepared to go back down the fire escape.

"You don't know my name!" he shouted before disappearing.

"God dammit, problem child." Aizawa muttered, though Izuku could still hear it, causing him to smirk.

"I didn't even tell him about One for All," Izuku muttered once he stepped inside.

"So you want to make this young man an official ward of UA," Nezu stated, looking at both Aizawa and Izuku at the same time. Aizawa sweated while Izuku shrugged, not really caring at this point.

"His mental health and powers are a risk to everyone around him, he's said so himself," Aizawa reaffirmed, followed by a quiet nod from Izuku in the corner.

"I see," Nezu said, looking straight into Aizawa's eyes. "Well, I don't see why not!"

"Maybe the fact that Aizawa-sensei over here is one of three people I'm aware of who are able to stop me, and that's only if he acts first," stated Izuku, his first words since they had come to UA at two in the morning. Somehow, all of them were awake, not needing to sleep that night. Izuku wore his traditional clothing, brown cargo pants and a black shirt, a green hoodie, and he carried a white mask attached to the back of his head just in case. He had taken the liberty of doodling a little smile onto it where his eyes and mouth were, but it was nothing more than two dots and a curved line.

"Oh? And who might the other two be?" Nezu asked, extremely curious.

"All for One and Inko Midoriya," Izuku said with a straight face. Nezu started cackling, while Aizawa just balked at what this man said. So, of the three people that he thought could stop him, one was a hobo teacher, one was the criminal bogeyman, and one was his mother. What wasn't wrong with that?

"Understood," Nezu stated, standing up and holding his hand out. "Welcome to UA, young man! We look forward to having you here."

"The pleasure is all mine," Izuku stated, his hand meeting Nezu's, though only his index finger was used in the shake.

"Anyway, why did this occur at 2 a.m.? Just curious," Nezu asked, causing Aizawa to sweat once more and Izuku to laugh.

"Midnight on a roof is the best time for a heart to heart," Aizawa and Izuku stated at the same time, causing two people to laugh and the third to shrink more into his hero suit.

As a ward of UA, there were several privileges granted to Izuku that he intended to use to the fullest extent. First, he would automatically be placed in the class of his choice, once he was able to join UA. This was something not previously done, but it was simply a stroke of a pencil for the principal, and now he could have all the free time in the world. Izuku didn't know why, but Aizawa muttering "beware the rat" over and over scared him more than Katsuki exploding him on a daily basis did.

The second was access to the school counselor, Hound Dog. The human-animal hybrid was without a doubt the best counselor anyone could ask for, having some of the traits that many people who needed counseling did. This was what Izuku wanted to use the most before the school year started, because classes would interfere during the school year and he was free in the summer. 2 months until he started UA, something that he couldn't believe.

"You wanted to see me?" Hound Dog asked once Izuku stepped into the room. It was a plain room, with ample decoration and comfortable chairs, a single coffee table between the two.

"I did," Izuku stated. He sat down in his assigned chair, the counselor across from him. "I wanted to talk about how mental illness affects heroes."

"Well then, why did you come to me? I'm sure many other people could provide you with the necessary information," Hound Dog asked.

"You have private sessions with them, you are likely the most well versed in psychology in this institution with the exception of Nezu," Izuku stated, which was very true. "Plus, I know it's kind of a stretch, but I was hoping I would be able to view and maybe even help in some sessions with students and teachers here."

"And what makes you special enough to do that, Midoriya?" Hound Dog growled, becoming slightly more terrifying for a second.

"The fact that I have seven ways to calm a panic attack without words or touching the person," Izuku stated calmly, as if Hound Dog hadn't just threatened to attack him.

"Really? Please, do tell," Hound Dog stated, his curiosity now piqued.

"I can control a variety of things about a person, including their thoughts, emotions, and quirk. From what I understand, emotions of either fear or anger overrule their mind, putting them into a fight or flight state. I can exercise my quirk in ways that get rid of those emotions, at least for a short while, or make their mind stronger by increasing the intensity of their thoughts." (Author's note: I know nothing about psychology, do not take this as factually correct except for the quirk part because quirks are bullshit and nobody can say otherwise)

"I see. Three days from now, I have Cementoss coming in to air his concerns about his work constantly being destroyed by hero course students," Hound Dog proposed. "I want you to be there for when he starts crying."

"A cement block can cry?" Izuku asked before shaking his head. "Nevermind, I'll be there. Thank you for this opportunity, Hound Dog. However, you still haven't answered my original question. What happens to heroes with mental illness?"

"They retire," Hound Dog put it, simply and blankly. "That's basically it."

"And if a student has one?" Izuku asked.

"They'd be required to pass a full mental check test in order to continue, and the test would have to be retaken every few weeks to ensure that they are still doing well mentally," Hound Dog finished.

"Cool, when do I take it?" Izuku asked.

"You have a mental illness?" Hound Dog asked. "Which ones?"

"Well, there's quirk psychosis, schizophrenia, though mild, abandonment and trust issues, social anxiety, my only friend becoming a bully, and a slight tendency to be paranoid at times." Hound Dog was flabbergasted. "I hope that's like a record or something, I better be compensated for having all that shit," Izuku said, causing Hound Dog to cry. Here this boy was, with enough issues for a mental asylum, and here he was, treating them like fucking pokemon!

"Well," Hound Dog stated. "We could do it right now if you're free?"

"By all means, sure," Izuku laughed, not helping Hound Dog relax in the slightest bit.

As was the custom since he became a ward of UA, Izuku went freerunning over roofs rather than jogging in the streets. It was technically legal, since he wasn't using his quirk or attacking anyone, but that didn't mean that he wanted to get caught doing it. After all, he was quite close to Endeavor's agency, and it didn't help that everything wanted him to go there at the moment.

A loud crack drew Izuku's attention, his head turning to where he pinpointed the source. It was, of course, Endeavor's agency. Izuku looked around, but he didn't see anyone else that seemed to notice, so he cursed his bad ideas and went to investigate. Perched atop a nearby building, he stared inside to see what he could find on the source of the disturbance.

Oh, he found a disturbance alright. He finally knew why his voices were screaming at him to go here.

Inside the building, a white and red heterochromatic boy was currently being beaten up by the number two hero, in a room full of what looked like training equipment and weapons. He was being scorched by the flames, the hero having thrown him into a wall, the source of the crack. The boy got up, only to be pushed back by the hero's flames once more, burning his skin slightly and making him a nice toasty snack. The boy was pushed into the wall again, but this time, he didn't get up. The number two hero said some words, then walked out of the room, leaving only the weakened boy. At this point, Izuku decided it best to interfere.

Jumping down from ledge to ledge, Izuku reached the floor that the boy was on. He walked along the edge of the building, getting closer to the window on that floor. Using some threads carefully placed to minimize movement and sound, Izuku opened the window and stepped inside.

The room was barren, nothing in it aside from weapon racks and a pillar with dents and scorch marks in the middle. Izuku knelt beside the boy, flipping him over in order to better see the damage. Taking out some ointment, Izuku spread part of his supply over the boy's face, gingerly appling it so as to not agitate the pain. Izuku worked a bit on the other parts of his body before a groan drew his attention.

"Touya?" the boy asked, still on the ground, his hand holding his head. He tried to sit up, but was restrained by Izuku, who kept him lying on the floor.

Touya? Who's To- oh, Izuku thought, remembering the incident a while back. Touya was the eldest Todoroki child, committed suicide two years back. Why does he associate me with him?

"No, my name isn't Touya," Izuku replied, helping the boy relax. "What's yours?"

"Shoto. Shoto Todoroki," Shoto groaned out, still trying to get up. Izuku smiled slightly at his resilience, and helped him do so, leaning the Todoroki against the wall.

"Thank you Shoto. Now, quick question," Izuku stated, receiving a hum from the other boy. "Would you like to file for child abuse?"

"You can't," Shoto said, looking down dejectedly. "He'll find out, and silence you."

"Not if I have Nezu on my side," Izuku replied, still helping Shoto relax and heal his muscles and skin.

"Who's Nezu?" Shoto asked, his eyes closed. He didn't know who this man with the fluffy green hair and the freckled face was, but he was glad for the kindness this stranger showed. The amount in these few minutes was more than Endeavor gave in his life.

"UA principal, and the smartest living creature on the planet. Nobody knows what he is but himself," Izuku stated, continuing to paint a very vivid picture of the hybrid animal with the intelligence quirk. The two remained like that for a couple of minutes, just chatting and warming up to each other. Izuku was quite the good converser, and he brought up a wide variety of topics that Shoto got very invested in very quickly. However, all good things must come to an end at some point, and this event was no different.

"Shoto?" called a distinctly feminine voice, one that the younger boy recognized immediately.

"That's my sister, Fuyumi Todoroki," Todoroki whispered to Izuku. "Yeah, Fuyumi?" he shouted back, while Izuku inched back towards the window.

"I'll visit again," Izuku whispered, half outside the window already.

"Please do," Shoto whispered, his voice pained. Izuku nodded and closed the window the second before Fuyumi entered the room.

"Shoto?" she asked, looking where her younger brother was looking. "What are you still doing here?"

"Getting help," Shoto replied, something that greatly confused his sister. She shrugged it off and told him about dinner, and then left. Shoto stood up and winced, before walking to the window that Izuku left from and looking outside.

"I don't even know who you are," he muttered, looking at the disappearing silhouette of his first friend. "But thank you."

And so, Izuku put himself to the task of gathering evidence. Every day, at exactly four pm, he would get to the spot with a clear view of Endeavor's apartment and sit there until six. He'd watch and record as Endeavor beat Shoto, capturing every moment of it best as he could. Afterwards, when Endeavor left, Izuku snuck in and helped Shoto, developing a bond between the two of them. They talked, Shoto smiled, Shoto cried. After a while, Izuku simply stopped feeling things. It didn't really matter to him then, but he knew it would affect him someday, and it seemed that today was that day.

"You know, we finally have enough evidence to file for child abuse and neglect, as well as assault," Izuku said as he bandaged Todoroki's legs. It was a rough day, Endeavor being worse than usual. His perfect progenitor being in prison didn't help matters, especially when Shoto brought up her wants. He was currently sporting a broken leg and a paralyzed arm, not to mention several burn scars. As soon as he said the words, Shoto looked up, his red and blue eyes full of hope and longing.

"Really?" he asked, like he was a child about to receive a gift.

"Yep," Izuku stated. "I qualify as a witness, so I'll testify alongside you in court should you wish."

"In… court?" Shoto asked. "Nobody's ever gotten there before. Father always bought them off or threatened them."

"Do you have proof?" Izuku smiled as he finished wrapping the leg. "It would help to state that in the trial."

"No, just my statement," Shoto sighed, before popping his head up. "Shoot! I have to help Fuyumi with dinner today! Sorry, but I have to go," he said, before getting up and walking out of the room.

"Don't worry, next time we see each other will be in court," Izuku stated, and then winked. "Maybe you'll learn my name then." Izuku hopped out the window, closing it behind him, and for the first time in three years, Shoto Todoroki laughed.

(Disclaimer: I have no clue how legal situations work. Do not trust anything I write on that topic as factually correct)

Izuku knocked on the door to Endeavor's agency, the first time he did so. On his shoulder was Nezu, his consultant and lawyer thanks to the rat's legal degree. Opening the door was the pro hero and Endeavor's sidekick Burnin', aka Moe Kamiji.

"Hello, can I help you?" she asked, observing the weird pair that appeared. One was a teenager, barely over fifteen, and the other was a literal rat.

"Yes, you may!" Nezu chittered, standing up on Izuku's shoulder. "My name is Nezu, principal of UA, and the prosecutor in Endeavor's latest case. Me and my friend, witness, and bodyguard Izuku Midoriya are representing the prosecution, and we have come to notify Enji Todoroki of the situation."

"A rat and a kid, not the weirdest pairing I've ever seen," Kamiji stated, before leading them inside. "Right this way."

"Hey boss," she called out once she reached his office room. "We got a lawyer and a witness here to see you for something," she stated, opening the door.

"Welcome," Endeavor said, in casual clothing, something Izuku had never seen him wear. "May I inquire as to the situation here?" Nezu patted Izuku's hair, the signal that Izuku should step forward.

"Well, Sir, there have been several charges placed against you by the city, since those who wish to do so are unable to do so," Izuku started, getting Endeavor's attention. "Unnecessary destruction of property in the lines of hero work, unnecessary fatalities in the line of hero work, assault, child abuse, and bribing government officials are the ones that are currently being brought against you." As Izuku spoke, Endeavor started becoming more and more mad, his flames increasing in intensity. "The trial date is set for five days from now, officiated by the HPSC. And before you attack us or attempt to bribe us as you have with others in the past, please note that every word and movement is being recorded and sent to UA, where it is downloaded and saved for further use."

"I'll be there," Endeavor grunted, before getting up.

"One more thing, sir," Izuku requested, getting the hero's attention. "We request your children, Shoto, Fuyumi, and Natsuo Todoroki, as well as your wife, Rei Todoroki, present at the trial as witnesses for the prosecution."

Endeavor exploded, the office being covered in flames before anyone could react. His anger getting the better of him, Endeavor lashed out with an attack near where he last saw the other two in the room, nothing escaping due to the fireproof walls.

"Attacking someone in witness protection," Izuku drawled, his form coming into view from behind Endeavor. "Your list of crimes just increased, and your sentence doubled under law," Izuku stated, coming into view. He and Nezu had been unharmed by the flames, Nezu predicting the attack and Izuku taking protective measures at the first sign of attack.

Police burst through the walls, handcuffing Endeavor with quirk restraining cuffs while Izuku and Nezu calmly walked out.

"You're a bit psychotic, you know that, right?" Nezu rhetorically asked once they were on the street.

"Et tu, brute," Izuku replied, causing them both to chuckle. From the upstairs window, Shoto watched with Natsuo and Fuyumi as the two walked away, Shoto practically vibrating in excitement.

"Dad's fucked," Natsuo stated, causing Fuyumi to smack him over the head.

"Language!"

"It's true!"

"Dad's fucked," Shoto muttered, before giggling quietly. However, not quietly enough, because both of his siblings turned to him. "You think if we ask the greenie down there, we can live with him?" Shoto asked, turning to face his siblings. What he didn't expect was for them to be crying and toss themselves at him, tackling him to the floor.

"Hey everyone," Izuku Midoriya stated from the window, causing the three of them to look at him. "Looks like you're happy."

"I'm here too!" Nezu squealed, popping out of Izuku's rat nest hair.

"The psychotic rat's here too," Izuku sighed, before holding out his hand. "Nice to meet you everyone, my name is Izuku Midoriya and the rat is Nezu." Fuyumi stepped forward and grasped his hand, shaking it firmly, tears threatening to pour from her eyes.

"Thank you," she cried, letting the tears fall. She jumped at him, burying her face in his shoulder, shaking. "Thank you."

Izuku stepped into the house and hugged her back, making comforting rubs on the back of her head. Natsuo soon joined in, putting himself on top of Fuyumi and knocking his and Izuku's heads together.

"Bros?" Natsuo asked, causing Izuku to chuckle and Shoto to jump into the hug, nodding.

"Bros."

Endeavor's trial went smoothly, but not quickly. That was mostly due to the three hour montage of the hero beating up his son, combined with the statements of all his alive relatives, the outside witness Izuku Midoriya, and the cunning mouth of Nezu, ended up sealing the deal. The HPSC revoked his hero license and he would serve 40 years in federal prison for the battery of charges he was faced with. He was carted off to Tartarus for it, the clear violation of the hero conduct that he signed every year for renewal of his license. Many government officials stepped down as well, though for unrelated reasons. Unfortunately, Rei was still deemed unable to keep custody over her children, the people in the psych ward not giving the go ahead just yet.

Almost immediately, everyone looked at Izuku Midoriya, waiting for his input. To his credit, his response was quite articulate.

"What?" he asked, causing Fuyumi to shake her head and deposit in her hands, muttering something about 'this is the guy that saved us?'. Natsuo laughed and swung his arms around Izuku's neck, causing him to flinch in the side hug.

"She means, when are you going to ask us to live with you?" Shoto asked, looking at the two. Natsuo was rubbing Izuku's head, something the boy looked majorly uncomfortable with, and Fuyumi was banging her head against the wall while muttering something about stupid boys.

"That's not my decision to make," Izuku stated, causing Natsuo and Shoto to look at him carefully, Fuyumi only doing so for a brief moment before going back to banging her head on the wall. "That choice falls to my mom."

Oh dear, this was going to take a while.

"So you mean that I have full access to all of Endeavor's banking accounts, should I accept?" Inko Midoriya warily asked the lawyer, who was talking to her about adopting the Todoroki siblings.

"And all of his current assets, given that you become legal guardian of Shoto Todoroki, Enji's designated heir to everything he owned. Including the large house he owns," the lawyer stated, making an extremely compelling statement as to why Inko should do it.

"Ok, I'll do it," Inko stated, making the three boys and one girl just outside the room sigh in relief.

"So, what exactly is your quirk?" Natsuo asked. Izuku was sitting in a room with him and Shoto, studying for the UA entrance exams with the younger. Natsuo was helping from his experience and knowledge, his quirk not being very developed but his mind very much so.

"Puppeteer," Izuku replied without missing a beat, before pausing. "I never did show you what it did, right?" he asked, receiving a no from both Todoroki brothers.

Suddenly, Natsuo's hand went up to his forehead, his hand in the shape of an L. His other hand went to his groin, cupping it before he moved his legs. Left and right, left and right they kicked up, much like a pendulum.

"Hey, stop!" Natsuo exclaimed, while Shoto was laughing his ass off. "I love it! Keep going!"

Then, small flames burst out on Natsuo's hand, the one close to his groin. Natsuo quickly pulled that away and tried to extinguish it, but failed to do so due to Izuku's will.

The green strands that connected Natsuo to Izuku finally shimmered into view, displaying the multitude of attachments at all of Natsuo's joints and muscles.

"Got it?" Izuku asked, letting them disappear not only for them but for him. The other two mutely nodded. "And now the strings can be invisible whenever I want," Izuku muttered, staring at his hand.

"Anyway, wanna get back to studying?" Shoto asked, smiling slightly.

Izuku Midoriya was a very happy boy. The voices had gone away, along with his need to fight something and control other things, making him feel warm inside. Granted, introducing them to Mei was the hardest part of the whole thing, but Izuku didn't even mind that. He just relaxed, finally with the knowledge that he had a family. That was, he was relaxed, before the voices shouted at him once more and he collapsed to the floor, holding his head.

uhhhhh

I had something I wanted to say but forgot. Oh yeah, the A/N's at the top are put in before writing and the ones at the bottom are put in afterwards. No, I don't edit, and also I have no clue what story I update. I have 4 ongoing stories, two of which will likely be canceled, and I have two more ideas on the back burner, one for Assassination Classroom and the other for Eternals(2021).

Follow, favorite, and review to let me know what you think!
