They pulled up to the apartment of Dwayne Johnson and knocked on the door. "Can I help you?" Dwayne asked when he opened the door.

"Detective Moxley, special victim unit. This is my partner, Detective Littleton. We would like to talk to you about Tricia Irvine."

"Come in." He said stepping aside. They walked into his loft. "Is Tricia okay?"

"She was raped and beaten last night. We have a suspect in custody. We just need to ask you a few questions about your relationship." Jon said.

"Who? Who hurt her?"

"Mr. Johnson, we have him in custody." Quinn said. "We just need to know about your relationship?"

"Alright. What about it?" He asked as they sat down.

"How long were you and she together?"

"About three years."

"And why did it end?"

"Because I was stupid. I thought I wanted to date other people. I wasn't ready to settle down like she was. I didn't realize until after we broke up that I didn't want anyone else. But she was dating someone else. Alex I think. And we agreed to be friends."

"During your relationship, was Tricia into bondage or rough sex?"

"No, of course not. She isn't like that. Yes she wasn't above different positions but nothing S&M."

"Would you be willing to testify to that in court?"

"Yes, of course."

"Thank you." Quinn said.

"Is there anything else you want to ask?" Dwayne asked them. "Because Tricia is a great. I can't imagine why anyone would want to hurt her."

"No. Thank you for your time." Quinn said as they walked out of the room. "Next is the professor at NYU. Then I've got to get back and help get Tricia settled into my place."

"She's staying with you?" Jon asked.

"Just until her place is redone. Chris is having the bedroom redone." Jon nodded as they got into the car and drove to the university. So far all of Tricia's exes had said how nice she was and how she wasn't into rough sex or bondage. They arrived at the university and headed to the professor's office.

"Can I help you?" Justin Gabriel asked them.

"Detective Moxley, Detective Littleton, SVU. We are here about Tricia Irvine."

"Has something happened to her?"

"She was raped and beaten. We're looking into her past." Jon said to him.

"My god, who would hurt her."

"We have the person in custody but we need to ask about her relationship with you." Quinn replied. "When you and she were together, was she into rough sex or bondage?"

"Of course not." Justin replied. "She wasn't into that stuff. Yes, she didn't mind different positions but she wasn't into anything strange."

"How long were you guys together and why'd you split?"

"We were together for almost two years. I went abroad to teach. We just mutually agreed to see other people. We still got together for dinner once a month when I got back. She would bring her boyfriend and I would bring whoever I was dating at the time."

Quinn looked at Jon.

"Have you ever seen her with this man?" They showed him a picture of Wade.

"No. I've seen him in the papers though. She detests him."

"Thank you." Quinn said and they walked out. "Well I told you."

"Yeah you did." Jon replied. "So what now?"

"We head back to the squad room and let Hunter know what we've found out." He nodded and they got into the car and headed back to the station.

"What did you find out?" Hunter asked coming out of his office.

"All her exes say the same thing. She's a nice girl and not into rough sex or bondage." Jon replied.

"Good. Because now I have some bad news. Littleton, you're off the case."

"Why?" Quinn asked.

"Wade's lawyer filed a motion with the judge because of your past relationship with Chris. He claims it clouds your judgment and he found out about Tricia going to stay with you. So she can't do that now. The D.A. doesn't want to give the judge any reason to declare a mistrial."

"Moxley, Farrelly and McIntyre will handle this one." Hunter said to her. "Oh and Tricia Irvine can't stay with you."

Quinn nodded as he walked into his office. She turned to Jon. "You have to make the charges stick."

"Don't worry. I will do my best." Jon said as he walked over to Sheamus and Drew.

Quinn sighed. She picked up the phone and told Chris about her getting taken off the case and that Tricia couldn't stay with her because of it.

"Where's she supposed to stay?"

"We're going to work out another safe house for her. Don't worry okay?"

Chris sighed. "Never mind. I will handle this. You guys make sure he stays in jail and can't hurt my sister anymore." He said hanging up. He turned to Tricia. "Quinn is off the case and as such you can't stay with her. So, you're going to stay with me until your apartment is ready. No objections."

"Alright. I will stay with you as long you don't hover and annoy the crap out of me."

"I'll see if Quinn will come visit you to help keep me from being so annoying."

"Great." She replied. "Chris, you're my brother and I love you. I know you mean well and just want to protect me. But I'm not a child. I know this won't be easy to heal from. Especially when Wade is saying it was consensual. But as long as I have you and you believe me and support me, I know I can handle it all."

He smiled and nodded. "You ready to get the hell out of here?"

"I am." She replied. "I'm ready to get on with my life."

"Well, let's go home and you can begin to do that. I know the D.A. will want to go over your testimony. And probably ask you questions about that night."

"The worst night of my life." She said as the doctor came in and had her sign everything. Once she had, she got into the wheelchair and taken downstairs.

Randy sat in his office with Jon, Drew and Sheamus. "I want you to talk to Barrett's exes and friends. I know it was done when Kaitlyn was killed but I want it done again. Moxley, you met with Tricia's exes and they said she wasn't into bondage. Do you think they are telling the truth?"

"Yeah. They were all visibly upset that she'd been attacked. Our best witness is the professor. He said he had dinner with her about once a month. But the trainer as well. He saw Tricia that night and was at the gym."

"Alright. I want you to re-interview Tricia and make sure you have everything down. We know it was Barrett because he left his DNA. But he says consensual and she says rape. We have to make sure that she isn't saying that because she regrets sleeping with him. I believe she was raped and I'm determined to make sure Wade is found guilty. I just don't want any surprises. So, Moxley, you talk to Tricia. Drew, Sheamus, you guys go talk to Barrett's exes."

"You got it." They said and walked out of the room.

"Moxley..." Randy said causing Jon to stop. "You're Tricia's security detail from here on out. Got it okay'd with the captain. Keep an eye on her."

Jon nodded and walked out. He got into his car and headed over to Chris's. He wasn't sure how he felt about being a babysitter. He wanted to find things out and making sure Wade went away for a long time. But he realized that Tricia was the key to that. She was the one victim of Wade's who had survived. They all knew he had killed Kaitlyn but they suspected he had killed more.
