Jon looked over at Tricia a little while later and smiled. After watching The Lion King and Beauty and The Beast, they had watched The Little Mermaid. She sang through them all and finally fell asleep in the middle of The Little Mermaid. She was a great girl and it was horrible that she had gone through everything that Wade had done. But she seemed to be healing the way she should and he was happy about that.

"It's creepy to watch people sleep."

"Sorry." He laughed. "But you were snoring just a little bit."

"I so was not." She said moving a little bit. "I don't snore."

"Well you were just a minute ago."

"I so was not." She said to him. "Take that back, Jon Moxley."

"I won't take it back." He smiled. "But I find it endearing that such a big noise could come from such a little person." She hit him with a couch pillow. "Oh you want to play it like that."

"You started by saying I snore." She said hitting him again.

"Oh, it's on now." He picked up a couch pillow and hit her this time.

"You hit me with a pillow. Seriously?"

"You started this pillow fight." He said to her. "I was just defending myself."

She looked at him. "Do you think you will win a pillow fight with me? Oh no. I'm the pillow fighting champion of New York."

"All city champ, Cincinnati, Ohio." He said as he grabbed his pillow.

"Oh. I see." She smiled. "So it's Irvine Vs. Moxley to determined the best pillow fighting champion. Let's see what you got Moxley." She said hitting him first.

"Oh, it's on now." He said and hit her back.

"That was weak Moxley." She said to him. "Try not to hit like a girl." She said as she hit him again.

"Now I hit like a girl?"

"Yeah you do." She smiled at him. "You must have gone up against some weak people in Ohio." She hit him again. "Are you just going to take it?"

"I normally don't hit girls but it's on." He said as he hit her with the pillow.

"That was better but still not good enough." She smiled and hit him harder. "That's how it's done, Moxley." He hit her again. "Getting better."

"Getting better?" He said to her.

"Yeah. But you have yet to reach my level." She smiled and hit him a little harder.

"Oh you will regret that." He said moving closer to her. He hit her again.

"You still have room to improve."

"I'm going to win."

"No you won't." She said with a smile.

"Oh?" He smiled and moved even closer. He grabbed her pillow from her.

"You're a cheater."

"I so am not." He said hitting her with the pillow causing her to fall off the sofa. He followed her. Both of them were laughing hysterically.

"Ow, I fell on my butt." She said with a laugh. She looked at him. "This so means I won."

"Because you fell on your ass? I don't think so."

"Because you pushed me off the sofa and stole my pillow. Which is a foul on you. So I win the fight."

"Whatever." He said. "If anything it was a draw."

"I so won and you know it. I was going to win in the first place." She smiled. "So, what do I get for winning?"

He looked at her and smiled. "Whatever you want."

She looked at him. "Mmm, what do I want?" She looked at him again. "You have to take me to my favorite restaurant and then to my favorite bakery for the best cupcake."

"Alright. Go get dressed."

"Well, I didn't necessary mean right now. I mean tomorrow maybe."

"Deal. Tomorrow night. You and me, dinner and a cupcake."

"Sounds good." She smiled. "Now, how about another movie and maybe some pizza? I'm a little hungry for pizza."

"Then let's order a pizza."

"Good. I want a pizza from Gino's with everything. Plus some bread sticks with marinara sauce."

"Place the order and I'll pay for it." She nodded and picked up the phone.

"Did you want to share the pizza or did you want something else?"

"Pizza is good." She nodded and placed the order.

Chris looked over at Quinn a little while later into dinner, the suspense killing him. She hadn't said anything since she sat back down after he'd asked for another chance. "Is your dinner good?" He asked. It was all he could think to ask her besides her answer on his questions.

"It's amazing. I've really missed this place. Maybe we can come back sometime soon."

He looked at her when she said that. "Does that mean you're willing to go out with me again? Give us another chance?"

She looked over at him and nodded slightly. "Yeah. I mean who else will put up with you?" She asked smiling

He got up from his seat and kissed her. "You have no idea how happy that makes me."

"We should stay at my place tonight. There are some things we should talk about."

"Alright. Let me call Tricia." He said as he picked up the phone only to have her stop him.

"She's safe with Jon." He looked at her. "You're smothering her. If she's going to heal and put her life back together, you've got to back off."

"I just want to help her. He did this because of me."

"I know but you can't dwell on that anymore. She's healing and she will. But you have got to give her some space. She's not doing anything but watching movies with Jon. She isn't ready for anything and she knows that. She's just trying to move on from this. And she needs space to do that."

Chris looked at her. "You're right. She does."

"Good. Then let's go to my place and you can call her tomorrow. Besides, she and Jon are probably watching movies and eating junk food. I think Tricia could talk Jon into anything. But she can do that with most everyone." Quinn laughed.

Chris laughed too. "Yeah she can. And the two of you ganging up on me together was brutal. But I missed it. I missed us."

She looked at him and couldn't help but smile. "I've missed us too." He leaned in and kissed her.

He pulled away and looked at her. "Let's get out of here." She nodded and they walked out to the car. They were soon on their way to her place. He was glad that they were trying their relationship again.

There was a knock on the door and Jon looked over at Tricia. "You get the pizza and pay for it, I'll be right back I've got to use the restroom."

She nodded and walked over to the door as he headed to the restroom. She grabbed some money and opened the door. She gasped as a hand closed around her throat. She looked into the eyes of Wade. She couldn't call for help as his hand was tight around her throat.

"I'm finishing things now." He whispered to her.

She jumped awake and Jon looked at her. "You okay?"

"Yeah." She said looking around. "Just a nightmare."

He looked at her. "Anything you want to talk about." He asked.

"We were here waiting for the pizza and you said you had to go to the bathroom and for me to pay for the pizza. When I did, Wade was there and he started choking me. I couldn't scream for help."

He pulled her to him and hugged her. "That sounds horrible. But you're safe now."

She nodded as he held her close. "It was just so real. I could feel his hands around my throat."

"I won't let him get you. I promise." Jon said as there was a knock on the door. "I'll get it. You get us some plates and something to drink okay?" She nodded a little. "It's not him. It's the pizza." He waited until she was in the kitchen before he opened the door. He paid for the food and then shut the door and locked it. He walked back to the sofa and put the pizza on the coffee table as she came out of the kitchen. "See? Just pizza and the stuff."

She sighed. "You must think I'm crazy and stupid."

He looked up at her. "Of course not. I would never think that." He said to her. "I think you're someone who has been through a traumatic event and the effects of it are still with you. And that they will be for awhile. It takes time to heal from what you went through."

Tricia nodded. "Can we just not talk about it for a while?"

"Sure. Let's eat and watch another movie or a TV show. We can do whatever you want."

"Can we watch ridiculous amounts of The Golden Girls?"

"Sure." He laughed. She smiled and put in the DVD. He hoped it made her feel better.
