With the old research team gone, and the old lab destroyed, Ren is going through the old computers to salvage any of their old information. This is set after the finale of Trap Ash.

2. Ash Log 1 Subject Darkrai

After the events of Part 1 Chapter 31

"Okay, so Professor Cerise asked me to give a video log on our last mission to Sinnoh." Ash said, running a hand through his hair. "Where to begin, we got sent there because of a strange fog and came into contact with our worst nightmares, sort of."

"Ash, remember to talk about how to deal with what you faced, this will be helpful for future teams." Professor Cerise said off camera.

"Right right. So in that fog was a Darkrai! Now I wasn't scared at all and sent that thing packing. That's what's important to remember, when facing a Darkrai two things will happen, they'll put you to sleep, and show you your worst nightmare. If you find yourself trapped by one, you have to face your fear head on, like this." Ash said standing up.

"Arghhhh!" Ash roared.

"In all honesty I think Goh and Chloe are more shaken up by it than me, but that comes with experience." Ash said. "Thankfully I don't think we'll be seeing that Darkrai anymore."
