With the old research team gone, and the old lab destroyed, Ren is going through the old computers to salvage any of their old information. This is set after the finale of Trap Ash.

5. Chloe Log 1 Subject Stantler

Takes place sometime shortly after part 2

"So Goh is still MIA, and Ash is still off training his feelings away, but we still have lab work to do." Chloe said with a sigh.

"We found some old references to a possible evolution of Stantler, so we went to go and research some." Chloe said. "Apparently this evolution was used for going across rough terrain, but we can't be certain. I wanted to get one to see if we could tell anything by further research, but Serena and I aren't great at hitting moving targets, and Seb isn't all that cooperative in catching Pokémon."

Out of the corner of the camera Seb stopped outside the doorway upon hearing his name.

"It's not great, but this is what I think it's evolution would have looked like." Chloe said, showing a crudely drawn photo of what looked like a Pachirisu. "I miss Ash and Goh, they were annoying, but they made these parts easier. Ash was always good at drawing, and Goh has a Stantler already, but it won't listen to us." Chloe sighed, before setting down the drawing.

"Anyways Stantler are pure normal types, bring fighting, rock, steel, or ghost types if you're looking for them, but watch out as they tend to have some psychic capabilities." Chloe said. "That's all for now, this is Chloe Cerise signing off."
