With the old research team gone, and the old lab destroyed, Ren is going through the old computers to salvage any of their old information. This is set after the finale of Trap Ash.

6. Serena Log 1 Subject Mantine & Dunsparce

Shortly after Part 2 Chapter 72

"So Ash asked me to do this log." Serena said sorrowfully.

"It wasn't even an official mission, but if it helps, it helps. We had gone to Johto to catch me a water type, and I ended up finding a Mantine. Ash also found a Dunsparce." Serena said with a slight smile.

"Advice for Mantine, it's water and flying so mobility and speed are Its strengths, as for Dunsparce, why Ash had to catch the largest Dunsparce out there is beside me, but he did. Usually they are very timid and quick to run though." Serena said.

"Honestly, Ash hasn't talked to me or Chloe in a few days. Goh disappeared and he blames us. Not that I blame him." Serena sighed. "But Ash has said that Goh has been having issues lately, and that Kommo-o of his took out Ash's Charizard! We are down our heaviest hitter still because of him."

Serena placed her head in her hands before looking back up.

"That's why Ash isn't talking to us. We're a team and we are constantly putting the blame on Goh, maybe that is why he left." Serena said. "I think I need to apologize to him."
