In the Broflovski's living room Gerald and Sheila are sitting on the sofa reading and Kyle is sitting on the floor wearing a full body strait jacket and a gag on his mouth and fear in his eyes.

Then Gerald puts the book down and gets up and says "hello, I know what you are thinking we look like bad parents for restraining our child. But we need some time for ourselves."

Sheila put her book down and gets up and says "We can't get peace in this house with a hyperactive 9 year old and a toddler, so when we put Ike too bed we take Kyle over here and first put a diaper on him then place the full body strait jacket and a gag on him so we can get some mommy and daddy time without interruptions".

Gerald says "when we first got the lovely full body strait jacket I could not believe the peace and quiet we get when we force Kyle into it. I mean it is hell just to put him into it but it is worth it to get 3 hours a night on week days and 6 hours a night on weekends of me time". Shelia picks up Kyle and faces his frontwards towards the camera and says "yeah, the best part is that Kyle can't move and makes no noise and he just stays still just like the product says and we got an added option (Shelia then turns Kyle around and shows his back to the camera and a little black device that is clipped on the first belt with wires all over) "the shocker" if Kyle tries to move or makes noise or tries to bite his gag then he will get a little shock he learned after 5 times not to fight it, and now the best part the diaper is reusable and it does not leak and it is easy to clean". Then Shelia turns Kyle around and kisses his cheek and says "you are a good kid sometimes).

Gerald says "order now (just $500 and an extra $200 for the shocker it you want it) and give your child's measurements and enjoy hours of you time knowing that your child is not in any kind of danger".

Then Shelia says "remember you have to supervise your children when they are wearing the lovely full body strait jacket it is the law".

Then the commercial ends and the director says to Gerald and Shelia "I hope you enjoy the lovely full body strait jacket" then pats Kyle on the head and said "you were a perfect test subject little boy you are going to make us rich" as Kyle looks at the director angry. And the commercial crew leaves.

Then Gerald sits back down on the couch and reads. Shelia looks at Kyle (still holding him) with Kyle having an angry face says "look Kyle your father and I chose this punishment because you locked me in the pantry and escaped the house with Ike while grounded. You also escaped from police custody when you were arrested for murder that cost us $2000 for you not to go to jail for escaping. You been punished all ready for 3 days just 87 more days to go. Like your father said 3 hours on week days and 6 hours on weekends you will be wearing this". Then Shelia puts Kyle down and she places him back in front of the blank TV screen and sits back on the couch and continues reading.
