You don't know how long you were out for, your vision a hazy mix blurs with a red sheen. You didn't feel the pain right away, it crept up on you. You couldn't hear anything at all as you tried to blink to clear your vision, rubbing your eyes. Your face felt…wet. When you pulled your hands back, you saw blood dripping from them and it wasn't just a little bit. You felt your body go stiff and your adrenaline kicked in as your left side of your face started to burn.
You looked around with your blurry eyes and saw a rush of green and yellow, followed by heavy grunting and the clashing sounds of metal. You saw another figure, a human one. When your vision came into focus, you could see the human was pretty close to you, fighting Monty with a large fire axe. Monty was slashing down at them and making contact with their arm but there was no blood after they got hit. It was the new janitor, the scary one! However, he was protecting you. His body kept pushing Monty back as best he could, distracting him from your wounded self.
"Get up! We need to run now!" He yelled, one hand reaching back and gripping your arm. You were very disoriented and wouldn't be able to run without guidance. You just hoped your legs could carry you. He pulled you onto your feet as you felt yourself fall forward against the man. He smelt…bad. Very bad. That made wake just a bit more, coughing the littlest bit as the taste of blood filled your mouth.
You didn't have much time to react as the man started to run, physically dragging you. You knew you couldn't wait about as the searing pain now scorched your upper neck and face. Monty's claws must have really got you good! Your legs picked up speed as you glanced up, seeing the bandaged up man with a shallow face glance down at you.
"Stop staring and run faster! You'll get us both killed!" He yelled. He manically glanced over his shoulder as the ground started to shake, Monty jumping and snarling at you and him.
"M-Monty." You just let out a whimper hut there was no recollection in his eyes. He wasn't himself, not one bit. Monty would never lay a hand on you now. You turned a sharp corner, feeling the pains in your legs kick in too. You were pushed down to the ground and two security doors slammed around you both. The guy was panting, hands resting on his knees. He collected himself as Monty started to pound and scratch on the thick steel doors. He came over to you and knelt down in your face, checking out your wound. You didn't look at his face directly, noticing his name badge. Weird name…eggs? It must be a nickname. He had gone to the side and brought back a medical kit, "Hold still…" he whispered.
"Who are you?" You asked, looking up into his practically black sunken eyes, his bandages loose now.
"My name is Michael. Luckily I was there or you'd be gator food. What an absolute pile of trash metal…" and it wasn't even haunted.
"Don't you say that!" You snapped, "That's my boyfriend." If looks could kill, Michael would be dead for the third time.
"What?" His face looked confused. "Youre dating…that? An animatronic? One who took a chunk out your face to be exact too?" He held up a small medical mirror to your face. He had cleaned your wound but the blood was still flowing decently. Monty had slashed your face, starting from under your left side jaw right up to the near edge of your left eye, a line of three deep slices.
"Oh, fuck…" you felt your hands go like jelly, looking into the mirror and trying not to touch the burning wounds. Pained whimpers escaped you as you leaned back against a desk chair. "Everything hurts…" you started to rub your head. This was all too much! Michael patched you up, making sure to give you some boxed pain relief and using wound tape and cut to shape bandages to cover your wound.
Michael was tightening up his own bandages now, "Oh fuck indeed. We need to go soon, the door only has 12% left. Get yourself ready, we leave when it gets to 5%." They had to have some time to run. Monty's snarls we're getting louder, his claws against the door getting slightly dulled down by the intensity of his scratches.
Whoever did this to Monty was going to feel your fucking wrath. None of them deserved this! Monty was going to go absolutely insane if he woke up and saw your face like this, knowing he had done this to you. You nodded to Michael's request. You came here for some kisses and dick but ended up disfigured with some smelly weird British kid pulling you around.
Before the door could get down to 5%, Monty stopped trying to get in. It went eerily quiet. There was a deep growl from outside, the sound of two metal objects being smashed together and Monty's strangled screams. It only happened for a few seconds before silence again. There was a light tap on the door.
"Y/N…are you okay?" Freddy called out. Michael gasped, trying to pick you up over his shoulder to run away with you. Anything but Freddy fucking Fazbear. His trauma with that one already ran deep enough.
"Ahh! Michael, get off me! Freddy is fine!" You swiftly kicked him in his boney side which caused him to drop you like dead weight. You go to the door and hit the open switch, having full trust in Freddy right now. When the door lifted, you saw Monty powered down on the floor, Freddy sitting him up with Gregory over his shoulder. "You managed to power him down?" You asked in desperation.
Freddy nodded, not noticing Michael because he saw you were hurt. "Your face! Oh, no…did Monty harm you?" He gently touched your hair in a calming way, seemingly petting you. "He will be beside himself when he wakes from whatever this is…he will not forgive himself." Freddy just looked so sad.
"I don't blame him for anything, okay? I'll make sure he knows that." You say softly as you pat his side. "Let's take him to parts and services. We can reboot him and see if it helps."
"You really are a superstar." He said, ruffling your hair very gently. Michael slowly got up from his hiding position, Freddy noticing. "Oh, the new staff member you were telling us about." He was helping Gregory inside his stomach hatch and picking Monty up. "You seem familiar…" Freddy pondered as he looked at Michael.
Michael was insanely flustered and seemingly scared even though he went head first with Monty with an axe. "Let's talk when we are safe. Let's get to parts and services already!" You felt Michael slowly gripping your sleeve, keeping you like a meat shield between him and Freddy. It hurt to smile but it was a little funny to think of. You agree to that though, you wanted your man awake.
Getting back to the main stage with now an extra person was annoying. Michael didn't know the layout of the place so he just followed in the rear and Freddy led, you in the middle. Gregory was safely tucked away inside Freddy. At least you three couldn't set off the security bots. Michael kept jumping at every animatronic he saw, clearly terrified of them. You couldn't hear or see any animatronic, not even Moon. That wasn't a good sign. You all got on the stage and went down, rushing to parts and services. Freddy placed Monty down in the cylinder chair. You couldn't help yourself from checking him over, he was scuffed up and had a few dents. Freddy handed you his shades and you put them on your head for safe keeping.
Michael slowly came over, examining the program on the computer. "This seems really simple. We need someone on the inside though, to open his processing unit and connect the right wires." He wasn't going to do it!
You nod, a hand against your damp bloodied bandage. "I'll do it. Just tell me what to do, okay?" You asked, knowing you sound a little distressed.
Michael nodded at that, "I promise I will." He got the computer set up and ready as you went inside the tube. Michael used the speakers to talk to you, "Ready? Uhh…we have to open his chest and face plates. There should be buttons on both, two buttons under his jaw and one on the back of his neck and lower left side. Both have to be pressed at the same time." He explained. He remembered these sorts of tasks all too well.
You slowly lean over him, pressing his face plate buttons at the same time and his face popped open, face folding up. It did make you jump for a split second but you too it better than most would. It was your Monty still after all. You work on opening his chest plate. "What happens if I fuck it up?" You asked and Michael could be heard making a weird noise, a cautious noise.
"It's better if you don't find out." He said with a nervous laugh. "Now you'll need to disconnect the colours in the right sequence." He started to read it out slowly for you, you hitting the release buttons careful in time with him. Now Michael was hoping he didn't read it out wrong! Once everything was ready, a claw like machine came over and gripped the main systems inside Monty.
"Step far back and stay near the door. I'm going to do a system restart from here but you will need to turn him back on. If the system restart works, it should make him…well, not psycho. It should restore default systems. If it doesn't work…we will try to get you out as fast as we can." He said with a nervous tone.
"Don't say it like that!" You exclaim and glare at him from across the way. You did go to the door, letting Michael press enter on the system reboot. There was a large spark from the machine connecting with Monty, his entire body twitching like he had been shocked. This happened a few times and Freddy could be seen physically flinching with every spark. The machine moved back, leaving Monty laying there. You then had to follow the steps to close him up but your hands were getting shakier and shakier, almost missing buttons.
Your nerves were racing now. You didn't want to die, especially in the hands of your boyfriend. You wanted to make sure that he was safe and healthy (as healthy as your robo gator could be at least) and that he wouldn't ever be controlled or manipulated again.
"It's time, press his power switch." Michael said, everyone getting ready to be near the door if they had to get you out of there as fast as possible. Monty was laying still on the table, so still. You edged yourself over, looking at him. You took the time to reach out, stroking his snout and running your hand down his cold chest. You leant down, not even caring that everyone could see, and pressed a soft kiss to his snout. "Idiot…" you mumbled before pressing the switch to power him on.
