The first of the three men she was able to incapacitate with a well-aimed blow to the jaw, using the momentum of her jump. The second she kicked out the rifle with her right foot and used the momentum of her movement to sink her left foot into the neck of the man, who sank unconscious to the ground. The last man fought back with a few blows against the younger one, who finally managed to grab him by the arm and, with enough strength, topple him over the small railing. The man's scream echoed in the metal for a few seconds.

During this struggle, Barton had moved up to the bridge and with a well-aimed shot and a special arrow, took over the systems. Engine one was shut down and slowly, but more than surely, the ship began to pitch.

Tony had finally moved into the turbine and now began to turn it on. "Serephina?", Nick's voice sounded a little more frantic than usual. He wasn't panicked yet, just alert, that calmed her a bit. "I'm here.", she only answered quickly, while Steve was fighting with the last man in the corridor, this one had a rifle. "Go to the detention level, Coulson is there.", even before the connection was broken, he was heard shouting something, then silence again in Serephina's ears.

"Go!", Steve had answered her before she could formulate a question. Stark, of course, had to hack into S.H.I.E.L.D.'s communications as well. The brunette took a quick look around before swinging up to the upper level, with Steve's help. This time she took a quicker route to the detention level, something inside her told her to hurry.

Footsteps and shouts could be heard everywhere on the carrier, some more panicked than others. But all sounded startled and alert. She, too, was beginning to notice the significant tilt of the ship and tried to balance it with her body weight as she got faster and faster. On the stairs, she took two steps at a time, and in the corridors, she sprinted as fast as the lean allowed.

She finally reached one of the four doors to the cell wing, pressed herself against the wall next to it, and peered cautiously into the room. In the glass box stood not a prisoner, but Thor and in front of him, separated by the thick glass, a tall man, green clothes and black hair, and a few feet away from them, a guard, at least level 2 at S.H.I.E.L.D. The man in front of the box was dressed similarly to Thor, apparently also an alien being.

"Humans think we are immortal. Let's check it out.", with that he started to push around on the control panel. Serephina was about to take a step forward when the guard fell lifeless to the ground. Behind him stood Phil, one of the prototypes in his hand, which he pointed menacingly at the man. "Step back, please," Phil spoke as calmly as he always did. The man at the desk paused. "Do you like this? We developed the prototype after they sent the Destroyer. Even I don't know what it can do.", with that Phil began to unload the prototype and the tip of the weapon began to charge oranges. Serephina pressed the small, inconspicuous chain on her neck, not a second later a distress signal flashed on the bridge. "Do you want to find out?", then everything happened very quickly.

The man simply disappeared in front of the gun's barrel, leaving only black smoke behind, and as quickly as he disappeared, he reappeared behind Phil. Serephina didn't have time to shout or say anything, the tip of the scepter the doctor had been researching earlier was once through his chest. "No!", Thor banged on the glass of the box, while Serephina just watched the scene with wide eyes. She was paralyzed, this happened only once in her life and yet even now she did not produce a word.

The scepter was pulled out of Phil's chest again and he fell to the ground, still alive. Thor breathed heavily as the Unknown Man stepped up to the desk again and released the safety catch on the box. Immediately the box fell to almost infinite depths. Serephina had to swallow loudly and pressed herself, even closer, against the cool metal.

"You're going to lose.", Phil's voice had become quieter, even calmer than it already was. "Is that so?", the man's voice again, sounded condescending, arrogant. "It's in your nature.",Phil only replied, the gun had fallen to his lap, still pointed at the man. "Your heroes are scattered everywhere, your floating fortress is falling from the sky. In what exactly does my disadvantage stand?" he tutted closer to Phil again. "You lack conviction.", some blood had found its way out of Phil mouth. The man started a movement, but instead Phil pulled the trigger of his gun and the man was thrown through some walls of the carrier. Immediately, Serephina ran to the man.
