Izuku was excited, he was going to be able to train with a pro-hero so who wouldn't be excited. Although Izuku would still need to convince his mother that it was a good idea, and that Monodramon was his quirk somehow. Izuku himself was still confused by all of this; he never expected to get his quirk until he was older, even then he doubted he would unlock it at all, plus there was the fact that it was a separate entity from himself with its own thoughts and feelings. Izuku didn't really know what to do to be honest, he wasn't avoiding Monodramon, but at the same time he wasn't able to keep interactions between the two of them going for long. Thankfully Monodramon seemed to understand though as they weren't upset by the lack of interaction between them.
It was almost the end of the day when Inko arrived to pick up her son and bring him home. She did have to answer some questions first however, thankfully they were just about why Izuku was in the forest on his own in the first place. A pro hero was sent to investigate why they hadn't made a missing person's report yet and Izuku's situation with his quirk was explained to Inko, who could barely process the information herself. She had thought that the quirk doctor had lied to keep Izuku's spirits up and not crush his entire world, but now that Izuku had a quirk she felt bad about not supporting Izuku in some way. She felt as though she had betrayed Izuku by not helping him like she should have.
Inko was then taken to where Izuku and Monodramon were staying at the time. She was confused on why Monodramon and Izuku were sitting together, but she decided not to question it as she was told that Izuku had a sentient quirk. Izuku noticed Inko was walking towards him and his quirk and an excited smile grew on his face. "Mom!" he yelled in excitement as he rushed over to his mother, Monodramon following close behind. Inko embraced her son in a hug, after the day that he had Inko knew that Izuku needed it. "Mom, I got my quirk today!" Izuku stated excitedly. "Oh really, I'm so proud of you Izuku! This calls for a celebration! But before you do that, what is your quirk?" Inko replied, in truth she already knew about Izuku having a quirk, she just wanted to make him telling her about him gaining it to feel more special. "Right here ma'am." Monodramon answered Inko's question, gaining the woman's attention. "My name is Monodramon and I'm a part of Izuku's quirk, nice to meet you." They explained. "Oh, I see. Sorry for not introducing myself earlier, and please since you are a part of Izuku's quirk just call me mom, okay." Inko responded joyfully. "You got it mom." Monodramon beamed, their smile being almost as bright as Izuku's own smile, almost.
At the doorway of the room two people were standing together watching the interaction. One of the two people was Qrow, waiting for the Midoriyas to finish speaking to each other before he goes to explain the offer he gave to Izuku and see if it would be allowed to happen. The other person there was dressed in all black, with a gray scarf and yellow goggles. "So you really are going to train the kid? There has to be something else going on, you rarely train anyone outside of your family. What is your real reason for doing this?" The man asked. "You're not usually the type to care, Eraser." Qrow replied. The second man, now revealed to be the pro-hero "EraserHead", only gave Qrow a questioning look. "As I said, you don't tend to train people outside of your family. There has to be something else going on here. What is it?" EraserHead asked again.
"There are several different reasons for why I am doing this. One of them being that it is clear that he is being abused in some way, there were bursess, cuts, and burn marks along his body that shouldn't be there, especially since they all looked to be pretty old, a week at least… and years at most." Qrow explained with a hint of somberness in his voice. EraserHead was silent waiting for the full explanation before making a decision. "Then there is the way he speaks to others. From what I can gather he feels as though he is getting too much from just a basic check up, and thinks that he isn't worth the trouble of helping." Qrow continued, his somber tone becoming more prevalent as he spoke. Qrow also noticed EraserHead tense up as he spoke, something he decided not to pick into. "Then there is also his quirk. It is such a powerful one with a wide range of abilities and uses, we need to guide him along the path of being a hero so that he doesn't slip through the cracks, like the last one." Qrow paused, the subject seemed to be a sore topic for him. "He would also be a good influence on my nieces, Yang and Ruby. Not only would he be able to keep their… excitement in check, but he would also stop them from adopting the ideals of the Meta Liberation Army since they are starting to take a foothold in the education system." Qrow finished explaining. EraserHead then looked towards Izuku quizzically, if the boy really does have that much potential then he would bring it out when the boy comes to UA. "Thankfully it seems that his mother genuinely cares about the kid, so we can rule her off the list immediately." EraserHead noted. Qrow couldn't help but nod in agreement, thankful that Inko was a mother that truly cared.
Inko had just gotten up and was about to leave with Izuku when she was approached by Qrow. "Excuse me ma'am, can I talk to you?" Qrow asked. Inko nodded in response, "Of course what is it you need to talk about?" Inko asked. "Well you see, since your son just manifested his quirk, with it also being extremely powerful. I asked if he would be okay with me training him in self defense, and possibly quirk training. He accepted the offer, however I wanted to make sure that I had your permission before I train him." Qrow explained. "Oh, I see. Well I don't see why not, you are a pro hero after all and I trust that you will take good care of Izuku while he is under your care." Inko said with a hint of a threatening tone in her voice. "Of course ma'am. I am actually training my two nieces as of right now and I think the friendly environment would also help your son's training as well." Qrow replied. "That's good. Here, why don't we set up a time for me to bring Izuku over and we can work things out from there." Inko said, handing Qrow her number. "That would be for the best ma'am." Qrow responded. "Please, just call me Inko, getting called ma'am makes me feel old." Inko says with a joyous, friendly tone in her voice. "Then you can call me Qrow, it is my hero name cause it fits the theme I was going for, and I couldn't think of anything I liked other than my own name." Qrow replied sheepishly. "Alright, I'll talk to you tomorrow then Qrow." Inko said before leaving with Izuku. Qrow couldn't help but feel like this was going to be the start of something great for his family.
Inko and Izuku had just arrived home. They decided to show Monodramon around the house and help him get used to living with them. Monodramon managed to get a mostly clear sense of how to move about the house and where everything was rather quickly. Then they went to talk more in depth about Izuku's Quirk, and Monodramon seemed to remember something.
"Oh, Ahhh I just remembered!" Monodramon whined at himself.
"Remembered what?" Izuku asked.
"How you make more Digimon!" Monodramon answered in an excited tone.
Inko looked surprised and Izuku looked excited. "Really how do I do that!?" Izuku asked, nearly yelling in excitement.
"You see, there is a function on the flip phone called 'Digimon Download' you use that on me and I will be sent into your phone in a sort of pocket dimension, it is also how we get our main nutrients to stay alive and the fastest way for a digimon to recover from an injury so don't be afraid to send us into there." Monodramon started to explain. Izuku then pulled out what was formerly the tamagotchi device that was now a phone and brought up the menu, seeing the 'Digimon Download' option right in front of him.
"Every time you re-download one of your digimon you get a certain amount of 'Data Points' depending on what they did. Training gives five Data Points per exercise, and combat gives between 10-50 points per enemy defeated. So it works kinda like an exp system." Monodramon continued as Izuku had stars in his eyes. Inko on the other hand was still trying to process everything, and was also worried that the quirk seemed to want to put Izuku in dangerous situations in order to progress faster.
"You spend a curtain amount of 'Data Points' each time you make a new digimon depending on what level they are. Right now you are only able to make Rookie Level digimon though, and on top of that you spend 'Data Points' when evolving digimon to their next level, thankfully each time you evolve the same digimon the price for evolution becomes cheaper. But with that price there are a few requirements you need to meet in order to gain the opinion to evolve a digimon in the form of 'Crest Levels' with there being eleven crests in total, although I forgot what they were, all I know is that two of the crests are super hard to level up, like you might go through the rest of your life without making notable progress on one hard." Monodramon finished explaining.
"Hey Monodramon?' Izuku asked.
"Yeah?' Monodramon replied.
"How do I bring you back out of the download thingy." Izuku asked.
"Oh right, I forgot about that. Just like there is a 'Digimon Download' function, there is a 'Digimon Upload' function. All you have to do is hit that and you bring out whichever digimon you want. Although You can only have twelve digimon out at a time or else one of the digimon already on the field will be deleted… permanently." Monodramon explained, their tone turning somber at the end.
The Midoriyas were understanding of Monodramon's feelings. They didn't want to end up killing a digimon, even if it was by accident. Izuku then walked over to Monodramon and gave them a hug to try and comfort them. Thankfully this seemed to give the intended result as Monodramon returned the hug, with a small smile on their face. Inko then decided to join the hug to help comfort both her son, and his quirk.

The next day came quickly for the now expanded family, and so far their day was almost fully booked. The first thing they did was update Izuku's quirk registry so that the tamagotchi phone was registered as the main component of Izuku's quirk, rather than it being a support item, along with the new information about how Izuku's quirk functions.
After that Inko and Qrow discussed the training he had offered, and set up a schedule for Izuku to follow. Over that call Qrow also informed Inko of his suspicions of Izuku's abuse, Inko agreeing to help in whatever way she can to keep her son safe. The two of them had also agreed that it was best that Izuku be introduced to his two training partners that day, as it would derail the schedule that had set up for Izuku's training. Inko managed to find Qrow's house rather quickly and now was getting Izuku ready to meet the people he would be spending the most time with during his training, other than his digimon of course.
