Shoto was walking down the street, still contemplating everything that had happened during and after the Sports Festival. He had his eyes opened up in his fight with Akatani and then he found it his mother had been kidnapped, possibly even dead.

His father had surprisingly given him space during this time and both his older siblings Fuyumi and Natsuo were doing what they could to support him. However, he still felt a harrowing emptiness in his heart. His mother was gone and he had no means to make peace with her.

As he passed an alleyway, he was suddenly grabbed by a burly arm and dragged into it. He found himself in the presence of a repulsive-looking man with a beer gut, a thick beard, missing teeth, and a lazy eye.

"Ah, you'll make a good deal, kid!"

The man's hand glowed bright pink as he placed it on Shoto's chest, causing him to gasp as he felt an overwhelming heat overflow his body. Quickly willing his strength to the surface, Shoto unleashed a massive burst of flames to keep the creep back.

"AHH! WHAT THE FUCK?!"

Shoto glared as he then stomped his right foot down and incased the pervert in a massive wall of ice that overtook the alley. The adrenaline wearing off, Shoto backed up against the wall, breathing heavily after the harrowing experience.

"Hey, what's going on here?!" A man with a mustache and bamboo-themed armor came in. His eyes widened when he saw the sight before him. "No way, it's him! The creep we've been tracking!"

Shoto watched as the man took out the creep before pulling him out of the ice as he turned to him in concern, getting down on his knees to meet his eye level.

"Hey, are you okay, girl?"

"Girl? I'm a boy." Shoto said as he slowly got up.

"Well, you look like a girl to me. Are you sure you're a boy?" The Hero asked as Shoto was beyond confused but then realized his voice sounded much different than normal. He then stepped out of the alley and looked around before seeing his reflection in the mirror.

Instead of a short-haired boy, he saw a gorgeous girl with long hair and shimmering eyes staring back at him. Looking at his hands, he realized it was no mere illusion; He had actually become a girl!

"Wait, aren't you Endeavor's son...um, I mean, well, daughter?" The Hero who helped him, or rather HER, asked worriedly.

Shoto said nothing for what felt like the longest time and then she gave out the only response she could give:

She screamed.

*The Next Day*

"Man, I can't believe it..." Katsumi said as all of Class 1-A was still trying to process the news of what transpired the other day.

"Yeah, I mean, what happened to Todoroki yesterday was just...man, it must be a big change," Sero said.

"Still, we need to be as respectful as we can. Todoroki is still our classmate no matter what." Momo said as everyone nodded in agreement. Soon, the doors to class opened and Shoto came in.

After becoming a girl, Shoto had to be outfitted with new clothes as well as a new uniform. So far, she looked quite good in the UA School Uniform.

"Man, is it wrong that I think Todoroki is pretty hot now?" Minoru asked awkwardly. "Does that make me Bisexual at the very least?"

Shoto shifted uncomfortably as she made her way to her seat before turning to Izumi, who gave her a reassuring smile as she sat down at her desk. Soon, Aizawa came in with a much more tired expression on his face than normal.

"Alright class, considering what happened to Todoroki the other day, you all need to show the proper respect. Just because he is now a she doesn't make her any less your classmate."

"We know that, Sensei!" The class chorused in understanding as Shoto sighed, looking at herself.

"So, what should we call you now? Komi? Shota? Oh wait, that's our teacher's name." Mina said, leaning in as Shoto pondered with herself before gaining a determined expression.

"If this is who I am now, I must accept it; Call me Shoko from now on."

"Okay, Shoko-Chan! Just know we're all with you!" Izumi said, giving that sweet adorable smile she was known for. Shoko smiled gratefully, a small dusting of red on her cheeks.

As everything was going on, Tenya seemed surprisingly silent throughout the whole thing. He kept stealing glances at Melissa as she noticed him and gave a reassuring smile in his direction, making him give a small smile back.

"What's up Iida?" Denki asked as he noticed the exchange between his two classmates.

"His brother got attacked by the Hero Killer the other day," Kyouka explained. "Melissa came in to help heal him since her Quirk allowed her to do that."

"If you kids are done talking to yourselves, we need to get to our orders of business," Aizawa said, getting his students' attention as they turned back to him, straightening in their seats. "The first thing we need to discuss is that you may have noticed the class is much bigger than usual."

The students looked around to see that Aizawa was right, the class was larger, with 22 unoccupied desks.

"Considering the incident with Monoma Neito during the Sports Festival, Vlad King and I both agreed that we need to combine our classes together in order to avoid unnecessary rivalry and antagonism between classes." Aizawa then turned outside the door. "You can bring them in."

Vlad King soon stepped in along with all of Class 1-B. However, Monoma was not among them, and instead, Hitoshi was there.

"Hey, Shinsho!" Akatani called out, waving the indigo-haired boy over as he smiled and gave a small wave in response.

"From this day forth, Class 1-A and 1-B will come together as Class 1-X!" Vlad King announced, folding his arms. "I hope you all treat each other with the respect and understanding you all deserve."

"Yes, Sensei!" The students of 1-A and 1-B all voiced in agreement as the 1-B kids all took their seats, Hitoshi managing to get a seat behind Akatani.

"As you might have already noticed, Hitoshi Shinsho has been moved into the Hero Course due to his stellar performance in the Sports Festival as well as the fact that Monoma displayed increasingly unheroic behavior," Aizawa said. "He's been demoted to General Ed and Hitoshi has taken his place."

"Also, you may have realized that we still have two desks are still open. Well, there's a reason for that." Vlad King said as he turned to the entrance. "You both may come in now."

The class was shocked to see not only Mei Hatsume from the Support Course but also a girl with ash blonde hair that was done up in stringy buns with amber cat-like eyes and fanged teeth. Trailing behind her like lost little kittens were three young children.

"Heya! It's yer girl, Toga!" Himiko greeted. "I'm the adopted daughter of Vlad King, please take care of me~!"

"And you probably met me already; Mei Hatsume, Support Inventor Extraordinaire!" Mei proudly announced. "I was allowed a double education as both a Hero Student and a Support Student! I couldn't say no because hey, more PR for my babies to shine!"

"And these three are Eri and the Shimano Siblings; Mahoro and Katsuma." Aizawa introduced the children. "They are under UA's protection due to being on the run from dangerous individuals."

Eri, Mahoro, and Katsuma were all dressed up in cute little UA uniforms. The girls plus Kouji and Rikidou all couldn't help but gush at how adorable they looked.

"H-Hello..." Eri shyly spoke as she and Katsuma held hands while Mahoro huffed and put her hands on her fists.

"Don't go thinking we're just a bunch of defenseless little kids!"

"Heh, I like her spunk." Katsumi chuckled.

"Alright, now that everything with introductions is out of the way, we can now move on to our next order of business; Hero Names!" Aizawa announced.

"YES! I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS DAY!" Eijirou cheered.

"You kids need to understand that this is very important. Your Hero Names will stick with you as you go Pro. If you can't find good names..." Vlad King said before being cut off.

"...There will be hell to pay!" Midnight finished as she sauntered in. Denki, Minoru, and Sero brightened up considerably upon seeing her. "Plenty of Heroes choose names that they think are good, only to realize later that they're awful and try to change them, but everyone already knows them by the name that they hate."

"Midnight will be evaluating your choices." Vlad King said as he and Aizawa handed their students whiteboards and markers for them to write their names.

"I already have my Hero Name planned out and everything!" Himiko giggled as she went first and presented her name. "Call me the Chaotic Hero: Ebony!"

"Merci, mademoiselle!" Yuuga praised as he went up next. "I feel confident in myself to present my own Hero Name; The Shining Hero: I Cannot Stop Twinkling!"

"Dude, that's a full sentence!" Tsuburaba called out as Akatani cleared his throat.

"Aoyama, I think it would be a good idea if you gave yourself a name that's easy, straight to the point, and defines your character."

"Oui, you are correct." Yuuga nodded as he rewrote his name and presented it again. "The Shining Hero: Luminous!"

"That's better."

"Hold off your hats boys and girls!" Mina said as she went next. "For my name is WAIFU!"

Everyone began snickering as Mina realized what was written on her whiteboard and quickly erased it while blushing deep indigo. After quickly writing what she actually wanted her name to be, she presented it.

"The Ripley Hero: Alien Queen?" Midnight asked. "I don't think that's a good idea, sweetie. You're definitely asking to get sued with a name like that."

Mina pouted before rewriting her name and presenting it again. "The Acidic Hero: Queen!"

"Much better!"

"I had this in mind since Grade School." Tsuyu said as she went next. "The Rainy Season Hero: Froppy."

"It's adorable!" Midnight gushed as the rest of the class clapped their hands in agreement with bright smiles.

"Alright! I'm pumped!" Eijirou said, stepping up next. "This is my name! The Manly Hero: Red Riot!"

"I see, a homage to Crimson Riot?" Vlad King asked with a knowing smile.

"Yup! He's my grandpa and someone who inspired me to be a hero!" Eijirou replied, grinning brightly. "He's basically my All-Might!"

"I love it!" Midnight said in approval, giving a thumbs-up.

Katsumi went next, but her name of 'Queen Explosion Murder' was denied on several accounts. After trying to change her name toi 'Empress Explosion Murder' and being denied again, she finally relented.

"Fine, take this or leave it! The Great Explosion Goddess: Dynamight!"

"Certainly fits your ego, Kaachan." Izumi teasingly giggled as Katsumi gave her a casual middle finger in response.

"Alright, here's my name! The Fundamental Hero: Dynamo!" Ochako said, going next. "I was originally planning on naming myself Uravity but since I can do more than just Gravity, well..."

Shoko took a deep breath and went next. She had time to think about her Hero Name and decided now was the best time to put her decision on the table.

"The Freezerburn Heroine: Celsius. Because of the nature of my Quirk, I figured it was fitting." Shoko explained her chosen name as Midnight nodded her head.

"Definitely gives me a cold and warm feeling at the same time!"

"I must make my family proud but I also must forge ahead as my own hero!" Tenya said as he stepped in next. "I am the Overdrive Hero: Reciprium!"

"Oooh! Creative!" Midnight giggled in approval.

"Well, guess it's my turn..." Akatani sighed as he presented his name. "The Collect & Forge Hero: Anonymous."

"Very mysterious!"

"Here's my hot-blooded name!" Inasa exclaimed. "The Tornado Hero: Gale Force!"

"I am the Everything Hero: Genesis," Momo announced with a bashful blush. "I just hope I can live up to the name."

"I think you'll do great, Momo!" Melissa reassured as she went next. "As for me, I'm the Eternal Hero: Tiaumut!"

"Guess it's my turn, then." Hitoshi sighed, stepping up to the front desk. "I'm going to be an Underground Hero like Dad anyway. Just call me the Mindjack Hero: Persona."

"And as for me, I had something in mind in case I ever was given the chance to be a hero!" Mei proudly announced. "I am the Master Building Hero: Forge Maiden!"

"Heh, that's pretty groovy." Kyouka chuckled as she went next. "My name is the Hearing Hero: Heartjack."

"Alright, me next!" Denki cheered. "The Stun Gun Hero: Chargebolt!"

"The Jet-Black Hero: Tsukuyomi," Fumikage said as Dark Shadow held the whiteboard for him, holding it high up for everyone to see.

"I had this name in mind myself," Jurota said as he stepped up. "The Beastly Hero: Gevaudan."

"I see, based on the monster of legend, truly a wise choice." Ibara praised as she went next. "As for me, I am simply a humble and virtuous sort; The Vine Hero: Eve."

"Pretty!" Pony cheered. "As for me, I go with Horsepower Hero: Rocketii!"

"Move aside, ladies for I have the name that will charm all those lonely maiden hearts!" Minoru said suavely. "The Vintage Hero: Grape Juice!"

"Very classy." Midnight nodded in approval.

"I'm the Sweets Hero: Sugar Man!" Rikidou said. "Yeah, I know there was a Villain by that name but he's long gone. This time, I'm making this the name of a Hero!"

"T-The Petting Hero: Anima..." Kouji shyly spoke as he presented his name while also surprising his classmates with the fact he could talk.

The rest of Class 1-X went with their hero names as follows:

Shouji: The Tentacle Hero: Tentacool

Sero: The Tape Hero: Cellophane

Itsuka: The Martial Arts Hero: Battle Fist

Rin: The Dragon Shroud Hero: Long Weizi

Tetsutetsu: The Metal Hero: Real Steel

Tsuburaba: The Breathe Hero: Pane Blower

Kinoko: The Fungus Hero: Shemage

Yui: The Size Hero: Rule

Reiko: The Spectral Hero: Emily

Shouda: The Impact Hero: Mines

Bondo: The Glue Hero: Plamo

Manga: The Literary Hero: Comic Man

Togaru: The Sharp Hero: Jack Mantis

Juuzo: The Softness Hero: Mudman

Sen: The Drilling Hero: Spiral

Setsuna: The Reptillian Hero: Lizardy

Awase: The Weldcraft Hero: Welder

"So cool..." Katsuma said with stars in his eyes as he, Eri, and Mahoro listened to everyone's hero names. It was now Izumi's turn as she took a deep breath and stepped forward with her name, presenting it to everyone.

"Kaachan always teases me by calling me Deku...but I think that nickname stands for another word; Dekiru, meaning you can do it!"

Katsumi rolled her eyes and smiled as Ochako, Melissa, and Momo all beamed at their friend's passion, seeing the name she had chosen for herself.

"The Elemental Hero: Dekiru! That will be my name from this day forth!"

Eri and the Shimano Twins both listened with stars in their eyes, feeling a growing admiration for this brave smiling girl. In that moment, the three lost little children felt completely safe in not just Izumi's presence, but the presence of all of the newly forged Class 1-X.
