One night, down by the docks, a gangster stopped his bike and snuck behind one of the buildings. "Well, no-one will give me grievance for doing anything here.", he said, opening a box of fine, Cuban cigars he had imported, along with a lighter to smoke them with. "After all, nobody lives around these parts."

But before he could open one, Dr. Zora came over and grabbed his hand. "Sadly, there are people living here you could disturb through smoking.", she commented in a semi-scolding tone. "But don't worry, we won't tell anyone you were here."

"But we can't let anyone know you're here either, Gangster-kun.", Ariake said as she came in with the hammer and one of the Selaing Shurikens their game master had given her. "After all, I'm looking for a chance to see what one of these can do." She took the YoShuriken out and set it to the red setting. Ah! She set it on the hammer and swung it at the Shuriken. "Yojutsu: Yokai Yugo no Jutsu!" AAAAAAAHHHHHH! The Shuriken was filled with a dark aura, flying through the air into the lighter. "Those devoid of a will of your own, let Kibaoni Gengetsu give you purpose!"

The lighter flew out of the gangster's hand, transforming into a skeletal monster with a blue flame-shaped head and a cannon resembling its original form for a left arm. "I'm ready to do some really hot work to those humans!", the new Yokai, Onibi, cried out, sending a burst of flame from his arm into the air.

"Glad to see you're enthusiastic.", Dr. Zora nodded. "But as for our guest, if we're to ensure he isn't leaving us too soon." She took out one of the Helheim fruits they had been provided with. "Then he'll have to help us with an experiment."

It had been two days since Fractured Infinity had officially come together, and now they were sitting down to eat. But they weren't eating anything fancy, beyond plates of rice and beans. "Is this really all we have?", Shinya asked.

"Until one of us goes out and finds work, yes.", Hiroto stated. "And given that none of us have any legal existence here, that's going to be very difficult."

"Perhaps I could work as a street magician.", Yakumo suggested, waving his wand. "Sudakifu Zumi." A small stream of water shot out of the wand, before quickly dispersing. "Of course, I'll have to make it seem less realistic."

But Momo wasn't paying attention to any of this conversation. Instead, she was watching the evening news. "I don't believe it.", she yelled, disrupting the other three. "Some disrespectful hoodlum set fire to the historic district."

"Probably on some industrialist's payroll.", Hiroto commented. "The public will probably rally the money to repair it in due course."

"Maybe.", Momo sighed. "I'm just frustrated. I grew up in the historic district, so seeing someone try to burn it down is very personal to me." She then took note of the room. "Hey, shouldn't Kaito be here as well?"

"He always goes off whenever we eat.", Yakumo pointed out. "Thought for what, I can't be sure."

It was then that Kaito returned. "I prefer to feed myself on my own.", he said in response to Yakumo's statement. "And now, if you'll excuse me, I'd like to go to bed." He then turned towards their living quarters and entered.

The next morning, everyone was woken up by the radio station that Hiroto listened to to wake up. Only this time, it was playing something other than music. "We interrupt Love Game by Lady Gaga to bring you this announcement. A fire has broken out at the Ajinomoto Stadium in Tokyo. Currently, no-one is hurt, but the flames are continuing to spread."

"What?", Shinya practically yelled as he climbed out of bed. "We need to get over there." He slammed his hand on the desk, disturbing everyone's ears. "Now!"

And so, within half an hour, the party had made their way to the stadium. But it was too late to do anything, for firefighters had already seen to extinguishing the blaze. And the police were inspecting the scene. "I always wanted to play here one day, back when I was in my soccer club.", Shinya explained. "It meant everything to me."

"That's odd.", Hiroto thought. "First the historic district that Momo grew up in, then the stadium where you wanted to play…"

"What're you saying?", Shinya asked. "That these arsons are meant to target us?"

"Either that, or it's a huge coincidence.", Momo answered for Hiroto. "And there's something else. According to the police inspector, the building itself is singed completely, but the land around it is perfectly untouched."

"That's impossible with any technology we have on Earth today.", Yakumo pointed out. "We should check out the historic district's fire site for more clues."

It was the the police inspector came up to them. "We'd like to investigate the site of the fire from yesterday.", Kaito said to him. "And if we can solve this case before you can, then you have to do something for us."

"Of course.", the inspector said, obviously confused. "If you're sure you have a lead, then we'll leave it up to you. How much do you want?"

"I'd go for 100000¥ for his job.", Kaito suggested before going over to the others. "We have a deal set. Let's go."

Soon enough, the group had travelled to the historic district. "Just like the stadium.", Kaito noted. "The buildings are nothing but charcoal, while the streets themselves are completely fine."

"So it is the same culprit.", Hiroto surmised. "And given the precise means of the inflammation could only be extraterrestrial, I think we know who's behind this."

As if on cue, Dr. Zora entered the scene, sarcastically clapping. "Bravo, Fractured Infinity.", she remarked snidely. "You cottoned on faster that I gave you credit for."

"Dr. Zora!", Momo said in shock. "That's impossible, we killed you the last time."

"I told you not to underestimate her knack for survival.", Shinya said in response. "I thought I'd killed her in much the same way back after our first battle."

"Indeed, the memory of that encounter is no more pleasant for me than for you.", Dr. Zora commented. "After our last encounter, myself and your fellow rogues came together under one moniker, as you have. Now we are Dark Guild. And our first order of business is to attack you psychologically, by sending one of Ariake's Yokai to attack locations significant to you."

"You knew about Shinya's passion for soccer from studying him back in your own world.", Hiroto realised. "And I assume Malthiua informed you of Momo's love for the old culture in Japan."

"Yes.", Zora nodded. "Yogosmacritein and Ariake were also instrumental in providing me with locations important to you, Go-On Gold and AoNinger. As for Baron, I'm sure I can deflate your spirit simply by defeating you and proving my strength." She pulled out her Zolbird and lunged towards Kaito, who managed to get out of the way just in time.

"Everyone, go!", Kaito urged. "Deal with that Yokai. I can handle this." He took out one of his Lockseeds and clicked it open. Mango! "Henshin!" He placed it on his Driver, and slashed it open. Lock On! Come On! Mango Arms! Fight of Hammer! He swung the Mango Punisher so that it collided with the Zolbird.

The others made to move out of the area, but were stopped by the appearance of a blue creature, with a horse like head that had multiple horns sticking out of it. "That must be another Inves.", Yakumo realised.

"Call him my lab assistant.", Dr. Zora commented. "He'll make sure you don't interfere while Onibi targets the forest near this city and then its richer areas."

"Momo, you and Shinya deal with this creature.", Hiroto urged. "Yakumo and I have to stop that Yokai from targeting our areas of importance." He and Yakumo transformed, flying off using their Rocket Dagger and a kite generated through the Ki no Jutsu respectively.

"I guess we'll have to deal with this thing.", Momo sighed as she and Shinya transformed. "Choriki Henshin!/Souchaku!" Now transformed, the two then proceeded to attack with their weapons, with Momo using her Circle Defenser to bash into the Inves, while Shinya fired at it with the Gant Slugger. But the Inves resisted, firing the spikes on his head as projectiles, with all of them regrowing soon afterwards.

"I made sure to experiment by feeding him a second Helheim fruit.", Dr. Zora gloated as she managed to slash Kaito down, before taking out another. "And once I feed him this, he'll become even more powerful."

"Not if I have anything to say.", Baron called out as he leapt up and grabbed the Helheim fruit. When he grabbed it, it turned into a basic Himawari Lockseed. "Unfortunately for me, this Class D isn't very useful." He then threw it to the floor, and activated his belt's finisher. Come On! Mango Squash! "But I can make sure your pet can't use it either." He brought down the energised hammer's head into the Lock, shattering it into pieces. "Now, where were we?" He turned and locked his weapon with Dr. Zora's Zolbird.

"That's okay, you can crush him to your heart's content.", Dr. Zora said as she knocked her opponent back. "I've found out enough to call today a success." She then teleported out, leaving Baron to turn and engage in a battle with the Inves.

From the sidelines, a pair of mysterious men, dressed no differently from any normal people, observed this happening. "Are you sure we should be doing this?", one of them asked. "You know what will happen if the mistress finds out."

"We'll be fine, Seisa.", the other man assured his partner, as he took out a Lockseed depicting the likeness of a silver grasshopper like face, with a black mouth area and green eyes. "All we need to do is eradicate the ones who would interfere with our master's return."

The other man, named Seisa sighed, taking out a purple gatling gun with a crank handle on the side and a head resembling a toucan on the top, along with a purple gear depicting a pirate-like figure with the number "35" on it. "Well, we'd better get it over with quickly. Quickly and quietly."

The first man smiled, pressing the button on the back of his Lockseed, before opening and closing it. Legend Rider! The figure depicted on it, a mostly silver-armoured figure with a black-coloured belt that contained a green light, holding an ornate sword with a golden hilt appeared, running towards the three heroes and knocking them down. "Who's this guy?", Momo asked.

"I don't know.", Kaito answered, taking out his Black RX Lockseed. "But something inside this Lock is telling me to pit them against each other in an Inves game." He pressed the button, before opening and closing it, summoning a copy of Black RX. Legend Rider! Battle, start! The two pulled out their respective swords and clashed with each other, locking against each other in an even match."

"He's good. Knowing to match the two Century Kings against each other.", Seisa noted as he loaded he gear he had into his gun."But let's see how they handle this." He then turned the crank handle until it clicked. 35 Bang! He then pointed and fired it, creating a copy of what he knew to be Cross Armour Gokai Red. Gokaiger! He new figure ran in and charged at Baron, who used his hammer to defend. "Looks like it won't just stop with that guy.", he noted, trying his hardest not to let go of the Black RX Lockseed.

Shinya ran forward and tried to launch a kick at the unfamiliar silver enemy, but he ended up passing through him. "How do I fight him?", he fumed.

"We use Baron's Lockseeds to summon and control our own fighters.", Momo stated, running over to Kaito and taking out his Banana Lockseed. "I'll be borrowing this." She followed the same process she had seen Kaito perform, but then, when the Inves, a green one resembling a dragon, appeared from the crack, she made the mistake of dropping the Lock.

"You fool.", Kaito called out as he kicked his opponent away and ran to pick up the Banana Lockseed. "If you drop a Lock after summoning an Inves, you become unable to control that Inves." Sure enough, the Inves she had summoned ran amok, going over to where the two observers had been hiding and managing to scare both of them away, causing one of them to drop the Lock he was holding.

As that happened, the copy of Shadow Moon became physical, looking around in confusion. "Where am I?", he asked, looking around to see the copied Gokai Red coming towards him and brandishing his Satan Saber. "I'm guessing you're my opponent. Then I'll crush you easily."

The Gokai Red clone did a pose, generating armour parts that gave him 5 blades on his right hand, twin cannons on his left, along with two types of 5-pronged cannon on his legs. Ten Gokaiger! Congratulations! He then pointed and fired all three of his cannons. Final Galleon Strike! He then moved closer to deliver a slash.

The the cloned Shadow Moon's belt began to glow with energy. "Shadow Flash!" The energy release stopped the projectiles from heading towards him, before he transferred that energy to his fist as Gokai Red approached. "Shadow Punch!" The punch knocked his opponent back, before he leapt into the air and transferred that same energy to his foot. "Shadow Kick!" The kick collided with the clone of Gokai Red, destroying him, as the Shadow Moon clone began to fade away. "Weak.", was the last thing he said as he vanished.

Elsewhere, Baron was facing down the two Inves. "Now that the distraction's over, let's get down to you two.", he stated as he activated his belt's Sparking function. Come On! Mango Sparking! He spun the hammer around until he launched the giant head of energy at the two Inves, destroying both of them. With that done, he turned to Momo, undoing his transformation as he looked at her. "Don't ever try to use one of my Locks without asking again.", he stated as he went over to the shadows. "Whoever set those two on us seems to have vanished." He then picked up the Lockseed one of the two had been using, which was labelled "Shadow Moon". "But they left this behind in their hurry to get away."

"Well we can't pursue them right now.", Shinya pointed out. "We need to try and catch up with the others."

In the nearby woods, Onibi was laughing. "This is the forest where the Igasaki Ninjutsu Dojo stand in the Ninningers' World. Oh, I'm going to relish this."

But before he could fire his flames, Yakumo appeared with Hiroto, both now transformed into AoNinger and Go-On Gold respectively. Both slashed at him, knocking him down. "So you're the one behind these arsons.", Yakumo surmised.

"This ends here.", Hiroto added. "The two of us will defeat you."

"Why you!", Onibi hissed, aiming his flamethrower. "Eat this." He shot out a burst of flame. "Onibi Bomber!"

"Igasaki-Ryu Magical Ninpo!", Yakumo began, posing his sword. "Dragon Come On no Jutsu!" A dragon made of water shot out and wrapped around the flaming blast, extinguishing it utterly. "Now then, Hiroto!"

"Freezing Dagger!" Mission 2! Hiroto slashed at Onibi, causing him to freeze.

But the ice quickly broke, with Onibi beginning to crack. "Urgh. I don't feel so good.", he wheezed out, weakened by the cold.

"Tiem to finish this.", Yakumo said, pressing the appropriate button on his Ninja Ichibantou. The Waza! "Nin-Retsu-Zan!" Ninja Issen! He ran forward and slashed the Yokai, causing it to fall over and explode as Athena purified Sealing Shuriken appeared in his hand.

It was then that Malthiua appeared, holding the hammer and the YoShuriken, which she set to the yellow face. E! "Now then, if I recall the process correctly, Yojutsu: Hidai Hansoku no Jutsu!" EEEEEEEE!

Onibi was restored as a giant. "Disco Inferno!", he cried out.

"Looks like we're going to have to deal with giant Yokai as well.", Hiroto noted as he prepared to summon his Engine Casts.

But before he could, Pink Blocker appeared, with Mom, Kaito and Shinya in the cockpit. "Leave this to us.", Momo insisted as she charged forward, engaging in a fistfight with Onibi.

"Eat this!", Onibi growled as he shot out a string of flames across the streets, sending Pink Blocker hopping. "Heh heh. Let's see how you do while on fire."

Yakumo intervened, using his Goton Shuriken. Mizu no Jutsu! "Shuriken Ninpo: Syoubousya no Jutsu!" Jabu Jabu Ja! A large fire engine appeared and sprayed liquid nitrogen everywhere, dousing the flames.

"Oh dear.", Onibi cried as Pink Blocker shot him with her King Smasher, before leaping forward to deliver a kick.

Momo then manipulated the levers to initiate he finishing move. "Pink Impact Wave!" Beams fired from he robot's chest at the Yokai, fatally wounding it.

"Be sure to use the fire exits in case of an emergency.", Onibi cried out as he fell down then exploded.

"No hiding, wasshoi!", Yakumo called out.

"Go-On Wings, touch down.", Hiroto stated.

The two then looked at each other in confusion. "Sorry, force of habit.", both said in unison.

Meanwhile, at a secret location, the two grunts knelt before the leader of their organisation, one Reika Sawaki, a woman of 19, who had Filipino heritage on her mother's side, who wore a blue jacket and a belt buckle with the image of the Bodhi tree from Buddhist scripture. "Forgive me, High Priestess.", the man who had held the Shadow Moon Lockseed beg. "I only thought…"

"You thought you understood the mission passed down to us from our great master.", Reika scolded him, without changing the tone of her voice. "You believed that the group calling themselves 'Fractured Infinity' needed to be eliminated and stole one of our experiments and a gift from our great master, almost exposing our Dark Bo before we were ready and losing the experiment you stole." She clicked her fingers, summoning two men dressed in all black to grab the acolyte. "For your sins, you will become one of our experimental test subjects."

"No, no, NOOOO!", the acolyte cried out as he was dragged off by the two guards.

Reika then turned to Seisa, the acolyte who had been dragged into the ambush by his partner. "Since you have professed your reluctance, you will be spared a worse punishment.", she assured him. "But you must show your true dedication in future, or I won't be as lenient to you."

Seisa nodded in fear. "Yes, High Priestess. I promise to consult you before I take any further actions."

"Good.", Reika smiled as she walked over to the large statue behind her, which was so large that only the legs could be seen. "All must be prepared for our founder, when he returns to claim his true power."

And at Dark Guild's factory hideout, Dr. Zora was looking at a set of plans, one that had been provided for her when she had first entered this world. Having initially dismissed them once she learned that one of the Justirisers would be coming to this world, affording her her chance to avenge the defeat of Kaiser Hades, now she looked closely at the designs. They were lans for a belt much like the one worn by Baron, marked "Sengoku Driver". "Perhaps that's why you gave me those plans.", Zora thought. "You wanted me to convert the Helheim fruits into Lockseeds, just as Baron did today. But for what?"

And at their warehouse, the members of Fractured Infinity were being treated to a cake by Kaito. "So, you bought this with the money the police gave you for solving the case.", Hiroto asked.

"No.", Kaito clarified. "I used part of it to buy the ingredients I used to make the cake. I then put more of it into advertising."

"Advertising?", Yakumo asked. "For what?"

"If we're to bring in money regularly, then we need work.", Kaito explained. "So I advertised us as a business that will solve any case that people don't feel they can rely on the police for."

Momo was initially annoyed, but soon relaxed. "Well, anything to keep us from being cooped up in here until we learn about the next case."

"And it's a job we don't need references for.", Shinya pointed out. "And with the regular attacks from Dark Guild, we'll be set until we leave this world and return home."

"So it's settled then.", Hiroto announced. "From here on out, Fractured Infinity will be going into business to defend the public from Dark Guild and their ambitions."

"Cheers." Everyone raised their drinks and toasted their new financial security.
