"But it should be exactly here! I don't understand..." Ava is furious, she followed her mothers diary and it brought her here, but there is no damn necklace anywhere. "Impossible", she mumbles. She takes out the diary and reads it over and over again. "Fuck!" She throws the diary onto the dirty floor and herself right next to it.
"Looking for something, love?"
Ava jumps up, grabbing the diary, Scabior almost scared her to death with his sudden appearance. He takes a few steps towards her with her immediately walking back. Not this again.
"Nah, I just was about to leave." She tries to walk away, but he is faster, grabbing her, ripping the wand out of her hand and holding her wrist tight.
"Not so fast." He comes closer until they were face to face, causing Ava to look to the right. He presses his face into her hair and lets out a deep breath.
"You smell so good..."
"And you don't, now leave me alone."
"Now what's that tone for, darling? You ain't going anywhere, especially when you are being this disrespectful." He is staring into her eyes, with this hungry, desiring look Ava remembered.
"Leave me alone.."
Scabior gently kisses her neck while Ava tries her best to make him stop, which surprisingly succeded. He lets out a frustrated moan.
"It's not fun if you fight back like this, just..stay still."
"Who do you think you are? You just can't touch me without my consent and then ask me to stay still!"
"As you have seen, I can."
He wanted to continue but she kicked him before he could move. Scabior grabbed her by her neck and shoved his fingernails into it, dragging her after him.
"No! Stop! Leave me!!"
"Shut up."
He stops, throwing her unpleasantly on the ground and taking out his wand. "Silencio!"
"I'm sorry, love, this could have been more pleasant for both of us, but you seemingly wanted it like this." Ava tries to scream, tries her hardest to bring out any noise, but nothing, not even the slightest noise. He lifts her up and throws her over his shoulder, with little resistance from her. She knows he is way stronger than her, it was basically useless, so she needed another plan. He carries her into a camp full of Snatchers.
"Look who I found boys!"
The men started laughing and cheering.
"Finally! After all this time!"
He walks away from the crowd, bringing her into a large tent and throwing her on the bed. She quickly lifts herself up, fixing her clothing and sitting on the edge of the bed. He ignored her and walks behind some kind of separation and did who knows what. "Is there any way for me to escape this shithole?" Ava thinks while trying her best to come up with a plan to escape, but honestly her brain is fried. It would be useless to try and run now with the camp full of Snatchers, when they are drunk or something she'd have a better chance, but without her wand she couldn't go anywhere. Lost in her thoughts, she doesn't notice Scabior who sits in front of her, his eyes fixed on her and drinking firewhiskey. Ava is confused, he brought her here and now he's just staring at her and drinking whiskey? Ava opens her mouth to try to speak, but nothing comes out. He notices that and directs his wand to her face, mumbling something and just like that the spell is lifted. Ava is confused, but happy now that she can speak again. She stares at him and asks:
"What do you want from me?"
"I don't know yet. There's a nice little price on your head and we surely gonna turn you in. But not yet, I want to have my fun with you first."
"Well too bad that I don't want to have any "fun" with you. So why don't you do me a favor and just turn me in?"
Scabior laughs:
"I really don't care what you want, beautiful", he walks over to the door, "don't try to run away, or else I'll let Fenrir kill you." And with that he just walks away, leaving her alone and confused. She doesn't really know what to do, so she just walks around the tent looking at the stuff in it. Nothing really sounds or looks interesting, so she just grabs a book and starts reading it. She had to admit that the book she was reading, wasn't too bad and was actually kind of captivating. Enough so to keep her awake. She didn't want to close her eyes for even a second as she doesn't trust Scabior at all. The book is about Salazar Slytherin, his ideologies and his life. Ava always wanted to know something more about her house, so she was sort of happy about this opportunity. Hours pass and she finishes the book, causing her to walk around the tent once again, looking for something worth her attention. Ava walks over to a rusty stove, trying to turn it on. "Aye! Yes!" She happily squeaked. Checking the cupboards and finally finding what she desires most at the moment, coffee! She starts to boil water and puts the coffee powder in it.
"I hope it at least tastes good", she mumbles to herself. Pouring it in an old cup, taking a sip and as the steaming liquid touches her lips, she quickly regrets it. She sits down on the couch in the middle of the tent, waiting for the coffee to cool down before taking a few sips from it.
"Still awake, hun?"
Ava almost spilled the coffee all over her.
"Fuck you."
Scabior laughs and walks over to Ava. He reaches out his hand and gently caresses her cheek.
"Why don't you go to sleep?"
"Because I don't want you to rape me or anything along those lines."
"Oh my love, I would never rape you."
Ava only responds with slapping his hand away. Scabior smirks, grabs the cup of coffee out of her hand and dumps it in the sink. Ava just decides to say nothing, she was mad, but she stayed still, not wanting to anger him. He moves over to the bed, removing his clothes while doing so.
"What are you doing?"
He replies with a smirk on his face:
"Sleeping, what do you think?"
"And where am I supposed to sleep?"
Ava wanted to take her question back, already knowing the answer and that way she could have saved herself that mischievous smile of his. He turns over and she's still sitting on the couch, not moving a bit.
"Come here."
"I'm good, thanks."
He turns over to now face her again, raising his brow annoyed. He lifts up the blanket and signales her to come over to him.
She stares at him for a few seconds before trudging over to the bed. It killed her on the inside to just obey like that, but she knows that this is her only chance of escaping one day. Ava lies down next to him uncomfortably, he rolls over to her, placing a kiss on her shoulder and wraps his arms around her. He falls asleep very fast, apparently being drunk, as his breath smells of firewhiskey. Ava fights back the urge to close her eyes, she really doesn't want to sleep in this situation, but her body rejects that wish and she falls asleep.
She is woken up by sunlight which blinds her. She turns around to lay on her belly, so her face is covered and safe from the bright sun. But that abrupt movement causes Scabior to wake up and stroke her back. Ava thinks the best thing to do now is to act as if she was still sleeping, causing confusion when he tries something funky.
"You awake?"
No answer.
Scabior humms and lays on his back. He lightly kicks her.
"I know you ain't sleeping, love."
"But I want to, so pshhh."
He chuckles and stands up, putting on his trousers. She feels his gaze upon her, so she turns around and looks at him. She mumbles with a tired, annoyed voice: "What is it?"
"I was wondering what you were looking for, you know, in the forest."
"Oh I was just hiding a corpse."
Scabior sighs and continues to put his clothes on.
"Has anyone ever told you how funny you are?"
Ava shrugs.
"Don't you dare try to leave, princess", and before Ava could throw an insult at him, he leaves her alone again. Ava turns around in the bed, thinking whether she should sleep a bit longer or not. A little longer wouldn't hurt her, she thought. And she is safe anyway nos that she is alone. She closes her eyes again, listening to the soft, muffled voices outside the tent. But her peace was interrupted as a woman with black clothing and wild hair enters the tent. They both stare at each other, both seemingly confused.
"Typical Snatchers, you send 'em off to find someone but first they gotta whore around!"
The woman, who was no one else but Bellatrix Lestrange, laughed high pitched.
"And how much do you cost? I wouldn't spend a penny on you."
"Feisty, ain't cha?"
Ava flinched annoyed and imitates Bellatrix' high voice:
"Insane, ain't cha?"
Bellatrix' smile fades and she steps closer to where Ava sits, almost closing the space between them while leaning down to her.
"What's your name?"
"Is it important? I'm just a simple whore, as you said."
Of course Scabior had the perfect timing and entered the tent just as Ava said that. He chuckles quietly and goes over to Ava and sits down next to her. He puts his arm over her shoulder.
"What do ya want, Lestrange?"
"You know what I want."
"Well too bad we didn't found 'em yet."
"I thought so, thats why I'm here. Giving your boys a little motivation."
"Wrong tent then."
He stands up and guides Bellatrix out, hopefully she won't come back. As Scabior returns, Ava doesn't waste any time with asking the questions that concerned her:
"She didn't know who I was? I thought they were looking for me?"
"Yeah, they ARE looking for you, but they've never seen you."
"So why didn't you turn me in then?"
"Told you, I want to have my fun with you first."
His cheeky grin makes Ava run shivers down her spine. He reaches over to pet her cheek with his disgusting smirk not leaving his face.
"But we have time. Until you feel ready."
"What do you think!? Ready for what? Are you mentally ill? I'd never touch you."
Scabior chuckles as if he knew that while Ava finds him absolutely disgusting and insane, she can't deny that she is weirdly attracted to him. Though that won't change anything, she neither wants to touch him nor for him to touch her. She just wants to leave and continue her search.
"You listening, love?"
"Wha-? Yea. Leave me."
He chuckles again.
"Sure."
He leaves.
Now she is alone again and she doesn't know what to do with Scabior she could tease him and make him mad or something, but alone she's just bored.
"Wait", Ava thinks out loud, "I can always leave the tent... I just can't go too far away!" Ava quickly puts her clothes on and rushes out of the tent. She takes a deep breath, enjoying the smell of the forest and the feeling of the warm sunlight shining through the trees on her skin. Ignoring the men who are staring at her, she identifies Bellatrix voice from the far, clearly screaming at someone. And suddenly Fenrir stands in front of Ava, as if he just materialized out of nowhere. He growls:
"What do you want?"
"Just wanted to breathe fresh air, although it's impossible with you in front of me. When was the last time you took a bath?" Fenrir just sighed and said: "You are lucky to be Scabiors favourite, otherwise you'd be dead by now. Whatever, don't go too far away unless you want to piss him off." Ava just nods and walks away while humming.
It was nice to move somewhat freely again, she thought while looking at the necklace that was now hanging around her neck. She knew that she would have found it, but Scabior was faster, so she just took it from his tent. It was her family heirloom anyway. Suddenly she heard someone scream "FUCK" very loudly in the camp, sounding like Scabior. What could have made him this angry, Ava wonders while strolling back to the tent.
"What happened?", she asks the man. "Someone took some of my fucking belongings, is what happened!", yells Scabior while looking around the tent frantically until his gaze fell onto Avas neck. "Uh oh" were her only thoughts. She may have fucked up here, she assumed, especially when he yelled for Bellatrix to come.
"What is it? You angry the little girl ain't blowing correctly?", asks the Black, while grinning like a moron. Scabior wasnt effected by what she says and instead tells her: "You remember that Ava Brooks you told me to find? Well there she fucking is!", while pointing his finger at Ava.
