Izuku was in a predicament right now.

Classes at UA had just recently ended, so here Izuku was. Right outside the building where his 'students' stayed, all of them probably ready for him to come in and start the tutoring lessons.

But holy, was the building a fricking monolith. How rich were their parents to the point that they could afford a whole build—

Oh wait, nevermind it just was an apartment complex.

Yeah yeah! They stayed at Floor 30 Apartment 90. His mom told him before he left, how could he forget?

The fact that anxiety did wonders to a person physically and mentally was surprisingly really true.

Especially when it concerned Izuku apparently…

The young hero peered at the door entrance nervously, all the while thumbing his backpack strap in a futile attempt to calm his nerves.

Should he go in now?

This building was somewhere he should not be around in the first place. Everything including even the goddamn glass door looked so expensive!

He bet even that single glass door cost his whole All Might collection, it looked so shiny.

"Okay, okay, okay, no big deal Izuku, no big deal!" Izuku chanted to himself in an attempt to calm down.

Meh, it did nothing to help him though.

But he persisted.

"Come on, come on, your, umm, students are waiting for you inside aren't they? Better not keep them waiting, you're gonna be late!"

Still did not help him.

Well honestly he was still early by 15 minutes since he had panicked and rushed in a hurry to get ready.

No, no time for negativity he should go in.

Izuku breathed a heavy sigh, closing his eyes and slowly slacked his entire body from its tense posture.

'Come on Izuku, you never know until you try.'

He smiled to himself, and nodded in determination.

Here we—

"Excuse me, what the hell are you doing outside my house?"

Izuku turned back to see a girl.

She was a few inches shorter than him, probably around 5'3 compared to his 5'5. She was pink haired and had twintails tied with butterfly ribbons.

Said girl was glaring at him in suspicion.

"O-Oh! U-um s-sorry!"

The girl made a disgusted face.

"Wait a second, are you some sort of stalker?" She accused.

Izuku went wide eyed at the accusation, "H-huh? No! No I'm not!"

The girl was not buying it.

He had to goddamn think of something fast.

"W-W-Well, I-I-I w-was j-just here to— U-um y-you know."

Great, that just made him more suspicious.

And to his dread, his stuttering made the girl think her accusation was on the dot.

"I'm calling the police."

Those four words made Izuku run cold.

"WAIT WAIT WAIT!!"

"Why should I?!" The girl shouted, backing away in defense against Izuku's sudden outburst, "You clearly are a stalker!"

Izuku could only think of one thing at that moment.

All Might's words echoed, 'Izuku! Now that you have finally attained your Hero License you can always whip it out whenever you need to reassure people you are a hero to help!'

Izuku growled in frustration and reached for his bag, fumbling through its contents while the girl in front of him went wide eyed in terror.

Izuku noticed her reaction through his periphery and felt mildly irritated at himself for his dumb display since he very well knew what this looked like.

She thought he was pulling out a weapon wasn't she?

The girl meanwhile stumbled backwards, pointing a finger towards him.

"S-S-Stay a-away f-from me y-you!! D-Don't you dare!"

Yep, yep she was.

Finally, Izuku found the familiar hero license card and ripped it out his bag. He let out a cheer of relief at himself for remembering to bring this along.

Meanwhile.

"G-GET AWAY FROM ME!"

That particular cheer of relief to her must have sounded like a murderer with a knife out to kill apparently.

"W-WAIT THIS IS A HERO LICENSE!!"

Conveniently, she did not see the license as she was too busy clenching her eyes in fear.

To further Izuku's growing despair, she did not open her eyes anyway.

Instead, she stumbled backwards onto her butt even and held her head with her hands in fear, screaming—

"HELP ME!! KYAAAAAA!!"

"U-um, u-uh M-Miss!, I-I swear I'm up to n-no harm!!"

Izuku felt like dying in a hole.

"Stay away from me!!" The girl screamed.

"C-Calm down!!"

"Get Away!!"

Izuku groaned in frustration, "M-Miss just could you at least open your eyes!"

To his lucky, lucky stars, she did as he asked.

The twin-tailed butterfly girl just revealed her eyes by a slight margin, but it soon went wide eyed at the object he was actually holding.

"W-Wait, where's the k-knife?"

So she did think he was holding a knife!

Izuku shook his hands around rapidly, "N-Nowhere! I-I was just trying to show you t-this!"

He flashed the card once more.

The girl squinted at the license, and made a choked sound at the embarrassing realization.

"O-Oh god. Y-Y-You're a h-hero…"

Izuku nodded up and down at the speed of light, "Mm! I-I'm not a killer! M-My name's Izuku Midoriya! Hero in Training actually!"

The girl, somewhere probably around the same age as him, flushed cherry red in sheer embarrassment.

Or at least Izuku thought it was from the embarrassment.

The girl weakly lowered her head helplessly, "I-I-I'm s-s-so, s-sorry m-master…"

Izuku did a double take, and also went volcano-red, "H-Hey! U-Uh t-there's n-no n-need for t-that!"

"Huh?"

The girl realized her grave mistake, and in turn rapidly looked away with strained annoyance. She grit her teeth harshly and scoffed, looking far away from Izuku.

Izuku had picked up on her sudden odd behaviour, making him confused.

Also, why did she just call him that?

"Oh god, Nino! What are you doing on the ground!"

Suddenly, another girl made her entrance, seemingly gaping in shock at the scene before her.

Izuku very well knew how wrong this looked like with him standing in front of a girl on the ground.

The girl, who on closer inspection, wore star shaped clips on either side of her head, ran towards the girl on the ground, she defensively held her arms over her friend, glaring at Izuku.

"Who are you!" She commanded, eyeing Izuku fiercely.

Izuku robotically whipped out the good ole license card again.

"I-IZUKU MIDORIYA, HERO IN TRAINING, N-NICE TO MEET YOU!!"

The star clipped girl looked at the license in confusion, "Huh? W-Wait t-then—"

The butterfly girl, now with a known name to him as Nino, pushed away the hold the girl had on her with a scoff.

"N-Nino?" The girl stuttered, surprised at her gesture.

"I'm fine Itsuki. I'm fine, it's just a misunderstanding." Nino grumbled with a hint of pink dusting on her cheeks, "I just thought he was a stalker and overreacted."

Itsuki's eyes seemingly lit up in understanding, "O-oh… Y-yeah, o-okay."

Izuku stood there, unsure of what to do in this weird exchange between the two girls.

Itsuki soon shook off from her stupor as she and Nino stood up, with Itsuki directing her gaze towards Izuku with an apologizing demeanor.

She coughed into her hand, "U-um sorry about this w-whole y-you know…"

Izuku shook his head, "A-a-ah it's f-f-fine!"

Itsuki nodded, "That's good, um by the way I'm Itsuki Nakano, nice to meet you." She bowed respectfully.

Izuku too bowed in reciprocation, "I-Izuku Midoriya."

Itsuki's eyes lit up as if his name had confirmed something, "So you are him!"

Izuku blinked, "Huh?"

Nino furrowed her brow at Itsuki, "Itsuki… D-don't tell me."

Itsuki politely smiled and nodded, "You're our new tutor aren't you?"

Nino looked like someone whose had favourite toy had been incinerated.

Izuku couldn't believe his ears.

"Oh wait, d-did y-you say y-your l-last name was N-Nakano?"

Itsuki nodded, "Yes, yes it is."

Izuku turned to Nino, realizing the similarity, "T-Then she's y-your—"

Nino snapped out of her trance and grumbled, looking away, " Yeah, yeah, I'm Nino Nakano, her sister."

Itsuki bumped Nino with her elbow, "Nino!"

"Ow! Fuck off!"

Itsuki now began to look embarrassed and irritated, "Ninnnooo!!" She hastily whipped her head to Izuku and bowed, "I humbly apologize on my sister's behalf, I am so sorry! I—"

Izuku quickly cut in, "I-It's f-fine! I-I'm not mad or anything!"

Itsuki gave an embarrassed sigh, "Right, right okay."

Nino merely scoffed.

Izuku mused, 'Well, looks like I'm going to be dealing with a Kacchan I guess.' He joked, seeing Nino's behaviour.

Itsuki rose her head up and clapped her hands, "Well, this must be very awkward for us to stand like this so why don't we go in?! My other sisters are also waiting!"

Izuku immediately deflated

Oh yeah there were more…

Itsuki took the initiative and walked in the building, gesturing for Izuku and Nino to come after.

Nino followed, with Izuku nervously trailing behind.

Nino was surprisingly not paying any attention to him anymore, instead she just briskly walked on ahead passing even Itsuki without any sort of acknowledgement.

She just went cold-hearted in an instant.

'And what was all that 'master' business earlier about then?'

Deciding to not give it much more of a thought, Izuku simply followed Itsuki's directions to the elevator which would bring him to their apartment.

And said elevator ride ended up being awkward as hell.

Itsuki obviously tried to strike a conversation, to which Izuku tried his best to reply, but with the earlier incident that just recently occurred, it was hard to just brush it off and act as if nothing had happened.

Nino still just stood silently, folded her arms and looked away.

The trio reached the 90th floor, where Itsuki briskly directed him to her family's apartment, which on seeing the big name plate stuck onto the door reading "The Nakanos," made Izuku realize.

He was here.

Itsuki nervously smiled, "O-Okay, w-we're h-here…"

Yeah he was.

Izuku nodded and tried to give his best reassuring smile, "I-I see that."

Nino just scoffed, "Itsuki open the fucking door."

Itsuki's patience seemed to be testing as her eye quickly twitched in annoyance.

"OKAY, Nino, I WILL."

Izuku realized at that moment that Itsuki and Nino's relationship was not the best.

They seemed so strained in each other's presence.

Oh dear what if the rest of the family were like this?

Izuku felt a wave of dread wash over him instantly.

The door to the apartment opened with Itsuki's spare key, and so Izuku, trailing behind the two sisters went inside to see—

Holy shit, this was not an apartment, no this was not.

Itsuki turned to Izuku after he had removed his shoes and fully entered the apartment where she once more bowed.

"Umm, so welcome to our home! We hope this serves you to your liking!"

Izuku was dumbstruck at her demeanor.

"O-Oh, r-right okay…!" He hastily nodded.

Nino grumbled in annoyance and began walking up the stairs.

Itsuki noticed this and called out to her.

"Ahh, Nino! Could you please call the rest down for the lessons?!"

Nino glared at her sister and scowled hatefully, " Fuck… Off. Do it by your fucking self."

Itsuki severely recoiled at the harsh words that were just casually thrown at her.

She slowly her eyes in helplessness and silently sighed in defeat as a door which must have been the one to Nino's room slammed shut.

Izuku could not believe what just happened.

Itsuki slowly turned to face him.

She looked torn apart with her feelings.

"I-I, I-I a-am severely sorry o-on my s-sister's b-behalf." She stuttered out weakly, before she let out a deep breath, "I-I hope this doesn't disturb you in any way."

Izuku looked to her in sympathy, "It's alright, it's not my place to judge."

Itsuki smiled weakly and bowed, "T-Thank you."

Izuku sighed and looked around awkwardly.

"Let's start classes then shall we?" He quickly spoke.

Itsuki seemed surprised.

"Oh! O-Okay!"

Izuku nodded.

The boy was feeling conflicted as he saw Itsuki's retreating figure up the stairs and to the rooms.

He placed his bag on the sofa and awkwardly brought out his books.

He heard Itsuki call out her sisters' names one by one.

"Miku!"

"Yostuba!"

"Ichika!"

Izuku smiled.

Their names lined up perfectly.

Ichika, Nino, Miku, Yotsuba and Itsuki.

Not a bad way to name Quintuplets in a family.

But from what he just saw, was this family okay?

His mother's words from before he left from home rang in his head.

"From what I've heard from Mitsuki again, apparently all of them are actually quirkless…"

Izuku thumbed the pencil in his hand.

Nino's words once more came into mind.

"I-I-I'm s-s-so, s-sorry m-master…"

Izuku did not want to jump to conclusions, but he felt like he knew what was going on.

Yeah… he felt like he knew very well.

A/N: Sees Hurt/Comfort tag…

I hope the first chapter didn't throw you guys off into thinking this was a wholesome series now did it?

Nah, leave that to the QQ anime.

I thought I'd use this story to dive into the more darker parts of what being a quirkless person in MHA's society means. The quints are quirkless, much like Izuku was.

And not like how the series just glosses over the bullying and abuse Izuku went through, I thought this might be a good way to showcase what happens to the quirkless in current day society.

P.S: Since the quints are in reality, helpless beautiful girls due to their quirklessness, they experience their own fair share of challenges and hurdles separate and widely differing from Izuku's own.

What they are though, you will not get from me that easily.

But don't worry, I will adhere to the romance part of the tag with fluff and comedy here and there too!

If you have time, give a review of what you think should happen in the story or what you'd like to see next. I'd love to hear.

Onto the topic of Nino…

She says Fuck, heheh.

Extra:

Nino harshly slammed her bedroom door behind her as she let out a frustrated yell.

She said that word.

She said that word.

SHE SAID THAT WORD.

Nino felt tears gather in the corner of her eyes.

Not only was this sheer humiliation, but she just let her secret out so haphazardly.

She wanted to cry…

Nino saw that word on his license.

Hero.

Hero.

That word had reminded her.

Nino shook her head in pain.

The headache was coming back.

"Why did things have to be this way..."

She finally broke down.
