During the challenge, Gwen, Trent, Duncan and Courtney are inspecting several holes in the ground. Gwen sees a hole and her eyes widen.

Gwen: "I can't go down a hole. I have a phobia of being buried alive. So-

As she steps on a hollow piece of ground, the ground crumbles and sends her plummeting and screaming.

Trent: "GWEN!" He screams in horror.

Courtney and Duncan are horrified as well.

Trent: "We have to find her."

Trent walks off and Courtney and Duncan follow him.

Confessional:

Trent: "I really hope she is ok."

Confessional ends.

Gwen finds herself in a pitch black part of the cave. Her flashlight flickers on and off, which terrifies her.

Gwen: "Ok, you can do this."

Her flashlight goes out entirely, which causes her to scream.

Back with Trent, Duncan and Courtney. They are looking for Gwen.

Duncan: "Don't worry Trent. We will find her."

Trent: "I hope."

Courtney: "So do I." She says concerned.

Duncan: "Gwen is tough.

Confessional:

Duncan: "I know Gwen is scared of being buried alive, but she's a tough girl. She'll get through this."

Courtney: "I hope my friend is alright."

Confessional ends.

Gwen sees a flashlight turning on in front of her, causing her to scream in terror. Mike is the one holding the flashlight. Gwen calms down.

Gwen: "Mike. Thankfully it's you."

Mike: "Don't worry Gwen. You're safe with me."

Confessional:

Mal: "I wanted to get Duncan, but guess Gwen will do for now." He says annoyed.

Confessional ends.

Gwen and Mal are walking.

Mal (Posing as Mike): "So, you and Trent?"

Gwen: "What? We're just friends." She says nervously.

Mal: "Come on Gen. I see how you look at him. I know you have feelings for him."

Gwen: "What? She asks nervous."

Gwen can see that Mike does not believe her. She sighs.

Gwen: Ok, I've developed feelings for Trent again."

Mal: "You should tell him before he falls for someone else."

Gwen: "Who?" She asks concerned.

Mal: "He and Courtney are getting along. He could possibly fall for Courtney."

Gwen: "What? No way do they like each other."

Mal: "You never know. He very well could be falling for her. She may be falling for him. Who knows what they are doing?"

Gwen becomes concerned.

Mal: "You need to show Trent your feelings before he calls for Courtney. The next time you see Trent, you should kiss him."

Gwen is confused.

Confessional:

Gwen: "I know Duncan said not to trust this Mal guy, but if this is really Mike, could Trent really be falling for Courtney?" She says scared.

Confessional ends.

Trent, Duncan and Courtney are still looking for Gwen.

Trent: "GWEN!"

Duncan: "GWEN!"

Courtney: "GWEN!"

Trent: "GWEN!"

Trent frowns but suddenly

Gwen: "TRENT?"

Trent, Duncan and Courtney are shocked.

Trent: "GWEN. OVER HRE!"

Courtney: "GWEN, OVER HERE!"

Gwen and Mike find them, causing the three to smile.

Trent: "Thankfully, you are ok."

Gwen: "Yes. Mike found me." She says smiling.

Duncan becomes suspicious. Suddenly they hear noises, much to their concern. They look around. Gwen then faces Trent, which Mal notices.

Mal: "This is your chance to kiss him. Do it, hurry!"

Gwen: "But-"

Mal: "Just do it!"

Gwen: "What-"

Mal quickly shoves a shocked Gwen into Trent's face, connecting her lips to his. Gwen and Trent's eyes widen, while Courtney and Duncan are shocked as well. Gwen then shuts her eyes, as she begins kissing Trent on the lips. Trent's eyes are still widened. Mal grins evilly. Gwen soon ends the kiss.

Gwen: "Sorry. That was an accident." She says nervous.

Trent is still shocked.

Mal: "Why don't we give them some alone time?"

Duncan and Courtney follow Mal and walk off.

Confessional:

Mal: "Hopefully, this makes Courtney believe that Gwen would choose Trent over her. This should create tension. "He laughs evilly.

Confessional ends.

Back with Gwen and Trent.

Gwen: "You want to go?" She asks nervously.

Trent: "Sure." He says nervously.

Confessional:

Gwen: "When my lips connected to Trent's, I just had to kiss him." She blushes.

Trent: "Gwen kissed me on the lips." He blushes.

Confessional ends.

Gwen and Trent are walking, but are suddenly grabbed my someone, causing them to scream. They are thrown into a cell. They look up and shocked at who they see.

Trent: "Ezekiel?"

Gwen: "Ezekiel?"

Back with Mal, Duncan and Courtney.

Mal: "So, Gwen and Trent?"

Duncan: "Yea." He says suspiciously.

Confessional:

Duncan: "I'm over Gwen and I'm cool if she and Trent are back together, but it annoys me that she didn't want to kiss me but just kissed her ex on the lips. Alright, Mal is definitely behind this." He says accusingly.

Courtney: "Gwen and Trent are back together? What does this mean about my final 2 deal with Gwen? " She asks concerned.

Confessional ends.

Back with Gwen and Trent.

Gwen: "Can we talk about the kiss?"

Trent: "Sure." He says nervously.

Gwen: "My lips connecting to yours was an accident, but the kiss wasn't."

Trent: "Gwen, do you have feelings for me?"

Gwen: "I've realized that my feelings for you have resurfaced this season."

Trent: "Even after how things went down in season 2?" He says sadly.

Gwen: "Trent, we both made mistakes. The biggest mistake I made was listening to Duncan about your attachment to the number 9, instead of speaking with you about that. We also had barely any time to date between seasons 1 and 2. However, that's all in the past. I'd like for us to have a second chance."

Trent smiles.

Trent: "I do as well."

Gwen smiles and kisses Trent on the lips

Confessional:

Gwen: "Trent and I are back together."

Trent: "Gwen is giving me another chance. I won't mess this up again!" He says excitedly.

Confessional ends.

Back with Duncan and Courtney.

Courtney: "Mike is gone." She says concerned.

Duncan: "Mal must be up to his tricks."

Courtney: "You're talking about this Mal guy again."

Duncan: "Yes, Courtney. This guy is legit and dangerous."

Courtney: "If you are right, then what do we do?" She says scared.

Duncan: "I'll protect you." He says as he holds Courtney's hands.

Courtney blushes

Confessional:

Courtney: "Had we been together, I'd have kissed him on the lips." She says affectionately, but her expression changes to nervous after hearing what she said. "But we're not."

Confessional ends.

The two hear noises which frightens them.

Courtney: "Is it Mike or Mal?"

Duncan: "Maybe."

He looks at Courtney affectionately.

Duncan: "Courtney, before something happens to us, I need to tell you that I-

They scream as they are caught and dragged by Ezekiel. Ezekiel throws him in the cell where Gwen and Trent are.

Gwen and Trent are concerned.

Trent: "You alright?" As he helps Duncan up."

Duncan: "Yea."

Gwen: "You alright?" As she helps Courtney up."

Courtney: "Yea."

Trent: "Zeke?"

Duncan: "Yup."

Courtney nods in approval.

After the challenge ends, the four exit the holes.

Gwen: "So, Trent and I have something to tell you."

Courtney: "You two back together?"

Gwen: "Yea."

Courtney and Duncan smile.

Courtney: "I'm happy for both of you."

Duncan: "So am I."

Gwen and Trent smile.

Gwen: "Thank you."

Trent: "Thanks."

Duncan: "Trent, don't lose her again." He jokes.

Trent: "I won't."

Duncan becomes serious.

Duncan: "Look, Mal is legit. We need him out."

Courtney: "You may be right Duncan."

Gwen: "Yea, you may be."

Confessional:

Gwen: Mal may be real. It is so unlike Mike to be so manipulative like this. I'll tell Duncan and Courtney about this tomorrow. I also need to talk to Courtney and Trent about my finale deal with Courtney. Hope this isn't awkward." She says concerned.

Confessional ends.

Gwen and Trent walk off.

Courtney: "Duncan, what did you want tot ell me before we were captured?

Duncan: "Oh, that I was glad we could be friendly."

Courtney: "I agree." She says smiling.

Courtney walks off. Duncan frowns and shakes his head.

Confessional:

Duncan; "Ok, I admit that my feelings for Courtney have returned."

Confessional ends.
