SPOILERS FOR SPIDER-MAN NO WAY HOME!!!

Peter rushed frantically towards his biochemistry class and made it just in time and sat next to Harry before Professor Warren walked in.

"Morning class, sorry that I was a little bit late. Anyway, today we will be doing an activity"Warren said

Gwen then raised her hand

"Yes, Ms.Stacy?"Warren asked

"What type of activity Professor?"Gwen asked

"Just about to get to that. I will be assigning lab partners. I want each pair to create something they could use using chemistry, it could be something as simple as creating slime or as difficult as creating a medicine if you want to go the extra mile"Warren said

Peter then raised his hand

"Yes, Mr.Parker?"Warren asked

"Will our lab partners be like sitting next to us, or are we just doing it at random"Peter said

"Well Mr.Parker, I guess you could say it is a bit at random, anyway. I've already created the chart for it. Harry Osborn, your partner will be Ms.Felicia Hardy. Mr.Randy Robertson, you will be partnered with Ms.Carlie Cooper"Warren said as he began to read off the names

"Mr.John Jonah Jameson, you will be partners with Mr.Jacob Batatrand. And Mr.Peter Parker, you will be paired up with Ms.Gwen Stacy"Warren said

Peter gritted his teeth and cursed in his head. He's successfully avoided Gwen for the past two weeks, and now he has to do a project with her.

"So, now that all of you have been set with each other. I can tell you this, you will have to provide yourselves with your own materials, and I will grade you on the results and the project is due next week. I will let you all get acquainted with one another. Go ahead, move next to your partners"Warren said and everyone started moving around.

Harry stood up from next to him.

"See back after the dorm Pete"Harry said as he moves from his seat and Gwen plopped down next to him.

"Hey there. Thought you were avoiding me"Gwen said

"What? No...never"Peter lied through his teeth

"So what should we make?"Gwen asked

Peter started brainstorming. He didn't want to make something too complex or too easy, something he knew how to make, something he's made before...

"Oh I've got it...web fluid"Peter said

"Web fluid?"Gwen asked

"Yeah, we can make our own webs...like spiders do"Peter said

"Ok...that seems interesting. Sure, let's do it"Gwen said

"Ok, I'll get the materials after school"Peter said

"Ok, I'll come with you"Gwen said

"No, it's alright I'll go by myself"Peter said

"No, I insist. This is my project too. I'd be happy to work on it"Gwen said

"Ehh, I don't know about that. I really think I should go alone"Peter said

"Well you know what they say two heads are better than one"Gwen said

"Well sometimes one gets the job done"Peter said

"I don't think so"Gwen said

They both looked into each other's eyes for a moment.

"*sigh* fine"Peter said and Gwen smiled

"Thank you"Gwen said

Scene Change

"So what are we getting?"Gwen asked as they walked throughout the halls

"So we need: salicylic acid, toulene, methanol, carbon tetrachloride, potassium carbonate, and ethyl acetate"Peter said

"How are we supposed to find those?"Gwen asked

"Oh I know a place"Peter said as he went into his dorm.

Peter scrounged through the dorm and went into the drawer.

"Ok, here's the salicylic acid, toulene, and methanol"Peter said as he started taking them out

"Why do you have these things in your room?"Gwen asked

"You could say I had a rich relative"Peter said as he brought out more materials

"Had?"Gwen said

"Yeah, he's dead"Peter paused for a moment before searching again

"Oh, I'm sorry"Gwen said

"You've got nothing to apologize for. Let's just do this project. Have a seat"Peter said as he took out all of the materials and they both took a seat next to each other at his desk

"Hand me the canister please"Peter said

"Here"Gwen said as she handed

"Thank you"Peter said

Scene Change

It's been about 35 minutes

The canister bubbles with fluid. Peter grabs a Q-tip and swipes it in and string of web attached itself to it.

"We did it. We've made web fluid"Gwen said

"Yeah, we can totally get an A for this"Peter said

Scene Change

It's been a week now.

"I don't know how to describe this. Amazing, Spectacular, project"Warren said as he, Peter and Gwen were in the classroom after school.

"Thank you Professor"Peter said

"Peter, Gwen. I have a proposal for the two of you"Warren said

"What is this proposal?"Gwen asked

"I'm working on something that could possibly change the entire course of evolution. I've never seen anything so advanced like this, something so strong"Warren said

"That sounds revolutionary Professor"Gwen said

"So...are the two of you in?"Warren asked

"Sure, I'd love to"Gwen said

"...Sorry, Professor. I can't, I've got stuff to do, so I can't really focus on this"Peter said before leaving the classroom

Scene Change

Warren is in a lab, working on this serum looking substance.

Suddenly Scorpion busts into the lab. Warren pulls out a drawer and puts the serum in it before closing it.

"You! You lied to me! You said that the serum would be there!"Scorpion said as he grabs Warren by the throat and lifts him up.

"I thought it was there. I swear it"Warren said as he got choked

"Keep this in mind, Warren. You find that serum, and then you will give it to me, then I'll be able to kill that nuisance of a Spider! Do you understand me!"Scorpion said and Warren nodded frantically and Scorpion let go of his throat and dropped him down onto the floor.

Scorpion then leaves the lab. Warren crawls towards his table where he pulls out the drawer and takes the serum out.

"Soon, I'll have perfected this serum, then I'll show him. I'll show him who's really in power here"Warren said
