Once she caught up to the wolf(which only took a few seconds) she tackled her and snatched her phone from her hand. Handing the phone to Ash, she stood over Porsha and demanded, "Delete em."

"But i don't wanna!" Porsha whined. "Ash?" She nodded to the porcupine. "Nooo!"

Porsha thrashed under the lynx, but surprisingly, with no avail. "Dayum, what gym do you go to?" Porsha asked, bewildered. "The street." Nooshy rolled her eyes.

"Ummmmm, what's going on here?" Buster had come up the stairs to get them, but had come across the scene.

"Don't ask." Ash warned.

Handing the phone back to Nooshy, who got off Porsha, she asked, "So what's going on?"

"Oh right. You guys have dress fittings!" Nooshy and Ash's eyes widened.

"You know what? I just remembered, I uh….left the washer on!"

Nooshy subtly moved towards the exit. "I'm uh, just gonna go.."

"Um, no. If I have to do this, so do you!" Ash lunged towards her, causing the lynx to startle and run down the stairs.

"YOU CAN'T MAKE ME!" Her voice faded into the sound of a door crashing.

They all stumbled down the steps, only to find Nooshy kicking around, frantically trying to get loose.

"Let go of me!" Nooshy screeched.

"Sorry, but nope!" They turned the corner to see Johnny holding her out cautiously, so that he wouldn't get hit by the flailing lynx.

"JOHNNY!" she squealed angrily. "PUT ME DOWN!" "Uh uh. Had a feeling it would come to this."

After about 30 minutes, they finally managed to drag her to the fitting rooms.

"Come on, guys. Don't know why you two complained, this is great!" Porsha addressed the scowling pair.

"Yeah, for you!" Ash grumbled.

"Freaking Johnny. Would have made it if it weren't for him." Nooshy muttered, but for some odd reason, her mind went to how his arms felt around her waist, and she blushed.

"Hello? Earth to Nooshy!" Porsha waved a hand in front of her face.

"Huh? What?"

"I said, look like you're enjoying it so that he sees he can't mess with ya!"

"Porsh. That is impossible. I don't even know how I look in this thing. No offense, Shuri."

"None taken." The panther mumbled, mouth full of pins.

"Aaaand done!" She stood back, admiring her handiwork.

"Turn around! We want to see!" Ash laughed.

Sighing, she slowly faced them. They were speechless.

"That bad?" Nooshy groaned. "No! Just look at yourself!"

"You're beautiful!" Porsha added.

Nooshy turned a hesitant glance to the mirror and gasped.

The dress matched her perfectly. The color, the pattern, the style. It was amazing in every way.

"Shuri….you're a miracle worker!" Nooshy put a hand to her mouth, unable to tear her eyes away. "All I really needed was to meet you, and that kinda shaped everything."

Shuri gave a humble grin and then said with a teasing wave of her hand, "Go show the prince what he's in for."

Nooshy strutted down the stairs, a blush on her face and confidence in her step.

She cautiously peeked around the corner, spotting the entire cast in the other room.

'Ugh….all of them?'

Putting on a brave face, she forced herself to turn the corner. A hush fell over the room.

"Shuri said I should come down and show you the dress."

Nooshy self consciously smoothed the skirt and looked up.

'She's so…stunning..' the thought popped in Johnny's head before he could stop it.

Nooshy gave a nervous laugh. "You all look like fish!"

It was true, even the designers that were taking the measurements had stopped to stare.

"Nooshy, honey, you're amazing!" Rosita was the only out of all of them that could form a coherent sentence.

"Well, Shuri is a miracle worker!"

"You don't really believe that, do you?" Meena asked, something of a sad glint in her eye.

"Of course I do! Why else would anyone be staring? Definitely not a-how to say this?- a street rat, I suppose is the way to put it."

"You're not a street rat." Johnny spoke up, a faint glow of anger on his face.

"You can't believe what people have told you." "Yes, especially something so untrue!" Buster added. Nooshy gave a sad smile.

"Oh, but I do. Can't deny what's true. Nothing changes the past, all you can change is the future."
