PREVIOUSLY: Timmy and Trixie have a bad day, so they decide to switch places to find out which of them has the harder life, so Trixie gets beaten up by Francis and gets hit by an F cannon made by Mr. Crocker, while Timmy has to put up with the popular kids making fun of him and his friends and then he had to run away from a bunch of boys, later on Timmy had to go on a date with Remy Buxaplenty, while Trixie has to stay at Timmy's house with Vicky, but they both manage to solve the situation and go back to their normal lives, Trixie says she is happy because this experience has brought them together even more, Timmy then asks if they are ready to take their relationship to the next level, Trixie says she really wants this but she isn't sure if she's ready, Timmy then suggests talking to the girl's father so he can help them with this, Trixie thinks it's a good idea, but doesn't know how to do it since her father is very busy, Timmy says it's okay because he can get a meeting with him which makes Trixie very curious.
Timmy: Maybe if I talk to your dad so he knows who I am maybe he'll help us out.
Trixie: It's not a bad idea, but my dad is very busy.
Timmy: Leave it to me, I can get a meeting with him.
Trixie: What? How are you going to do that?
Timmy: Leave it to me, I'm full of tricks, remember?
Trixie (in her head): Yeah Timmy and one day I'll find out about these tricks.
The next day Timmy was in front of a huge building.
Timmy: All right, here it goes.
He enters the building and takes an elevator to the top floor, he then enters a room where he meets a short, bald man wearing glasses and a blue suit.
Timmy: Mr. Tang?
Trixie's Dad: Yes, it's me... hey you're that gardener who looked sensible and un-funny, I just magically agreed to welcome you here, what can I do for you young man?
Timmy: Well I'll cut to the chase, my name is Timmy Turner and I'm working as a gardener at your house.
Trixie's Dad: Yeah I heard about that, I heard you did a great job and it was my daughter Trixie who chose you, I always said she has a talent for business.
Timmy: Yeah and that's what I wanted to talk about, the thing is I'm in love with her, actually I've been in love with her since kindergarten, but I swear I like her not just because she's pretty but also for the person she is, she is the only girl I know who likes the same stuff as I do, not only that but we also spent some time together at her birthday party and I saw what an amazing girl she is...
Trixie's Dad: Hmmm, you're the first boy who says he likes my daughter not just because she's pretty, I liked that, tell me more.
Timmy: Well I've tried everything to get her to like me, including pretending to be popular, but then it came to me that that wasn't what I wanted so I revealed the truth to the whole class, I kept trying to impress Trixie in a lot of ways, but what I didn't realize is that what she really wanted was someone who would treat her like a person instead of just a girl, I know I'm not the richest guy, nor the the most handsome, let alone the smartest, but my love for your daughter is as sincere as can be.
After Timmy says all this, Trixie's dad smiles.
Trixie's Dad: Timmy, I'm impressed!
Timmy: Really?
Trixie's Dad: Yeah, you know, when I was your age I wasn't all that different from you, I really think the most important thing is not what's on the outside, but what's on the inside and you proved that you have exactly that, unfortunately that's not how my wife thinks, for sure it will be difficult to convince her, but if Trixie is happy so am I, but if you don't mind I prefer talking to her, just to be sure.
Timmy: No problem, I think this is a great idea.
A few seconds later Trixie was at home when her phone started ringing.
Trixie (answering the phone and seeing it was her dad): Hello... Dad, what a great surprise!
Trixie's Dad: It's great talking to you too sweetie, well I wanted to let you know I'll be home for dinner tonight.
Trixie: Really? that's great!
Trixie's Dad: Yeah I'm just leaving this important meeting and going straight home, by the way this is the guy I'm having this meeting with (he shows Timmy).
Timmy: Hi Trixie.
Trixie: Timmy? how did you...
Trixie's Dad: I magically agreed to have him here and he told me all about your relationship, I just want to know one thing: are you happy with him?
Trixie: Yes... yes I am, do you remember when I was younger I liked stuff that Mom said I couldn't because they were boy stuff?
Trixie's Dad: Yes, I remember that.
Trixie: Well the truth is I never stopped liking this stuff, I just pretended I didn't like it anymore to please her, but the day before my birthday Timmy accidentally found out but he said he didn't care and he would never tell anyone my secret, he also said that he didn't think I was weird for that and that was the day he gave me what I most wanted for my birthday, a friend who likes me for who I am so, yes he and I are happy together.
Trixie's Dad: If you're happy then there's nothing more to discuss, I support your relationship.
Trixie: Thank you dad, you are the best.
Trixie's Dad: Well, see you tonight then, bye (he hangs up).
Timmy: I'm glad you accepted me even though I'm not rich.
Trixie's Dad: Like I said before, what matters to me is what's inside you and of all the guys my wife wanted Trixie to date you're definitely the only one I liked... hey, How about you come to have dinner with us tonight?
Timmy: I would love to.
Trixie's Dad: So it's settled and don't worry about my wife, I can handle her, now if you don't mind I need to go and take care of other stuff, see you tonight.
Timmy leaves Trixie's dad's room and starts talking to the fairies.
Wanda: I have to say, I didn't expect Trixie's dad to be so nice.
Timmy: Neither did I, but I'm glad I talked to him, I think now me and Trixie can finally take our relationship to the next level.
Cosmo: That's great Timmy, is she finally going to leave those morons she used to hang out with and start to hang out with you and your friends now?
Timmy: I really hope so.
Wanda: Just in case, we'll be with you tonight in case anything goes wrong.
Timmy: Thanks guys, but what could possibly go wrong?
Without him noticing a masked guy was watching him.
?: So he's already been here, we have to notify the boss.
A few hours later Timmy arrives at Trixie's mansion for dinner.
Trixie's Dad: Timmy, I'm glad you came, come this way.
Trixie's Mom (seeing Timmy): Hey, what's the gardener doing here? he doesn't work here today.
Trixie's Dad: Take it easy honey, he's not here today as a worker, but as a guest, I invited him to dinner.
Trixie's Mom: Oh yeah, sure... if you'll excuse me I have to... go somewhere else.
She walks into the bathroom and takes a look at her cell phone, seeing a bunch of missed calls.
Trixie's Mom: Darn it he's been there, the Beaver Boy is good, but the game isn't over yet.
During dinner Trixie's mom tries to do everything to make Timmy look bad, but he uses his fairies and always manages to get away.
Timmy: Dinner was great, thanks for inviting me.
Trixie's Dad: No problem, you can come here whenever you want Timmy, you're almost part of the family now.
Trixie: See you tomorrow Timmy.
Trixie's Dad: What do you think honey? isn't it great to have a boy like Timmy dating our daughter?
Trixie's Mom (ironically): Yes, of course, we are very lucky to have a boy like Timmy among us.
She goes into her bedroom and spends the entire night thinking about a plan to get rid of Timmy, but she can't think of anything.
Trixie's Mom: I give up, I'm no match for him, but I can't give up, if they keep dating everything I've done so far will be for nothing... I need to calm down, I know, I'll do what rich people do when they're angry, buy something just to take out my anger.
She leaves and after a while comes back with a 70s lamp.
Trixie's Mom: There, I'll take my anger out on that lamp by rubbing it until it breaks.
She starts to rub the lamp, but suddenly a genie comes out of it.
Genie: Wait a second, let me get in the character... (he starts to read a card) hello Mrs. insert the human's name here, here's the thing: I'm the all-powerful genie, NORM and for freeing me from the lamp you get three wishes, so...
Trixie's Mom: Just what I needed, a magic genie who grants me three wishes, now I can finally get rid of Timmy Turner.
Norm: Hey, wait a minute, lady, did you say Timmy Turner?
Trixie's Mom: Yeah, he's dating my daughter and I don't like it.
Norm: Don't tell me your daughter is Trixie Tang.
Trixie's Mom: Yes, that's right.
Norm: How did he... never mind, all you have to do is make a wish and Turner is toast.
Trixie's Mom: It's not that simple, I have to get rid of him somehow so it looks like I had nothing to do with it, if Trixie finds out I had something to do with it she'll never listen to me again.
Norm: Okay so what do you suggest?
She tells Norm her plan, later that day:
Trixie's Mom: Stolen, my engagement ring was stolen.
Trixie's Dad: Calm down honey, now tell me what happened?
Trixie's Mom: I don't know, I took it out to sleep and when I woke up it wasn't there anymore.
Trixie: Hmmm, the mansion has a lot of security guards, there's no way anyone could have just walked in, so it would have to be someone inside the mansion.
Trixie's Mom (pointing to Timmy): It was him, I'm sure, that ring is worth more than his house, he sure stole it to sell.
Trixie's Dad: Honey, this accusation doesn't make any sense, Timmy was here yesterday at dinnertime and you were wearing the ring the entire time.
Trixie's Mom: That brings me to the second evidence of the crime, the keys to the mansion are also gone, it sure was him.
Trixie: Mom, you know it's not right to accuse someone without any proof.
Trixie's Dad: You're right Trixie, in any case let's investigate to see if the thief left any clues, everyone is free to investigate in every room in this house.
Timmy: They always leave some clues, if you don't mind I'll look for clues in the garden.
He goes into the garden and starts talking to the fairies.
Timmy: Guys, I didn't stole that ring, we have to find out who it was, I wish we were close to the ring.
The fairies grant the wish and they appear in Trixie's parents' room.
Timmy: Trixie's parents' room, why are we here?
Wanda: The ring must be somewhere here.
Timmy: Great, now we just have to find it.
They start looking in various places, until Timmy looks under the bed and finds a safe.
Timmy: I wish for x-ray goggles.
The fairies grant the wish and Timmy looks at the safe wearing his x-ray goggles.
Timmy: Eureka, the ring and keys are here... if I wish the safe was open they might get suspicious, I need to think of something else.
Cosmo: Leave it to me (he turns into a hammer).
Timmy: Cosmo you idiot, that would only make them even more suspicious... hey, maybe Trixie knows the password.
He leaves and looks for Trixie.
Timmy: Trixie, I need your help, I was investigating in the garden when a clue led me to your parents' room, something told me the ring was there, so I found a safe.
Trixie: Oh yeah, my parents' secret safe... which is no longer a secret to me and apparently neither to you, but why do you think the ring is there?
Timmy: See for yourself.
She looks at the safe using Timmy's x-ray goggles and sees that the ring and keys are there.
Trixie: I can't believe it, it can only mean one thing...
Timmy and Trixie: This robbery was a setup.
Trixie: Let's get it out of there and give it back to my mom, the password is... (she types the password and the safe opens) now we're going to give the ring back to her, she'll have to give us an explanation.
Some minutes later:
Trixie (showing the ring to her mom): Game over mom.
Trixie's Mom: Sweetie, you scared me... hey, you found the ring.
Trixie: Actually it was Timmy who found it, I just opened the hideout, now you're going to explain to us why you did that.
Trixie's Mom: Me? I didn't do anything, Timmy must have put it there.
Trixie's Dad: Impossible, as we know Timmy left here after dinner and even if he had stolen the keys he wouldn't know the password or the super secret location of the safe...
Trixie: Wich it's not a secret to anyone else.
Trixie's Dad: The only ones who know are me, you and Trixie, as she was in her room all night, I was really tired and went straight to bed, so... it's true honey, you set up Timmy.
Trixie's dad was very disappointed at his wife, but she managed to give an explanation and apologize to Timmy (obviously not a sincere apology) and apparently everything was fine, so she went to see Norm.
Norm (sarcastically): So your plan failed huh? wow, what a surprise.
Trixie's Mom: There's something about that kid, it seems he always manages to work things out.
Norm: If you want to defeat Timmy Turner, you have to listen to me, I'll tell you Timmy Turner's big secret.
Timmy: Oh no, he's going to tell her my secret.
Cosmo: WE'RE DOOMED, DOOMED!
Trixie: Don't worry, whatever happens I'm sure you'll be able to solve everything.
Writer: Yes, in the next chapter the secret will be revealed, but will Trixie's mother be the only one to find out?
Trixie: What do you think will happen?
Wanda: Read and find out.
Cosmo: CONTINUES IN THE NEXT CHAPTER.
